        광어에서 Cephalexin의 잔류 소실에 관한 연구

        The objective of this study was to investigate the residue depletion of cephaalexin in the flounder (Paralichthys olivaceus) after multiple oral administrations and to establish the appropriate withdrawal time for edible tissues. A highly sensitive and specific method for the determination of cephalexin in the serum of flounder by LC/MS was developed and validated. Mean recoveries from serum were 87.2% (ranged from 81.2% to 94.5%) for cepalexin. Recovery and precision met the criteria for the guideline of residual analysis of veterinary drugs by the National Veterinary Research and Quarantine Service (NVRQS) in Korea. The limit of detection and limit of quantitation of cephalexin were 10 ng/ml and 50 ng/ml, respectively. Residual levels of cephalexin in muscle samples were estimated with 95% tolerance limit and 95% confidence to fall below the MRL after a withdrawal time of 4 days and 5 days for the 40 and 160 mg/kg/day, respectively.

        Determination of Ceftiofur in Bovine Serum by liquid Chromatography-Electrospray Mass Spectrometry

        This study was aimed to develop a more rapid, simple and sensitive method to determine ceftiofur in bovine serum using LC/MS with electrospray interface. Separation was achieved on the Nova-Pak $C_{18}$ reverse phase column. The mobile phase consisted of 0.1% acetic add in water (A) and acetonitrile (B) and gradiently flowed at the rate of 0.4 mL/min. As a result of analysis of blank muscle samples, matrix interference was not shown. Limit of detection and limit of quantitaion was 5 ng/g and 20 ng/g, respectively. The values of precision and recovery satisfied the guideline of NVRQS. The precision and recovery developed in this method are suitable and sensitive to determine the concentration of ceftiofur in the bovine serum. These results could be applied for the confirmation and quantification in the biofluid.

        기후변화가 잣나무의 연륜생장에 미치는 영향 분석

        본 연구는 기후변화가 잣나무의 연륜생장에 미치는 영향을 평가하기 위해 수행하였다. 잣나무의 연도별 생장패턴을 분석하기 위해 제5차 국가산림자원조사에서 수집된 연륜생장 자료를 정리하였다. 기후조건의 유사성에 근거한 군집분석 결과 잣나무 분포지역은 5개의 군집의 분류되었다. 시군별로 정리된 1951년부터 2010년까지 60년 동안의 월별 평균기온과 강수량 자료에 근거하여 각 군집의 연도별 생장도일과 표준강수지수를 산출하였다. 이 정보를 이용하여 기후조건이 생장에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위해 각 군집에 대한 연도별 온도효과지수와 강수효과지수를 추정하였다. 온도효과지수와 강수효과지수의 곱으로 표현되는 독립변수에 의해 연륜생장을 추정할 수 있는 연륜생장 추정식을 군집별로 개발하였다. 이 추정식을 기후변화 시나리오 RCP 4.5와 RCP 8.5에 적용함으로써 기후변화가 군집별 잣나무의 연륜생장에 미치는 영향을 예측하였다. 본 연구에서 얻어진 결과는 잣나무의 지역별 생장특성의 추정뿐만 아니라 기후변화에 따른 생장패턴의 변화 예측에 필요한 유용한 정보로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. This study was conducted to analyze the effect of climate change on the tree-ring growth of Pinus koraiensis in Korea. Annual tree-ring growth data of P. koraiensis collected by the 5<sup>th</sup> National Forest Inventory were first organized to analyze yearly growth patterns of the species. When tree-ring growth data were analyzed through cluster analysis based on similarity of climatic conditions, five clusters were identified. Yearly growing degree days and standard precipitation index based on daily mean temperature and precipitation data from 1951 to 2010 were calculated by cluster. Using the information, yearly temperature effect index(TEI) and precipitation effect index(PEI) by cluster were estimated to analyze the effect of climatic conditions on the growth of the species. Tree-ring growth estimation equations by cluster were developed by using the product of yearly TEI and PEI as independent variable. The tree-ring growth estimation equations were applied to the climate change scenarios of RCP 4.5 and RCP 8.5 for predicting the changes in tree-ring growth by cluster of P. koraiensis from 2011 to 2100. The results of this study are expected to provide valuable information necessary for estimating local growth characteristics of P. koraiensis and for predicting changes in tree-ring growth patterns caused by climate change.

