STPC 알고리즘을 이용한 VANET을 위한 전송파워 제어기법

본 논문은 차량 네트워크망의 성능개선을 위하여 교통류 모델을 이용한 STPC 알고리즘이 적용된 전송파워 제어기법을 제안한다. 교통량 혼잡 상태에서 차량 간의 전송파워는 메시지 충돌 확률을 증가시키며, 이는 차량 네트워크망의 성능저하 문제의 원인이 된다. 이를 해결하기 위하여, 제안된 전송파워 제어기법의 효용성을 증명하기 위하여 네트워크 모의실험 도구인 OPNet 모델러에서 원홉 지연, 패킷전송성공 확률 및 처리율을 분석하였다. 모의실험 결과를 살펴보면, 제안된 기법은 기존의 고정 전송파워를 적용한 기법보다 우수한 지연감소 효과를 보였고, 차량의 밀도가 높을 때 패킷전송 성공확률과 처리율은 향상되었다. In this paper, we propose a transmission power control scheme for performance improvement of VANET using STPC algorithm considering traffic-flow model. In traffic congestion, a transmission power between car and car increases the collision probability of control messages, which causes the problems to decrease the performance of VANET. The proposed scheme is evaluated by OPNet modeler 16.0 for analyzing its performance and effectiveness in terms of end-to-end delays in hops, packet success probability, and throughput. The simulation result show that the proposed scheme reduces a delay in hops and increases high packet transmission success ratio. Furthermore, a throughput under high density traffic is improved effectively.

납세의식이 납세 냉소주의적 태도 및 납세순응 행위에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 영남권 지역의 법인사업자, 세무대리인, 근로자 등 3개 집단군을 대상으로 수집된 자료를 이용하여 납세의식이 납세에 대한 냉소주의적 태도에 어떻게 영향을 미치는가, 납세 냉소주의적 태도가 납세순응 행위에 어떻게 영향을 미치는가 그리고 납세의식이 납세순응 행위에 어떻게 영향을 미치는가의 3개 연구문제에 대한 해답을 얻고자 이에 따른 연구모형과 연구가설을 설정하고 이를 검정하였다. 본 연구에서 자료분석 방법은 탐색요인분석과 탐색요인분석의 결과를 토대로 확인요인분석과 공분산구조모형에 의한 동시경로분석을 실시하였으며, 자료분석은 SPSSWIN 21.0과 AMOS 21.0 한글판을 이용하였다. 본 연구에서 검정 결과는 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있다. 첫째, 납세의식과 냉소주의적 태도 간의 관계에서 ‘납세윤리’, ‘공평성 의식’의 2개 요인이 ‘인지적 냉소주의’에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타난 반면, 3개 요인 모두 ‘정서적 냉소주의’에는 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 냉소주의적 태도와 납세순응 행위 간의 관계에서 ‘인지적 냉소주의’의 경우 ‘충성도’에만 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 반면, ‘정서적 냉소주의’의 경우 ‘충성도’, ‘불평행동’, ‘침묵’ 모두에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 납세의식과 납세순응 행위 간의 관계에서 ‘충성도’의 경우 ‘납세윤리’와 ‘성실납세’의 2개 요인이, ‘불평행동’의 경우 ‘공평성 의식’의 1개 요인이, 각각 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 반면, ‘침묵’의 경우 ‘납세윤리’, ‘성실납세’, ‘공평성 의식’의 3개 하위요인 모두 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. This study, we aimed to investigate the impact of tax consciousness on the tax cynical attitude and tax compliance action in survey. The exploratory factor analysis of SPSSWIN and confirmatory factor analysis and simultaneous path analysis of AMOS were applied to analyze the data. The results were as follows: First, The tax ethics, tax fairness of tax consciousness influenced significantly on recognized cynicism, while tax ethics, tax sincerity, tax fairness of tax consciousness effect significant on emotional cynicism. Second, The recognized cynicism of cynical attitude effected significantly on loyalty, while emotional cynicism of cynical attitude effect not significant on complaining behavior. Third, The tax ethics, tax sincerity of tax consciousness influenced significantly on loyalty. The tax fairness of tax consciousness influenced only significantly on complaining behavior, while all of sub-factor of tax consciousness effect not significant on silence of tax compliance action.

