착륙장치 접개 작동기는 항공기 이착륙 시 착륙장치를 항공기 동체 내로 접어 올리거나 동체 밖으로 펼쳐 내려주는 역할을 한다. 접개 작동기 내부에는 착륙장치 펼침 상태에서 외란에 의해 착륙장치가 접히게 되는 것을 방지하기 위한 별도의 잠금장치가 장착된다. 이 잠금장치는 작동기 내부에 공급되는 유압을 통해 작동기 내부 구성품과 기계적으로 구속됨으로써 작동기 잠금 기능을 수행하게 된다. 착륙장치 접힘/펼침에 따라 잠금장치의 잠김/풀림이 반복되므로, 잠금장치는 항공기 운용 중 반복되는 동일 하중을 받게 되며, 이로 인한 피로 파괴의 가능성이 존재하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 잠금장치에 대한 피로해석 과정 및 결과를 제시하고, 피로시험을 통해 그 결과의 타당성을 검증하였다. The retract actuator makes the landing gear retract or extend during take-off and landing of an aircraft. To prevent folding of landing gear that has remained in the extended state because of an unexpected external disturbance, an internal locking device is applied to the retract actuator. The locking device is restrained with another internal component by oil pressure supplied to the retract actuator, and this restraint makes the locking of the actuator possible. Because locking and unlocking are repeated during retraction and extension of the landing gear, the locking device takes repeated identical loads, and the possibility of fatigue failure exists. In this study, the process and results of fatigue analysis for the locking device are presented, and the appropriateness of the analysis result is verified using a fatigue test.

In this study, lactic acid bacteria showing high specific β-glucosidase activity were isolated from kimchi to convert the high molecular weight ginsenosides into low molecular weight ginsenosides in ginseng berry. Among the 120 strains of lactic acid bacteria isolated from kimchi, 42 strains of lactic acid bacteria showing β-glucosidase activity were isolated using the esculin agar method. And as a result of measuring the β-glucosidase activity of the intracellular enzyme fraction, the lactic acid bacterium OG-05 showing high β-glucosidase activity(198.60±20.87 AU/mL) and specific β -glucosidase activity(21.52±2.37 AU/Log CFU) was selected. The selected lactic acid bacterium OG-05 was identified as Lactiplantibacillus plantarum by bacterial identification based on 16S rRNA sequencing analysis and was named Lactiplantibacillus plantarum OG-05. When ginseng berry extract was fermented using Lactiplantibacillus plantarum OG-05, the ginsenosides Re, Rg1 and Rb1 which are abundant in ginseng berry extract were not detected. The contents of Rc, Rf and F1 decreased, while the contents of Rg2 and Rd increased. In addition, F2, Rg3, CK, and Rh2, which did not exist before fermentation, were produced at significant levels. These results indicate that the fermentation of ginseng berry extract using Lactiplantibacillus plantarum OG-05 could influence the ginsenoside composition.

Recently many small and mid-sized hospitals are closing down or experiencing financial difficulties. As a result, in order to provide exceptional service that would increase their competitiveness, they implemented telemedicine service for the prescription of medicine necessary before a colonoscopy. This study is an analysis of how telemedicine service affects patient satisfaction. Through the focus group interview (FGI) of medical service providers, regarding telemedicine service and face-to-face service, it was appraised that telemedicine service was more effective than face-to-face service. Afterward, a second survey aimed at endoscopy patients was conducted in order to find out the value of telemedicine service. First, through the analysis of the three main factors of telemedicine service, conclusions were drawn(safety/reliability, convenience/rapidity, and economics). A follow-up analysis showed that convenience/rapidity had the greatest effect on telemedicine service satisfaction. Next the factors of the quality of medical service were analyzed and 3 main factors were deduced (the superiority of the external and internal environments/appropriateness, superiority of the medical team, telemedicine service). A follow-up analysis found that telemedicine service had the greatest effect on patient satisfaction. This study found that providing exceptional medical service that utilizes telemedicine service would improve patient satisfaction. Therefore, we would be able to form a strategic plan that would strengthen the competitiveness of small and mid-sized hospitals.

The major role of landing gear is to absorb the impact energy generated by landing of aircraft. The impact energy is absorbed by shock absorber of landing gear and the residual impact energy which is not dissipated by shock absorber cause the ground reaction force. The main purpose of performance analysis of landing gear is to predict the ground reaction forces in landing conditions. In this paper, the equation of motion for 2-DOF oleo-pneumatic shock absorber was established and numerical analysis was done by using MATHCAD. Analysis results were compared with drop test results to verify adequacy of equation.
접개식 착륙장치 내구성 시험을 통한 접개장치 내구도 평가

After aircraft take-off, the retractable landing gear is folded into the aircraft bay by retraction operation of the retract actuator and locked by the uplock box to maintain retraction position. When the aircraft is on landing phase, the landing gear is extended by unlock of the uplock box and extension operation of the retract actuator. Because the retractable landing gear repeats retraction and extension during aircraft operation life, the possibility of fatigue failure of the components which compose the retraction mechanism exists. To verify fatigue life of the retraction mechanism, the endurance test which repeats retraction and extension of the landing gear is performed. In this study, the procedure and result of the landing gear endurance test was presented and the appropriateness of fatigue analysis result was verified by test results.
