In order to introduce a functionality to coal tar pitch, dienophiles such as p-benzoquinone(BQ) and maleic anhydride(U) were used in the chemical modification reaction. The coal tar pitch was reacted with BQ or MA at 160℃ under nitrogen atmosphere. Thermal behavior of'the reaction product was examined by sofiening point measurement and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA) under nitrogen atmosphere. TGA results revealed that the weight loss of the reaction product is reduced with the amount of BQ used in the reaction. The result comes fiom the formation of intermolecular cross links between the pitch molecules. The sofiening point of the reaction products increased with the amount of the BQ or MA used in the reaction. BQ was more effective than MA in increasing the sofiening point of coal tar pitch. The coal tar pitch ryacted with 200wt% BQ showed dimensional stability with heat treatment up to 500℃. The concentration ewut of BQ and MA on solubility in various solvents was tested by sequential extraction method. The insoluble fiaction of the reaction product increased with increase of BQ, whereas M showed an opposite effect. On the basis of courier transform-infiared(FT-lR) spectroscopic result, BQ acts not only as a dienophile of Diels-Alder reaction agent but also as a crosslinking agent, whereas H acts mainly as a dienophile.

Kartagener 중후군 환자에서 급성호흡부전이 발생할 경우, 원인이 되는 호흡기 감염과 염증을 조기에 치료하고 이에 더불어 발생하는 심각한 호흡부전상태를 해결하기 위해 기관내 삽관을 통한 침습적 기계호흡을 대신하여 비침습적 양압환기를 시도해 볼 수 있다. 이러한 비침습적 양압환기는 효과적으로 적절한 가스 교환과 호흡근의 휴식을 가능하게 하여 생존율을 향상시키며, 반복되는 기관내 삽관 또는 기관절개술로 인한 합병증을 줄이고 언어, 식사 등의 일상생활을 가능하게 하여 삶의 질을 향상시킬 수 있는 장점을 가진다. 효과적인 비첨습적 양압환기를 위해서는 적절한 마스크의 선택과 정확한 착용이 중요하고 환자의 교육과 격려가 필요하다. 저자들은 Kartagener 증후군으로 치료받던 환자에서 폐렴과 동반되어 발생한 급성호흡부전을 항생제 치료와 함께 흡기시 양기도압과 호기시 양기도압을 조절하는 자발호흡 방식의 비첨습적 양압환기를 시행하여 성공적으로 치료하였기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 증례를 보고하는 바이다. Kartagener`s syndrome is characterized by the triad of situs inversus, bronchiectasis, and chronic pansinusitis. With pulmonary infection such as pneumonia or other certain conditions, pulmonary symptoms of Kartagener`s syndrome are aggravated and hypoventilation and hypercapnia are exacerbated. These conditions may induce acute respiratory failure (ARF). Noninvasive positive pressure ventilation (NPPV) is well tolerated and safe, and it has assumed a prominent role in the management of ARF. The attraction for NPPV relates primarily to its advantages over invasive mechanical ventilation. It is used in patients with ARF due to exacerbations in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or cardiogenic pulmonary edema. We report a case that ARF in a patient with kartagener`s syndrome is successfully treated with NPPV.

This paper was originated to set up a test equipment and to obtain the proper installation condition of the plastic damper for the hydraulic clutch control system. Performance tests with different specifications have been applied to the damper to investigate the workability and the vibration characteristics of each case, and the result was utilized into the system simulation for the optimal condition for the damper. The procedure has been developed to set up a damper test system to analyze the dynamic properties and the operation of the system, and further to setup a simulation program for the realistic situations. The result can also be applied to the dampers and the clutch systems to be developed in the future for the property tests and the optimization of the installation conditions.

This in Problems, the most parking problem mainly raise in relation between unequality of parking demand and supply. Though it is important that increase the quantity of parking zone in metropolis that develope rapidly motorization it is more meaningful that manage systematically at limited parking area in urban. With these problems, in developing The Parking Management Assistant System improve the problem that The Residential Parking Permit Program(RPPP)that carrying out in Seoul. The Parking & Geographic Management System(P&GMS) is constituted to develope systematically Parking Use Information that intend to use the parking area efficiently. Consequently improve indicated problem which existing system and improving of use efficiency. Furthermore The Parking Management System is expected to help the improvement of transportation information through connection to ITS, such as ATIS, that recognized as central function in The Parking Permit Zone Project which is executed in Seoul now.
