        월경전증후군과 관련된 한방적 치료방법에 대한 연구동향 고찰

        Objectives: This study aimed to review the effects and treatment of Korean, Oriental, Chinese medicine for premenstrual syndrome(PMS) as preceding research in order to further research the effective Korean Medicine treatment for PMS. Methods: Databases from Jan., 2002 through Feb., 2012 were searched through Pubmed for international journals; Korean studies information service system(KISS), National Discovery for Science Leaders(NDSL), Journal of Korean Acumoxa, J of Oriental Obstetrics and Gynecology, J of Meridian and Acupoint, and J of Korean Oriental Medicine for Korean journals were searched for national journals. The following search terms were used: acupuncture premenstrual syndrome, alternative medicine premenstrual syndrome, traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), premenstrual syndrome for Pubmed, premenstrual syndrome(in Korean and English) for the remaining search. Results: Twenty four studies were included in this review. Conclusions: Alternative medicinal intervention such as acupuncture and herb medicine may be effective treatment method in controlling premenstrual syndrome and premenstrual dysphoric disorder(PMDD).

        급성 파종성 뇌척수염에 대한 한방적 치료 치험

        The objective of this study is to report the improvement of the patient with Acute Disseminated Encephalomyelitis (ADEM) with Korean Medical intervention. The patient, diagnosed as ADEM, was treated by acupuncture, moxibustion and herb medicine and wild ginseng distilled herbal acupuncture. We evaluated the consequences by checking Manual Muscle Test (MMT), Korean Version of Barthel Index (K-MBI). As a result, the patient improved significantly MMT and K-MBI inclined. In ADEM, the initial diagnosis is important, and through a Korean medicine, we were able to achieve meaningful treatment result. There is a limit on this study due to sufficient number of case, thus, further studies will be needed. (J Korean Med Rehab 2014;24(2):141-153)

        투명 아크릴 기판에 실버그리드(Silver Grid)를 함몰시킨 유연 투명전극 제조

        본 연구에서 광경화성 아크릴 단량체 조성물(methyl methacrylate, 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate, poly(ethylene glycol) diacrylate)을 이용한 고분자 기판 내부에 실버그리드(silver grid)를 잉크젯공정(ink-jet)과 전사공정(transfer process)으로 함몰시킨 유연 투명전극 기판을 제조하였다. 인터페로미터를 사용하여 광경화된 고분자 기판 내부에 실버그리드의 함몰된 형태 및 표면을 확인하였으며, 그것의 광학적 특성과 밴딩테스트 후 전기적 특성으로 제조된 유연 투명전극 기판의 물성을 고찰하였다. 유연 투명전극 기판으로서의 유용성을 확인하기 위해 poly(3-hexylthiophene): [6,6]-phenyl-C61 butyric acid methyl ester(P3HT:PCBM)으로 유기 태양전지 소자를 제작하여 2.52%의 효율 특성을 얻었다. Using the UV-curable acrylate formulations consisting of methyl methacrylate, 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate and poly(ethylene glycol) diacrylate), flexible and transparent electrode embedded silver grid into the polymer substrate was fabricated through ink-jetting technique and transfer process. The profile morphologies and surface characteristics of silver grid in the polymer substrate were estimated by interferometer. Furthermore, the optical properties as well as electrical- resistance changes during bending test of the electrode were also measured. As one of utilitarian applications for the electrode, the optimized organic solar cell was constructed on the electrode by using poly(3-hexylthiophene):[6,6]- phenyl-C61 butyric acid methyl ester (P3HT:PCBM) system and then power conversion efficiency of the device was 2.53%.
