Intra/Inter-decoupling 전자파 흡수능 측정용 차폐형 루프안테나 제작 및 특성 평가

In order to evaluate the near-field electromagnetic wave absorption properties, we fabricated shielded loop antennas based on the IEC 62333-2 standard and we estimated their characteristics by using and electromagnetic-field three-dimensional simulator (finite element method). The electromagnetic wave absorption of the fabricated shielded loop antennas was evaluated, and the antennas exhibited good signal linearity within ±3 dB in the range of 0.1 ~ 10 GHz. These experimented results agreed with the simulation result, with a ±20 dB loss at the center frequency of 1 GHz. Finally, we secured a base for the IEC standard electromagnetic absorption evaluation method by evaluating commercial electromagnetic absorbers based on the intra-decoupling and the inter-decoupling method. 전자파 흡수체의 근접장 전자파 흡수능 특성을 평가하기 위하여 IEC 62333-2 표준 평가법에 제안되어 있는 차폐형 루프안테나를 유한요소법을 적용한 3차원 전자계 해석프로그램을 이용하여 설계하고 제작하여 안테나의 특성을 평가하였다. 제작된 차폐형 루프 안테나는 0.1 ~ 10 GHz 영역에서 ±3 dB 이내의 신호 선형성과, 중심 주파수 1 GHz 기준으로 각각 ±20 dB의 손실 범위 내에 있으며 전산모사 결과와도 잘 일치하였으며 전자파 흡수능 측정에 사용 가능함을 검증하였다. 인터 디커플링 (Inter-decoupling) 및 인트라 디커플링 (Intra-decoupling)평가법을 기반으로 제작된 차폐형 루프 안테나를 이용하여 상용 전자파 흡수체의 전자파 흡수능을 평가함으로써 IEC 표준 전자파 흡수 특성 평가 기반을 확보하였다.
비정렬 고정격자계를 이용한 쌍롤 박판주조에서의 유동장 및 열전달 해석

This paper presents a numerical analysis on the solidification characteristics in twin-roll strip casting. Unstructured fixed-grid system was employed to deal with phase change. Melting of pure gallium was analyzed to confirm the validity of present program in both structured and unstructured grid systems. An algorithm for simultaneous calculation of the temperature in the roll and the molten metal pool was developed. The flow field in the pool and heat transfer features between pool and roll were shown. The effect of process parameters was also studied. Since the geometry of the molten metal Pool significantly deforms along the casting direction, unstructured grid system is more efficient. The unstructured grid system gives almost the same accuracy, even though the number of grids is only 60% of the structure done.
복소 유전율 및 투자율 변화에 따른 자성 복합체 시트의 근접장 전력 흡수능

To optimize the electromagnetic noise reduction in a magnetic composite sheet by varying the complex permittivity and permeability, we evaluated the transmission power absorption by using the microstrip line method (IEC 62333 standard). To analyze the power absorption, we extracted the magnetic and the dielectric loss, which contribute to the total absorption. The electromagnetic characteristics of a microstripline and a magnetic composite sheet were simulated by using a 3D finite elements method (FEM) commercial program in the frequency range from 0.2 GHz to 10 GHz. The power absorption by the magnetic composite sheet was governed by the loss tangent of the permeability and the permittivity. When the real parts of the permeability and the permittivity of a 100 $\mu$m-thick composite sheet were fixed at 2 and 10, their loss tangents were 0.5 and 0.1, respectively, and the total power absorption was about 13.79% at 9.6 GHz with a magnetic loss of about 8.98% and a dielectric loss of about 1.78%. When the loss tangents were 0.1 and 0.4, the total power absorption was about 19.19% with a magnetic loss of about 1.77% and a dielectric loss of about 6.77%. 전자파 노이즈 저감을 위한 자성 복합체 시트를 최적화하기 위해 마이크로스트립라인 평가법(IEC 62333-2)을 적용하여 복소 유전율 및 투자율 변화에 따른 복합체 시트의 근접장 전력 흡수 특성을 해석하였다. 자성 복합체 시트에 의한 전력 흡수 기전을 분석하기 위해 총 흡수능에 기여하는 자성, 유전 손실을 각각 추출하여 비교하였다. 마이크로스트립라인과 복합체 시트의 전자기 전산모사는 3차원 유한요소법을 적용한 상용프로그램을 사용하여 0.2~10 GHz 영역에서 해석하였다. 자성 복합체 시트에 의한 전력 흡수는 유전율 및 투자율의 손실 탄젠트(loss tangent)에 의해 주로 영향을 받으며, 동일한 투자율 및 유전율 실수부에서 허수부가 클수록 전력 흡수가 증가하는 것을 확인하였다. 100 $\mu$m의 두께를 갖는 복합체 시트의 투자율과 유전율의 실수부 값이 각각 2와 10이고 손실 탄젠트 각각 0.5, 0.1인 경우 총 전력 흡수능은 13.79%이었다. 이 때, 자성 손실은 8.89%, 유전손실은 1.78%를 보였다. 손실 탄젠트가 각각 0.1, 0.4인 경우, 복합체 시트의 총 전력 흡수능은 19.19%이었으며 1.77%의 자성 손실과 6.77%의 유전 손실을 보였다.

This paper is attempt to considerate general character of GAO XING JIAN's literature. He is the first man who achieved Nobel literature prize as a Chinese. Nevertheless, his piecese of work are still out of people's favor. What is more worse, those have been given indifference by Chinese government. This article initially give an account of GAO's the achievement of his lifetime and the inclination of his literature, also what is the main stream in his works. In addition to, this deeply investigate GAO's recognition about the substance of literature, the course of his letters' career and life pattern. This speculate the feature of the literary style and ideology of his representative nobel ≪Soul Mountain≫. In relation to the former, this considerate his free, new, various description skills that were free from tradition. About the latter, this mainly speculate relation to “The Chinese Chan sect” culture.