A Novel Approach to Make a 3D Avatar On the Mobile Camera Phone

The 3D Avatar is one of popular service at mobile handset but the quality is not attractive to consumers because of the limitation of processing power on mobile handset. In this paper, we introduce novel approach to make a 3D avatar on the mobile handset. We pnp때ose efficient algorithm on face detection and face modeling. These algorithms do not decrease the performance of system and the result also shows good quality. The generated avatar is quite a natural and gets good points from evaluator.

성격 특성이 생활스트레스 및 생활만족도에 미치는 영향

This study, we aimed to investigate the causal relationship between personality traits, life stress and life satisfaction. So we generally hypothesized that personality traits effect to life stress and life satisfaction, while life stress impact to life satisfaction. The data were collected from Korean General Social Survey statistical databases dated of August 31, 2009. The structural equation model of AMOS were applied to analyze the data. The results were as follows: First, The extroversion effect not significant on life stress, but introversion influenced significantly on life stress. Second, The extroversion and introversion influenced significantly on life satisfaction. Third, Life stress influenced significantly on life satisfaction. From these results we can conclude that introversion of personality traits influenced significantly on life stress but extroversion of personality traits effect not significant on life stress and personality traits, life stress influenced significantly on life satisfaction.

문화적 성향, 여가활동 유형, 생활만족도 간의 인과적 관련성에 관한 연구

This study, we aimed to investigate the causal relationship between cultural orientation, leisure activity types and life satisfaction. So we generally hypothesized that cultural orientation effect to leisure activity types and life satisfaction, while leisure activity types impact to life satisfaction. The data were collected from Korean General Social Survey statistical databases dated of August 31, 2007. The structural equation model of AMOS were applied to analyze the data. The results were as follows: First, The individualism and collectivism effect not significant on play-rest type, but individualism and collectivism influenced significantly on hobby-sociable type. Second, The play-rest type effect not significant on family satisfaction and work-leisure satisfaction, while, hobby-sociable type influenced significantly on family satisfaction and work-leisure satisfaction. Third, The individualism and collectivism effect not significant family satisfaction and work-leisure satisfaction. From these results we can conclude that cultural orientation influenced significantly on leisure activity types and leisure activity types influenced significantly on life satisfaction, but cultural orientation effect not significant on life satisfaction.

연구논문(硏究論文) : 임금근로자의 직무환경이 직무만족도, 불평행동 및 충성도에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 임금근로자들을 대상으로 직무환경이 직무만족도, 불평행동, 충성도에 어떻게 영향을 미치는가를 분석하고자 연구모형을 설정하고 이를 분석하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 연구모형에 기초하여 직무환경이 직무만족도에 영향을 미칠것이다. 직무만족도는 불평행동에 영향을 미칠 것이다. 직무만족도는 또한 충성도에 영향을 미칠 것이다. 그리고 불평행동은 충성도에 영향을 미칠 것이다는 네 가지의 가설을 설정하고 이를 검정하였다. 본 연구에서 분석자료는 한국종합사회조사(KGSS)에서 2009년도에 수집된 자료들 중 임금 근로자 부가질문 문항들을 분석하였으며, 자료분석은 SPSSWIN 12.0 한글판과 AMOS 5.0 판을 이용하였다. 본 연구에서 가설검정의 결과는 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있다. 첫째, 직무환경은 직무만족도에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 직무만족도는 불평행동과 충성도 각각에 대하여 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 불평행동은 충성도에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결과적으로 직무환경은 직무만족도에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치고 직무만족도는 불평행동과 충성도에 각각 통계적으로 영향을 미치며, 불평행동은 충성도에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미친다는 사실을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 직무환경이 좋을수록 직무만족도가 높고 직무만족도가 높을수록 불평행동은 적어지고 충성도는 높아지며, 불평행동이 적을수록 충성도가 높아진다는 사실을 발견할 수 있었다. From these results we can conclude that job environment influenced significantly on job satisfaction, while job satisfaction effected significantly on complaining behavior and loyalty, also complaining behavior influenced significantly on loyalty.

