        Images of medical treatment on PACS environment are digitized and they make saving and transmission of patient's information easy with CD format causing increase of patients transfer rate between hospital and data transmission as well. Figuring out the configuration of confining status of copied images of medical treatment with CD format and present the appropriate way of identification for personal information. 20 general hospital over 500 beds which are utilizing PACS currently. Questionnaire investigation focusing on PACS operation center and it's management people. In accordance with the law of securing personal information of public organizations, it says "Anyone who wants to see his or her information via representative he or she needs to make a letter of attorney and turn in this to the president of it's possessing facility" in the article 16. Based on the investigation of general hospital for CD copy issue status near metropolitan area, 8 out of 20, were issuing CD copy through personal identification process(the person oneself and representative) and 10 general hospital were doing by getting signature of receiptor only without identification of the person oneself and 2 general hospital confirmation process is not at all. By the law of securing personal information of public organization, article 16, confirmation process is supposed to mandate lawfully with a letter of attorney when there is any request of reading and/or copies of one's information. But in reality, there were no consistent rules on reading, the process and coverage of copy issue, rejection coverage of copy issue of CD copy in each general hospital PACS operation center. Therefore there is a big need for consolidated format which is applicable by law when the representative requests to issue of CD copy that is storing medical treatment images. By issue through this consolidated format, securing medical information of individual and systemic operation and management will be valid and effective.

      • Isogrid 패널의 초기 형상 불완전성에 관한 연구

        There are many methods to reinforce the cylindrical structure for light weight design. Isogrid is one of the reinforced structures to improve buckling load. To make Isogrid panel, trigngle shape grid is removed by mechanical milling and it is curved-shaped by roll bending which is one of the plastic forming. When the Isogrid panel is shaped by roll bending, initial geometrical imperfection is occurred and becomes the reason which diminish the buckling load. In this paper, ANSYS is used for non-linear FE analysis and analysis results are compare with manufactured Isogrid panel about dimension of initial geometrical imperfection.

        페이로드 페어링은 위성과 부품들을 외부환경으로부터 보호하며, 위성분리 전에 페이로드 페어링은 분리된다. 페이로드 페어링은 굽힘 강성과 무게에 비해 강도 비율이 우수한 복합재 샌드위치 재료로 제작 되었다. 페이로드 페어링은 비행 중에 압축, 굽힘 그리고 전단하중을 받게 된다. 본 연구에서는 PLF와 연결구조물의 강도를 확인하기 위하여 액추에이터와 치구를 사용하여 PLF 구조시험을 수행하였다. 구조시험의 목적은 분리 스프링의 힘이 PLF에 가해진 상태에서 조합하중이 PLF에 작용할 때 PLF의 건전성을 확인하는 것이다. 구조시험 결과에서는 분리 스프링 하중과 조합하중에 의한 PLF의 구조 건전성을 확인하였다. Payload fairing(PLF) protects satellites and related equipment from the external environment. They are separated before the satellite separation. Payload fairing made of composite sandwich materials due to their considerable bending stiffness and strength-to-weight ratio. Payload fairing have compression , shear and bending load during the flight. In this study, To check the strength of PLF and connected part, structural test of PLF accomplished using an actuator and a fixture. Purpose of structural test is to verify the strength of PLF in force of separation spring and combination structural load applied. Test result shows that the PLF have an acceptable margin of safety for the combination structural load and force of separation spring.

