        준비운동 강도가 최대하 운동 중 에너지대사에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 준비운동강도가 최대하 운동 중 에너지 대사에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 자발적 참여의사를 밝힌 남자대학생 8명이 참여하였다. 두 가지 준비운동(30%VO2max, 90%VO2max)의 최대하 운동중 생리적 변화를 검증하기 위해 t-검증을 실시하였으며, 최대한 운동중 생리대사적 변인들의 변화를 검증하기 위해 이원변량분석을 사용하였다. 본 연구를 통해 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 준비운동 기간의 호흡대사변인인 산소섭취량, 호흡교환율, 지방연소기여율, 지방 연소량, 총열량 소비량 간에 유의한 차이를 보였다. 둘째, 휴식기간의 저강도 및 고강도 준비운동간의 호흡대사변인인 산소섭취량, 호흡교환율, 지방연소 기여율, 지방 연소량은 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 총열량 소비량은 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 휴식기를 제외한 총 운동의 저강도 및 고강도 준비운동간의 산소섭취량과 총열량 소비량은 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 호흡교환율, 지방연소 기여율, 지방 연소량에는 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. This study aimed to analyze effects of the warm-up intensities on energy metabolism during submaximal exercise. Eight health male collegiate students participated this experiment. During submaximal exercise 40min at MFOEI, physiological and metabolic variables were compared between two warm-up exercise and exercise periods using 2×8 two-way repeated ANOVA. Also, paired t-test was used to analyze energy variables between two exercise(warm-up; 5min, rest; 3min, MFOEI; 40min). The results were as follow: First, in warm up periods, there were significant difference VO2, %fat, Fkcal/min, Tkcal/min between low and high warm-up intensities. Second, in submaximal exercise periods, there were significant difference of VO2, RER, %fat, Fkcal/min, Tkcal/min at low and high warm-up intensities Third, in warm up and submaximal exercise periods, there were significant difference VO2, Tkcal at low and high warm-up intensitie. but there were no significant difference RER, %fat, Fkcal/min at low and high warm-up intensitie.

        신체불만족이 무용전공생의 자아존중감 및 이상섭식행동에 미치는 영향

        The main objective of this study is to investigate the structure of the relationship among body dissatisfaction, self-esteem and disordered eating behavior. And it was intended to identify the effect that the body dissatisfaction and self-esteem of high school student and college woman greatly interested in weight and somatotype had on abnormal eating behavior, find out and analyze their relationship general female students, not the patient with eating disorders receiving clinical diagnosis. To attain this goal, the questionnaire research was conducted for a total 284 high school girls and college female dance major students. The questionnaire data obtained from them were analyzed using the statistical programs such as SPSS 19.0 and AMOS 18.0. As a result, the following conclusion was drawn; Body dissatisfaction had a direct effect on the eating attitude and eating disorders and had an indirect effect on self-esteem as it was an important variable that could cause eating disorder.

        운동과 홍삼 복합처치가 대장암 억제 및 예방에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of the combined treatment of red ginseng and short and long-term exercise treatment on the inhibition and prevention of colon cancer based on the animal model. For this purpose, it attempted to divide 80 animals used here into eight groups, each composed of 10 animals, and the combined treatment for colon cancer was applied to them and the control group. They were given the treadmill exercise at the speed of about 70% of the maximum exercise for 60 minutes a day, four times a week over the periods of 6 weeks and 12 weeks. As a result, the following findings were obtained: First, an attempt was made to analyze the frequency and incidence of tumors related to the combined treatment of red ginseng and exercise. The result showed that the incidence of tumors caused by colon cancer reduced in the group of prior treatment with 6-week and 12-week red ginseng and exercise compared to the control group. Second, an attempt was made to conduct a Western blot analysis related to the combined treatment of red ginseng and exercise. The expression level of MDA was found to be lower in the group of 12-week combined treatment compared to the group of those induced by colon cancer. The expression level of 4-HNE was found to be lower in the group of those caused bycolon cancer compared to the group of 12-week combined treatment. And the expression level of HO-1 AND NQO1 was significantly higher in the group of those caused by colon cancer compared to the control group.

