        복합운동이 여성노인의 신경영양성인자 및 인지기능에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of combined exercise on neurotrophic factors and cognitive function in elderly women. Twenty seven elderly women volunteered in this study. All subjects were divided into randomly exercise group(n=14) and control group(n=13). The combined exercise program is consist of the aerobic exercise and the resistance exercise composed of 40-70 %HRR, 50-65 minutes a day for 3 days a week during 12 weeks. Through statistical analysis on repeated measured two-way ANOVA and t-test, this study showed following results that serum brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF), insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1) and cognitive function were significantly increased after conbined exercise program in exercise group. Forthemore, the mean concentration of serum BDNF and IGF-1 level were significantly higher than that of the controls. Serum vascular endotherial growth factor(VEGF), meanwhile, was no significantly different each group as well as between two groups. These findings indicate that combined exercise was effective in elderly women to enhance cognitive function and biological variables in this regard. In conclusion, combined exercise contribute to inhibition of neuro-cognitive function declined and reduction in the incidence of neurologic disorders.

        기독교무용 수업이 여대생의 영적성숙, 건강관련체력 및 스트레스에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study was to verify the effect of Christian Dance Class on health-related physical fitness, and stress of female university students, and to present its worth in the education of liberal arts for the holistic maturity of engaging the body, mind, and spirit. The participants of this study were 70 students(Christians=51, non-Christians=19) who were enrolled in the Christian Dance Class of the college of Liberal Arts. They were analyzed by inquiring about spiritual maturity, health-related physical fitness, and stress for the verification of the differences in the groups before and after the dance class. The data handling of the test results was calculated by statistical program, SPSS 18.0. After calculating the average and the standard deviation, analysis of covariance(ANCOVA) and paired t-test were performed. According to the results of the research, Maturity valued and Maturity internalized in the lower part of Spiritual maturity is increased significantly in both Christian group and Non-Christian group. And then there were significant differences in both groups 15 weeks later. In case of health-related physical fitness, Christian group and Non-Christian group is increased significantly in cardiovascular endurance, muscle endurance, muscular strength, and flexibility. There were no significant differences in both groups 15 weeks later. In case of Stress, Christian group and non-Christian group decreased significantly in general health and life scale.

        걷기운동과 녹차음용이 비만여대생의 렙틴과 인슐린 및 혈중지질 성분 변화에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for increasing physical fitness and healthy life. For this study, 17 university students were randomly assigned to 3 different groups of six subjects for exercise group, exercise with green tea drink and five subjects for green tea drink alone. Experiments was preformed for 6 weeks. Walking exercise had been performed 5times a week on treadmill and duration was 60 min in each walking exercise. Exercise intensity was 70%HRmax at 1~2 weeks, at 75%HRmax at 3~4 weeks, and 80%HRmax at 5~6 weeks. Paried t-test and one-way ANDVA were used as the statistical analysis and significance was accepted at p<.05. The following conclusions could be obtained: 1. Leptin was increased in the groups of walking exercise, walking exercise with green tea drink, and green tea drink but there was no significant difference. 2. Insulin was decreased in the group of walking exercise but significant increased in the groups of walking exercise with green tea drink and green tea drink alone(p<.05). 3. Lipase was increased in the groups of walking exercise, walking exercise with green tea drink but decreased in the group of green tea drink alone. There was no significant difference. 4. TC, TG were decreased in the groups of walking exercise, walking exercise with green tea drink, and green tea drink alone. LDL-C was not changed in the group of walking exercise and decreased in the groups of walking exercise with green tea drink and green tea drink alone. HDL-C was increased in all three groups. There was no significant difference. 5. Glucose was decreased without statistical difference in the groups of walking exercise, green tea drink alone but significantly decreased in the group of walking exercise with green tea drink(p<.05). 6. Leptin and Insulin(p<.05), leptin and TG(p<.05), TC, lDL-G(p<.01) had positive correlation. In this study, walking exercise with green tea drink showed positive trend toward possibility of obese prevention and treatment. Even though there was changed leptin, lipase, and blood lipid components with this experiment, it would be hard to conclude because of no statistical difference. It would be caused by short duration of experiment and hard to control life habit and eating.

