특수학급의 장애 아동을 위한 모-자 집단미술치료 프로그램 사례연구

본 사례연구는 특수학급의 장애 아동과 그의 어머니에게 모-자 집단미술치료 프로그램을 실시하여 아동과 그의 어머니에게 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 특수학급아동 4명과 그의 어머니 4명을 대상으로 약 8개월 간 28회기의 감각통합적인 모-자 집단미술치료 프로그램을 실시한 후 회기별 변화과정을 기술하였다. 그 결과 여러 가지 미술매체를 탐색하고 작업과정을 연계해 나가면서 감각기능을 발달하고 촉진시키는 활동을 통해 그것에 대한 적응반응인 감각통합을 촉진할 수 있었으며, 아동의 자연스러운 미술놀이 환경 안에서 감각기관을 자극시키므로 장애 아동들의 중요한 기초 학습과제가 되며 감각기관을 통한 여러 가지 감각 자극의 경험 훈련은 장애 아동의 제반 능력을 키울 수 있는 기초가 될 수 있었다. 또한, 어머니를 함께 참여시킴으로써 자녀를 이해하고 자녀를 위하여 부모로서의 역할과 자녀에게 적절한 치료 교육적 조치를 강구할 수 있도록 도와주어 모-자 관계 개선에 도움을 주었다. The purpose of this case study was to carry out mother and child group art therapy program for disabled children in special classes in order to figure out its effect on child and mother. For this purpose, this study performed mother and child group art therapy program for 28 sessions for 8 months targeted to 4 children in special classes and 4 mothers. As a result, it was able to explore various arts media, develop and promote sensory function in link with the work process. With those activities, it could promote sensory integration as adaptation reaction. The exposure of children in natural art play environments stimulates sensory functions which became an important basic learning task for disabled children. Experience training of various sensory stimulations through sensory organs could be a foundation of developing overall capacity of disabled children. And, by participating mothers it could help to play a role as parents for children and to design a proper treatment and educational measures for children. Therefore, it helped to improve mother and child relation.
