        베트남 이주여성의 사상체질별 수면상태, 수면시간 및 삶의 질 비교연구

        The purpose of this study was to find out how sleep characteristics by Sasang constitution (SC) appear in Vietnamese immigrant women in Korea, and how sleep aberration by SC affected the quality of life. The number of 217 Vietnamese immigrant women joined this study. We surveyed SC with Korea Sasang Constitutional Diagnostic Questionnaire (KS-15) and sleep characteristics with Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI) questionnaire. We evaluated quality of life(QoL) with Euro Quality of Life-5Dimension(EQ 5D) questionnaire. A Chi-square test and a one-way ANOVA test were conducted according to SC, and T test also used to compare PSQI groups. Significant p was .05. The number(rate) of Taeeumin(TE), Soeumin(SE), and Soyangin(SY) were 40(18.4%), 55(25.3%), and 122(56.2%) respectively. The distribution of obstructive factors of sleep were significantly different according to SC(Too Cold in Sleeping, x =13.378, p=.037, Too Hot in Sleeping x<sup>2</sup>=12.834, p=.046). The distribution of daytime drowsiness(x<sup>2</sup>=15.379, p=.018) and falling concentration power (x<sup>2</sup>=17.533, p=.008) was significantly different according to SC. The sleep status of the subjects showed a significant negative correlation with the EQ 5D Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) (r =-.399, p<.001), and the EQ 5D Index (r=-.211, p=.002). In the EQ VAS, TE showed a difference between the good and bad sleeping groups (t=3.955, p<.001). SE showed a difference between the two groups in the EQ 5D Index (t=2.332, p=.037). SY did not show a difference between the two groups. This study reveals that sleeping is closely related with QoL and distribution of obstructive factors of sleep may be different according to SC. Further study to confirm the constitutional difference in race at Vietnam is needed.

      • 증상 정도, 기간, 불편정도 및 회복력 기반 미병 설문지의 신뢰도 및 구성 타당도 평가

        Objectives The purpose of this study was to evaluate the reliability and the validity of Mibyeong Questionnaire (MQ). The subjects enrolled in this study was 165 from July 2015 to Jan. 2016. The surveys were conducted twice with 3 month terms. Methods The Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ analysis for internal reliability, Pearson Correlation Coefficient analysis for test-retest reliability, Factor analysis with varimax rotation for construct validity, Kappa analysis for diagnostic reliability were used. The significant p-value was less than 0.05. Results and Conclusions The result showed that the Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ of MQ was .857-.937 and total was .913. The reliabilities between test and retest for the MQ were .666-.832 (0.416-0.673, in case of including recovery question) in intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC). The Kappa of recovery question in each item was ranged 0.23(80.6% in agreement rate) to .46(87.9% in agreement rate). In test-retest the Kappa value of Mibyeong diagnosis referred by median value was .418(71% in agreement rate). This study revealed that MQ is a reliable and valid questionnaire.

      • 야금학적 정련 통합 공정을 이용한 태양전지용 실리콘 제조 기술

        야금학적 정련 공정 중 슬래그 처리, 일방향 응고, 플라즈마-전자기유도용해 공정을 적용한 태양전지용 실리콘 제조 기술에 관한 연구를 수행하였다. 원소재인 금속급 실리콘을 제조하기 위해원재료로 규석, 코크스(Cokes), 숯, 그리고 우드칩(Wood chip)을 사용하였으며, 150kW급 DC 아크로(Arc furnace)를 이용하여 순도 99.8% 금속급 실리콘을 제조하였다. 제조된 용융 상태의 금속급 실리콘은 슬래그와 반응시켜 불순물을 제거하였다. SiO2-CaO-CaF2 계의 슬래그를 이용하였으며, 금속급 실리콘과 슬래그의 질량비 및 반응 시간에 따른 실리콘 불순물 특성을 평가하였다. 이후 고액 계면이 제어 가능한 일방향 응고 장치를 이용하여 금속불순물을 제거하였다. 고액상태의 온도 조건 및 응고 시간에 따른 불순물 농도 변화를 평가하였으며, 순도 6N급의 실리콘을 제조하였다. 마지막 공정으로 스팀 플라즈마 토치와 냉도가니가 적용된 전자기 유도 용해장치를 이용하여 붕소와 인을 제거하였다. 플라즈마 토치 가스로는 아르곤, 스팀, 수소를 이용하였다. 붕소와 인의 제거율은 각각 94%와 96%를 달성하였으며, 최종 순도 6N급의 실리콘을 제조하였다.

        Overall performance of the ground combat vehicle(GCV) system can be evaluated by the performance of subsystems regarding vulnerability, firepower, and mobility. Among them, vulnerability assessment is to find vulnerable areas by calculating the damage degree by the attack of an enemy weapon. Researches on the penetration damage have been done widely since 19th century. Many mathematical or empirical models for calculating the penetration depth were suggested for different targets and different warheads, which causes for a user to be confused. In order to solve this problem, this paper surveys on the warheads and the penetration models, and summarizes them into a table, and suggests the procedure to use the table, which helps a user to select the correct penetration model and calculate penetration depth faster. Two examples to calculate the penetration depth are presented to show the usefulness of the suggested method.

