In order to impart new functions to poly(trimethylene terephthalate) (PTT) and to remove several well-known disadvantages of PTT such as changes in physical properties with ageing especially for undrawn and/or partially drawn PTT yarn a new type of polyesteramide based on PTT, poly(trimethylene terephthalate-co-trimethylene terephthalamide) [P(TT/TA)], has been synthesized using dimethyl terepthalate (DMT), T3T-dimethyl ((benzoic acid, 4-4'-[1-2-propanediylbis (iminocarbonyl)]bis-dimethyl ester) and 1,3-propanediol as monomers and tetraisopropyl titanate as a catalyst through a DMT process. The feed ratio of T3T-dimethyl was varied from $5-15mol\%$. The content of TA unit in P(TT/TA) was lower than the feed ratio of T3T-dimethyl. Intrinsic viscosity and melt viscosity of P(TT/TA) increased with increasing content of TA unit. Thermal properties of P(TT/TA) were also measured as a function of TA content using DSC and TGA.

The crystal structure of the blends of poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) and poly(vinyl acetate)(PVAc), ethylene/vinyl acetate (20/80) copolymer (PEVAc80), and ethylene/vinyl acetate (30/70) copolymer (PEVAc70) has been studied using a polarizing microscope equipped with a heating stage and an FT -IR spectrometer. The spherulitic morphology in the PVDF/PEVAc blend appeared as three different types, i.e., lamellar splay, concentric, and spiral type. As crystallization temperature and the content of amorphous PVAc and PEVAc80 miscible with PVDF increase, concentric ring and spiral ring type spherulites are formed more easily than in the case of PVDF and a PVDF/PEVAc70 blend system. The extinction band periodicity between the bright zone and the dark zone in the ring-banded spherulites observed under a crossed polarization was found to increase with increasing content of PVAc and PEVAc. Furthermore, the periodic distance between neighboring spiral arms increased from the core to the outer edge, and this may be ascribed to the preferential rejection of PEVAc chains into the inter-spiral regions during crystallization. The FT-IR analysis of samples quenched from the melt to various temperatures shows increase in $\beta-phase$ content as the amounts of PVAc and PEVAc80 blended increase and as the quenching temperature is reduced. In conclusion, the crystal morphology and structure in the PVDFIPVAc and PVDF/PEVAc blend systems were shown to be highly associated with the degree of miscibility of an added amorphous polymer with PVDF.
심색성 극세 폴리에스터 제조용 Poly(ethylene terephthalate/trimethylene terephthalate) (P(ET/TT))의 합성 및 특성

Polyester microfiber has usually greater dye uptake than normal denier polyester fiber at the same dyeing condition. Though polyester has high dye uptake, dyed microfiber fabric has not only low visual colour depth but also poor washing fastness property. In order to improve this dyeing property, poly(ethylene terephthalate/trimethylene terephthalate)(ET/TT) was synthesized with various TT content using DMT process. The feed ratio of TT was varied from 5-30 mol%. The content of TT unit in P(ET/TT) was higher than the feed ratio of TT. The physical properties, dyeing properties, and wet fastness of P(ET/TT) were investigated. Melting $point(T_m)$ and glass transition $temperature(T_g)$ of P(ET/TT) decreased with increasing content of TT unit. P(ET/TT) could be dyed at lower temperature than homo PET with increasing TT feeding content. Alkaline dissolution behavior of P(ET/TT) was also examined as a function of TT content.
장경간 도로/철도 병용교량의 열차주행안전성 확보를 위한 설계기준 분석

도로/철도 병용교량은 도로하중 외에 철도하중이 반영됨으로써 궤도의 장대레일 적용과 열차의 수직/수평하중으로 인한 구조물 변형을 최소화하는 것이 무엇보다 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 병용교량의 열차주행안전성 확보를 위해 고려하여야 하는 국외 주요 설계기준에 대하여 분석하고, 이에 대한 설계영향 측면에서 고려되어야 하는 사항을 검토하였다. 특히 사용성 측면에서 하중에 의한 종/횡방향 상부거더 변형, 신축이음부의 종/횡/연직방향 변형을 중심으로 검토한 결과, 장경간 병용교량에서는 도로의 차량하중보다 열차의 차량하중에 의한 영향이 큰 것을 확인할 수 있었다. Road/Rail Bridge is important to minimize the vertical and lateral deformation of structure by road load and train load. In this study, it is performed the analysis of design specification for live load on road/rail bridge and considered the key issue point of rail view. Also, we referred the serviceability criteria for rail. Specially, because Eurocode don’t have live load application for loaded distance over 200m, long span road/rail bridge is necessary to extend classical code specification with rules adapted to the size and the specificities of the project. Thus, because live load is important in road/rail bridge, this paper was confirmed for the large influence of train load than traffic load and for live load than dead load.