        장기간의 발레 활동이 아동의 신체조성과 호르몬에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate effects on body compositions and hormones in long time ballet trained children. The subjects were 7 children who participated in ballet and 7 children who did not participate in any other activity. The results were follows: 1. Height, weight, body fat, body mass, and body water in ballet group were higher than in control group. But there were not significantly different. 2. HGH and IGF-1 in ballet group were significantly higher than in control group. 3. TSH and T₄ were normal range both in ballet and control group. TSH and T₄ in ballet were higher than in control group, but there were not significantly different. 4, PTH and calcitonin were normal range both in ballet and control group. PTH in ballet were higher than in control group, but calcitonin in ballet were lower than in control group. But there were no significant difference. The results suggested that regularly long time ballet training effected on developing balance in children.

        비만 여성고령자에서 체지방률, 혈압, 혈중지질과 인지관련변인 간의 관련성

        The purpose of this study was to examine the correlation among body fat ratio, blood pressure, blood lipids and cognition related variables in obese elderly women. Fifty two elderly women aged 65 and over with over 30% of body fat percentage were selected as research subjects. Through pearson`s correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis, this study showed negative association between body fat ratio and cognition related variables (plasma glutamate level, cognitive score by MMSE-K). A negative relationship was also observed between systolic blood pressure (SBP) and cognition related variables, but not substantial association with blood lipids such as total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C). Also this research had been identified SBP as an independent predictive factor for cognition variables. Our findings suggest that body fat loss and maintenance of normal blood pressure have a positive influence on cognitive function in obese elderly women. Furthermore, long term regular exercise and proper diet mediation have been shown to be useful in the prevention of cognitive problems such as dementia and cognitive impairment.

        운동중재 프로그램이 유방암 환자에게 미치는 효과: 메타분석

        본 연구는 운동중재 프로그램이 유방암 환자들의 통증, 신체조성, 신체활동기능에 어떠한 효과가 있는지 문헌들을 고찰하고, 메타분석을 실시하여 통증, 신체조성, 신체활동기능에 미치는 운동중재의 효과를 검증하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 논문검색을 통해 2004년부터 2013년도까지의 연구들 중 16개의 연구를 선정하였다. 연구에 참여한 총 대상자 수는 529명이었으며 대상자는 유방암 진단을 받고, 유방암수술을 받은 환자들이었다. 평균 연령이 제시된 논문들의 평균 연령은 50.5세로 나타났다. 운동중재프로그램 기간은 평균 8.5주의 운동중재가 이루어졌다. 주당 평균 3.8회 운동중재를 실시하였으며, 1회 평균 55분의 운동프로그램에 참여하도록 하였다. 유방암 수술 후 환자에게 운동중재는 복부지방비와 유연성에서 큰 효과를 나타내었고, 악력에서 중간효과를 나타내었으며, 통증, 제지방량, 체지방률, 어깨유연성에서는 유의한 효과를 나타내지 않았다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 향후 유방암 대상자를 위해 통증, 신체조성, 신체활동기능을 증진시킬 수 있는 운동중재 프로그램의 개발이 필요하다 The purpose of this study was to estimate the effects of exercise intervention programs for pain(VAS), body composition, and physical activity function among Korean patients who had completed breast cancer surgery. Our meta analytic review included 16 studies collected from the articles published between 2004 and 2013 (529 patients, Mean age = 50.5 years) On average, the exercise intervention program lasted for 8.5 weeks, 3.8 times per week, and 55 minutes per session. The results of our meta-analysis were that exercise intervention programs had great effects on WHR and flexibility and a moderate effect on grip strength. We conclude that it is necessary to develop exercise intervention program for breast cancer patients based on the results of our research.

