        스마트폰 비즈니스의 구성요인이 고객만족과 고객충성도에 미치는 영향

        스마트폰 비즈니스 환경이 H/W 중심에서 S/W 경쟁으로 변화하고 있고 기업의 경쟁기반도 H/W에서 서비스로 패러다임이 변화하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 스마트폰 비즈니스 구성요인을 H/W, S/W, 통신서비스로 구성하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 비니지스 구성요인이 고객만족과 고객충성도에 미치는 영향관계를 파악하고, 전환비용이 고객충성도에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것이다. 연구분석 결과, 고객 만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 요인은 H/W 요인임이 밝혀졌고, S/W 요인과 통신서비스는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 확인되었다. 고객층성도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 H/W 요인과 S/W 요인임이 입증되고 통신서비스는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 분석되었다. 고객만족이 H/W 요인과 고객충성 간에 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 전환비용은 선행연구와 동일하게 고객충성도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구가 기존의 연구와의 차별점은 기존의 연구가 H/W, S/W, 통신서비스를 각각 나누어 분석하였으나, 본 연구에서는 H/W, S/W, 통신서비스의 통합된 3차원이 고객만족과 고객충성도에 미치는 영향을 규명하였다는데 의의가 있다. 본 연구 결과는 학술적, 실무적으로 성장이 정체된 스마트폰 산업에 시사점을 제공할 수 있으리라 본다. The core of the smartphone business environment is changing from H/W to S/W and with it the paradigm of an enterprise’s base of competition is changing from H/W to service. In accordance with this paradigm, in this study we have determined H/W, S/W and telecommunication service as smartphone business factors. The purpose of this study is to first analyze the influence business factors has on consumer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Secondly, to analyze the influence switching cost has on customer loyalty. As a result, the factor that has a notable influence on customer satisfaction turned out to be the H/W factor. On the other hand S/W factor and communication service turned out to have very little influence. In addition, the factors influencing customer loyalty turned out to be H/W factor and S/W factor. Telecommunication service did not have much of an influence. Customer satisfaction turned out to act as mediation effect between H/W factor and customer loyalty. Like the result of other preceding researches, switching cost turned out to have a significant influence on customer loyalty. This study differs from other studies in that while other existing studies analyzed H/W, S/W and communication service separately, this study analyzed the influence H/W, S/W and communication service as a whole has on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. We speculate that the results of this study would provide some insight both in an academic and practical level for stagnant smartphone industry.

        스마트폰 구매결정 요인이 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향

        The competition to acquire customers with repurchase intention is getting more and more intense in the saturated smartphone market. That is why the aim of this study is to investigate the difference in purchasing determinants between various age groups and gender. Furthermore we aimed to analyze which of the purchasing determinants influence repurchase intention. In order to gather information we conducted a survey on 252 respondents. We selected 5 purchasing determinants (A/S, H/W, switching cost, network effect and design) by conducting factor analysis and validity analysis. Then we analyzed how respondents of different age groups and gender perceived different purchasing determinants and analyzed the influence purchasing determinants have on repurchase intention. As for analyzing the difference of purchasing determinants throughout various age groups, the H/W, A/S, network effect showed a notable difference. The older respondents tended to consider H/W, A/S , network effect more importantly than younger respondents. When it came to comparing the results depending on the gender, male respondents tended to consider H/W factor more importantly compared to female respondents and the opposite was true for other factors such as A/S, switching cost, design, and network effect but there weren’t any significant differences. Finally, out of various determinant factors, network effect and design turned out to have a considerable influence on repurchase intention. That is why it would be highly appropriate to say that if a company intends to boost repurchase intention, enhancing network effect and developing an effective design would be crucial. This study differs from other existing researches in that we analyzed respondents from different age groups and gender separately. Also unlike other researches we directly analyzed the influence purchasing determinants have on repurchase intention not customer satisfaction. This study is expected to serve as basic information that can be used to establish strategies both in an academic and practical level, allowing companies to boost the repurchase intention of the smartphone market.

