        콩나물의 流通過程中 Chlorophyll, Amino酸 및 Vitamin C의 變化에 關한 硏究

        콩나물의 流通過程동안 20℃의 暗所와 明所(109 lux)에서의 chlorophyll, 逆離 amino 酸 및 vitamin C의 含量變化, 狀態變化를 測定調査한 結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다.<br/> (1) 流通동안의 길이, 重量 및 變色程度를 測定한 結果는 暗所下에서는 7~24 時間 經過되는 동안에 약 1㎝ 가까이 伸長되었으나 明所에서는 큰 變化가 없었다. 明所, 暗所 다같이 콩나물 重量은 減少되었으며, 明所에서의 減少率이 높았다. 暗所下에서는 變色되지 않았으나 明所에서는 7~24時間에 變色되었다.<br/> (2) 콩나물의 子葉은 光의 露出에 의하여 빠르게 綠變되었으며 綠變은 porphyrin과 같은 前驅體뿐만 아니라 amino酸의 損失은 招來하였다. 그러나 胚軸에서는 amino酸의 損失이 없었다.<br/> (3) 明所에서 損失되는 amino酸은 cystine, aspartic acid, seine, histidine, glycine 等이었다.<br/> (4) 流通期間동안 暗所에서는 vitamin C의 損失이 없었으나 光에 露出은 子葉은 7時間, 胚軸은 5時間만에 22~27%의 損失을 招來하였다. This study was conducted to investigate the changes in plant state, chlorophyll, free amino acids and vitamin C content of soybean sprouts during circulation periods. The experiment was carried out under the indoor natural light and complete darkness at 20℃.<br/> The results are summarized as follows;<br/> Soybean sprout was grown about one cm in the darkness for 7 or 24 hours, but under the indoor natural light it was not grown. Weight was decreased both in the darkness and under the light. In the darkness the color of sprouts were not changed, but under the light the color was changed in 7 or 24 hours.<br/> Chlorophyll contents was increased rapidly by light in the cotyledon. Chlorophyll formation brought about loss not only in amino acids but also porphyrins, but it did not in the amino acids of hypocotyl.<br/> The kinds of amino acids being brought about loss under the light were cystine, aspartic acid, serine, histidine and glycine.<br/> The 22~27% of vitamin C was lost in cotyledon by 7 hours exposured light and in hypocotyl after 5 hours.

        Railway is superior to the other land transportation systems in aspects of energy efficiency and environmental problems. Energy efficiency and environmental problems are not considered during a preliminary feasibility study. Investment for railway is low because of low B/C in the economical efficiency analysis during the preliminary feasibility study. The body of this paper studies the data which can reflect environmental problems an assessment of environmental impact. Investment for railway would be higher when main environmental elements are considered before the choice of the railway lines.

        철도교량의 시공중 안전성 확보를 위한 지진하중 적용 연구

        철도교는 국가철도망 계획과 노후 철도교 개량 등에 따라 전국적으로 건설되고 있다. 국내의 경우 포항지진 사례를 통해 철도교 시공중 지진안전도 확보의 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 국내⋅외 철도교 시공중 상부구조물에 발생하는 지진의 영향 및 수평력 발생에 따른 손상사례와 국외 설계기준의 세부사항을 확인하였다. 또한, 국내 교량 내진설계기준 (KDS 24 17 10)을 적용한 PSC Beam, PSC Box, Steel Box 형식의 상부구조물에 대하여 풍하중과 지진수평력 설계개념이 제시된 Eurocode-8 (Part2), 일본철도종합연구소(RTRI), 일본토목학회(JSCE), 동일본여객철도주식회사(JR-EAST) 설계기준에 따라 지진수평력을 각각 산정하여 비교⋅분석하였다. Railway bridges are widely built based on the national railway network and maintenance plans. As in the case of an earthquake in Pohang, the seismic safety of constructions in Korea is very important in the prevention of disasters. Therefore, the cases of damage caused by earthquakes and additional horizontal forces during bridge superstructure constructions were investigated among domestic and foreign earthquakes, and the details of overseas related design standards were confirmed. The horizontal forces based on the domestic seismic design standard (KDS 24 17 10: 2016) on the PSC beam, PSC box, steel box, and wind load were compared with the design codes based on the Eurocode 8 (Part 2), Japan Railway Technical Research Institute (RTRI), Japan Society of Civil Engineers (JSCE), and East Japan Railway Company (JR East).

        신입간호사의 회복탄력성, 직무스트레스 및 소진

        Purpose: The purpose of the present study was to identify correlations between resilience, job stress, and burnout in new nurses. Methods: The participants were recruited from a university hospital. All participants (N=87) were new nurses whose clinical experience was 12 month and less. We gathered data regarding demographics, resilience, job stress, and the incidence of burnout among the nurses using structured questionnaires. We analyzed the data using t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation, coefficien and multiple regression analyses. Results: Resilience of the nurses was negatively correlated with job stress (r=-.377, p<.001) and burnout (r=-.568, p<.001), while job stress was positively correlated with burnout (r=.511, p<.001). Resilience and job stress explained 42.5% of the variance in nurses' burnout ($R^2$=.425, F=37.071, p<.001). Conclusion: These results of the present study indicate that the management programs to address job stress and resilience for new nurses should be needed to reduce the burnout among them.