        복압성 요실금을 경험하고 있는 폐경 중년여성에서 건강관련체력 및 대사증후군지표와 요실금지표와의 관련성

        The purpose of this research was to study the correlationship among health-related physical fitness, metabolic syndrome markers and urinary incontinence(UI), and to analyze predictive values affect UI on middle-aged postmenopausal women with stress incontinence. The subjects for this research were 51 middle-aged postmenopausal women between 45 and 64 with urinary incontinence. The results of Pearson°Øs correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were as follows: It had negative correlation that maximum vaginal contraction pressure(MVCP), and average vaginal contraction pressure(AVCP) with diastolic blood pressure(DBP)(p<.05), maximum vaginal contraction duration(MVCD) and systolic blood pressure(SBP)(p<.05), MVCD and DBP(p<.01), SBP and muscle endurance, high density lipoproteincholesterol( HDL-C) and body mass index(BMI)(p<.05), %fat and AVCP(p<.05). On the other hands, there had positive relationships that waist circumference(WC) with fat free mass(FFM), Body fat percentage(%fat), and BMI(p<.01), glucose with %fat, and BMI(p<.05), MVCP and AVCP with FFM(p<.05), muscle endurance(p<.01), flexibility(p<.05). Also, This research had been identified as an independent predictive factor muscular strength(p<.01) and DBP(p<.01) for MVCP and AVCP, SBP(p<.001), WC(p<.01) and FFM(p<.05) for MVCD. In conclusion, this research shows correlation of health-related physical fitness, metabolic syndrome markers and UI and also that improvement in health-related physical fitness and metabolic syndrome is expected to contribute to symptoms and prevent recurrence of UI.

        운동형태가 중년여서의 골밀도, 체지방 및 혈액성분에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 중년여성을 대상으로 운동형태 (수영, 헬스, 에어로빅)를 달리하여 트레이닝전, 트레이닝 2개월후 및 4개월후의 골밀도, 체지방 그리고 혈액성용 (TG, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C, GOT, CPT, Testosterone, Cor hsol)의 변화를 요약하면 다음과 같다. l. 허리척추뼈 빚 넙다리뼈의 골밀도를 볼 때, 트레이냉전에 비하여 트레이닝 2개월후에는 모든 운동종목에서 통계 적으로 유의한 증가를 보이지 않았으나, 트레이닝 4개월후에는 에어로빅그룹에서 유의한 향상을 보였다 그리고 트레이녕 4개월후에는 헬스그룹의 허리척추뼈 및 넙다리뼈큰돌기에서만 유의한 증가를 가져왔으냐, 수영그룹에서는 골밀도에 유의한 변화가 없었다. 2. 체지방의 변화를 볼때, 트레이닝전에 비하여 트레이닝 2개월후에는 모든 운동종옥에서 통제적으로 유의한 강소를 보이지 않았지만, 트레이닝 4개월후에는 헬스와 에어로빅그룹에서 유의한 감소를 보였다. 그러나 수영그룹에서는 유의한 변화가 없었다. 그리고 트레이닝 4개월후에는 에어로빅그룹이 수영그룹보다 체지방의 강소가 유의하게 않았다. 3. 총콜에스테콜을 제외한 중성지질, 고밀도 콜레스테롤 빚 저밀도 콜레스테콜의 변화를 볼때, 트레이닝전에 비하여 트레이닝 4개월후에는 도든 운동종목에서 유의한 차를 나다냈으며 , 충성지정은 트레이녕 2개월과 4개월후에 에어로빅그룹이 수영그룹보다 유의하게 감소하였다. 4. GOT의 변화를 볼때, 트레이냉전에 비하여 트레이닝 4개월후에는 모든 운동종옥에서 유의한 차를 나타냈으며, GPT 변화는 트레이닝 4개월후에 에어로빅그룹에서만 유의하게 증가하였다 5. Testosterone 호르몬의 변화를 볼때, 트레이닝전에 비하여 트레이닝 4개월후에는 모든 운동종목에서 유의한 차가 인식되지 않았다. 그리고 corhsol 호르몬 변화는 트레이닝 4개월후에 헬스운동과 에어로빅운동에서 유의하게 감소를 보였다. 이상을 요약하면, 중년여성에게 헬스와 에어로빅 트레이닝을 4개월간 성시하면 운동형태에 따라 다소 차이는 있으나 트레이닝전에 비하여 골밀도, 체지방, 중성지질, 고밀도 콜레스테롤, 저밀도 콜레스테롤, GOT 그리고 corhsol에 유의한 영향을 마치는 것으로 생각된다. 그러나 심폐지구력 향상이나, 관절의 발달에 효과가 있는 것으로도 알려진 수영운동은 중년여성에게 골밀도, 체지방 및 혈액성분의 변화에는 그다지 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 사료된다. 특히 에어로빅 운동은 체중부하를 이용한 유산소 운동임£후 중년여성들의 골밀도의 향상을 물론 체지방의 감소와 혈액성분 변화 에 긍정적인 효과율 미쳐 중년여성의 건강을 유지 , 증진시키는데 유효한 운동종옥이라 항 수 있다

