        강상자형교의 뒤틀림 해석을 위한 프로그램 개발

        본 연구에서는 처짐각법을 개선하여 강박스형교의 뒤틀림 거동을 분석할 수 있는 프로그램을 개발하였다. 박스거더의 뒤틀림 거동을 분석하는 대표적인 방법으로 BEF유사법과 EBEF법이 있으나, 전자는 등단면에 국한되고 경계조건에 따른 적분상수를 계산하기 위해 복잡한 삼각함수를 적용해야 하는 번거로움이 있다. 후자는 격벽의 강성을 무한으로 하여 연속보로 해석하는 근시적인 수치해석 방법이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 변단면과 격벽의 강성을 해석에 반영할 수 있는 방법을 개발하였다. 몇 가지 예제 해석을 통하여 본 연구에서 개발한 프로그램의 타당성을 검증하였고, 격벽의 강성에 따른 매개변수 연구를 수행하였다. The objective of this paper is to develop a program for distortional analysis of steel box girder bridges. This program is formulated by using MSDM(modified slope deflection method). Two examples are carried out to verify the validity of the developed technique and its computation procedures. The analyzed results are compared with the previously proposed methods, BEF(beam on elastic foundation) and EBEF(equivalent beam on elastic foundation). The BEF method is limited only to prismatic straight box girders. In the EBEF method, stiffness of the intermediate diaphragms is infinitely considered. On the other hand, stiffness of the intermediate diaphragms is idealized as spring contant in this study. And then, nonprismatic straight box girders can be analyzed using the same procedure. Therefore, the comparison shows that the MSDM algorithm proposed in this paper is more efficient and reliable. Also parametric studies are perfomed using the proposed algorithm.

      • KNR 용접형 판형교의 동적거동에 관한 해석적 고찰

        KTX is going to directly operate on the existing plate girder bridges before the complete construction of new high-speed line. Also the speed and traffic volume is increased after electrification of conventional line. Then, it is necessary to check the dynamic behaviors of these bridges. Therefore, this paper reviews the dynamic behaviors of welded plate girder bridges designed by L-22, a standard load type of KNR. The span lengths of plate girder analyzed here are 6.6m, 9.7m, 12.9m, 16.0m, 19.2m, 22.3m, 25.4m and 31.1m. Using 2-D dynamic analysis, vertical deflection ratios of plate girder and maximum accelerations of car body are calculated. And the analytical results are compared with those of design criteria.

      • 경량전철 고무차륜 AGT 시스템의 구조물 설계기준

        The presentation and development of LRT(light rail transit) is one of the effective solution to reduce the heavy traffic problems of urban area. The metropolitan cities and operation companies of urban transit railway are driving to construct the LRT system because of the advantage of construction cost and environmental serviceability. Up to now, the design criteria of structures for LRT is not established. Therefore, this paper presents the structural design criteria for LRT with rubber wheels. The proposed code provides a means of establishing minimum standards for acceptance of design and construction of LRT. In order to improve the proposed design criteria, some details will be tested and evaluated in test line.

        The metropolitan cities and operation companies of urban transit railway are driving to construct the LRT(light rail transit) system because of the advantage of construction cost and environmental serviceability. This study suggests the optimal design method of steel box girder considering dynamic characteristics of LRT with rubber wheel. The behavior and design constraints are formulated based on the structural design criteria for LRT. Genetic algorithm is applied to the minimum weight design of structural system. A typical example is solved to illustrate the applicability of the proposed minimization algorithm. From the results of application example, the optimum design of steel box girder is successfully accomplished. Therefore, this system can act as a consultant to assist novice designers in the design of steel box girder for LRT with rubber wheel.

      • 철도 기술기준의 선진화 실행방안

        The railway industry is constrained by barriers within itself, which prevent it from competing effectively with other means of transportation, particularly road transportation. Therefore, many countries have adopted the policies that aim to remove barriers to providing international transport services by creating a common framework for railway industry. Recently, the European Union has produced the European Interoperability Directives, which aim to remove the technical problems involved in running trains between member states. In this respect, it is important to harmonize the technical requirements and specifications of Korea railway industry. This paper presents an action plan for the advancement of railway technical specifications in Korea. For this, the railway law and regulations of other countries are reviewed. Also the technical problems and operational barriers of railway industry are analyzed in Korea. This will help transportation agencies to resolve the technical problems of criteria in Korea railway industry.

