Effects of Chiyangtang(CYT) on H. pylori-induced increase of interleukin 8 and interleukin 1 gene expression was studied in Kato Ⅲ cell line, a human stomach epithelial cell line. Treatment of H. pylori to the cell culture signifant!y increased IL-8 and IL-1 mRNA synthesis. When CYT was added along with H. pylori, the increase of IL-8 and IL-1 mRNA synthesis was blocked. Activation of transcription factor $NF-{\kappa}B$ and AP-1 which were known to important in IL-8 and IL-1 gene expression was also studied using chloramphenicol acetyltransferase(CAT) assay. Treatment of H. pylori increased activation of $NF-{\kappa}B$ and AP-l and CYT effectively protected the activation. Electrophoretic mobility shift assay suggested that CYT effectively inhibited DNA binding of $NF-{\kappa}B$ and AP-l to their cognate site. These results suggested that CYT could prevent stomach diseases through the down regulation of IL -8 and IL-l gene expression which might be mediated by the inhibition of $NF-{\kappa}B$ and AP-1 activities and their binding to DNA.
십전대보탕가미방(十全大補湯加味方)이 항암화학요법제(抗癌化學療法劑)의 세포독성(細胞毒性) 및 종양세포(腫瘍細胞)의 lysosomal enzymes에 미치는 영향(影響)

Mainly side effects of antitumor chemotheraphy are fatigue, G-Ⅰ trouble(such as vomitting, nausea, diarrhea) and reduction of medullary function etc. Differentiated from syndromes in oriental medicine, above symptoms are recognized to 'Deficiency of both ki(vital energy) and blood'. And SDT(Sipjeondaebotang) has been widely used in 'Deficiency of both ki(vital energy) and blood'. Dr. Mun's SDTG(Sipjeondaebotanggamibang) consists of SDT plus several herb medicines-these have antitumor effect and reduce chemotherapheutic side effect. This experiment was undertaken to study the effects of SDTG on chemotherapheutic side effect and cytotoxicity. The results obtained in this study were as follows: Antitumor activities of the ethanol extract from SDTG(Sipjeondaebotanggamibang) and MMC(Mytomycin) on ascitis form of calcinoma in mice is a little improved. Especialy mean survival times of the group of SDTG(200mg/kg) and MMC(0.1mg/kg) is improved over 50%. When SDTG and MMC is administrated together, the weight of tumor is more decreased than MMC alone. The effect of the ethanol extract from SDTG and MMC on the lysosomal enzymes in Ehrich ascites carcinoma cell are more significantly improved than MMC alone. SDTG extract increases both NKcell conjugation and cyto-lysis against target cell. According to the above results it is recognized that SDTG increases the chemotherapheutic cytotoxicity of MMC and the activity of NKcell.

Hypersonic vehicles over Mach 5 need active cooling or thermal management systems to resolve excessive heating problems on their fuselage and engines. Endothermic fuels are widely used these days not only for the energy source but also for a heat sink. Therefore, fuel supply systems of hypersonic vehicles should be mainly composed of adiabatic fuel storage tank, cooling systems for the airframe and engine/nozzle, and fuel supply/injection systems in high pressure, high temperature, and high fuel flow rate conditions. This paper describes a conceptual design process of a hypersonic fuel supply system in order for designing a layout of the system, and identifying components and their specification requirements.

Control of the particle deposition patterns using droplet evaporation is important in inkjet printing technology to enhance the resolution of the printed electronics. Internal flow and contact line motion of the droplets significantly affect the particle deposition patterns. Thus, this study aims to analyze the internal flow and contact line motion of multiple droplets considering adjacency of the droplets. Micro-particle image velocimetry(μ-PIV) and shadowgraph method are used to visualize the internal flow and side view of the droplets. Droplet adjacency affects the droplet evaporation time, causing suppressed evaporation rate compared to the single droplet due to the vapor shielding effect. The center droplet shows a longer evaporation time than the side droplets. The side droplets break the pinning near the center droplet due to the non-uniform evaporation flux causing the temperature differences along the liquid-air interface. Also, the internal flows of the droplets move to the higher evaporation flux region for the side and the center droplets.

이 논문은 구문문법 이론을 기반으로 하여, 형성 기제로서의 ‘명사+분류사’ 구문을 설정하고 그 문법과 역사적 변화를 살피는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 또한 구문 소멸에 뒤따르는 현상으로, 보조사 ‘깨나’의 발달을 살펴보았다. 17-19세기 언간 자료의 ‘명사+분류사’ 구문은 주로 수량화할 수 있는 보통명사와 의미적 상관성을 보이는 분류사로 이루어져 있다(예: □ 말, 쳥어 드□). 대체로 “부정수량”의 의미로 해석되고, “척도상의 하위값”을 나타내는 보조사 ‘이나’, ‘도’ 등이 후행하는 경우가 많다. 한편 20세기 초반 신문 자료의 ‘명사+분류사’ 구문은 제1요소 자리에 고유명사가 오기도 하고(예: 麻衣相書ㅅ권), 의미적 상관성이 덜한 분류사가 나타나기도 하는 등(예: 쌀 마지기, 흥정 푼), 성립 조건이 다양하게 확장되었다. “부정수량”과 더불어 “비하”의 맥락에서 사용된 예들이 다수 확인되고, 후행 보조사가 ‘이나’로 나타나는 경향이 더 짙어졌다. 20세기 중반으로 접어들면서 ‘명사+분류사’ 구문은 급격한 변화를 겪어, 많은 예들이 사라지고 빈도가 높은 일부만 남게 된 것으로 보인다. 또한 문법화를 통해 보조사 ‘깨나’의 발달에 영향을 준 것으로 짐작된다. Based on the theory of the Construction Grammar, This paper is aimed at describing the grammar of ‘noun+classifier(N+C)’ constructions as the formation mechanism and its historical changes. And it is also aimed at examining the development of the bojosa(auxiliary particle) '깨나' as a phenomenon that followed the loss of schemas. The examples of ‘N+C’ construction in 17-19th century, which is found in Korean old vernacular letters mainly consist of quantifiable nouns and relevant classifiers[e.g. ‘ 말’(lit. rice liter), ‘쳥어 드’(lit. herring string)]. It is generally interpreted as meaning "imprecise quantity" and is often followed by the focus particles ‘이나’, ‘도’ indicating "lower values on the scale." Meanwhile, the examples of ‘N+C’ construction in the early 20th century, which is found in the newspaper is extended in various ways. for instance, the first element of the construction is extended to proper names[e.g. ‘麻衣相書 ㅅ권’(lit. book name+volume) and the second element is extend to less relevant classifiers[e.g. ‘쌀 마지기’(lit. rice acre), ‘흥정 푼’(lit. bargaining penny)]. And in addition to meaning "imprecise quantity“, It can be interpreted as meaning "depreciation" and be mainly followed by the focus particles ‘이나’. Entering the middle of the 20th century, the ‘N+C’ constructions underwent drastic changes, so that most of expansive and productive examples have significantly disappeared but only few case is left, especially words of the high frequency such as ‘돈푼’, ‘땅마지기’, etc. With the loss of the ‘N+C’ constructions, It is also guessed to have influenced the development of the bojosa(auxiliary particle) '깨나' through grammaticalization
