이온빔 보조 증착법에 의해 제작된 TiO₂ 박막의 광학적 특성

Ar 이온빔 보조 증착법(IBAD)으로 제작한 TiO₂ 박막의 광학적 특성을 연구하였다. 포락선 방법으로 측정한 단층 IBAD TiO₂ 박막의 굴절률은 이온빔을 사용하지 않은 보통 TiO₂ 박막보다 증가하여 bulk의 값에 보다 가까왔으며, 진공과 공기 중에서 투과 파장 영역의 이동을 측정하여 조사한 단층 IBAD 박막의 조밀도는 보통 박막보다 현격히 증가하였다. 이온빔 보조 증착법으로 (TiO₂/SiO₂) 다층 박막 간섭필터를 제작하였고, 진공과 공기 중에서 각각 간섭 필터의 최고 투과 파장의 이동을 측정하였다. IBAD 간섭 필터의 파장 이동량은 보통 간섭필터에 비해 무시할 수 있을 정도로 작아 IBAD 박막의 조밀도가 증가하고 광학적으로 안정된 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 IBAD TiO₂ 박막과 보통 TiO₂ 박막 모두 원소 조성비는 정상이었으며 결정 구조는 비정질이었다. Optical properties of TiO₂ thin films prepared by ion-beam assisted deposition(IBAD) were investigated. The result shows that the refractive index of IBAD TiO₂ thin films measured by an envelope method is closer to that of the corresponding bulk than that of conventionally deposited TiO₂ thin films and the packing density of IBAD TiO₂ thin films measured by a vacuum-to-air spectral shift of films increases drastically. The vacuum-to-air spectral shift of an IBAD (TiO₂/SiO₂) multilayer interference filter was negligible as compared to that of a conventional interference filter and so the IBAD filter is denser and more stable optically than the conventional filter. Also it is observed that the IBAD and conventional TiO₂ thin films are stoichiometric and amorphous.

N/A 1) In hypertensive patients, the plasma atria natriuretic peptide (ANP) level was significantly increased in comparison with healthy controls (p<0.025). 2) The plasma ANP level, after normalization of blood pressure by vasodilator therapy, was significantly decreased in comparison with the pre-treatment level, (p<0.01). There was no significant discrepancy in plasma ANP levels between the healthy controls and the post-treatment hypertension groups (p>0.1). 3) In CRF patients, the plasma ANP level was significantly decreased after ultrafiltration in comparison with pre-ultrafiltration (p<0.025). However, the plasma ANP level after ultrafiltration was significantly higher than in the healthy controls (p< 0.005).
