        치과 임플란트용 골융합 측정기의 설계 및 평가

        The osseointegration of dental implant is influenced by many factors such as surface geometry, loading and the amount of bone. Thus, stability of the dental implant should be checked periodically. In order to test the stability of dental implant by using resonance frequency analysis, we designed a structure of transducers and fabricated a piezoelectric devices. Using finite element analysis, the thickness and length of piezoelectric device and transducers were tailorized and the optimized frequency of 10 kHz was obtained. The resonance frequency from simulation analysis and evaluation was estimated to be similar as 10 kHz. The osseointegration was further enhanced with increasing frequency from the evaluation result of the finite element analysis.

        치과용 초음파 골수술기 설계 및 평가

        A piezoelectric ultrasonic bone surgical instrument, usually used to remove the tartar out of teeth or to cut the dentine of the tooth, is a recently popular instrument for dental treatment due to its several merits such as small size, low-electric power and precision control of surgical operation. It has typically two parts of a tip and vibration system which is also composed of head, piezoelectric elements and tail-mass. In order to improve the performance of the instrument, it is important to standardize the size of the vibration system without tip for high performance. In this study, a Finite Element Analysis (FEA) was utilized to optimize the structure of ultrasonic instrument in vibration system. Consequently, this study revealed that influence of several tips on property were minimized and it showed good property at the frequency range of 22~32 kHz.

        임플랜트 상부 보철물의 고정 방식에 따른 힘의 분포에 관한 연구 : 나사 유지형 대 시멘트 유지형

        To compare the stress distribution patterns between cement-retained and screw-retained implant supported fixed prostheses according to four different abutment types, a three dimensional finite element analysis was performed. The hypothetical three unit fixed partial denture case was modelled on the three implants(10mm length and 3.75 diameter) in mandibular bone. Four angles of implantation(vertical, 10, 15 and 20 degree inclined mesially) were created and three different directions of force (vertical, oblique, horizontal) were applied at the center of the second premolar and distal end of the first molar for each cases. Within the limits of this study, the results were as follows, 1. In vertically installed cases, the more stress was concentrated at upper components, but mesially inclined cases, the more stress was concentrated at cortical bone. 2, The more inclined mesially the more stress was observed, especially at cortical bone. 3. The cement-retained models showed lower principal stress and more even stress distribution than the screw-retained models. 4. The similar stress distribution pattern was showed in model 1 and model 2, model 3 and model 4. 5. The more stress was observed when the loads were applied at the distal end of 1st molar than the center of 2nd premolar. 6 The fixture and the model as a whole, lesser stress values were observed when vertical loads were applied as compared to horizontal and oblique loads.

        조경설계공모의 문제점 및 요소별 중요도 분석

        본 연구는 현재 조경 설계공모 과정에서 발생되고 있는 문제점을 AHP 기법을 활용하여 분석 및 고찰함으로써 조경설계 공모제도 개선을 위한 기초자료 제시를 목적으로 수행하였다. 본 연구 결과, 첫째, 조경설계공모 제도의 문제점을 이루고 있는 1계층 항목에서는 '당선작 선정과정'이 가장 중요한 문제점으로 나타났고, 그 뒤를 따라 '당선작 이후 설계변화', '조경설계 공모 지침', '조경설계 공모 방식' 순으로 중요도가 나타났다. 둘째, 계층 1을 구성하고 있는 하위 항목에서는 '비 조경전문가의 심사 참여'가 가장 심각한 문제로 의견이 모아졌으며, '심사위원의 전문성 결여', '심사배점방식의 문제' 항목 등 '당선작 선정과정'에 해당하는 하위 요소가 전체 12개의 요소 중 가장 높은 순위를 차지하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 조경설계공모 당선이 이루어진 후에 일어나는 '발주자의 임의 설계변경 현상'에 대한 중요도도 높게 나타남으로써 조경설계공모의 문제점에서 간과할 수 없는 사항으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 조경설계공모상 과정에서 발생하는 문제점의 우선순위를 선정함으로써 향후 제도 개선 시 선행적으로 검토가 이루어져야 할 부분을 찾았다는 점에 의의가 있었으며, 이러한 문제점을 근거로 향후 제도개선 방안에 대한 후속연구가 있어야 할 것임이 제안되었다. This study is conducted for the purpose of analyzing and contemplating the problems with the competition in current landscape design, with the goal of improving the landscape design competition system by using the AHP technique. The result of this study, first describe the Landscape design competition system that formed the problems and show the most important problem followed by other problems shown in order of importance, which are 'design changes after winning', 'Guidelines for design competition' and 'Landscape design competition manner'. Secondly, in the low rank article make up the level one -From a total 12 elements from the low rank article corresponding in 'process of winner selection' the 'Unprofessional landscape participate the screening' collected comments for the biggest problem, 'lack of expertise in judgement', 'problems with the examination scoring system' and other articles, the corresponding in 'process of winner selection' appears at the highest ranks. It also happens that after making the choice in the landscape design competition, the importance of 'client's design change symptoms' appears high. As a result the overlooked details of the landscape design competition's problems were analyzed. This study has prioritized the problems by problems which landscape design competition institutions most frequently have. Based on this ranking, there is significance purpose to create proactive system improvements in the future. By analyzing these problems, we will be better able to develop improvements to the future system.