        야구 경기력 평가 분석을 위한 개념구조탐색

        The purpose of this study was explore the baseball performance analysis assessment factors which coaches actually want information on and professional baseball players in need to develop the accompanying scale for them. For the purpose of exploring the baseball performance analysis assessment factor and develop the scale for them, the open ended questionnaire established, and the pilot question items were developed for the baseball performance analysis assessment. Then item analysis, exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis were conducted 580 coaches and baseball players at the state of questionnaire. As a result total 34 items were draw in regard to four factors. Cronbach’α was found total .982. And confirmatory factor analysis was conducted to investigate the goodness of tit of the baseball performance analysis assessment model concerning the final question item developed through the item analysis assessment model concerning the final question item developed through the item analysis and exploratory factor analysis. As a result, four factors were structured, and the goodness of fit indexes(RMR, NFI, IFI, TLI, CFI) satisfied the criterion for the optimal value, and the model was tested th be valid. The result could assist providing further information for baseball performance analysis assessment factor wanted by coaches and baseball players.

      • 낮은 레이놀즈수를 갖는 인간동력항공기 프로펠러의 최적설계 및 구조해석

        높은 효율이 요구되는 저속 인간동력항공기(HPA:Human Powered Aircraft)용 프로펠러의 최적 설계를 수행하였으며, 전산구조해석 프로그램 NASTRANTM을 사용하여 프로펠러의 공력하중을 반영한 스파 구조해석을 수행하였다. 전산구조해석 격자 생성 프로그램인 HypermeshTM를 사용하여 격자모델을 생성하였으며, 탄소복합재를 차등 적층하는 방식으로 테이퍼 스파 형상을 모델링 하였다. 구조해석 결과 변위와 응력에서 모두 개선된 특성을 얻을 수 있었으며, 순항 요구 추력 조건에서 2 이상의 안전계수를 갖는 것을 확인하였다. 변위 실험 및 실제 비행 영상 분석 결과, 구조해석 특성과 일치하는 것을 확인하였다. 세종대학교 인간동력항공기 한바람팀은 자체적으로 프로펠러 일체형 스킨 제작 공법을 개발하였으며, 개발된 프로펠러는 인간동력항공기의 비행시험을 통하여 추력 성능을 검증하였다. An optimal low-Reynolds-number propeller design was performed for the high efficiency propeller requirement of a HPA(Human Powered Aircraft) application. Based on the aerodynamic characteristics of the propeller, the structural characteristics of the propeller spar was analyzed using the NASTRANTM. For the computational mesh generation, the HypermeshTM was used to provide proper grid resolution. The tapered spar was designed to have incremental composite layers along the radius. The structural analysis showed load factor of more than 2 under cruise condition, an improvement from previous propeller designs. Also the static load test and the flight video analysis of the propeller conformed with the computational results. The resultant propeller proved its thrust characteristics during the actual HPA flight tests.

