표지방류조사에 의한 참홍어 (Beringraja pulchra)의 이동 및 성장률

To obtain geographical range and growth.kinetics parameters of mottled sake (Beringraja pulchra) populations in the Yellow Sea, three mark.recapture experiments were carried out. Overall, 991 tagged individuals were released, and 4.1% of them were recaptured with the mean release period of 339 d (range, 8.1,420 d) and the mean growth rate of 1.4 cm mon.1 (female, 1.5 cm mon.1; male 1.3 cm mon.1). In the first experiment, 667 individuals were released at Heuksan Island from April to June, 2007.2009, and 30 individuals were recaptured mainly at the north and the north.east coasts of the island, indicating absence of migration to the south of the island. In the second experiment, 323 individuals were released at several fishing grounds scattered in the Yellow Sea in 2010.2013, and 11 individuals were recaptured at points deviated to all directions from the releasing points. As the last, one individual was released with pop.up satellite archival tag at a costal point (34°37.2``N, 124°59.3``E) off Hong Island on May 21, 2010. The tagged individual migrated to a north.east location (35°50.4``N, 126°03.6``E) of Eocheong Island by Aug. 25, 2010. The data archived for the three months in the tag indicated that the migration path had depths of 48.80 m and temperature of 12.6.14.4℃. The results indicated that mottled sake populations had a localized habitat ranges at the north of Heuksan Island and the west of Hong Island while growing at the rate of 1.4 cm mon.1.

To understand the fishery characteristics by a beam trawl off the coast of the Chungnam province, covering $125^{\circ}$ 50'~$126^{\circ}$ 05'E, $36^{\circ}$ 15'~$36^{\circ}$ 25'N, a beam trawl was deployed 2~4 times a month from March 2008 to February 2009. The catch was consisted of 96 species of 63 families belonging to 19 orders. Among these, organisms were identified as 54 species of fish, 27 species of crustaceans, 9 species of gastropoda, bivalves, and 6 species of cephalopods. Trachysalambria curvirostris which is the target species of the beam trawl fishery occupied only 2.1% of the total catch, showing a low ratio of catches. Most of T. curvirostris was harvested from July to November while small amount of T. curvirostris was captured from May to December. In this study, we concluded that the bycatch ratio except T. curvirostris in T. curvirostris fishery was relatively high, thus the fishery of T. curvirostris might affect the fishery resource management of bycaught species off the coast of Chungnam province. 본 연구에서는 충남 연안에서 연안조망의 어획 특성을 파악하기 위하여, 2008년 3월부터 2009년 2월까지 매월 2~4회 연안조망을 사용하여 어획조사를 실시하였다. 조사 해역은 동경 125도 50분~126도 05분, 북위 36도 15분~36도 25분의 해역이었고, 총 19목 63과 96종이 채집되었다. 그 중 어류가 54종, 갑각류가 27종, 복족류 및 이매패류가 9종, 그리고 두족류가 6종이었다. 생체량은 어류가 51.4 %로 가장 많았으며, 갑각류는 34.2 %를 차지하였다. 꽃새우는 7월~11월에 출현량이 많았고, 12월부터 5월까지는 적은 양이 출현하였다. 연안조망의 목표종인 꽃새우는 전체 어획물의 2.1 %로 낮은 채집 비율로 출현하였으며, 꽃새우 이외 어종의 부수적 어획물의 양적 비율이 높아, 꽃새우 어획이 부수어획으로 어획되는 종들의 수산자원에 미치는 영향이 클 것으로 판단된다.
한국 남해에 출현하는 만새기(Coryphaena hippurus)의 식성

Feeding habits of dolphinfish Coryphaena hippurus, were analyzed. Fish samples were collected by using a purse seine, fishing and set net in the southern sea of Korea from January to December 2015. The size of C. hippurus ranged from 23.8 to 127.4 cm in fork length. The species with the highest percent index of relative importance (%IRI; the most important prey taxa) in the diets of C. hippurus were teleosts and cephalopod, including Engraulis japonicus, Thamnaconus modestus and Trachurus japonicus, Loligo edulis was the most frequently consumed cephalopods. Coryphaena hippurus also ate small amounts of amphipods and carid shrimp. The dietary compositions of C. hippurus was not significantly different among size classes or seasons (ANOSIM, P>0.05). As body size of C. hippurus increased the mean number of prey per stomach (mN/ST) tended to decrease, but the opposite trend was evident for mean weight of prey per stomach (mW/ST). The mN/ST and mW/ST also significantly varied with season (one-way ANOVA, P<0.05).