        Removal torque of a two-piece zirconia abutment with a novel titanium component in an internal connection implant system after dynamic cyclic loading

        목적: 이 연구의 목적은 새로운 타이타늄 구성요소를 가진 지르코니아 지대주의 나사 제거력의 변화에 대해 알아보는 것이다. 내부연결 임플란트를 위한 새로운 지르코니아 지대주의 동적하중 후 지대주 나사의 제거력을 기존의 타이타늄 지대주와 비교하여 분석하였다. 재료 및 방법: 내측연결 임플란트와 타이타늄 지대주, 타이타늄 구성요소를 가진 지르코니아 지대주를 준비하였다. 12개의 내부연결형 임플란트에 6개의 타이타늄 지대주를 연결하고(대조군), 6개의 타이타늄 구성요소를 가진 지르코니아 지대주(실험군)를 30 Ncm의 토크로 연결한 후 동적하중 전후의 나사 제거력을 측정하였다. 동적 만능재료시험기를 사용하여 연결체의 장축과 30도 각도를 이루도록 하고 300 N 하중크기로 100만번의 하중이 가해졌다. 동적하중 전후의 지대주 나사 제거력을 t검정을 통해 신뢰구간 95%로 통계적 유의성을 검증하였다. 결과: 두 그룹 모두에서 동적하중 후 나사 풀림을 보이지 않았다. 동적 하중 전후의 나사 제거력은 두 그룹 모두에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있게 나타났다(P < .05). 동적 하중 전후의 나사 제거력 차이는 대조군에서 $-7.25{\pm}1.50Ncm$, 실험군에서 $-7.33{\pm}0.93Ncm$ 로 나타났다. 통계분석 결과 두 군간에 나사 제거력 차이에서는 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다(P > .05). 결론: 이 실험의 결과에 한하여 타이타늄 구성요소를 사용한 지르코니아 지대주의 동적하중 후 지대주 나사 제거력의 변화는 타이타늄 지대주와 통계학적으로 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. Purpose: The aim of this study was to evaluate screw removal torque of the two-piece zirconia abutment with the novel titanium component compared to the conventional one-piece titanium abutment in the internal connection implant before and after dynamic cyclic loading. Materials and methods: Two types of the abutment assemblies with internal connection were prepared and divided into the groups; titanium abutment-titanium abutment screw assemblies as control, and zirconia abutment-titanium socket-titanium abutment screw assemblies as experimental group. A total of 12 abutments and implants were used of six assemblies each group. Each assembly was tightened to 30 Ncm. A cyclic load of 300 N at an angle of 30 degrees in reference to the loading axis was applied until one million cycles or failure. The removal torque values (RTVs) of the abutment screws were measured with a digital torque gauge before and after cyclic loading. The RTVs of the pre load and post load were analyzed with t-test, and P-values < .05 were considered statistically significant. Results: The assemblies of both groups survived all after the dynamic cyclic loading test without screw loosening. The statistically significant differences were found between the mean RTVs before and after the cyclic loading in both groups (P < .05). The RTV differences for the control and the experimental group were $-7.25{\pm}1.50Ncm$ and $-7.33{\pm}0.93Ncm$, respectively. Statistical analysis revealed that the RTV differences in both groups were not significantly different from each other (P > .05). Conclusion: Within the limitation of this study, the two-piece zirconia abutment with the titanium component did not show a significant RTV difference of the abutment screw compared to the titanium abutment after dynamic cyclic loading.

        표면 처리법에 따른 치과용 합금과 열중합형 레진 간의 결합 강도에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to compare tensile bond strength between Cr-Co alloy and three denture base resins after surface treatment. Following the manufacturer's instructions, 180 bonded specimens were made from three denture base resins (Lucitone 199. Paladent 20. POSS resin) and three surface treatment methods (sandblasting. metal primer. silicoating) 20 samples were made in each group and a half was ther-mocycled 1000 times between $5^{\circ}C$ and $55^{\circ}C$. The tensile bond strength was measured using an Instron with 5mm/min crosshead speed. Data was analyzed with one-way ANOVA, T-test and Duncan test. The results were as follows : 1. Samples with metal primer coating had significantly high tensile bond strength than the other surface treated groups (p<.05). Significantly low tensile bond strength was shown in sand blasted groups (p<.05). 2. No significant difference was observed in metal primer coating groups before and after ther-mocycling (p>.05) 3. Tensile bond strength was decreased in silicoated samples after thermocycling (p<.05). 4. Of the surface treated groups with metal primer, Lucitone 199 had the greatest bond strength and POSS resin and Paladent 20 were followed (p<.05). 5. Of the surface treated groups with silicoating, POSS resin and Lucitone 199 had greater bond strength than Paladent 20 (p<.05).