      • 가속도 계측과 운영조건을 고려한 열차 이동위치 예측

        이동하는 차량의 위치를 확인하는 방법으로 가장 많이 사용되는 장치는 GPS(Global Positioning System)이고, 내비게이션 등에 흔하게 사용되고 있다. 그러나 지하 공간으로 이동하는 지하철의 경우, GPS 위치확인 방법은 위성신호를 받을 수 없어 적용할 수 없다. 철로 위를 이동하는 열차의 위치 정보는 역과 역 사이에서 이상 소음이나 진동을 승객이 느끼는 경우, 철로상의 문제인지, 객차의 문제인지 등 원인 파악을 위해 해당위치를 아는 것은 상당히 중요하다. 지하철에서 위치확인은 차량의 속도를 계측한 후, 적분하여 위치를 확인하거나 혹은 철로상에 설치한 RFID 태그나 위치확인 장치를 통해 절대위치를 포인트로 확인할 수 있다. 그러나 이러한 데이터는 운전객차에 설치되어 있어, 일반 객차에서 시험 계측을 시도한다면 이러한 신호를 사용할 수 없다. 본 연구에서는 열차의 진행방향 가속도 신호를 계측하고 이중적분을 통해 열차의 위치를 예측하는 방법을 적용하기 위해 가속도 신호의 계측과 운영조건을 결합한 방법으로 적분오차를 최소화하는 방안을 제시하여, 이동중인 열차의 위치를 예측하고자 하였다. To measured the moving distance of vehicle commonly used GPS sensor. But subway underground cannot be applied because of not receiving the satellite signals. Information of the subway moving distance is significant to check any problem which passenger feel vibration and noise. There are RFIDs and fixed position display systems to find moving distance. These system not used to check problems in the passenger car of train. It is not communicate. In this study, to estimate the moving distance of train used the measured acceleration data and train operation condition(Automatic Operation Control) and minimized the integral error.

        단분절 후방 척추 고정술에서 추궁판 갈고리와 추경 나사못 추가 고정의 생체역학적 연구

        Study Design: This biomechanical study was designed to perform flexibility tests in multiple loading directions to compare the stabilizing effects of supplemental hook or pedicle screw fixation on short segment pedicle instrumentation system. Objective: To compare biomechanical flexibilities of short segment pedicle instrumentation constructs added by hook or pedicle screw fixation in an unstable calf spine model. Summary of Background Data: Short segment pedicle instrumentation is using recently for the surgical treatment of the unstable burst fractures of the thoracolumbar spine, but a high incidence.. of early screw failure in short segment pedicle instrumentation has reported. Materials and Methods: Ten fresh frozen calf spines (T10-L3) were loaded with pure unconstrained moments in flexion, extension, axial rotation. and lateral bending directions. A maximum moment of 6.4 Nm was achieved in 5 steps using dead weights. After removal of L1 vertebral body, testing was performed on intact specimens first and then each specimen after laminar hook or pedicle screw insertion on the short segment pedicle instrumentation of ISOLA implant. Any kinds of graft material or transfixation device were not used to make the worst possible case of instability of an injured spine. Three different fixation methods were instrumented. These included: (1) one level above and one level below with pedicle screw, (2) 2 levels above with pedicle screw and hook and one level below with pedicle screw. and (3) 2 levels above and one level below with pedicle screws. Results: At the level of corpectomy, all fixation methods significantly reduced motions in flexion, extension, and lateral bending as compared to the intact motion (P<0.001). The differences between all constructs were not statistically significant. The addition of a hook or screw on the short segment pedicle screw construct was not significantly reduced the flexibility as compared to the short segment pedicle screw construct. Axial rotational motions in groups I, II, and III were similar with each other and with intact motion as well and there were no significant statistical difference. The addition of the hook or screw on the short segment pedicle construct showed more stability as compared to the pedicle screw construct, but statistical difference was not. The addition of hook or screw on the short segment pedicle screw construct showed similar stability i n all motions with each other. At the level above corpectomy, all tested fixation methods did not improve the axial rotational stability beyond the intact case, but reduced flexion, extension, and lateral bending motions significantly (p<0.001). The addition of hook or screw on the short segment pedicle screw construct showed significant stability in all motions (p<0.001) as compared to the short segment pedicle screw construct and their stabilities were similar with each other. Conclusions: All fixation methods showed more stabilities in all motions than normal specimen. The addition of pedicle screw on the short segment pedicle screw constructs are more stable than the addition of hook, but there was no statistical difference. Adding one level of fixation cranial to the fracture using pedicle screws or hooks may be necessary to decrease the rate of clinical failure and to enhance the stability of the construct with short segment pedicle instrumentation.
