        민물뱀장어의 Carophyll Yellow 함량에 관한 연구

        This study was performed to determine the content of carophyll yellow (β-apo-8`-Carotenoic aicd ethyl ester) pigment in eel of fresh-water, Anguilla japonica. Experimental subjects were included 18 cases of fresh-water eel. Carophyll yellow pigment was seperated using the neutral aluminum oxide column chromatography and then analyzed by DMS-200 Spectrophotometer. The results were as follows: 1. Mean value of carophyll yellow pigment in natural eel was 1.635±0.200 mg/kg. 2. Mean value of carophyll yellow in cultured eel was 0.581±0.125 mg/kg. 3. Contents of carophyll yellow in the feeding eel was showed 2.962±0.400 mg/kg. 4. The appearances between the natural and carophyll yellow feeding eel were distingushed clearly. The former showed light yellow naturally, but the later showed the mingled yellow color on the whole body. Especially the dye feeding eel showed deep yellow on both side of abdominal region. 5. The contents of carophyll yellow among the natural, cultured and carophyll yellow feeding eel were showed significant difference (p<0.05).

        4주간의 트레드밀 운동과 단백질 식이가 흰쥐의 면역글로불린 및 항산화효소에 미치는 영향

        실험동물은 생후 5주령의 Sprague Dawely계 수컷 흰쥐로 운동+단백질식이군(11마리), 운동군(11마리), 단백질 식이군(11마리), 대조군(11마리)으로 총 44마리로 구분하였다. 운동은 총 4주간 트레드밀운동으로 주 5회, 1일 20분, 점진적으로 운동강도를 높여 실시하였고, 식이는 단백질 40%를 섭취시켜 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 면역글로불린에서 IgG은 단백질식이군이 운동군과 대조군보다 높았다. 항산화효소에서 SOD는 운동+단백질식이군과 단백질식이군이 대조군보다 유의하게 높았고, GPx는 운동+단백질식이군, 운동군, 단백질식이군이 대조군보다 유의하게 높았으며, CAT는 운동+단백질식이군이 단백질식이군과 대조군보다 유의하게 높았다. 이상의 결과를 통해 트레드밀운동과 단백질식이가 면역글로불린 및 항산화 효소에 긍정적인 영향을 미친 것으로 생각되며, 향후 운동강도와 단백질식이와 관련하여 지속적인 연구가 필요하다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of treadmill exercise and a protein diet on immunoglobulin and antioxidant enzymes in rats. Forty-four male Sprague-Dawley rats, 5 weeks old, were used. Experimental groups were divided into exercise with protein diet group (A, n=11), exercise group (B, n=11), protein diet group (C, n=11), and the control group (D, n=11). Exercise was administered through a treadmill running program (14~18 m/min, 0° grade, 20 min/day, 5 day/wk) and these rats were given a 40% protein diet for 4 wk. The results of this study are as follows: the protein diet group showed a significant increase in IgG of immunoglobulin compared to the exercise group and control group; the exercise with protein diet group and protein diet group showed a significant increase in SOD activity of antioxidant enzymes compared to the control group; the exercise with protein diet group, exercise group and protein diet group showed a significant increase in GPx activity of antioxidant enzymes compared to the control group; the exercise with protein diet group showed a significant increase in CAT activity of antioxidant enzymes compared to the protein diet group and control group. In conclusion, treadmill exercise and a protein diet were found to help with immunoglobulin and antioxidant enzymes. Further research regarding the effects of exercise and protein diets is required.