        아파트 보조부엌의 유형별 개조특성에 관한 연구

        The study analyzes the remodeling characteristics of the four different types of secondary kitchens in apartment house based on their floor plans. The secondary kitchens are categorized into side placement, back placement, back placement with extensions on both sides, and back placement with an extension on a single side. The twelve apartment complexes in Ulsan were selected so that they may all consist each of the four types, and answered the survey. The classified traits of secondary kitchen were examined based on the characteristics of floor plan and remodeling. Side placement and back placement with extensions on both sides mostly used glass hinged doors. Back placement and back placement with a single side extension used glass sliding doors. It was found that the majority of the floor materials consisted of both wood and tiles, except for side placements, where only tiles were used. The sizes of the back placements with both and single side extensions were the largest. The side and back placements were rarely renovated, however, back placements with both and single side extensions went through massive remodeling.

        델파이 분석을 통한 조경설계공모 과정의 문제점 분석

        본 연구는 1983년 설계공모 제도가 한국 조경계에 도입되고 30년이 지난 현 시점에서 조경 설계공모 과정에서 발생되고 있는 문제점을 분석 고찰함으로써 향후 조경 설계공모 과정 개선에 기여할 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하기 위한 목적으로 수행하였다. 연구를 수행하기 위해 조경 설계공모에 관여하는 전문가를 대상으로 델파이 조사를 실시하여 문제점을 도출하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 조경설계 공모 관련 이론과 선행연구를 분석한 결과, '설계공모 방식', '설계공모 지침', '당선작 선정과정', '당선작 이후 설계변화' 등 4가지 관점에서 문제점이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 전문가 델파이 분석을 통하여 전문가들의 의견을 합의하는 과정을 이끌었고, 그 결과 총 12개의 항목으로 조경설계 공모 과정의 문제점이 도출되었는바, '설계공모 방식'에서는 '설계공모 기간의 문제', '설계공모 방식' 등 2가지의 항목, '설계공모 지침'에서는 '비위계적이고 혼란스러운 지침', '규정적으로 정해지는 지침', '지침의 분량의 과다' 등 3개 항목, '당선작 선정과정'에서는 '심사위원 전문성 결여', '비조경전문가 참여', '심사배점 방식에 문제점' 등 3개 항목, '당선작 이후 설계변화'에서는 '발주처 설계담당자의 잦은 인사이동', '설계기간의 기약 없는 과다연장', '발주처의견이 과다하게 반영되는 풍토', '원설계의 창의성을 저감시키는 발주처 의견' 등 4가지 항목이 문제점으로 나타났다. This study has been performed to analyze and consider the problems after 30 years in terms of landscape design competition process in Korea, so that it can provide the basic data, which can improve the future landscape design competition. We have used Delphi Investigation to carry out a survey that targets professionals and identifies problems. The results are summarized as follows. Firstly, the results of the analysis of Landscape Design Competition for institution theory and case studies showed that there is an issue from four perspectives which are 'method of design competition', 'guidelines for design competition', 'winner selection process', and 'design changes after winning' Secondly, the process by professional Delphi performed expert analysis, and agree with expert opinion. As a result, we derived the problems of a landscape design competition system with the 12 items. Third, in the 'design competition style', two items, the 'design competition style' and 'problem of design public offering period' had become a problem. Fourth, the 'Guidelines for design competition', 'non-hierarchical excess of the amount of instructions', 'directive determined the guidelines', and the 'provision of confusion' three items had also become a problem. Fifth, 'sex expert committee review selection process winning work', 'Problems of participation', 'examination scoring system experts lack', and 'non-landscaping' had become a problem. Sixth, 'The design of the original order' as much as possible 'design changes after the winning work' Four 'order to Comments to reduce the creativity of the design of the climate', 'original extension', 'contractor feedback of excess without the promise of frequent personnel changes', design period of the person in charge is reflected in excess item has become a problem. I considered that a continuous research on the improvement of the problems of the landscape design competition system based on the results must be performed.