        Influence of Determinants of Smartphone Purchasing on Customer Satisfaction

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of determinants of Smartphone purchasing such as A/S, brand, H/W, switching cost, design on customer satisfaction and verify the accordance of the results of existing researches and our research with customers’ actual experience. The study also sought to confirm if moderating effects exist between determinants of Smartphone purchasing and customer satisfaction by age, gender. Data for this study was gathered by analyzing the results of a survey we conducted on 252 respondents. By taking into account the results of antecedent researches, we determined A/S, brand, H/W, switching cost, design as the 5 main factors that influence Smartphone purchasing behavior. We focused on analyzing the effect determinants of Smartphone purchasing has on consumer satisfaction and whether there exist any moderating effects between the determinants of Smartphone purchasing and consumer satisfaction by age and gender. As a result, we found out that design, brand, H/W had a significant influence on consumer satisfaction in the descending order. Switching cost and A/S turned out to have very little influence on consumer satisfaction. Also as a result of analyzing the moderating effects between determinants of Smartphone purchasing and consumer satisfaction by age and gender, the study verified that that A/S had the most significant influence as a moderating effect on age. And as for gender, switching cost was turned out to have a significant influence. The result of this study indicates several academic and practical implications for customer satisfaction of Smartphone business. Therefore, this result is expected to contribute to verifying influential factors of customer satisfaction improvement both academically and practically.

        인공 체액 조건에서 임플랜트용 티타늄 소재의 부식 특성

        The corrosion of pure titanium (CP-Ti Grade 2) and titanium alloy (Ti6Al4V ELI) were studied under various conditions of simulated body fluids. The static immersion test and the electrochemical test were performed in accordance with ISO 10271 : 2001. For the electrochemical test, the open circuit potential was monitored as a function of time, and the cyclic polarization curve was recorded. The corrosion resistance was evaluated from the values of corrosion potential, passivation current density, breakdown potential, and the shape of hysteresis etc. The effects of alloy type, surface condition, temperature, oxygen, and constituents in the fluids such as acid, chloride were estimated. Both specimens had extremely low dissolution rate in the static immersion test. They showed strong passivation characteristics in the electrochemical test. They maintained negligible current density throughout the wide anodic potential range. The passive layer was not broken up to 2.0 V (vs. SCE). The hysteresis and the shift of passivation potential toward the anodic direction was observed during the reversed scan. The passivation process appeared to be accelerated by oxygen in air or that dissolved in the fluids. The passivation also proceeded without oxygen by the reaction of constituents in the fluids. Acid or chloride in the fluids, specially later weakened the passive layer, and then induced higher passivation currrent density and less shift of passivation potential in the reversed scan. CP-Ti Grade 2 was more reactive than Ti6Al4V ELI in the fluids containing acid or chloride, but thicker layer produced on its surface provided higher corrosion resistance.

        젊은 대퇴골두 무혈성 괴사 환자에서 시행한 Cementless Spotorno(CLS) 스템을 사용한 인공 고관절의 5-9년 임상 추시결과

        A retrospective follow-up study was perfomend with clinical and radiographic results of uncemented total hip arthroplasty using CLS(Cementless Spotorno, Protek, Berne, Switzerland) in 40 patients(53 hips) with osteonecrosis of the femoral head at the department of orthopaedic surgery, National Medical Center from November 1987 to November 1991. The average age at surgery was 45.5 years (range, 30-55 years). 15 Weill threaded cup, 19 expansion cup and 19 bipolar cup were used for the acetabular components. The Average Harris hip score improved from 49 to 96 points and revealed mild thigh pain in 2 hips (3.8%) and intermittent groin pain in 3 bipolar hips(5.7%). The radiographic evaluation demonstrated that significant reactive lines showed in 8 femoral components (15%) and in 4 acetabular components( I Weill cup, 3 expansion cup), endosteal bone formation in 42 hips (79%), cortical hypertrophy in 29 hips (55%) and calcar atrophy in 29 hips (55%), and also stem subsidence more than 4 mm, in 1 hip, heterotopic ossification, in 11 hips(21%). No revision was performed for aseptic loosening, failure, or infection.

        Threaded Acetabular Cup은 과연 모두 문제가 있는가? -CLW threade cup의 5년 이상 추시 결과-

        We reviewed 14 patients(22 hips) to whom had been performed total hip arthroplasty using CLW(CementLess weill, Protek, Switzerland)acetabular cup at the department of orthopaedic surgery, National Medical Center from February 1988 to August 1990. The purpose of this retrospective follow-up study was to analyze the radiological findings such as loosening or migration at the acetabular component and to assess the usefulness of the CLW cup. The CLW acetabular cup is made of self-tapping, double-threaded anchoring ring with deep pitch and low profile and it is made of pure titanium with rough corundum blasted surface. The average age of the patients at operation was 49 year(23-62 years) and all were male. The mean follow-up period was 6years and 3months(from Syears 2months to 7years 9months). The operation had been performed by a single surgeon(J-M Lee) using transgluteal approach. We analyzed the loosening and migration on the immediate postoperative and last follow-up plain X-ray film by Engh's criteria, which demonstrated no loosening and migration. While we need long term follow-up, we think that threaded cups which are well designed biomechanically and have good surface with bone on-growth capability should make different results compared to the poor results of other threaded cups.