        감정노동의 경험이 노조태도에 미치는 영향 -탐색적 실증연구-

        본 논문은 노사관계에서 중요한 측면인 감정노동과 노조태도에 관한 연구이다. Hochschild가 1980년대초 ‘감정노동’에 관해서 소개하고 이론화한 후 30여 년이 지난 이후 사회과학분야에서 감정노동은 매우활발히 연구되어 왔고, 그만큼 감정노동 연구는 그 이론적 깊이와 폭과 다양성의 측면에서 괄목할 만한업적을 이루었음에도 불구하고 감정노동이 노사관계측면에서 실증적으로 거의 연구되지 않은 가운데 감정노동이 노조관련 태도에 미치는 영향에 관한 탐색적 실증연구결과를 보고하는 논문이다. 본 연구는 개념적 연구방법과 경험적 연구방법을 병행하되, 주로 경험적인 연구를 통해 연구목적을 달성하고자 하였다. 경험적 연구는 간호, 간병, 항공사승무원, 콜센터, 판매 등 다양한 업종의 감정노동자 432명에 대한 설문조사를 통한 실증연구로서 감정노동의 경험이 노조태도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 감정노동의 표면행동과 감정노동의 강도는 노조태도에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 조절변수의 영향을 보면, 감정노동경험이 노조태도에 미치는 영향은 업종(돌봄정도)에 따라 차이가 있었으나, 노조유무와 고용형태에 따른 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 이러한 실증연구결과가 갖는 시사점과 연구의 한계점 그리고 향후연구에의 제언을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of the emotional labor which is thought as important but has not been studied almost on the attitude to the union. This study built a exploratory empirical model that there is causal relationship of the emotional labor on the attitude to the union on the base of the exploratory consideration. To test hypotheses empirically, the questionnaire data were collected from 409 members of Korean Confederation of Trade Union in Busan and was analyzed by using Regression Analysis. Results of empirical analysis are as follow. 1) deep-acting and intensity which emotional labor dimension has the significant positive effect on the union attitude. 2) The significance of this study indicates that labor union member``s business care level plays a role as moderating variable influencing the relationship between emotional labor and union attitude. Lastly, this study suggested the implication of the result, the limitation and the direction of future study. The results of this study provide suggestion to the trade union and the company.

        육수내 장내 병원균에 대한 저분자 키토산의 항균성

        N/A Chitosan preparations of lower molecular weights,61, 47, 37, 21 and 9 kDa were tested for their antibacterial activities in meat broth inoculated with Escherichia coli, Salmonellatyphimurium, and Shigella sonnei which can cause food-borne bacterial diseases. Antibacterial activity of chitosan preparations varied with molecular weight of chitosan as well as w bacterial species. A meat broth contained 0.05% of 61 kDa chitosan showed the most potent antibacterial activity, that is, survival fraction of E. coli, S. typhimurium, and S. sonnei after 1 day incubation, 0.046%, 3.43%, and 12.2% and 0.0%, 1.6%, and 0.0% after 2 day incubation, respectively.

        먹장어 육질 및 외피중의 (外皮中) 중금속함량에 관한 조사연구

        This survey was conduct to proffer basic data for the contents of heavy metal in Eptatretus burgeri. The concentration of heavy metals (Cr, As, Pb, Cd, Cu, Zn, Fe, Mn) was carried out the test by Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer from May, 1989 to June, 1989. The samples were collected at imported leather factory and Jagalchi fishery market located in Pusan. The order of heavy metal concentration in meat was Fe>Zn>Mn>Cu> Pb > Cr > As > Cd. The concentration of Chromium (Cr) was the highest in complete finished skin of all samples with 254.3±201.9 mg/kg (p<0.01). There was no significant between heavy metal concentration of meat which imported, coastal fishery and marketing Eptatretus bugeri.

        수지의 종적 Bracket 골단에 대한 수술적 치료

        목적: 종적 bracket 골단으로 인한 측만지 변형에서 교정절골술, 골단판 유리술의 수술적 치료를 시행한 환자에서 임상적 및 방사선적 결과를 평가하고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법: 1999년 3월부터 2017년 4월까지 측만지를 주소로 내원하여 종적 bracket 골단을 확인하고 교정절골술 및 골단판 유리술의 수술을 시행한 환아 11명(27예)을 대상으로 의무기록 및 방사선 사진을 통해 수술 전후의 근위 및 원위 지간 관절의 관절 운동 범위와 환자의 외관적, 기능적 만족도, 이환된 수지의 편위된 정도를 평가하여 환자군을 교정절골술을 시행한 군과 골단판 유리술을 시행한 군으로 나누어 임상적 및 방사선적 결과를 후향적으로 검토하여 수술 방법에 따른 차이를 비교하였다. 결과: 수술 방법에 따라 교정절골술을 시행한 환자군의 수술을 시행한 평균연령은 10.3세였으며 수술 전 이환된 수지의 편위각은 평균 25.7도에서 수술 후 13.5도로 평균 교정률은 47.4%였다. 골단판 유리술을 시행한 환자군의 수술을 시행한 평균 연령은 6.0세였으며 수술 전 평균 24.5도, 수술 후 10.7도의 평균 편위각을 보였다. 평균 교정률은 59.4%였다. 교정절골술을 시행한 군과 골단판 유리술을 시행한 군 간의 수술 전후 및 교정 각도에 대해 비교한 결과 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았으나 각각의 환자군에서 교정 정도는 통계적으로 유의한 호전 정도를 보였다. 근위 및 원위 지간 관절의 술 후 최종 추시 시 관절 운동 범위는 수술 전 관절 운동 범위와 유의한 차이가 없었다. 기능적, 외관적 만족도에서도 만족하는 경향을 보였다. 결론: 종적 bracket 골단으로 인한 측만지 변형을 보이는 환자에서 절대연령 및 골연령, 방사선적 진행 단계에 따라 교정절골술이나 골단판 유리술을 선택적으로 시행할 수 있으며 두 수술 방법 모두 양호한 임상적 결과와 변형 교정을 보였다. Purpose: To describe the clinical and radiology results of a surgical treatment for clinodactyly due to a longitudinal epiphyseal bracket. Materials and Methods: This study analyzed the records of 11 patients (27 case) with clinodactyly due to a longitudinal epiphyseal bracket who underwent an osteotomy or physiolysis between March 1999 and April 2017. The preoperative range of motion of the proximal and distal interphalangeal joints, the subjective satisfaction of the patient, and the degree of angulation to the ulnar side were examined. The patients were classified into two groups: osteotomy and physiolysis. The results were reviewed retrospectively and compared according to the surgical method. Results: The mean age of the patients who underwent osteotomy was 10.3 years. The average preoperative angle was 25.7° and the average postoperative angle was 13.5° the mean correction rate was 47.4%. The mean age of the patients who underwent physiolysis was 6.0 years the mean preoperative angle was 24.5° and the postoperative angle was 10.7°. The average correction rate was 59.4%. No significant difference in the correction angles was observed between the group who underwent the correction osteotomy and the group who underwent the osteotomy. In each group, the postoperative correction was statistically significant. The range of motion at the last follow-up was not significantly different from the preoperative range of motion. Conclusion: In patients with clinodactyly due to longitudinal epiphyseal bracket, osteotomy or physiolysis may be performed selectively according to age, bone age, and radiological progression. Both surgical methods showed good clinical results and deformity correction.

