        세대별 기혼남성의 가사노동시간 연구: 베이비붐세대, X세대, Y세대를 중심으로

        The purpose of this study is to identify the influencing factors of married men's household labor time by generation to understand the changes in male participation in household labor. To this end, married men were classified into Baby Boomers, Generation X, and Generation Y, and the factors of participation in household labor for each generation were analyzed by applying the hypothesis of participation in household labor. As for the data, the original data of the National Statistical Office's "2019 Time Use Survey" were used. Multinomial logistic analysis was conducted to analyze the factors affecting married men's household labor time. As a result of the analysis, household labor time for Baby Boomers can be explained by the hypothesis of economic efficiency, gender role attitude, and the demand/response capability, while household labor time for Generation X can be explained by economic efficiency hypothesis, gender role attitude hypothesis, time-availability hypothesis, and demand/response capability hypothesis. It was found that the household labor time for Generation Y can be explained by the time-availability hypothesis and demand/response capability hypothesis. The fact that each generation has different factors of participation in household labor suggests that the characteristics of each generation should be considered in establishing policies to support the work and family balance for men.

        A 'circadian rhythm' is a self-sustained biological rhythm (cycle) that repeats itself approximately every 24 hours. Circadian rhythms are generated by an internal clock, or pacemaker, and persist even in the absence of environmental time cues, collectively termed 'zeitgebers.' Although organisms generate circadian rhythms internally, they are entrained by environmental stimuli, particularly the light-dark cycle. Measurement of the endogenous melatonin rhythm provides relatively reliable surrogate way of assessing the timing of the internal circadian clock. Also, core body temperature and cortisol can be used as markers of circadian rhythms. The sleep-wake cycle, body temperature, and melatonin rhythm have a stable internal phase relationship in humans and other diurnal species. They play an important role in controlling daily behavioral rhythms including task performance, blood pressure, and synthesis and secretion of several hormones. In this review, we address not only the properties, methods of measurement, and markers of circadian rhythms, but also the physiological and psychological importance of human circadian rhythms.

        2019년 충남지역에서 발생한 식중독 현황과 원인분석

        Objectives: This study was performed to analyze cases of food poisoning outbreaks reported in Chungcheongnam-do Province in 2019 and report it as effective data for preventing food poisoning in the future. Methods: Food poisoning outbreaks were analyzed to detect virus, bacteria, and protozoa according to the Manual for Detection of Foodborne Pathogens in Outbreaks to clarify the causes of food poisoning that occurred in Chungcheongnam-do Province in 2019. Results: Among the 79 cases of food poisoning outbreaks, 59 cases (74.7%) were in general restaurants, 15 cases (19.0%) in food service institutions, three cases at banquets, and two cases in take-out food. The 42 cases at general seafood restaurants made up the majority of food poisoning in Chungcheongnam-do. Food poisoning pathogens were shown in 13 cases (86.7%) out of the 15 cases at food service institutions, and 10 cases were related to Norovirus. Among the 79 cases, food-borne pathogens were identified in 35 cases of outbreaks, accounting for 44.3%. The confirmed pathogens were as follows: bacteria (24 cases), Norovirus (12 cases) and Kudoa septempunctata. (five cases). The food-borne bacteria were pathogenic E. coli (12 cases), Staphylococcus aureus (six cases), Salmonella spp. (two cases), Campylobacter jejuni, Bacillus cereus, Clostridium perfringens, and Vibrio parahaemolyticus (one case). Conclusions: To prevent food poisoning, it is necessary to analyze regional characteristics and environments and to hold a campaign for the prevention of food poisoning based on that analysis. In addition, when food poisoning occurs, the results of analyzing its cause and spread based on accurate epidemiological survey need to be shared.

