창고의 복도형 오더 피킹 시스템의 'Golden Zone' 운영과 경로 최적화 알고리즘 효과 비교

자동차 보수용 부품 창고 운영에서 오더 피킹 작업은 대부분 노동력에 의존하는 작업이다. 자동차 보수용 부품 창고는 수십만 품목을 저정하고 있는데, 일반적으로 파레토의 80대 20의 법칙과 같이 저장된 품목의 20%가 80%의 물동량을 일으키고 있다. 이를 효율적으로 운영하기 위하여 고순환 품목은 불출장 근처에 배치하여 운영 효율을 높이게 되는데, 불출장 근처의 고순환 품목 저장 공간을 Golden Zone이라 한다. 오더 피킹 경로를 효율적으로 결정하는 것은 생산성 및 인건비와 직접적인 연관 관계가 있다. 하지만 많은 기업에서는 단순한 방법론을 적용하고 있는 것이 현실이다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 오더 피킹 휴리스틱 및 경로 최적화 알고리즘을 현실적으로 적용하면 어떤 효과를 얻을 수 있는지 여러 가지 상황에 대한 시뮬레이션 실험을 진행하였다. 특히 Golden Zone 운영이 오더 피킹 작업의 생산성에 미치는 영향을 각 경로 최적화 알고리즘과 같이 비교 분석하였다. 분석 결과 최적화 알고리즘은 가장 단순한 방법론 대비 최소 17.2%의 개선 효과 기대할 수 있으며 Golden Zone 운영은 어떤 경로 최적화 알고리즘을 적용하더라도 효과적임을 확인하였다. Order picking in automotive service parts warehouses is considered to be the most labor-intensive operation. Such warehouses contain hundreds of thousands of items, but normally 20% of products contribute to about 80% of turnover according to Pareto's 80-20 principle. Therefore most fast moving items are located near an outbound area which is called the "Golden Zone". Order picking routing efficiency is related to productivity and labor cost. However, most companies use simple methods. In this paper, we describe a series of computational experiments over a set of test cases where, we compared various previously existing routing heuristics to an optimal algorithm. We focus on examining the influence of the golden zone on the performance and selection of routing methods. The results obtained show that the optimal routing method increases the productivity at least 17.2%, and all the routing methods have better performance as the pick up rate from the golden zone increases.
자신이 인지한 배우자의 갈등대처행동이 자존감과 우울에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 결혼 5년 이내 부부들을 대상으로 자신이 인지한 배우자의 갈등대처행동이 자존감과 우울에 미 치는 영향을 파악하여 결혼초기 부부들의 부부관계증진 교육과 프로그램 중재의 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도된 서 술적 조사연구이다. 서울시에 있는 S대학 학생들의 가족과 이웃 중 결혼 5년 이내 부부 176명을 대상으로 질문지를 조사하였다. 연구결과, 성별에 따라 철회형의 갈등대처행동에 차이가 있었으며, 연령에 따라 신체형 및 철회형의 갈 등대처행동과 우울에 차이가 있었다. 직업에 따라서는 언어형의 갈등대처행동과 우울에 차이가 있었다. 부부의 대화 시간에 따라 자존감과 우울이 유의한 차이를 보였다. 자신이 인지한 배우자의 갈등대처행동과 우울의 관계에서 자존 감은 간접효과를 나타내는 것으로 나타났다. This study was a descriptive survey to examine the impact of spouse’s conflict-coping behavior on self-esteem and depression among couples married within 5 years, in order to provide data for education and intervention program of improving their relationships for early marriage couples. Participants were 176 persons who were family members or neighborhood of S college students in Seoul and they were asked to complete questionnaires. Findings showed that there were differences in conflict-coping behavior of withdrawal type according to sex while differences in conflict-coping behavior of physical type and withdrawal type and depression according to age. Differences were found in conflict-coping behavior of language type and depression according to occupation. There were significant differences in self-esteem and depression according to couples’ conversation time. Perceived their spouses cope with the conflict in the relationship between behavior and depression, self-esteem appeared to represent an indirect effect.

The myocardium in hypertensive heart exhibits decreased fatty acid utilization and contractile dysfunction, leading to cardiac failure. However, the causal relationship between metabolic remodeling and cardiomyocyte contractility remains unestablished. Transglutaminase 2 (TG2) has been known to promote ATP production through the regulation of mitochondrial function. In this study, we investigated the involvement of TG2 in cardiomyocyte contraction under fatty acid supplementation. Using TG2 inhibitor and TG2-deficient mice, we demonstrated that fatty acid supplementation activated TG2 and increased ATP level and contractility of cardiac myocyte from the normal heart. By contrast, in cardiac myocytes from angiotensin-II-treated rats and mice, the effects of fatty acid supplementation on TG2 activity, ATP level, and myocyte contraction were abolished. We found that TG2 was inhibited by S-nitrosylation and its level increased in hypertensive myocytes. Treatment with inhibitor for neuronal NOS restored fatty acidinduced increase of TG2 activity and myocyte contraction. Moreover, intracellular Ca2+ levels were increased by fatty acid supplementation in both normal and hypertensive myocytes, showing that S-nitrosylation of TG2 but not alteration of intracellular Ca2+ levels is responsible for contractile dysfunction. These results indicate that TG2 plays a critical role in the regulation of myocyte contractility by promoting fatty acid metabolism and provide a novel target for preventing contractile dysfunction in heart with high workload.

The main contents of this paper is to design a system that can remote control the most of the LED lighting device in the market. In order to realize the device driver, we choose the communication mode Zigbee, PLC, RS232 and RS485. Using client-server system, LED lighting device can be controlled just through web browser.

Due to speed acceleration higher requirements have been put forward to high speed railway communication and signaling system. The railway applications including intra-train train to ground and trackside networks demand larger bandwidth higher reliability and shorter response time from railway communication networks to ensure security operation and passenger communication. However the current railway communication and signaling system has lagged behind the railway development so advanced communication technologies are needed to improve the current situation. This paper presents high speed railway communication and signaling system based on 4G LTE technology introduces its network architecture key technology and analyzes its technical advantages compared with GSM-R system. According to analysis LTE based high-speed railway communication network is more effective and reliable.
