This paper examined consumer behaviors and satisfaction with service quality in fast-food restaurant. Fast-food restaurants in Gyeongju, Pohang, Ulsan, Daegu were selected for the target subject. Four factors are extracted from the service attributes of fast-food restaurant. Among the four factors the same four factors; Tangible and Assurance, Empathy, Reliability, Responsiveness to the overall satisfaction and the intension of re-visitation. The customers were less satisfied than expected.

This study was performed to present effective management methods or make suggestions on the operation of golf courses. For the purpose, We compared the differences between customer's expectation and recognition on the service quality of golf courses and analyzed the overall satisfaction level and their decision in terms of recognition patterns. The subjects of the study were selected from the population of users of golf courses in Gyeongju during April 2007 and Convenience sampling was used for the sampling. Questionnaires for the study were distributed 250 subject in 5 golf courses in Gyeongju. A total of 230 responses were collected from the 250 copies; a total of 196 valid responses were analyzed since 34 responses did nat meet the basic requirements to be valid. In oder to analyze the collected valid responses, EXCEL & SPSS/WIN 12.0 package program was used to employ the frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis.
Direct bioethanol production from lignocellulosic biomass using white rot fungus Cerrena unicolor

White rot fungus Cerrena unicolor IUM 5400 produced ethanol from diverse sugars, including glucose, mannose, galactose, and cellobiose at 0.38, 0.28, 0.08, and 0.27 g of ethanol per g of sugar consumed, respectively. The fungus produced relatively high amounts of ethanol from xylose (0.28 g of ethanol per g of sugar consumed); however, the ethanol conversion rate of arabinose was relatively low (at 0.08 g of ethanol per g sugar consumed). When cultured in a basal medium containing 20 g/L rice straw or corn stalks, C. unicolor IUM 5400 produced 0.18 g and 0.18 g of ethanol per g of rice straw and corn stalks, respectively. The results suggest that C. unicolor IUM 5400 is a white rot fungus that can effectively hydrolyze cellulose or hemicellulose to sugars and simultaneously convert them to ethanol.
