The purpose of this study was to examine the success factor on the development of taekwondo parkwhich is currently processing as a governmental project for establishing marketing strategy for promotion of sport tourism. To accomplish the above purpose, researches on previous study and modified delphi techniques with experts were done to drive factors and specific variables. Thus, this study has been collected and analyzed 4 panels using Delphimethod on 30 experts in order to identify the significant indicators of success factors can be affected to taekwondo park. This study examines the history related to the development of the Korea Junior Taekwondo Federation, organizes the historical background and facts of Taekwondo-related organizations that have not been organized so far, and sets the direction for future development through this. The purpose was to provide basic data that could serve as a basis for Through the study, the following results were confirmed. First, it can be seen that the creation of the Korea Junior Taekwondo Federation was founded by gathering the opinions of physical education teachers working in middle and high schools at the time, and based on this, through smooth communication without much friction between the Korea Taekwondo Association and each provincial and provincial association. Second, the Korea Junior Taekwondo Federation was the first to form a nationwide referee department. In the history of Korean Taekwondo referees, excluding official referees from the Korea Taekwondo Association, it was the first national-level Taekwondo Association or Taekwondo Federation organization to be approved and constituted as a national referee, and this also had an impact on other organizations.

배 경 : 모든 영상검사 업무에 자동화 및 전산화 개념이 도입되어 업무를 효율적으로 개선하여 검사업무의 질을 향상 시켰으나 유독 혈액형 검사 분야에 있어서는 자동화의 국내 소개가 비교적 늦었다. 대한적섭자사 혈액원에서는 혈액형검사의 질을 향상시키기 위해 이미 자동화 system을 도입하여 사용하고 있는데 이에 저자는 중소규모 혈액원에 도입된 반자동 장비인 IBG system의 유용성을 평가하고 사용경험 예를 보고하는 바이다. 방 법 : 1996년 7월 1일부터 1997년 3월 31일까지 대한적십자사 경기도 혈액원에서 헌혈한 총 81,586명의 헌혈자를 대상으로 IBG system을 이용하여 혈액형 검사를 실시하여 ABO, Rh, mistype, ABS, subgroup의 분포를 조사 하였다. 결 과 : 조사 대상인 총 81,586명의 혈액형 분포는 A형 33.97%, B형 27.51%, O 형 26.94%, AB형 11.57%였고 Rh(D)음성은 0.36%를 나타내었다. 채혈현장에서 mistype으로 확인된 결과는 219(0.27%)건으로 조사 되었으며 한냉항체계열의 불규칙항제 검출은 195(0.24%)건 이었고 ABO 불일치를 나타낸 subgroup은 17(0.02%)건으로 조사되었다. 결 론 : 현재 적십자 혈액원에 도입되어 사용하고 있는 혈액형 자동화 system은 수기로 검사 했을 때보다 정확도 및 정밀도등 혈액형 검사의 질적인 향상이 이루어 졌다고 판단되며 검사실 여건에 맞는 방법을 modify하여 최적의 혈액형 검사 system 구축을 위해 노력해야 할 것으로 사료된다. Background : Since the automation and computerization have been introduced to all department of the clinical examination, it has made an great improvement for the part of clinical work in efficiency and quality but, it was comparatively late only for blood typing test area of applying automation. In the meantime, The Korean Red Cross Blood Center had already been introduced the automatic system into blood typing test in order to get the quality improve. Hence, Author evaluated the usefulness of the semiautomatic instrument IBG system Which was introduced to the small and medium blood center and brief the experience of using the system. Method : We held a blood typing test by making good use of IEG System for a blood donation of 81,586 total that was collected at The Korean Red Cross Kyung Ki Do Blood Center. For the period from 01 July 1996 till 31 March 1997 and we investigated the distribution of ABO, Rh mistype, ABS, subgroup of the test. Result : The distribution of blood type for the blood donor of 81,586 total was indicated to A type : 33.97%, B type : 27.51%, O type : 26.94%, AB type : 11.57% and Rh (D) negative is 0.36%. The mistype confirmed in blood donation ground was 219 cases(0.27%) and the irregular antibody detected from cold antibody order was 195(0.24%) and the subgroup proved ABO discrepaney was reported to 17 (0.02%). Conclusion : At present, the automatic system for blood typing which has been introduced to use at the Korea Red Cross Blood Center have accomplished accuracy, precision and quality improvement in blood typing test better than manual method. Consequently, we should modify the method suited to the laboratory environment and make efforts to build a most appropriate blood typing test system.

태권도장 지도자의 효율적 경영을 위한 인적자원개발(Human Resources Development)연구

This research starts from the purpose of researching taekwondo gym Instructors’ efficient management for HRD. HRD can be defined as an activity of making a human being to be more valuable, leading to the purpose of a group’s improvement through balancing and combining individuals with their duties. Living in the 21st century’s society with advanced technologies, the present taekwondo gyms are required of men with creativity and knowledge, making efforts to double the ability of achievement, Through this research, the basis of human resources told by HRD experts were introduced to taekwondo gym directors, and results are as in the following. Realization of Instructors’ problems to have amendment work in order to improve the result of taekwondo gyms, producing men with creativity by improving work environment or form, combining with HRD process to breed them up into core manpower with ability of teaching, as well as educing the potential. To make these operations, reeducation should be made through school-work links between universities, and taekwondo gyms should make strategic preparations to have their own ways of training talented individuals.