      • 림프절종대의 세침흡인 세포검사의 진단적 유용성 - 림프절의 세침흡인 세포검사 1,216예의 분석 -

        Clinical lymphadenopathies are subjected to fine needle aspiration cytology(FNAC) for diagnosing not only benign lesions but also malignant ones, as the first diagnostic procedure. While the diagnostic reliability in metastatic carcinoma is high, it is difficult to differentiate malignant lymphoma from reactive conditions. We evaluated the diagnostic reliability of FNAC in lymphadenopathy, and discuss the diagnostic limitation and its place in clinical practice in this study, Over 8 years from January 1988, FNAC of 1,216 lymphadenopathies were analyzed and among them 170 cases were compared with histopathology. The results are as follows. 1. Of ail the cases, 890 cases(73.2%) were diagnosed cytologically as benign, 312 cases(25.7%) as malignant, and 14 cases(1.1%) as unsatisfactory material. Reactive hyperplasia was diagnosed in 585 cases(65.7%) of the benign lesions, and among the malignant diseases, metastatic carcinoma was diagnosed in 248 cases(79.5%), and malignant lymphoma in 62 cases(19.9%). 2. The overall diagnostic accuracy was 89.2%, and no false positive case and 9 false negative results were observed among 170 cases which were proven by histopathology. Six cases of sampling error of false negative diagnoses included 3 of metastatic carcinomas and 3 of malignant lymphomas. The causes were difference between aspiration and biopsy site, poor fixation, or scanty cellularity with bloody smear. All 3 cases of misinterpretation error were malignant lympliomas, one of mixed type on biopsy which was diagnosed as reactive hyperplasia cytologically. In summary, FNAC technique is thought to be useful in the initial diagnosis of lymphadenopathies as well as in the follow-up of patients with known malignancy. Although the results of malignant lymphoma was less accurate than other malignant lesions, the application of strict cytologic criteria or lymphoid marker studies of aspiration material will reduce the false negative rate.

        부스터 변환기를 위한 MOSFET 스위치 전류 감지 회로

        In this paper, a high voltage current sensing circuit for boost converter is designed and verified by Cadence SPECTRE simulations. The current mirror pair, power and sensing metal-oxide semiconductor field effect transistors (MOSFETs) with size ratio of K, is used in our on-chip current sensing circuit. Very low drain voltages of the current mirror pair should be matched to give accurate current sensing, so a folded-cascode opamp with a PMOS input pair is used in our design. A high voltage high side lateral-diffused MOS transistor (LDMOST) switch is used between the current sensing circuit and power MOSFET to protect the current sensing circuit from the high output voltage. Simulation results using 0.35 ${\mu}m$ BCD process show that current sensing is accurate and the pulse frequency modulation (PFM) boost converter using the proposed current sensing circuit satisfies with the specifications.