        일반 노인의 우울 감소를 위한 타악기 중심의 집단음악치료 프로그램 개발 및 효과성 검증

        본 연구는 일반 노인의 우울감을 경감하고 자아존중감과 자아통함감을 향상시키기 위한 타악기 중심의 집단음악치료 프로그램을 개발하여 그 효과를 살펴보는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 타악기 중심의 집단음악치료 프로그램을 개발하고 총 16명의 65세 이상 일반 노인들을 연구대상으로 선정하였다. 실험집단과 통제집단에 8명씩 무선 할당하고, 프로그램의 효과를 검증한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 프로그램을 실시한 실험집단은 그렇지 않은 통제집단에 비해 통계적으로 유의한 수준에서 우울이 감소하였다. 둘째, 실험집단은 통제집단에 비해 통계적으로 유의한 수준에서 자아존중감이 증진되었다. 셋째, 실험집단은 통제집단에 비해 통계적으로 유의한 수준에서 자아통합감이 향상되었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 타악기 중심의 집단음악치료프로그램은 일반 노인들이 건강한 정신으로 행복한 노년을 영위할 수 있도록 돕는 상담적 접근 방법임을 확인하였고, 향후 노년기 삶의 질 향상을 위해 음악을 활용한 다양한 참여 프로그램이 개발될 필요성이 있음에 대해 제언하였다. This study aims to develop a group music therapy program to reduce depression in the elderly, to improve their self-esteem and ego integrity, and to verify the effectiveness of the program. To this end, the percussion-oriented group music therapy program was developed, and a total of 16 elderly people over the age of 65 were selected as subjects of the study. Eight people were allocated randomly to the experimental group and the control group, and the results of verifying the effectiveness of the program are as follows. First, the results showed that the experimental group, which participated in the program, showed a statistically significant decrease in depression, compared to the control group, which did not. Second, the self-esteem of the experimental group was significantly improved, compared to that of the control group. Third, the ego integrity of the experimental group was significantly improved, compared to that of the control group. Based on these findings, the percussion-oriented group music therapy was supported as a counseling approach that helps the general elderly lead a happy old age with a healthy mind. To improve the quality of life of the elderly, further development of various participation programs using music is suggested.