      • CT 테이블 높이에 따른 방사선 선량 및 화질 평가

        CT 장비는 CT 검사 시 진단 참고준위 설정을 위해 CTDI (Computed Tomography Dose Index), DLP (Dose Length Product)를 제공한다. 그러나 CT 장비에서 제공하는 진단 참고 준위는 테이블 높이에 따른 선량의 변화를 제공하지 않는다. CT 검사 시 최적화된 선량과 화질을 구현하기 위해 CT 테이블 높이에 따른 방사선 선량과 화질을 비교 평가하였다. 32 cm PMMA 팬텀과 같이 성인의 경우 테이블 높이에 따른 선량 변화는 거의 없었다. 그러나 noise 평가에서는 테이블 높이에 따라 noise 의 변동폭이 크게 나타났다. 16 cm PMMA 팬텀은 반대로 테이블 높이에 따라 noise 의 변화는 거의 없으나 선량 변화는 약 30 % 발생하였다. CT 검사에 있어 장비의 특성에 맞는 정확한 테이블 높이 선택만으로 최적화된 검사가 가능할 것으로 사료된다. CT apparatus, CTDI (Computed Tomography Dose Index) for diagnostic reference level set at the time of CT scan provides a DLP (Dose Length Product). However, diagnostic reference level provided by the CT system does not provide a change in the dose depending on the height of the table. To achieve an optimized dose and image quality at the time of CT scans were compared and evaluated the radiation dose and image quality in accordance with the height of the CT table. 32 cm PMMA phantom, in the case of adults, the change in the dose depending on the height of the table was little. However, the noise evaluation, depending on the height of the table, the variation range of the noise is increased. 16 cm PMMA phantom Conversely, according to the height of the table, the change of the noise is little, the change in dose, occurred in about 30%. It is considered that it is possible to inspect it is optimized by simply selecting the height of the exact table to match the characteristics of the device in the CT scan.

        페이로드 페어링 체결 프레임에 대한 구조시험

        페이로드 페어링은 외부환경으로부터 위성 및 전자 탑재물들을 보호한다. 그리고 위성 분리 전에 페이로드 페어링은 투하 된다. 페어링 분리를 위하여 전단볼트로 체결된 체결프레임이 페이로드 페어링에 조립되어 있다. 전단볼트의 역할은 전체 구조하중을 견디며, 화약폭발력에 의해 절단이 된다. 그리고 전단볼트가 절단된 후 전단볼트로 연결되었던 체결프레임은 분리된다. 본 논문에서는 전단볼트 설계에 대한 구조시험과 해석을 수행하였다. 구조시험은 체결 프레임을 포함한 하드웨어에 압축, 굽힘, 전단하중을 부가하였다. 시험결과 전단볼트는 비행하중 지지를 위한 구조강도와 화약폭발에 의해 절단되는데 요구되는 낮은 강도 조건을 만족하였다. Payload fairing protects satellites and electrical equipments from the external environment. Payload fairing is jettisoned before satellite separation. Assembly frame for the separation of payload fairing were assembled with shear bolts. The role of shear bolts is to support structural load during flight and they are cut by explosion of pyro. The assembly frame which is connected by shear bolts is separated after the cutting of shear bolts. In this paper, structural tests and analysis were done for the design of the shear bolt. Compression, bending and shear load apply to the hardware including assembly frame. Test results showed that design of the shear bolt satisfied both structural strength for the support of flight load and required low strength for the cutting of shear bolts.

        중등학교 태권도 선수의 태권도 환경과 태권도 활동 부적응, 중도탈락의도와의 관계

        The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of taekwondo environment for secondary school taekwondo players on both maladjustment to taekwondo activity and dropout intention so that the result could serve as useful data for development of taekwondo field in future. The results were as follows: First, taekwondo environment for secondary school taekwondo players had a significant effect on their maladjustment to taekwondo activity. Specifically, among 5 factors of taekwondo environment, instructor environment and training program environment have a negative effect on maladjustment to instructor; members environment and training program environment have a negative effect on maladjustment to exercise; instructor environment, training program environment, and administrative system environment have a negative effect on maladjustment to team. Second, environment for secondary school taekwondo players has a negative effect on dropout intention. Specifically, among 5 factors of taekwondo environment, only training program environment has a negative effect on dropout intention. Third, secondary school taekwondo players’ maladjustment to taekwondo activity has a positive effect on dropout intention. Specifically, among 3 factors of maladjustment to taekwondo activity, maladjustment to exercise and maladjustment to team have a positive effect on dropout intention.

        Chemical machining(CHM) is a special process which material removed by contact of strong etchant. The application as industrial process was started from aircraft industry after 2nd world war. Chemical milling, one of the CHM process, initially became commercial bussiness and it was called chem-mill. Even today, this process widely used to remove the material from aircraft wings and fuselage panel in aircraft industry. In this study, it is attempted to design the cylinder pattern which minimize the weight within the allowable stress using chemical milling.