        자연과학분야 : 규칙적인 한국무용 활동이 여성 노인의 혈중 BDNF와 코티졸에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 여성 노인들을 대상으로 12주간의 규칙적인 한국무용 프로그램의 실시가 BDNF와 Cortisol에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아봄으로써, 인지기능 및 스트레스와 관련된 혈액학적 변인에 대한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 연구대상자는 여성 노인(76-79세) 13명으로 이들을 무선 배정하여 한국무용집단(7명)과 통제집단(6명)으로 나누었다. 한국무용 프로그램은 주 3회, 60분씩 40-60%HRR 강도로 실시하였고, 실험 0주, 실험 12주후 안정시에 채혈을 실시하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 12.0을 이용하여 실험 전·후의 차이검증은 paired t-test를 실시하였고, 각 변인들의 변화량 차이 분석은 independent t-test를 실시하였다. 이때 가설 검정 수준은 모든 α=.05로 하였다. 본 연구에서 분석되어진 결과에서 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다. 1. 혈중 BDNF는 운동집단의 경우 사전에 비해 12주 후 유의하게 증가하였고(p<.001), 두 집단의 변화량에 차이가 있었다(p<.05). 2. 혈중 Cortisol은 통제집단이 유의하게 증가하였고(p<.01), 변화량의 비교에서 집단간에 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다(p<.01). 이상의 결과를 통해 본 연구에서 실시한 12주간의 한국무용 프로그램은 노인들에게 혈중 BDNF의 분비 증가와 혈중 Cortisol 수준 감소에 긍정적인 영향을 줄 수 있는 운동임을 확인할 수 있었다. The objective of this study is to investigate the effects of 12-Weeks Korean traditional dance program on BDNF, Cortisol. The subjects were 13 old women (76-79 years old) and they were two groups(Korean traditional dance group=7, control group=6). The subjects performed Korean traditional dance with 40-60%HRR three times a week in Korean traditional dance program. Blood sampling were performed before the program, after 12-week program. SPSS 12.0K program was used for statistical date analysis. Paired t-test was performed to verify the difference between the date sets after the dance program and date sets before the dance program. Independent t-test was performed to verify the change of date sets between the groups. The significance level was α=.05. the followings are the results of this study. 1. BDNF was significantly increased after 12-week program for exercise group(p<.001) and there was significant difference in the BDNF change after 12-week program between exercise group and control group(p<.05). 2. Cortisolwas significantly increased after 12-week program for control group(p<.01) and there was significant difference in the BDNF change after 12-week program between exercise group and control group(p<.01).
