        전부도재관에 사용되는 레진시멘트의 색안정성에 관한 연구

        Statement of problem : The Cement as well as restoration required esthetics for making natural color restoration. Purpose : The purpose of this research is to evaluate color stability of restoration intermediated by resin cement which is used for cementation of all ceramic crown. Material and method : After making Empress 2 ingot into the size of $10mm{\times}10mm{\times}1mm$ according to indication, it glazed and made 48 Empress 2 blocks. Three kinds of resin cement(Rely-X, Variolink 2, Choice) having same shade cemented between Empress 2 blocks and Ivory shade tiles and made 48 specimens in the thickness of $30{\mu}m$ and $80{\mu}m$. After measureing color difference using spectorphotomenter, the result of this study were as follows. Results : The color difference of resin cement used in experiment increased in the order Rely-X, Variolink 2. As the thickness of cement increases, the color difference of all kinds of cement found statistically sifnificant difference but, this result is clinically acceptable. Conclusion : More resarch would have to be done in order to decrease the color difference as cement's thickness.

        유수정체 안내후방렌즈삽입술 후 망막신경섬유층 두께 측정값의 변화

        Purpose: In the present study we evaluated the changes of measured retinal nerve fiber layer (RNFL) thickness using optical coherence tomography (OCT) after phakic intraocular lens (implantable collamer lens, ICL) implantation and analyzed the factors correlated with the changes of measured RNFL thickness. Methods: Forty eyes of 40 patients (Group A: 20 patients using spectral domain OCT and Group B: 20 patients using time domain OCT) who underwent ICL implantation were included in this study. RNFL thickness was measured 1 week before surgery and 1 month postoperatively using OCT. The changes of measured RNFL thickness and the correlation between patients' data were analyzed. Results: The postoperative measured RNFL thickness of the average, inferior, temporal, and superior quadrants were increased compared to preoperative measured RNFL thickness in Group A. Group B had similar results in the average, inferior, and superior quadrants (<em>p</em> < 0.05). However, the postoperative changes of RNFL measurements were not correlated with the preoperative spherical equivalent, the degree of spherical equivalent change and diopters of implanted lens (<em>p</em> > 0.05). Conclusions: The measured RNFL thickness after ICL implantation may increase compared to the preoperative value. Caution should be taken when interpreting the RNFL thickness values measured by OCT in patients with myopia who undergo ICL implantation. J Korean Ophthalmol Soc 2014;55(5):702-710

        드론을 이용한 홍수기 유량측정방법 개발(I) - 항공사진측량 기법 적용

        본 연구는 드론을 이용하여 홍수기 하천에서의 유량측정방법 개발을 위해 수행하였다. 홍수기 유량측정은 예산, 인력, 안전 및 하천공사 등의 문제로 매년 모든 지점에서 유량 측정을 실시하지 못하는 어려움이 있다. 특히 태풍 등 큰 호우사상 발생 시 수위-유량관계 변화 검토가 필요하지만 앞에서 언급한 문제 등으로 인하여 측정에 어려움이 있다. 이런 문제점을 개선하기 위해 최소 인력이 단시간 간편하게 측정할 수 있는 방법을 개발하였다. 항공사진측량 개념으로 접근하여 의정부시(신곡교) 지점과 영동군(영동제2교) 지점 하도 주변에 확인 가능한 위치에 지상기준점(GCP, Ground Control Points) 4개점을 선점하고 VRS DGPS 장비를 이용하여 좌표측량을 수행하였다. 드론을 일정높이의 정지상태(Hovering)에서 하도 내 수 표면을 카메라의 인터벌 기능으로 3초 간격 정사영상을 촬영하였다. 정사 촬영된 항공사진의 좌표계를 평면지각좌표계인 GRS80 TM좌표계로 정의한 후 GCP 좌표를 활용하여 보다 정밀하게 정사보정을 실시하였다. 수표면에 유하하는 부유물의 3초 간격 위치를 X, Y좌표 분석을 통해 이동거리를 평균유속으로 산정하고 유하경로에 따른 통수단면적을 적용하여 유량을 산정하였다. 따라서 항공사진측량 기법을 적용하여 홍수기에 드론을 이용한 유량측정방법에 대한 적용성을 확인하였다.