        예비교사의 창의적 체험활동 설계 사례 분석

        본 연구의 목적은 예비교사의 창의적 체험활동 설계사례를 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구팀은 ‘교육방법 및 교육공학’ 수업을 진행한 후에, 예비교사의 창의적 체험활동 설계 과제 38건을 분석하였다. 분석의 주요내용은 창의적 체험활동의 주제 선정 및 차시 구성, 운영 전략이었고, 분석의 결과를 토대로 다음의 결론을 도출하였다. 우선 주제 선정 및 차시 구성에서 첫째, 이해.배려 관련 설계 사례들에서는 학교폭력의 문제점을 친구들의 어려움을 공감할 수 있는 예술.체육 활동으로 해결하고자 하였고 둘째, 성 관련 설계 사례들은 10대의 성경험 증가 경향을 문제로 인식하고 피임방법 실습을 구성하였다. 그리고 셋째, 지역사회 관련 사례들은 지역사회 이해부족을 역사.문화 활동을 통하여 해결하는 것을 넷째, 진로 관련 사례들은 진로 정보부족을 진로계획을 직접 작성하는 활동을 통하여 해결하는 것으로 창의적 체험활동을 설계하였다. 다섯 번째, 건강 관련설계 사례들이 학교현장의 문제로 인식한 것은 10대의 비만 증가 경향이었고 이에 대한 해결방향은 학생의 실생활에 적합한 운동과 식이요법 체험이었다. 다음으로 운영 전략에서 첫째, 인적 자원 활용에서는 전문가를 초빙하는 것과 보조원을 충원하는 것이 예상문제였다. 이를 해결하기 위한 방법들로 전문가는 지역사회의 전문기관, 대학교, 전문협회 등에서 자문을 받아 초빙하고 보조원은 지역 내 대학생들의 교육봉사 형태로 충원하는 것을 계획하였다. 둘째, 물적 자원 활용에서는 활동공간과 비용의 확보가 예상문제였고, 해결방법으로 교내에서는 교사들 간의 사전 협의와 재정의 사전 계획이 필요하고 교외에서는 지역 교육청과 지역 체험학습장의 지원이 필요하다고 제시하였다. 본 연구와 관련한 제언은 학교현장에서 창의적 체험활동을 개발하고 직접 운영한 경력이 있는 교사와 예비교사 간의 교류이다. 이를 통해 예비교사는 학교 내의 문제상황과 자원들을 보다 구체적으로 파악하게 될 것으로 예상한다. The purpose of was study to analyze secondary pre-service teachers`` ability to design creative activities. This study analyzed 38 pre-service teachers`` creative activity assignments in a instructional course entitled Educational Methodology and Technology based on theme selection based and the constitution of the class, and class planning management based on the use of resources. The results of the study were as follows. First, the most common theme selected based on class constitution was understanding and solving school violence through art, music, and physical activities which focused on feeling of sympathy towards friends`` difficulties. Second, issues based on adolescent sexual relations focusing on awareness and practical solutions. Third, issues relating to the local community and the students’ understanding of the purpose of field trips including historical, cultural activities. Fourth, cases about choosing a career based on a shortage of information with a focus of using activities to map out a career path. And finally, health issues regarding the increasing obesity in teenagers with a focus on appropriate exercises and diet therapy of students in real life. Secondly, conclusions based on planning management were as follows. First, problems of using human resources on these issues were how to invite experts and how to locate assistants. To solve these problems, pre-service teachers invited experts from associations and organizations, and assistants were university students within the local community. Second, problems of using material resources on these issues were how activity spaces were sought out, and how activity costs were secured. To solve these problems, pre-service teachers sought consultation from the teachers or support of a local educational office regarding the activity space prior to the lesson, and activity costs were secured from pre-arrangement on school-based budgeting or support of a local activity organization or an experience center.

        충청남도 해안지역의 비브리오 패혈증균 분포 및 분리주의 특성 분석

        Background: Vibrio vulnificus has been frequently detected in seawater, fish, and shellfish mainly in the coastal areas of Chungcheongnam-do Province. Objectives: This study was conducted to investigate the analyzed biochemical properties, genetic characteristics, and distribution of Vibrio vulnificus isolated from environmental sources in coastal areas of Chungcheongnam-do Province from 2019 to 2020. Methods: A total of 1,510 samples were obtained from six different sites in Chungcheongnam-do Province. Isolated strains from the samples were identified by a VITEK 2 system and MALDI-TOF. Antibiotic susceptibility testing for 85 isolates was done by microdilution minimum inhibitory concentration methods, and 11 isolates were analyzed for 16s rRNA sequences in multiple alignments. Results: Among the 1,510 samples taken during the investigation period, 306 strains were isolated and the detection rate of V. vulnificus was 20.3%. One hundred eighty-eight strains (24.6%) from seawater and 118 strains (15.8%) from mud flats were isolated. It was mainly detected in July (17.3%), August (36.5%), and September (28.8%), and the proportion was 82.0%. Based on the CLSI-recommended breakpoints, V. vulnificus isolates were all susceptible to amoxicillin/clavulanic acid, amikacin, gentamicin, ciprofloxacin and trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole. However, nonsusceptible isolates to ampicillin, ampicillin/sulbactam, cefazolin, cefoxitin, imipenem, tetracycline and chloramphenicol were identified. In the analysis of the nucleotide sequences for 16s rRNA of V. vulnificus isolates, it was confirmed that mutations frequently occurred between nucleotide number 922 and 952, and 98.2% to 100% nucleotide identities between isolates was verified. Conclusions: The results of this study can be used as a basic data for infection control and prevention of Vibrio vulnificus infection by describing the distribution and characteristics of Vibrio vulnificus strains isolated in coastal areas of Chungcheongnam-do Province.