        After the development of practical technology for tilting system, tilting trains are operated on conventional lines of KORAIL. As the running speed of trains is increased, it is very important to investigate the dynamic characteristics of plate girder bridges with direct track fixation. Therefore, this paper reviews the dynamic interactions between tilting train and welded plate girder bridges designed by L-22, a standard load type of KORAIL. The span lengths of plate girder analyzed here are 6.6m, 9.7m, 12.9m, 16.0m, 19.2m, 22.3m, 25.4m and 31.1m. Using 2-D dynamic analysis, the critical velocity of tilting train, vertical deflection ratios of plate girder and maximum accelerations of car body are calculated. And the analytical results are compared with those of design criteria.

      • 유전자 알고리즘에 의한 용접형 판형교의 단면 최적설계

        The main objective of this paper is to propose the optimal design method of welded plate girder bridges using genetic algorithm. The objective function considered is the total weight of the welded plate girder. The behavior and design constraints are formulated based on the Korean Railroad Bridge Design Code and UIC Code. Continuous design variables are used to define the cross-sectional dimensions of the member. The GAs(genetic algorithm) is used to solve the nonlinear programming problem. Several examples of minimum weight design are solved to illustrate the applicability of the proposed minimization algorithm. From the results of application examples, the optimum design of welded plate girder is successfully accomplished. Therefore, the proposed algorithm in this paper may be used efficiently and generally for the optimum design of welded plate girders.

      • 기존선용 시멘트 모르터 충진형 포장궤도의 개발

        When the high-speed train running on the track, there is a speed limit which track distortion is unusually increased according to condition of track and roadbed. This speed limit is called critical velocity, and physical parameter value increased very greatly. These phenomenon happened as high-speed train were developed, studied regularly through TGV 100 running test in France. As research result until now, the main reason is soft roadbed"s capacity. Wave propagation and track support capacity is varied by the site characteristics. This paper achieved theoretical examination about resonance band(speed and frequency) that occurred in roadbed on the base rock in point of geotechnical engineering. The examination of resonance divides with ground response analysis, critical band analysis by the shear wave velocity of roadbed, train critical speed through the ground stratum.

        저탄성 베이스플레이트 패드 적용에 따른 포장궤도 노반에서의 전달하중 저감에 관한 연구

        포장궤도는 기존선의 유지보수 노력을 절감하기 위하여 개발되고 있다. 이 중 베이스플레이트 저탄성패드는 궤도 전체의 지지강성을 결정하는 구성품으로서 궤도의 응력-변위특성 동적응답, 피로특성 등에 가장 큰 영향을 미친다. 따라서 저탄성패드의 적용은 궤도전체의 내구성과 안정성에 미치는 영향이 크다고 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 저탄성패드의 적용으로 인하여 획득되는 효과 중 노반에 전달되는 열차하중의 저감에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 이를 위하여 패드스프링계수별 정적해석과 실물반복재하시험을 수행하고 그 결과를 비교 분석하여 저탄성패드의 하중 전달특성을 파악하였으며 전달하중 저감효과를 검토하였다. Development of the paved track is required as a low-maintenance of conventional line. The paved tracks are one of the types of the ballast reinforced tracks those are manufactured by adopting the prepacked concrete technique. The main elements of this tracks are large sleeper, low elastic pad, fastener, cement mortar, geotextile and recycled ballast. Low elastic pad is the most effective element of such tracks on the basis of stress-displacement characteristics, dynamic response and fatigue characteristics. The stiffness of the pad determine the stiffness of the track. Consequently, it is more important in case of concrete track structure such as paved track because application of low elastic pad seriously effect the durability and stability of the track. The main objective of this study is to confirm the reduction of train load, which transfer to roadbed through various pad effects. To achieve this task static, numerical analysis and real scale repeated loading test was performed while load reduction effect of low elastic pad was analyzed by using displacement, stress and strain ratio characteristics of the paved track.
