        델파이 기법을 활용한 사회인 야구 활성화 방안 연구

        The purposes of this study are to examine the problems and improvements of the current recreational baseball leagues and propose a measure to vitalize the recreational baseball leagues through delphi technique in order to propose an integrated measure by collecting the opinions of experts. Delphi survey was conducted for a total of 4 times. In regard to the collected results, the factors were categorized through the expert meeting. As a result, 4 final meta-factors and 20 sub-factors were derived. As a result of the final delphi survey, ‘expansion of relevant management departments for recreational baseball leagues’ and ‘mitigation of permit system for baseball facility’ were found to have the highest degree of potential for change in relation to the administrative system. As for hope scale, ‘expansion of relevant management departments for recreational baseball leagues’ was found to have the highest degree. In regard to organization, ‘improvement of the problem associated with league operation and political adhesion relationship’ was found to have the highest degree of potential for change. As for hope scale, ‘integration of different local rules of each league’ was found to have the highest degree. In regard to facility and supplies, ‘new construction of baseball park in each region’ was found to have the highest degree of potential for change. As for hope scale, ‘distribution of diverse supplies and equipment’ was found to have the highest degree. Lastly, in regard to infrastructure, ‘securing budget through corporate sponsorship’ was found to have the highest degree of potential for change. As for hope scale, ‘promotion of recreational baseball leagues in local communities’ were found to have the highest degree.

        생활체육 당구 참가자의 참여동기, 몰입경험 및 운동지속의사와의 관계

        The purpose of this study is to demonstrate why people participate billiards which is one of the sports for all programs and what makes them re-participate, in addition to analyze the relationship between the immersion experience and re-participation volition so as to provide basic data for the vitalization of billiards. The conclusions from the research by a correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis are as follows: First, billiard march participates" motivation has an effect on inner pleasure of immersion cognition and behavior and outer condition. Second, billiard march participates" motivation has an effect on habitual exercising, and inner pleasure, outer condition and outer ostentation in environmental factors. Third, billiard march participates" immersion experience has an effect on immersion cognition and behavior cognition of habitual exercising, and immersion behavior of continuing exercising environment. Conclusively, we need to switch our thinking billiard as one of the sound leisure programs and develop step by step programs for the interest and new skills. Also persistent administrating and special regard to facilities by providing relevant are necessary for the persistent participation.

        상업스포츠센터 지도자 리더십 유형이 선호도 및 재이용에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to analyze how the leadership type of leaders working at commercial sports centers affects leader preferences and reutilization. To attain the purpose, questionnaire surveys were conducted for 395 members in three commercial sports centers located in Gyeonggi Province. Results of the survey were as follows: First, among the leaders working at the commercial sports centers, charisma and intellectual stimulation which are factors of the transforming leadership and management by exception which is a factor of the transactional leadership appeared to significantly affect when preferring a leader. Second, charisma and intellectual stimulation among factors of the transforming leadership and management by exception among those of the transactional leadership showed significant influence upon the reutilization. Third, the preferences of members for leader appeared to exert significant influence upon the reutilization. In conclusion, members of the commercial sports centers were affected by the leadership type of their leaders which would bring forth a favorable feeling or vice versa. Since such preference upon leaders is an important factor in subscribing the sports center once again, its importance shall not be underestimated. Thus, to get competitive advantages in fierce competitions, a manager of a commercial sports center should take much interest in leaders and provide appropriate leadership programs and workshops with leaders who have made close relationships with members. On the other hand, as a leader is obliged to provide high quality physical training programs and services to his/her members, he/she has to develop and demonstrate his/her leadership competence including charisma, intellectual stimulation, and management by exception to be a leader preferred by members.

        직업무용단의 내부마케팅이 조직몰입 및 직무만족에 미치는 영향

        This research studied the effect of the internal marketing of dance company on organizational commitment and job satisfaction and use the results to provide information useful for operation of dance company in order to enhance service quality to improve customer satisfaction. A questionnaire survey was conducted on the members of dance company working for local dance companies in the region. The survey was conducted on a total of 376 people to collect data on demographic characteristics, internal marketing, organizational commitment and job satisfaction. A total of 34 surveys were omitted from the sample and 342 samples were used to perform frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis,, correlations analysis and multi-variate regression analysis. The following conclusions were obtained as a result of above research method and analysis. First, internal marketing had significant influence on organizational commitment. Second, internal marketing significantly affected job satisfaction. Third, organizational commitment significantly affected job satisfaction. In conclusion, the research showed that internal marketing of dance company affected organizational commitment and job satisfaction. The results suggest that there is a need for reinforcing internal marketing strategy for dancers in order to improve customer satisfaction and service quality. Therefore, dance companies are encouraged to continue to motivate their dancers and provide useful information to build a better working environment.