        역세권내 역 인접 소공원의 유형별 이용행태분석을 통한 활성화 방안 연구

        2005년 3월 31 일 도시공원 및 녹지 등에 관한 법률 개정으로 도시공원 분류체계에서 소공원과 주제공원을 세분화하여 추가하였으나, 기능, 규모, 유치거리가 명확한 개념이 정립되어 있지 않은 상태이다. 특히, 조성 과정상의 확실한 설계되어 있지 않으며, 최근 법제화된 '도시공원 , 녹지의 유형별 세부기준 등에 관한 지침'(2007.2)에서도 유형을 공원의 설치위치 빛 성격에 따라 근린, 도심소공원으로 구분하였으나, 유형별 공원의 지정은 되어 있지 않은 상태이다. 본 연구에서 보고자 하는 역세권내 위치한 소공원은 설치위치 및 지역의 성격에 따라 그 특성이 다르게 나타나므로 법에서 명시하고 있는 유형에서의 설치위치 및 지역적 특징을 분석하여 궁극적으로 유형별 특성에 따른 공원의 활성화 방안을 제시한다. 유형화를 위한분석기준은 각각의 공원은 인접한 역의 성격과지역의 성격이 다르므로 첫째, 법에서 명시하고 있는 정의에서의 지역적 특성과 이용자 특성에 따른 유형분류로서 근린소공원과 도심소공원의 분류체계에 따라 공원유형분류 한다. 소공원 주변 용도배분비율과 기존의 소공원 설치 당시 공공에서의 설치목적을 각 구청의 담당자의 문의를 통하여 파악하고, 이용자의 거주특성의 경우는 이용자를 대상으로 설문을 거주지와 거주동에 대한 질의응답을 통하여 각 공원의 주 이용자의 거주특성을 파악하여 최종 대상지 근린소공원 3개소, 도심소공원 3개소를 선정하였다. 둘째, 각 유형 관찰조사를 통하여 이용자들의 이용행태특성을 파악하고, 설문조사를 행하여 유형별 대상지의 이용실태 및 이용특성의 차이점과, 어떤 측면에서 각기 다른 특성을 가지고 있는지에 대해 이용실태 및 공원시설에 대한 중요도 및 만족도, 공원 환경적 측면의 만족도에 대한 의견을 조사한다. 셋째, 관찰조사와 설문분석에 따른 결과와 관리 공무원과 공원설계자와의 인터뷰 결과를 종합하여 추후 계획시 고려하여야할 점으로 공원이용 활성화를 위한 시설 및 설계적 측면과 이용행태적 측면, 관리 및 운영적 측면에서 시사점을 도출한다. The government is planning to link a small park with the soon to be ready subway line 9 as a part of Seoul's policy, "The standard or plan for making a water-friendly space by water use" (2007). However, the specified concepts and instructions of the small parks need further work. Therefore, the policy is expected to expand to neighboring small parks near the subway station, but these are not supported by research or data which suggests the needs or actual user behavior and utilization of small parks. our country added the specified concept of small parks and theme parks to the classification of urban parks in the Urban Park Act Revision (2005.3.31), but the concept of small parks is not clearly settled in the law in the scopes of its function, scale, promotion nor particularly defined plans for small park projects. This study examines as small park near a subway station. The characteristics of there region and users vary from the characteristics of the station and region. In the "directions for concrete standards under the types of urban parks and green zones" (2007.2) the types of small parks are classified by "regional characteristics" and "user characteristics". Therefore, this study classifies the subject of neighboring small parks near subway stations as the neighborhood and small urban parks according to the Urban Park Act. The study was paralleled with observation and questionnaires on the analysis of the neighborhood and small urban parks. The actual conditions of park utilization and user behavioral characteristics were deducted by observation, while the questionnaire determined actual user utilization, importance and satisfaction level as well as the small park environment. This study largely focused on three aspects: park facility, design of this sentence isn't even complete. The second aspect isn't finished and the third isn't here.

        단체 급식 종사자와 일반주부와의 영양지식·위생지식 및 실행도 차이 비교연구

        This research is aimed at evaluating the nutrition knowledge and hygiene knowledge of people who are either foodservice employees or housewives and at providing data for conducting hygiene education by comparing the differences between the two groups. Both groups scored relatively high in nutrition knowledge with housewives scoring 9.9/12 and food service employees scoring 9.6/12. However, foodservice employees scored significantly higher in hygiene knowledge and degree of practice than housewives, A correlation was found between nutrition knowledge and the degree of hygienic practice and a significant correlation between hygiene knowledge and the degree of hygienic practice. The higher the hygiene knowledge was, the higher their degree of hygienic practice was. As for food hygiene information, foodservice employees obtained the information through hygiene education and lecture meetings, but housewives got their information through mass media. To summarize, mass media, which housewives can have easy access, must have programs for housewives to help them improve food hygiene in cooking, and programs for foodservice employees on washing food.