        기미론(氣味論)의 기준(基準)에 대(對)한 소고(小考) -마황(麻黃), 계지(桂枝), 작약(芍藥)을 중심(中心)으로-

        Objective : This research was performed In order to establish the standard of the proper and taste in Korean Medicine. Methods : The change of the proper and taste of Mahwang(麻黃), Gyeji(桂枝), Jagyak(芍藥) and the change of the interpretation of the effect was investigated literally. Results : The hypotheses could be induced as follows. The pungent taste of Mahwang(麻黃) and the sweet taste of Gyeji(桂枝) was inserted by Bonchogyeongso(本草經疏) in Ming Dynasty. In case of Jagyak(芍藥), the proper and taste was changed into sour and cold at Myeonguibyeollok(名醫別錄). It can be proposed that bitter, warm of Mahwang(麻黃), the pungent and warm of Gyeji(桂枝) and the bitter and neutral of Jagyak(芍藥) in Sinnongbonchogyeong(神農本草經) is the adequate proper and taste Conclusions : Therefore it can be hypothesized that the taste and property of Sinnongbonchogyeong(神農本草經) can be established as the standard of the taste and property of Korean Medicine. But in the case of Baekduong(白頭翁), there is the fault of transcribing. So the caution is needed to decide the adequate taste and property.

        농포건선 환자에서 발생한 주변부궤양각막염 및 공막염 1예

        Purpose: To report a case of peripheral ulcerative keratitis and scleritis in a patient with pustular psoriasis. Case summary: A 62-year-old male presented with skin lesions on the hands and feet and pain in the right eye, which started a few days prior. Corrected visual acuity was 0.5 in the right eye and 0.7 in the left eye at initial visit. Corneal edema, erosion, ulcer and peripheral corneal infiltration of the right eye were observed. However, anterior chamber reaction was not observed. Histological analysis of hand skin lesions indicated pustular psoriasis. The patient was initially treated with topical antibiotics and a combined therapy of oral and topical steroids for ocular symptoms. As a result, the right eye showed slight improvement and the oral steroid was discontinued. One month after the initial visit, scleritis appeared on the left eye and topical and oral steroids were restarted for both eyes. Two months after the initial visit, ocular symptoms were improved significantly and corrected visual acuity was 1.0 in both eyes. The mild peripheral corneal opacity remained in the right eye, but the previous inflammations in both eyes were improved. Conclusions: As shown in this case, possibility of peripheral corneal infiltration, corneal ulcer and scleritis should be considered in patients with pustular psoriasis and topical and systemic steroids should be administered if accompanying ocular manifestations occur.         강녕탕(康寧湯)의 LPS 질내 주입 생쥐에 미치는 항염증(抗炎症) 효과

        Objective: We made the genital organs inflammatory mice model by vaginal injection of Lipopolysaccharide(LPS), and we intended to make study about anti-inflammatory effects of Gangyeong-Tang, among oral and rectal medication and Herbal-Acupuncture treatment. Method: The female ICR(20-30g) mice were used, the temperature was controlled within $22{\pm}0.5^{\circ}C$ and water and food was not limited. The environment was manipulated to simulate 12 hours of day and 12 hours of night. After LPS injection into vagina, we confirmed on-set of inflammation. 2 days before LPS injection, we started to medicate Gangyeong-Tang in Oral and Rectal and Aqua-acupucture treatment. After 3days from LPS injection, we mesured the White Blood Cell(WBC), Interrleukin-6(IL-6), Tumor Necrosis Factor-${\alpha}$(TNF-${\alpha}$) in blood which was collected from the Retro-orbital Plexus. Results: 1. We made the genital organs inflammatory mice model by vaginal injection of LPS successfully. 2. The number of WBC was decreased significantly as we medicated Gangyeong- Tang in Oral 1g/kg dose, 3g/kg dose and Rectal 1g/kg dose, rectal 3g/kg dose. 3. The concentration of IL-6 was decreased significantly as we medicated Gangyeong-Tang in all group of the Oral, Rectal, Herbal-Acupuncture treatment. 4. The concentration of TNF-${\alpha}$ was decreased significantly as we medicated Gangyeong-Tang in Oral 3g/kg dose and Rectal 1g/kg dose, Rectal 3g/kg dose group. Herbal-Acupuncture treatment group datas showed reductive tendency. Conclusion: As a result of this experiment, we made the genital organs inflammatory mice model by vaginal injection of LPS successfully and demonstrated anti-inflammatory effect of Gangyeong-Tang.