        국가산림자원조사 자료를 활용한 소나무 연륜생장과 기후인자와의 관계분석

        본 연구는 국가산림자원조사에 의해 수집한 소나무의 연륜생장 목편자료에 근거하여 연륜생장과 기후인자와의 관계를 구명하기 위해 수행되었다. 먼저 소나무의 연도별 생장패턴을 분석하기 위해 제5차 국가산림자원조사에서 수집된 1951년부터 2010년까지 60년 동안의 연륜생장 자료를 정리하였다. 또한 소나무가 분포하는 시군을 대상으로 일별 평균기온과 강수량의 기상정보에 근거하여 연도별 생장도일과 표준강수지수를 산출하였다. 이 정보를 이용하여 기후조건이 소나무의 연륜생장에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위해 연도별 온도효과지수와 강수효과지수를 추정하였으며, 이들 변수를 독립변수로 하는 소나무의 연륜생장 추정식을 개발하였다. 마지막으로 이 추정식을 기후변화 시나리오 RCP 4.5와 RCP 8.5에 적용함으로써 기후변화가 소나무의 연륜생장에 미치는 영향을 예측하였다. 기후변화 시나리오를 적용하여 2011년부터 2100년까지 90년 동안의 연륜생장 변화를 예측한 결과 시간이 경과하면서 연륜생장이 감소하는 것으로 분석되었다. RCP 4.5시나리오를 적용하면 상대적으로 생장감소가 적은 반면, RCP 8.5를 적용하면 2050년 이후에는 큰 폭으로 연륜생장이 감소하는 것으로 예측되었다. 본 연구에서 얻어진 결과는 소나무의 지역별 생장특성의 추정뿐만 아니라 기후변화에 따른 생장패턴의 변화 예측에 필요한 유용한 정보로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. This study was conducted to analyze the relationship between tree-ring growth of Pinus densiflora and climate factors based on national forest inventory(NFI) data. Annual tree-ring growth data of P. densiflora collected by the 5<sup>th</sup> NFI were first organized to analyze yearly growth patterns of the species. Yearly growing degree days and standard precipitation index based on daily mean temperature and precipitation data from 1951 to 2010 were calculated. Using the information, yearly temperature effect index(TEI) and precipitation effect index(PEI) were estimated to analyze the effect of climate conditions on the tree-ring growth of the species. A tree-ring growth estimation equation appropriate for P. densiflora was then developed by using the TEI and PEI as independent variables. The tree-ring growth estimation equation was finally applied to the climate change scenarios of RCP 4.5 and RCP 8.5 for predicting the changes in tree-ring growth of P. densiflora from 2011 to 2100. The results indicate that tree-ring growth of P. densiflora is predicted to be decreased over time when the tree-ring growth estimation equation is applied to the climate change scenarios of RCP 4.5 and RCP 8.5. It is predicted that the decrease of tree-ring growth over time is relatively small when RCP 4.5 is applied. On the other hand, the steep decrease of tree-ring growth was found in the application of RCP 8.5, especially after the year of 2050. The results of this study are expected to provide valuable information necessary for estimating local growth characteristics of P. densiflora and for predicting changes in tree-ring growth patterns caused by climates change.

      • 고령화시대 실버타운의 선호도 및 입주의향 분석에 관한 연구

        This study quantified the perception of individuals through a survey to investigate the social recognition and preference of silver town. The questionnaire expresses individual thoughts, and objectification is given priority in quantifying it. Therefore, reliability and validity were tested to apply the results of this study in general. As a result of the reliability analysis, the Cronbach's α coefficient value was 0.734 in the cognitive factor and 0.845 in the internal characteristic factor, showing high reliability. The KMO value of validity test was 76.213∼1825,656, which was smaller than p<0.01, and the validity was confirmed. The factors affecting the preference of silver town were cognition, location characteristics, physical characteristics, and program characteristics. Factors affecting the intention to move were analyzed by cognition, location, physical, internal, and program characteristics. The silver town and the silver industry are the tasks we have to prepare, and we must create conditions in which the private sector can actively participate. Role sharing is required in each area and it should be studied from the viewpoint of welfare so that it becomes a developmental view in the future.

        무인모선기반 무인잠수정의 3차원 위치계측 기법에 관한 연구

        A 3-D localization method of an autonomous underwater vehicle (AUV) has been developed, which can solve the limitations of the conventional localization, such as LBL or SBL that reduces the flexibility and availability of the AUV. The system is composed of a mother ship (small unmanned marine prober) on the surface of the water and an unmanned underwater vehicle in the water. The mother ship is equipped with a digital compass and a GPS for position information, and an extended Kalman filter is used for position estimation. For the localization of the AUV, we used only non-inertial sensors, such as a digital compass, a pressure sensor, a clinometer, and ultrasonic sensors. From the orientation and velocity information, a priori position of the AUV is estimated by applying the dead reckoning method. Based on the extended Kalman filter algorithm, a posteriori position of the AUV is, then, updated by using the distance between the AUV and a mother ship on the surface of the water, together with the depth information from the pressure sensor.
