선형적인 동적 영역 특성을 갖는 고출력 비대칭 도허티 전력 증폭기의 설계

본 논문에서 는 WCDMA(Wideband Code Division Multiple Access) 기지국용 고출력 비 대칭 도허티 전력 증폭기를 구현하였다. 구현된 도허티 증폭기는 P1 dB로부터 9 dB의 영역에 걸쳐 높은 효율을 가지며, 전체 동적 영역에서 선형적인 특성을 갖는다. 고효율 구간의 확장과 선형적인 동적 영역 특성을 얻기 위해서 주 증폭기의 소자보다 두 배 큰 피킹 소자를 사용했으며, 입력에는 비대칭 전력 분배기를 사용하였다. WCDMA 1FA(Frequency Assignment) 신호를 사용하여 측정한 결과 P1 dB로부터 9 dB 백-오프 지점에서 31 %의 전력 부가 효율과 -35 dBc의 ACLR(Adjacent Channel Leakage Power) 특성을 얻었다. In this paper, an asymmetric high power extended Doherty amplifier for WCDMA base-station applications is presented. The amplifier has an extended peak efficiency over 9 dB of output power and a linear dynamic range characteristic. To realize the peak efficiency extension and linear dynamic range characteristic, a two times larger peaking device compared to the main device, and an unequal power divider are used. From the experimental results of 1FA WCDMA signal, this amplifier has an efficiency of 31 % and an ACLR of -35 dBc is achieved at 9 dB back-off from P1 dB.
SUV용 액슬의 소음원 규명 및 소음 저감을 위한 액슬의 구조변경에 관한 연구

This paper presents experimental and analytic methods to reduce interior noise generated by car axle. The test vehicle has a whine noise problem at passenger seats. In order to identify transfer path of interior axle noise, the vibration path analysis, the modal analysis and running modal analysis are systematically employed. By using these various methods, it has been founded that the interior noise generated by car axle was air borne noise. To reduce and predict axle noise, various structural modifications are performed by using FEM and BEM techniques, respectively. Through the modification of the axle structure, the air borne noise of the axle was reduced 3$\sim$4 dBA level.

This study is an inorganic foaming ceramic by sol-gel reaction in order to overcome weak point of insulator using in construction equipment. We shall be able to confirm as the existing product substitute is possible result of this study. The solution where the silicate, the ceramic powder and the additive are included which makes foaming ceramic slurry, then the insulator made by used CO₂ Sol-Gel reaction. There being will be able to manufacture the insulator where the economical efficiency is excellent confirmed at the start product which is completed. The recording gel time decreases when the silicate will increase. Uses the hydrogen peroxide and fe make foam, when additionally surface preparation the fluorine resin, the water tolerance increases and will be able to complement the weak point of the silicate which omits in the water. The case which will use the loess powder with the research method which sees specially was environment-friendly product and according to appearing, the physical properties of nonflammability.
Respiratory Syncytial Virus 세기관지염 환아의 비인두 분비물에서 ECP, RANTES, Eotaxin 치와 추적 관찰 후 천명 여부와의 연관성

Background: Infants with respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) bronchiolitis are at increased risk of developing persistent wheezing and bronchial asthma later in life. Eosinophil-related-inflammatory mechanisms play a role in RSV bronchiolitis and asthma. Objective: The aim of our study was to find a relationship between eosinophil cationic protein (ECP), RANTES, and eotaxin level in the nasophageal secretion of RSV bronchiolitis patients and subsequent wheezing. Method: ECP, RANTES, and eotaxin level in nasopharyngeal secretion were determined in 28 children hospitalized with RSV bronchiolitis. 24 children were followed for two years after the RSV bronchiolitis. Result: 12 out of 24 children experienced subsequent wheezing verified by their physicians. Children who had subsequent wheezing showed significantly higher level of ECP, RANTES, and eotaxin in the nasopharyngeal secretion than those who had not. There was a positive correlations between ECP and RANTES, ECP and eotaxin in RSV bronchiolitis patients. Conclusion: Nasopharyngeal ECP, RANTES, eotaxin may be useful in predicting the development of persistent wheezing in children affected by RSV bronchiolitis. 공용 복합기 출력 기능 소모품들의 Eco Design Index 산정