      • 사상체질에 따른 건강상태(THI)와 건강 행위 실천의 연관성 예비 연구

        We intended to identify the health state of Oriental medical students and also to know how many things of health practice are in healthy group and non-healthy group classified by the THI average score, according to sasang constitution. We collected data with self-administered health questionnaires from 297 men and women, in 9 Korea oriental medical colleges. We diagnosed Sasang constitution using QSCCⅡ and also estimated health degree using THI. Non-healthy group practiced much more health behaviors than healthy one, and there were significant difference in Taeeumin and Soeumin. Non-healthy group of Taeeumin, Soeumin and Soyangin all practiced much more constitutional health behaviors than healthy one, and Soeumin non-healthy and healthy one all practiced much less health behaviors than Taeeumin and Soyangin group. Non-healthy group practiced health behavior for health care and maintenance more than healthy-one, and health state was related with sasang constitution health care. Therefore, institutional and systematic environmental condition would be needed in practicing healthy behaviors for improving the quality of health, and especially developed health promotion programs according to Sasang constitution too.

      • 사상체질과 팔체질 진단결과의 연관성에 대한 예비 연구

        Objectives: This study aims to find out the association between Sasang and Eight Constitution by analyzing Sasang and Eight Constitution Diagnosis results. Methods: We analyzed Sasang and Eight Constitution Diagnosis results according to confidence, by reviewing medical records of 247 patients retrospectively whose Sasang and Eight constitutions were diagnosed by two independent specialists. We used chi -square test and Cramer Statistic to know association of two diagnosis results. Results and Conclusions: Taeumin was 49.8% in Jupita, Soeumin 65.2% in Mercuria, Soyangin 90.9% in Saturna. Taeumin was 54.2% in Jupita, Soeumin 83.4% in Mercuria, Soyangin 100% in Satuma in condition that Sasang and Eight Constitution diagnosis confidence is over Band 50 score. The higher diagnosis confidence is, also the higher association between Sasang and Eight Constitution is up to 0.414(Cramer Statistic). There is association between Sasang and Eight Constitution.

      • 사무직 근로자의 체질에 따른 직무만족, 조직몰입, 직무성과의 연관성 연구

        Objectives : We identified the applicability of Sasang constitution for the enhancement of job satisfaction, job performance and organizational commitment in office workers. Methods : We conducted a survey using a Sasang constitution questionnaire to identify the Sasang types, and several questionnaires to identify organizational commitment, job performance and job satisfaction of 205 office workers who live in D city. Data were analyzed with ANOVA test. Results 1. In organizational commitment, Sasang constitution showed a significant correlation in the question of "I feel that I am not a real member of this company" and the order of score was Soeumin, Taeeumin, and Soyangin. 2. In job performance, Sasang constitution showed significant correlations in the questions of "I always achieve my goals" and "I am recognized as a person who has a good job performance" and the order of score was Soeumin, Taeeumin, and Soyangin. 3. In job satisfaction, Sasang constitution showed a significant correlation in the questions of "I am forced to go to the office" and the order of score was Soeumin, Soyangin, and Taeeumin. Sasang constitution also showed significant correlations in the questions of "I am usually passionated in my work", and "I was disappointed when I got at my job" and the order of score was Soeumin, Taeeumin, and Soyangin. Conclusions : Sasang constitution. had significant correlation in organizational commitment, job performance and job satisfaction in office workers

      • ANSYS를 이용한 탄두의 표적 관통 현상 분석의 정확도 향상을 위한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to determine the penetration component of Ground Combat Vehicle(GCV). by specific warhead as detail study for vulnerability assessment of UGV. Generally, checking of the penetrated component is determined to use penetration equation or impact analysis program. Complicated geometry, Application of new material, Visualization was required in order to check penetrated components of the GCV. So we analyzed the penetration process to using the impact analysis program(ANSYS Explicit STR code). ANSYS Explicit STR code is required for accurate analysis setting so as to get high accuracy of the analysis results. Therefore, we are developing How to increase the accuracy to use penetration experiment data according to variety case(Projectile/target combination). In this paper, we identify trends about the result of penetration analysis as base step of this study.

      • Metallurgical Refinement of Multicrystalline Silicon by Directional Solidification

        The solar energy is dramatically increasing as the alternative energy source and the silicon(Si) solar cell are used the most. In this study, the improved process and equipment for the metallurgical refinement of multicrystalline Si were evaluated for the inexpensive solar cell. The planar plane and columnar dendrite aheadof the liquid-solid interface position caused the superior segregation of impurities from the Si. The solidification rate and thermal gradient determined the shape of dendrite in solidified Si matrix solidified by the directional solidification(DS) method. To simulate this equipment, the commercial software, PROCAST, was used to solve the solidification rate and thermal gradient. Si was vertically solidified by the DS system with Stober process and up-graded metallurgical grade or metallurgical grade Si was used as the feedstock. The inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP) was used to measure the concentration of impurities in the refined Si ingot. According to the result of ICP and simulation, the high thermal gradient between the two phases wasable to increase the solidification rate under the identical level of refinement. Also, the separating heating zone equipped with the melting and solidification zone was effective to maintain the high thermal gradient during the solidification.