We investigated the ultrastructure of the cuticle layer of hairs of different thickness from the scalp of the same woman by scanning electron microscopy. Hair thickness varied from 30 μm to 110 μm. Scanning electron microscopy showed that the cuticle layer of fine hairs about 40 μm in diameter consisted of only 4 cuticular cells, whereas the cuticle layer of thick hairs about 110 μm in diameter consisted of 10 cuticular cells. The diameter of cuticular cells of both hair types was 0.3~0.5 μm. We conclude that coarse hairs have a thick cuticle layer consisting of more cuticular cells, whereas fine hairs have a thin cuticle layer consisting of fewer cuticular cells.

지상고가 형식의 민원(도시미관, 소음/진동) 및 지하경전철 형식의 비경제성을 극복한 저심도의 도시철도 시스템이 최근 제안되었다. 본 연구에서는 저심도 지하구조물 구축을 위하여 경제성과 시공성이 우수한 가시설 대체 모듈구조 구조물의 안전성과 내구수명 결정에 중요한 구조체 연결부에 대한 국내외 적용사례를 조사하였다. 대표적인 모듈식 구조체인 모듈러 교량 연결부와 건축분야의 Precast 벽체 적용시의 연결부에 대하여 분석하였다. 또한, 모듈식 구조체 연결부에 대한 요구사항과 설계시 고려하여야 하는 중점사항에 대하여 분석하였다. Precast 연결 조인트는 구조적 안전성 측면에서 변형, 연성도에 대한 검토가 중요하며, 배면 지하수에 의한 영향을 고려한 내구성능 향상이 필요함을 확인하였다. Near-surface transit system is proposed recently due to overcome non-economic of underground light rail and ground elevated railway. In this report, domestic and international was investigated connection joint of applied examples which is dominant in safety of modular structure and durability. The modular structure of a typical modular bridge and building connections and connections at the time of the Precast Walls were analyzed applying. In addition, the modular structure and the requirements for the connection to be considered when designing the major issues were analyzed. Precast structural connection joint is deformed in terms of safety, for a review of ductility is important, in consideration of the influence by the back ground water is required to improve durability performance was confirmed.
장대레일 축력을 고려한 고속철도 특수교량의 변수별 분석

Application of long-span bridge, which is affected by parameters such as span length, shoe boundary condition, track property and stiffness of superstructure and substructure etc., can vary. Especially, by CWR aspects of the axial force, that can be less constraints of construction depending on whether the application of rail expansion joint(REJ), which has disadvantaged in terms of maintenance. In this study, it was performed parameter study for multiple variables (shaft length, the upper and lower cross-section characteristics, track characteristics, etc.) in terms of CWR aspects. Structure-rail interaction analysis was applied to the typical simple span PSC Box and 3 span continuous bridge Extradosed Bridge(50m+80m+50m) excluding REJ. If you set the boundary e of variables for long-span railway bridge excluding REJ through the this study, when designing future is expected to be able to useful.

In this study, in terms of CWR axial force, the long-span high-speed railway bridges without REJ(Rail Expansion Joint) is to propose the bridge type. Various Parameters analysis performed for the proposed type(Arch bridge, Cable-stayed bridge).

도로교에 비하여 고정하중, 활하중이 큰 철도교량은 교각에서의 설계지진력을 감소시키기 위하여 소성설계를 적용하고 있다. 소성설계시 적용되는 중공단면 철근콘크리트 교각의 심부구속철근은 중실단면의 심부구속철근에 비하여 단면적이 줄어듬에도 불구하고 과도하게 산정되고 있는 실정이므로, 철도교량에서 중공교각의 경제성을 검토하기 위하여 내진 성능평가 실험을 수행하였다. 교각 실험체는 호남고속철도에 적용된 중실단면 교각을 근거로 하여, 중공비 0.5인 휨지배단면을 적용하였다. 내진성능 실험 결과, 완전연성도 및 한정연성도 설계를 적용한 시험체에서도 소요의 내진성능 연성도를 확보하고 있음을 확인하였다. Compared to highway bridges, railway bridges applied bid dead load and live load are designed by plastic design to reduce design seismic forces in piers. Although the cross sectional area of reinforcement confinement in hollow section RC pier is smaller than solid section, reinforcement confinement cross section is overestimated. So, seismic performance evaluation experiment is performed to evaluate the economics of hollow pier in railway bridges. Bending dominated section, 0.5 hollow section ratio, is applied in experiment based on solid section in Honam high speed railway. Seismic performance of the experimental results, required seismic performance ductility is obtained in specimens applied full ductility and limited ductility design.