만화 콘텐츠의 서비스화 연구

2012년 통신시장은 LTE(Long Term Evolution)와 모바일 게임이 가장 큰 화두였다면, 2013년 모바일 트렌드의 핵은 온라인과 오프라인을 결합 플랫폼 연구다. 그중 빅 데이터는 가장 중심에 서 있다. 아이폰에서 촉발한 스마트폰 경쟁은 비단 단말사 간의 제품 경쟁에 머무르지 않고, 단말을 둘러싼 생태계까지 확대되었고, 동시에 모바일 서비스에 대한 진지한 성찰의 기회를 제공하면서, 서비스 이용 환경에 전면적인 변화를 가지고왔다. 현재 대형포털 사이트에서 무료로 서비스되고 있는 웹툰이 스마트 모바일 기기들로 매체 전환되었고 여타의 콘텐츠들과 경쟁하고 유료 콘텐츠로서의 정당성을 찾기 위해 만화 콘텐츠와 서비스화 개념 간의 연계성을 설명할 수 있는 이론적 근거가 충분히 제시되지 못하고 있다. 이를 통해 스마트 미디어 시대에 새로운 패러다임의 만화 콘텐츠 서비스화(Servitization)에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 만화 콘텐츠와 서비스화 개념의 이론적 고찰을 통해 두 개념 간의 연계성을 연구하겠다. 기업 서비스화에서 만화 콘텐츠, 특히 스마트기기(스마트폰, 스마트패드, 스마트 TV)의 보급 확산은 전통적인 출판만화와 디지털 만화(앱 만화) 시장의 소비자층을 분리시키고 있어 한국의 만화 출판사와 앱(App) 만화제작사들이 새로운 전략을 세워야 할 필요성이 있다. 서비스화에 대한 이론적 연구가 경영학과 산업 공학 분야에서 중점적으로 이루어지고 있어 만화 콘텐츠 서비스화 개념 간의 연계성 설명할 수 있는 이론적 근거가 충분히 제시되지 못하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 만화콘텐츠 서비스화 개념의 이론적 고찰을 통해 두 개념 간의 연계성을 연구하여, 이를 통해 만화콘텐츠의 서비스화에 있어 서비스화 주요함을 설명하는 이론적 근거를 제공하고자 한다. 나날이 다양해지는 사회구조와 다양한 질병으로 인한 팬데믹(pandemic), 많은 양의 업무 및 학업, 사람관계에서 오는 어려움 등으로 인하여 사람들은 스트레스를 경험하면 삶을 살아가고 있다. 스트레스를 오랫동안 받아오면서 마지막 단계인 탈진에 빠지게 된다. 이로 인해 신체적·정신적 병으로 발전할 수 있다는 연구결과도 있다. 정신건강을 관리하기란 쉽지 않은 실정에 있다. 정신의학과에서 진단을 받는 것이 사회적으로 편견이 있어 정신의학과에서 진단받기란 많은 부담으로 다가오고 있다. 정신건강을 부담 없이 쉽게 진단받고 치료받는 것이 필요하다. 본 연구 기술은 뇌파 측정 데이터를 분석하여 현재의 뇌 건강 상태를 파악하고 진단하는 알고리즘이다. 현재 XR 가상공간 및 게임을 통해 정신건강을 치료할 디지털 신약이 필요하다. 정신건강의 치료를 위해 스마트기기와 IT 기술을 기반으로 학생들 또는 일반인의 수준에 맞는 디지털 신약을 제공하여 학생들 또는 일반인이 쉽게 치료하고, 휴대성(portability)이 좋은 장비들을 기반으로 개인에게 최적화(personally customized)된 다양한 콘텐츠와 플랫폼 환경 속에 치료할 수 있도록 하는 것이다. 많은 학생이 우울증에 힘들어하고 있으며 노령화 사회에 들어서면서 치매 환자들이 증가하고 있다. 그에 따른 뇌파에 관련하여 연구가 더욱 필요한 상태이다. 요가 수련이 성인여성의 정신건강에 미치는 영향

Yoga has been come into the spotlight in the western developed countries as an alternative treatment of modern disease. Performance system of Yoga is based on the human anatomical system. Merits of Yoga are having positive effects on physical and mental benefits throughout Yoga practice. The purpose of this study is to see positive effects of adult women`s social activity throughout Yoga practice participation. In this regard, relationships between mental health and life satisfaction are also analyzed to meet the purpose of this study. 1. Level of mental health will be different according to the demographic. 2. Level of mental health will be different according to the frequency and period of practice. 3. Level of metal health in adult women will affect on life satisfaction. To examine the relationship between mental health and life satisfaction, consideration on demographic, occupation, age, frequency and period has been conducted. As for the relationship between Yoga practice and life satisfaction, I have concluded research results as follows, after multiple regression analysis and correlation analysis. First, there were high level of participation in the ages between 20s~30s adult women, due to those ages` high level of interest in fashion and external appearance. Second, as for the frequency of practice, practice once a week was more effectful in breathing, mind control, physical concept and changes of mind than more practice frequency, as participants with once a week frequency have refreshful mind when they practice. Third, concerning the period of practice, longer than 6 months of participants is more effect on breathing, mind control, physical concept and changes of mind. Fourth, there are no difference between participants` occupation.