서해안 연안역과 하구역의 유영생물의 종조성 변동을 파악하고, 두 해역간의 생산성을 비교하기 위해서 2010년 3월~12월의 대조기에 하구역인 강화도과 연안역인 장봉도에서 주목망으로 24시간 동안 어획된 유영생물을 수집하였다. 유영생물의 군집구조는 해역별, 월별, 분류군별 양적 차이를 보였으며, 유영생물의 종다양도는 연안역보다 하구역에서 낮았으나, 생산력은 하구역에서 더 높았다. 강화도 주변 하구역에서는 싱어, 가숭어, 황강달이가 연안역에서 보다 많은 양이 빈번히 출현하여 기수종이 우세하였고, 연안역인 장봉도 주변 해역에서는 해양종으로 분류할 수 있는 청멸, 밴댕이, 꽃게가 하구역에서 보다 많은 양이 자주 출현함으로써 유영생물이 서식처에 따라 공간적 분포를 달리함을 확인할 수 있었다. 그라비새우, 밀새우, 풀망둑 등은 연안역과 하구역에서 양적으로나 출현 횟수가 비슷하여 하구와 연안을 왕래하는 종으로 판단된다. 하구 생태계의 건강성을 과학에 근거하여 평가함은 하구의 효율적인 관리를 위해서 정책의 우선순위를 결정하고 관리방향을 설정하는데 유용하게 활용될 것이다. To elucidate the species compositions of estuarine and inshore fauna and compare productivities between them, catch were collected by bag nets in the Han River estuary off Ganghwa Island and the inshore waters off Jangbong Island for 24 hours at the spring tide from March to December 2010. Community structures of nekton assemblages were different with area, month, taxonomic groups. Although the diversity of estuarine nekton assemblage was lower than that of inshore nekton assemblage, the productivity of nekton assemblage in estuary was higher than that in the inshore waters. Nekton assemblages were distributed according to habitat environment: the estuarine species, Coilia mystus, Chelon haematocheilus, Collichthys lucidus were prominent in the Han River estuary off Ganghwa Island, and marine species, Thryssa kammalensis, Sardinella zunasi, Portunus trituberculatus were prominent in the inshore waters off Jangbong Island. Palaemon gravieri, Exopalaemon carinicauda, Synechogobius hasta were inhabited in both waters. The health assessment of estuarine ecosystem based on scientific research will be contributed to the effective management of estuary with determination of order and direction in policy.

The maturation and spawning of red seabream Pagrus major were investigated using 1,014 samples collected monthly from January to December of 2018, in the South Sea of Korea. Based on monthly changes in maturity stage and gonadosomatic index, the spawning period was estimated to be between April and August, with peak spawning occuring from May to June. Fecundity varied between 228,996 and 4,544,948 eggs. The relationship between fecundity (F) and fork length (FL) in this species can be expressed by the equation F=0.4869FL<sup>3.9452</sup> (R<sup>2</sup>=0.7448). Using a logistic function, the percentage of sexually mature females was estimated to be over 50% for fish with a FL of 35.3 cm.

The maturity and spawning of the yellow goosefish Lophius litulon were studied using samples collected monthly from January to December 2018 from the coastal waters of Korea. We analyzed monthly changes in maturity stage, gonadosomatic index (GSI), total length (TL) at 50%, 75%, and 97.5% group maturity, egg diameter and fecundity. The spawning period was from January to June. The size of eggs spawned was between 0.30 to 1.28 mm. Fecundity varied between 328,314 to 1,624,783 eggs. The percentage of sexually mature females estimated from a logistic function was over 50% at 48.67 cm TL, 75% at 56.76 cm TL and 97.5% at 74.89 cm TL.
조류가 강한 서해 하구에서 수동어구를 이용한 하구역 유영생물의 효율적 채집

To obtain the effective sampling estuarine fauna by a passive net in the West Sea of Korea occurring strong tide, catch were collected by bag nets with various sampling trials off Ganghwa Island in November 2009. We compared the difference of community structures (on spring tide vs. neap tide, total sample vs. subsample and 4 nets vs. 1 net) with each species composition as a sampling unit by the Pearson chi-square test. Number of individual at the spring tide was more abundant than that at the neap tide (p<0.0001) although number of species at the spring tide was not significantly different with that at the neap tide (p〓0.174). Both number of species (p〓0.138) and number of individual (p〓0.096) were not significantly different between total sample and random subsample. Number of species was not significantly different between the subsample by 1 net and the subsample by 4 nets (p〓0.515), but number of individual was a little different on both samples (p〓0.024). In conclusion, we suggest the subsample by 1 net at spring tide as the effective sampling estuarine fauna by a passive net in the West Sea occurring strong tide.