기존의 에코디자인은 제품의 환경성 측면만을 고려하여 수행하였다. 이는 에코디자인 수행 시 제품의 환경측면 분석을 통해 파악된 주요 부품이 개선 대상이었다는 것을 의미한다. 나아가 최근 경제성 측면까지 고려하여 에코디자인을 수행하고 있는데, 이는 주로 공급자의 입장이 반영된 에코디자인이며, 소비자의 입장이 제대로 반영된 에코디자인이라고 보기 힘들다. 따라서 소비자의 입장에서 얻을 수 있는 가치에 대한 지표인 UV (Utility Value)를 고려한 새로운 에코디자인이 필요하다. 따라서, 환경적 측면뿐만 아니라 제품의 경제적 측면과 소비자효용가치(Utility value, UV) 적 측면을 동시에 고려한 에코디자인 지수(Eco-Design Index, EDI) 는 에코디자인을 평가하는 새로운 대안이 될 수 있다. 이 연구의 목적은 제품의 환경성, 경제성 및 소비자효용가치를 고려하여 에코디자인 지수의 로직(Logic)을 제안하고, 이를 공용 복합기의 출력 기능을 수행하는 부품에 적용하여 그 의의를 알아보고자 하는 것이다. 이는, 공용 복합기 부품들의 Utility Value (UV), Life Cycle environmental impact (LCE), 및 Life Cycle Cost (LCC) 값을 정량화하여 EDI를 산정한 뒤, 이를 토대로 에코디자인의 개선대상이 되는 부품을 파악하는 에코디자인의 새로운 접근방법을 제시하는 것이다. 이 연구의 대상 제품인 8가지의 부품 중 롤러의 경우 환경성과 경제성 측면에서 가장 우수한 부품으로 나타났지만 UV 값은 8개 부품들 중 가장 낮았다. 롤러의 EDI 순위는 8개 부품 중 4위에 불과했다. 전사벨트는 환경성과 경제성 측면에서 각각 8위와 5위를 나타낸 반면, UV 값이 2번째로 높게 산정되어, EDI 순위는 8개 중 3위였다. 이것은 에코디자인 정도를 평가할 때에 환경성뿐만 아니라 경제성과 UV 측면 또한 반드시 고려해야 한다는 것을 의미한다. Conventional eco-design has been implemented based only on the environmental aspects of a product. Key components of a product identified from the analysis of the environmental aspects have been the target for improvement in the conventional eco-design. The use of eco-design index (EDI) considering both the environmental and economic aspects, and utility value (UV) of a product can be envisaged as an alternative way of implementing and assessing the eco-design. The objective of this study was to propose the logic of the EDI and apply it to the components for performing printing function of the multi-function printer. The EDI was formulated by quantifying the UV, life cycle environmental impact (LCE) and life cycle cost (LCC) of the components of a product, here components of the printer. Of the eight components investigated, roller was identified as the best performing consumable in both the environmental and economic aspects. However, its UV was the lowest among the eight. The EDI of the roller was mere 4<SUP>th</SUP> in ranking out of the eight. Transfer belt ranked 8<SUP>th</SUP> and 5<SUP>th</SUP> in the environmental and economic aspects, respectively, while 2<SUP>nd</SUP> in the utility value with its EDI ranked 3<SUP>rd</SUP>. This indicates that not only the environmental aspects but also economic and utility value aspects should be considered when identifying the key components for improvement in the eco-design.
PLD 법으로 증착된 n-ZnO:In/p-Si (111) 이종접합구조의 특성연구

ZnO films doped with different contents of indium ($0.1{\sim}10$ at.%) were deposited on Si (111) substrate by Pulsed Laser Deposition (PLD). The structural, electrical and optical properties of the films were investigated using XRD, AFM, Hall and PL measurement. Results showed that un-doped ZnO film had (002) plane as the c-axis orientated growth, whereas indium doped ZnO films exhibited the peak of (002) and the weak (101) plane. In addition, in the indium doped ZnO films, the electron concentration is ten times higher than that of un-doped ZnO film, while the resistivity is ten times lower than that of un-doped ZnO film. The indium doped ZnO films have UV emission about 380 nm and show a red shift with increasing contents of indium. The I-V curve of the fabricated diode show the typical diode characteristics and have the turn on voltage of about 2 V.

Cu and Zn can be accumulated in plastic film house soils by long-term application of livestock manure or compost. The mobility and bioavailability of Cu and Zn accumulated in soils are strongly influenced by their chemical or geochemical species in soils. In order to assess the accumulation, mobility, and bioavailability of Cu and Zn in plastic film house soils, we determined their geochemical species using a sequential extraction, grouped into three pods: the total pool, the potentially mobil pool, and the mobil pool. Total contents of Cu and Zn, ranged from 14.9 to 53.1 mg kg<SUP>-1</SUP> for Cu and from 55.4 to 169 mg kg<SUP>-1</SUP> for Zn, lied by far below the soil contamination standards, but exhibited little accumulation compared with their geogenic concentrations. Mobile contents of Cu and Zn and their percentage of total contents were strongly affected by soil pH in addition to total contents and soil organic matter. Mobile contents of Cu, ranged from <0.01 to 1.71 mg kg<SUP>-1</SUP>, showed their minimum between pH 5.0 and 6.0 and increased above pH 6.0 to 8.0. In contrast, mobile contents of Zn, varied from <0.01 to 12.4 mg kg<SUP>-1</SUP>, showed their minimum above pH 7.0 and increased strongly with decreasing pH below 5.5∼6.0. Potentially mobile and total contents of Cu and Zn rose with ascending soil organic matter. To assess ecological and toxic effects of Cu and Zn in soils, mobile and potentially mobile contents, as bioavailable and potentially bioavailable pools, should be considered more important than total contents.
