골조직과 임플랜트 계면의 최소접촉분율에 관한 삼차원 유한요소분석적 연구

In order to find the degree of osseointegration at bone-implant interface of clinically successful implants, models including the 3.75mm wide, 10mm long screw type $Br{\aa}nemark$ implant as a standard and cylinder, 15mm long, 5.0mm wide, two splinted implants, and implants installed in various cancellous bone density were designed. Also, the amount of load and material of prostheses were changed. The stress and minimum contact fraction were analyzed on each model using three-dimensional finite element method(I-DEAS and ABAQUS version 5.5). The results of this study were as follows. 1. 10mm long, 3.75mm diameter-screw type implant had $36.5{\sim}43.7%$ of minimum contact fraction. 2. Cylinder type implant showed inferior stress distribution and higher minimum contact fraction than screw type. 3. As implant length was increased, minimum contact fraction was increased a little, however, maximum principal stress was decreased. 4. Implants with a large diameter had lower stress value with slightly higher minimum contact fraction than standard screw type. 5. Two splinted implants showed no change of minimum contact fraction. 6. The higher bone density, the lower stress value. 7. The material of occlusal surface had no effect on the stress of the bone-implant interface.

It is well known that implants showing no clinical mobility are successfully osseointegrated and have good prognosis. When implants are under load, their mobility begins to increase. It is of necessity to substantiate whether excessive load is on or premature occlusal force is acting prior to desirable osseointegration. Using Periotest unit, we could measure the pattern of mobility change. Consequently, osseointegrated treatment has come to success by intercepting progressive mobility and doing perceptive treatment according to the result of Periotest Value(PTV). In this study, we took records of intangible mobility of 70 osseointegrated implants. And we also measured the mobility of periodontally sound natural teeth as a standard from 30 dental personnel. Conclusions were summarized as followings ; 1. Lower lateral incisor has the highest PTV, whereas lower canine, upper canine, lower premolars and lower 1st molar have the lowest PTV in natural dentition. 2. There are little significant statistical difference of PTV between men and women in both(natural and implant) dentition. 3. In general, lower natural teeth show lower PTV than upper counterpart. 4. Mandibular implants have lower PTV than those of maxillary implants. 5. All of the successfully osseointegrated implants have lower PTV than those of periodontally healthy teeth.
치과 임플랜트 보철 장착자의 구강 감각 기능에 관한 연구

In this study, oral sensory function in the osseointegrated root form implant-supported prostheses wearers was estimated by measuring occlusal tactile perception threshold of thickness and sensibility threshold against lateral static loading, and comparing with normal dentition subjects and complete denture wearers group. Osseointegrated root form implants seemed to be restored in the sensation to some extent, and so, dental implants restored edentulous patients in a wide meaning. Conclusions were summarized as following. 1. Occlusal tactile perception threshold of thickness was highest in complete denture wearers group, following by implant-supported prostheses wearers group, normal dentition subjects group. 2. In the implant-supported prostheses wearers group, occlusal tactile perception threshold of opposing artificial teeth case was higher than of opposing natural or opposing implantsupported teeth case. 3. Sensibility threshold against lateral loading of complete denture wearers and implantsupported prostheses wearers group was higher than that of normal dentition subject group. 4. In the implant-supported prostheses group, sensibility threshold against lateral loading was not significantly different between upper and lower jaws. 5. In occlusal tactile perception threshold of thickness and sensibility threshold against lateral loading test, there was no regularity among values of each tooth, and no significant difference between anterior and posterior teeth as well.

This study was conducted to investigate the temporal variation of vascular flora in Songido island. The vascular plants were surveyed in 1989 and from 2010 to 2011, respectively. The summarized surveyed results were 337 taxa, 87 families, 227 genus, 291 species, 2 subspecies, 37 varieties and 7 forms. Compared to 1989, the results contain more than 215 taxa, 68 families, 157 genus, 179 species, 1 subspecies, 30 varieties and 5 forms. The number of floristic regional indicator plants was 58 taxa. 1 taxa was level Ⅴ, 11 taxa level Ⅲ and 46 taxa level Ⅰ. Endermic plants of Korea such as the Forsythia koreana, Populus tomentiglandulosa, and Paulownia coreana were surveyed. Rare plants such as the Prunus yedoensis and Chionanthus retusus were surveyed as well. Also, naturalized plants were recorded as 23 taxa, 10 families, 19 genus, 23 species. The Naturalization Index was 6.82% and the Urbanization Index 7.6%. In short, this study shows the distribution of vegetation in various climate zones (temperate and warm temperate zone) of Songido. It was conducted to provide primary data that could contribute to the conservation and restoration of flora and vegetation. In addition the study also shows that it is necessary to control non-native species and to protect native ones.

본 연구는 완도 본섬 지역에 분포하는 관속식물상을 밝히고 주요 식물들의 분포를 확인하는데 그 목적이 있다. 2010년 5월부터 2013년 10월까지 식물상을 파악한 결과 131과 446속 733종 1아종 81변종 13품종의 총828분류군이 확인되었다. 환경부지정 식물구계학적 특정식물종은 모두 159종으로 단풍딸기 등 Ⅴ등급종 6분류군, 혹난초 등 Ⅳ등급종은 9분류군, 영주치자 등 Ⅲ등급종은 42분류군, Ⅱ등급종은 9분류군, Ⅰ등급종은 93분류군이 조사되었다. 국립수목원 희귀식물로는 멸종위기종(CR)인 지네발란, 왕벚나무 2종, 위기종(EN)인 혹난초, 나도고사리삼 2종, 취약종(VU)으로 호랑가시나무, 모감주나무 등 11종, 약관심종(LC)은 7종, 자료부족종(DD)은 6종이 확인 되었다. 또한 귀화식물은 12과 27속 33종 1변종으로 총34분류군이 조사되었으며, 한국특산식물은 노각나무, 병꽃나무 등 11분 류군이 확인 되었다. This study was carried out to investigate the vascular flora of main island of Wando. The vascular plants were surveyed from May 2010 to October 2013. The results were summarized as 828 taxa, 131 families, 446 genus, 733 species, 1 subspecies, 81 varieties and 13 forms. The number of floristic regional indicator plants were 159 taxa with 6 taxa of level Ⅴ such as Rubus palmatus Thunb., 9 taxa of level Ⅳ such as Bulbophyllum inconspicuumMaxim., 42 taxa of level Ⅲ such as Bulbophyllum inconspicuum Maxim., 9 taxa of level Ⅱ, 93 taxa of level Ⅰ. In addition, two critically endangered species(CR), Sarcanthus scolopendrifolius Makino and Prunus yedoensisMatsum., two endangered species(EN), Bulbophyllum inconspicuumMaxim. and Ophioglossum vulgatum L., eleven vulnerable species(VU), such as I lex cornuta Lindl. & Paxton and Koelreuteria paniculata Laxmann, seven least concrned species(LC) and six data deficient species(DD), were found in the investigated area. Also, naturalized plants were recorded as 34 taxa, 12 families, 27 genus, 33species and 1 varieties; 11 endermic plants of Korea, such as Stewartia pseudocamelliaMaxim. and Weigela subsessilis (Nakai) L.H.Bailey.