        외국인근로자의 성공적 귀환을 위한 자격 제도 확대 연구

        본 연구는 외국인 고용허가제의 도입 취지를 살펴보고, 고용허가제가 있음에도 불구하고 불법체류가 감소하지 않고 있는 현상에 대하여 의문을 제기하였다. 왜 불법체류는 감소하지 않고 있을까. 이를 입증하기 위하여 질적 연구방법인 탐색적 분석을 하기로 하고, 법무부(2020), 고용노동부(2019; 2020), 한국산업인력공단(2020) 자료를 선행연구로 수집하였다. 그 결과 첫째 교육·훈련 제도가 차별 없는 포용이 가능하며, 가장 유연하게 도움이 된다. 둘째, 숙련기술자 양성은 외국인근로자에게 성공적인 귀환에 자신감을 줄 수 있다. 셋째, 자격증으로 성과를 보상하는 것은 외국인근로자 인적자원관리를 체계적으로 할 수 있다. 넷째, 사회통합을 기반으로 외국인근로자의 사회문화적 시간을 공유로 안정적 체류를 보장할 수 있다. 현재 귀국지원을 위해 외국인근로자에게 제공되고 있는 60여 시간의 직업교육훈련을 “국가기술자격 과정평가형 자격”으로 설계하여 400시간의 기능사 자격 취득과정으로 확대하는 것을 제안한다. “노동(기업)-복지(사회)-교육(개인)”을 연계하는 포용적 국가정책 제도 도입이 필요하며, 제도 확대에 현장성을 강조했다는 것이 다른 연구와 차별된다. This study examined the purpose of the introduction of the EPS and questioned the phenomenon that illegal stay has not decreased despite the EPS. Why is illegal residency not decreasing? To prove this, the government decided to conduct an exploratory analysis, which is a qualitative research method, and collected data from the Ministry of Justice (2020), the Ministry of Employment and Labor (2019; 2020), and the Human Resources Development Service of Korea (2020). As a result, the first education training system can be embraced without discrimination and is the most flexible. Second, training skilled workers can give foreign workers confidence in their successful return. Third, compensating performance with certificates can be done systematically in the human resources management of foreign workers. Fourth, it is possible to guarantee stable stay by sharing social and cultural time of foreign workers based on social integration. It is proposed to expand about 60 hours of vocational education training currently provided to foreign workers to 400 hours of technician qualification by designing “Course-Based National Technical Qualifications”. Through this, it is possible to expect a hopeful future for a successful settlement when returning to a qualified skilled engineer after social integration through education training. It is different from other studies that it is necessary to introduce an inclusive national policy system linking “labor (business)-welfare (social)-education (individual)” and emphasized the on-site nature of expanding the system.

      • 구조해석에 기반한 콘크리트 펌프 트럭의 동적 특성 분석

        Dynamic characteristics of boom structures in a concrete pump truck is analyzed. The enlargement of boom structure is essential part of concrete pump trucks in order to keep pace with high-rise construction trend. Thus, a large scaled boom structure including cylinders, links and so on, is the model to analyze. Dynamic analysis is performed under the most common positions like horizontal and arch positions. For the worst cases, rapid acceleration and deceleration is considered when the analysis is carried out. Dynamic loads profile is generated from multi-body dynamic analysis and those profile is applied as the external loads in dynamic structural analysis. Structural safety of the boom structure is confirmed from kinetic efforts.