외국인 노동자들의 스트레스원, 스트레스 증후군, 일탈행동 간의 인과적 관련성에 관한 연구

This study, we aimed to investigate the causal relationship between stressor, stress symptoms and deviant behavior. So we generally hypothesized that stressor effect to stress symptoms and deviant behavior, while stress symptoms impact to deviant behavior. The data were collected from foreign laborer in Korea. The databases dated from May 20 to June 10, 2006. The methods of ANOVA and path analysis were applied to analyze the data. The results were as follows: First, Psychological resources as stressor influenced significant all of stress symptoms but not influenced deviant behavior. Second, Anxiety symptoms as stress symptoms influenced significantly on deviant behavior, but others symptoms effect not significant on deviant behavior. Third, Individual's resources as stressor only influenced significantly on Anxiety symptoms. From these results we can conclude that anxiety symptoms as stress symptoms are significantly correlated to deviant behavior.

공무조직의 업무특성이 조직유효성에 미치는 영향 :

본 연구에서는 업무특성과 정보기술 활용도가 조직유효성에 미치는 영향관계를 분석하고 아울러 업무특성과 조직유효성의 관계에 정보기술 활용도가 미치는 조절효과를 분석하여 정보기술 활용이 경찰조직의 업무와 조직유효성에 효율을 높일 수 있는 방안을 모색하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 연구결과 첫째, 업무특성요인 중 업무중요성과 피드백은 직무만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤고, 기능다양성은 직무만족에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 업무정체성과 업무중요성 그리고 피드백은 조직몰입에 각각 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 정보기술 활용도의 활용정도와 지원정도 모두가 조직유효성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 정보기술 활용도의 업무특성과 조직유효성의 조절효과에 있어서 활용정도와 자율성이 상호작용하여 직무만족과 조직몰입에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 활용정도와 정체성이 상호작용하여 조직몰입에 정(+)의 영향 을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 지원정도와 자율성이 상호작용하여 직무만족에만 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 경찰공무원이 지각하는 업무의 특성에 따라 직무만족과 조직몰입에 영향을 미치며, 정보기술의 활용이 경찰업무에 있어서 선택이 아닌 필수적인 요소로 작용한다는 것이다. 또한 정보기술 활용도에 따라 업무특성의 하위변수들이 조직유효성 변수에 미치는 영향이 서로 다름을 확인 하였다. 이러한 분석결과는경찰공무원의 업무와 정보기술의 활용방안을 모색하여 앞으로 대한민국 경찰조직이 끊임없이 발생하는 강력범죄와 사건들에 효과적으로 대응할 수 있는 전략적인 시사점을 줄 수 있을 것이다. This study analyzes the relationship between business quality and information technology application, and the degree of effect in organized effectiveness. The interpretation of research analyzes the modulating effect that an information technology degree has and the relationship between business quality and organized effectiveness. The goal of this research is to assess the potential of raising organizational efficiency with the integration of information technology. The first results asses the feedback attained in certain business quality indicators including job satisfaction. The business identity and business importance and feedback in organization commitment respectively appeared with the fact that affects of affirmation. Second, both the degree of utilization and support in the utilization of information technology shows positive effects on organizational effectiveness. Third, there was a modulating effect of information technical application in moral business quality and organized effectiveness. The application of degree and autonomy under such interaction appeared with the fact that effects related with job satisfaction and organization commitment. The application degree and identity about under interaction appeared with the fact that effects of affirmation in organization commitment. Also the degree of support and autonomy only job satisfaction about under interaction appeared with the fact thateffects of injustice. Namely, according to the quality of the business which the research circle perceives affects job satisfaction and of organization commitment. The application of information technique is to a police service and operates with the element which is essential is not the selection is a thing. There is a possibility of summarizing business quality, individual perception, and organization and organization efficiency is affected by the degree to which information technology is applied.
