In this study, we analyze the realities and problems about characteristic survey of land of parcel's height from the property survey items of land for publicly notified individual land price calculation and determination of officially announced land price, we consider improvement measures based on this, it is intended to contribute to the characterization of parcel's height land. We consider the reality of study characteristics of parcel's height land of publicly notified individual land price and officially announced land price, the main research contents are presented for ways to improve and problems based on it . Results of the study, I found that the improvement, such as ensuring the objectivity through clarification of the scope of research and standards of parcel's height land, the use of spatial information is required. 본 연구는 표준지공시지가 결정 및 개별공시지가 산정을 위한 토지특성조사항목 중 고저에 대한 토지특성조사 실태와 문제점을 분석하고, 이를 토대로 개선방안을 도출하여 개별필지의 고저 토지특성결정에 기여하는데 목적이 있다. 주요 연구내용은 표준지공시지가와 개별공시지가의 고저 토지특성조사실태를 고찰하고 이를 기초로 문제점과 개선방법을 제시하였다. 연구결과 조사기준과 적용범위의 명확화, 공간정보 활용을 통한 객관성 확보 등의 개선대책이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

The history of make-up began with the human history and has developed since then. There"s nothing more beautiful than a woman who always take care of herself. Every woman has her own special ways of expressing her inner-self. It is a woman"s never-changing wish to find her own individuality and improve her appearance. Make-up shows variations by time, place, object and atmosphere. The range of this study as historic approach is from the ancient times to Yi-Dynasty and as the modem times from 1971 to 1991(for 21 years) by years and seasons. For the criterion for beauty concept, we usually use the western one such as Europe and the U.S.A. Now we should try to make our own make-up standard for korean women"s facial type and the various patterns with the changes of the times.

Objectives : To compare the quality improvement of the abstracts of original articles, according to the revised manuscript format, of the Korean Journal of Preventive Medicine (Korean J Pre Med) was adopted in 1999. Methods : A total 63 abstracts for 1997, and 49 for 2001, were selected as the original articles from the Kor J Pre Med. This study was carried out by the separate-sample pretest-posttest design. The quality of the abstracts was measured by a checklist of Narine' evaluation criteria, and the other information related to the articles were also surveyed by e-mail and fax or telephone using a self-made Questionnaire, From the response rate, a total of 62 abstracts for 1997 and 49 for 2901 were finally analyzed. Results : The mean number of words in an abstract decreased from 285 in 1997, to 250 by 2001. The mean number of key words per abstract decreased from 3.9 in 1997, to 3.6 by 2001. The mean number of inappropriate usage of key words per abstract, by the MeSH standard, decreased from 1.9 in 1997, to 0.4 by 2001 Also, the overall mean score of abstract quality increased from 0.54 in 1997 to 0.61 by 2001. The range of scores for the abstract quality was better in 2001 ($0.40{\sim}0.77$) than in 1997 ($0.20{\sim}0.81$). From the multiple regression analyses of the 1997 and 2001 databases, the intervention of the manuscript format's revision, and the number of English words to the quality score of the .abstract, were the only statistically significant factors, Conclusions : In conclusion, the quality of abstracts in the Kor J Pre Med has improved since the revised manuscript format was adopted in 1999. The Korean Society for Preventive Medicine will continuously recommend proposals for more informative abstracts in their journal, and will evaluate the abstracts' content with quality criteria. Future studies should address these issues, and compare the quality of abstracts between different international and domestic journals.

일본 에도시대(江戶時代) 여성의 결발양식(結髮樣式)과 머리장식에 관한 연구

  This study was purposed to investigate women"s coiffure styles and hair ornaments in the Edo period of Japan in which Japanese coiffure styles was prospered and the traditional Japanese hairdo was completed, and resulted in following conclusions.<BR>  1. Japanese coiffure styles consisted of four parts of Maegami, Mage, Tabo, and Bin and there had been developments and transformations in the order of Maegami, Mage, Tabo and Bin. Although there was no distinct difference in the Maegami part throughout the period, the Mage part consisted critical part of women"s coiffure style in the Edo period in which the part showed plain figure with no stump in the early days and became to have stump made with several complicated arts since the middle days, thereby it could represent their differentiated status, class and job of the person who wore it.<BR>  It was difficult to tell the Tabo part from the Bin part in early days, but balanced beauty was purposed using subsidiary accessories used to be unseen in the latter days.<BR>  2. In the early days of the Edo period, such simple coiffure styles as Karawamage and Hyogomage which had no stumps and hair tied in the upper were in fashion. In the middle years, Simadamage, Kachyamamage and Kogaimage styles which had stumps and the Tabo part extruded toward the rear direction were emerged and prevailed. Baimage and Marumage styles which had hair expanded from side to side with both Bin"s set with accessories were prosperous in the latter years.<BR>  3. Hair ornaments allowed the coiffure styles of complicated structure a kind of unified beauty and showed high senses of beauty of women in the period. Combs, a tool used for combing the hair was not for ornament but fixed into the hair directly in the early days, but diversified in its forms and materials for ornament since the middle years. Kanzashi, the most gorgeous ornament among the fixings for tied hairdos was made for decorative purpose mainly in the early but it became to have practical purpose also after the appearance of ear-pick in its head. And its forms, materials and positions of fixing represent status and age of the person who wore it. Hairpin had a simple form of stick for making a topknot in the early days, and it developed into gorgeous ones which had separated parts of main in the center hidden in the hair and both sides for ornament made with several materials since the middle years.

MC-DCT 영역에서의 효율적인 비디오 축소 방법

본 논문에서는 H.263 과 같은 MC-DCT 방법을 사용하는 코덱에서 IDCT 와 MC(Motion Compensation, 움직임보상)방법을 부분적으로 수정하여 제한된 비율의 축소영상을 디코딩 과정에서 직접 얻을 수 있는 방법을 제안한다. 제안한 방법에서는 8×8 DCT 블록에 대하여 약간의 연산을 가하여 k×k IDCT 를 수행하고, 시간적 중복성을 제거하는 과정에서 근사적 움직임벡터를 이용한 2k×2k MC 를 수행하였다. 기존의 코덱을 사용하고 후처리로 축소를 하는 경우와 비교하였을 때에 추가적인 오버헤드가 매우 경미하고 디코딩 과정이 많이 축소되어 계산효율에 있어서 대략 32%의 개선된 실험결과를 얻었고, 화질저하 현상이 개선됨을 설험적으로 보였다.

  This study aims at helping to work out marketing strategies through investigation of the consumer"s attitude and the current status of accessory home shopping by demographic characteristics.<BR>  The questionnaire used in this study as a measurement tool was composed of 3 parts such as the attitude, the current status and demographic variables.<BR>  The subjects were aged from 20 to 59 years old. Among 400 copies of questionnaire (200 from seoul, 200 from chonbuk), only 337 copies were used for the data analysis.<BR>  The results of analysis were as follows;<BR>  (1) The degree of favor toward accessory home shopping was significantly different according to information service provider and residence. The receiving urge for catalogue was so according to information service provider, residence and marital state. The degree of information search was so according to age, academic background and residence. The purchasing intention for hand bags, bags and wallet was so according to age and academic background. The purchasing intention for shoes was so according to age, academic background and double income state.<BR>  (2) The first information source was significantly different according to age, academic background, residence, occupation, monthly income and information service provider. The experience of home shopping network was so according to residence and information service provider. Using media for those who had experienced home shopping network was so according to residence and information service provider. Using media for those who had not experienced home shopping network was so according to age, academic background, occupation and information service provider. The motive to use home shopping network was so according to residence, academic background and monthly income.