        실시간 운영체제를 탑재한 원격 제어 로봇 시스템

        This paper presents a robot system that combines computer network and an autonomous mobile robot where RTOS is installed. We propose a wireless communication protocol, and also implement it on the RTOS of the robot system. Main controller of the robot processes the control program as a task type in the real-time operating system. Peripheral devices are driven by the device driver functions with the dependency of the hardware. Because the client and server program was implemented to support the multi-platforms by Java SDK and Java JMF, it is easy to analyze programs, maintain system, and correct the errors in the system. End-user can control a robot with a vision showing remote sight over the Internet in real time, and the robot is moved keeping away from the obstacles by itself and command of the server received from end-user at the local client.

        마황(麻黃), 계지(桂枝), 세신(細辛), 부자(附子)와 관련 처방의 의미(意味)에 대(對)한 소고(小考)

        Objective : This discussion was performed in order to find a meaning of Mahwang, Gyeji, Sesin, Buja and Related Prescriptions connected to the distribution problem of body fluid caused by inflammation. Methods : The pharmacological effects of the prescriptions including Mahwang, Gyeji, Sesin, Buja and these herbs which are used as an individual case were investigated literally. Results : Mahwang, Gyeji, Sesin, Buja and the prescriptions including these herbs have the effect of strengthening heart and increasing cardiac output. Therefore it can be thought that the effect of distributing body fluid is included in the Mahwang, Gyeji, Sesin, Buja and Related Prescriptions. And especially the effect of mahwang could not be restricted to the diaphoretic effect. The effect of Mahwang could be interpreted as the distributing body fluid effect through the stimulation of sympathetic nervous system and inhibition of parasympathetic system. Conclusion : Mahwang, Gyeji Sesin and Buja and related prescriptions have the effect of distributing body fluid via stimulation of sympathetic system.

        인터넷 서버 기반의 원격 로봇 시스템

        인터넷의 이용과 범용화에 있어서 기술적인 발전은 로봇의 원격 제어 범위와 실시간 감시 체계에 대한 몇몇 제약을 극복해 왔다 하지만, 원격 로봇과 통신하는 로봇 제어 시스템은 무선 랜이나 블루투스를 네트워크 매체로 이용하기 때문에 제어용 프로토콜이 존재하는 내장형 시스템이나 초소형 실시간 운영체제를 탑재할 수 있는 하드웨어를 필요로 한다. 본 논문에서는 무선 모뎀용 프로토콜과 이를 설치한 서버 시스템을 설계 구현한다. 또한 이 서버를 통해 원격 제어 로봇을 제어할 수 있는 클라이언트 시스템도 구현하여 제시한 프로토콜과 구현된 서버/클라이언트 시스템이 인터넷 기반의 소규모 원격제어 시스템에 적합함을 확인한다. Recent technological advances in utilization and generalization of Internet have overcome some of the limitations of remote robot control range and real-time monitoring system. However, It needs Embedded system with control protocol or hardware which has avility to port the micro realtime operating system in robot control system communicate with remote controlled robot, because those system use the wireless LAM or Bluetooth as a network media. In this paper, we design and implement the wireless MODEM protocol and install it to the server system. Also, we implement a client system could control the remote robot through the server and we assure that this protocol and client/server system ate suitable for small size remote control system based on Internet.

        로봇 제어용 저속 무선 프로토콜의 설계 및 구현

        홈 네트워킹 기술에 있어서 무선지향과 대역폭 확대 등의 문제를 해결하기 위해 WLAN과 WPAN, 기술이 제시되고 있지만, 블루투스의 문제와 마찬가지로 경제성과 표준화 등으로 아직까지 가정의 가전기기들에 내장시키기 어려운 것이 현실이다. 본 논문은 무선모뎀을 이용하여 다수의 기기들을 제어하기 위한 저속 무선 프로토콜을 제안하고 이를 실제 로봇에 구현하여 안정성을 확인함으로써 가전기기들을 구성하는 제어기나 처리장치의 낮은 처리능력과 제약성을 고려하고 제어용 정보의 정확성과 특성을 지원하고 있음을 확인할 수 있다. WLAH and WPAN technique are proposed as a home networking protocol in order to solve the problem of wireless communications and the bandwith extension. but, it is difficult to embed those technique to the home appliance devices because of economical efficiency and difficulty of standardization like a Bluetooth technique. In this paper, we suggEest a low-speed wireless protocol for wireless MODEM to control multiple devices. And we assure that this protocol not only maintain a accuracy and a characteristic of control information, but it is also suitable to a processor having low-processing ability and a processor embedded In the home appliance device through implementation of robot system and stable performance.
