        詩ㆍ文에 나타난 李萬敷의 歷史認識

          This thesis is aimed at examining the ancient history of our country, which Siksan Man-boo Lee had cognizance of. Prior to examining Siksan"s recognition of history, the researcher first paid attention to the consciousness of "making things valuable" which is thought to have affected the foundation for recognition of history. On the assumption that the real meaning of "making things valuable" may differ case by case, the researcher tried to make it clear that, overriding the assertion that Chosen succeeded China, Siksan"s consciousness of "making things valuable" expressed the culture of Chosen"s superiority, rather than none inferiority, to that of China. And, the researcher clarified that this point laid the foundation for Siksan"s having recognition of independent history. The peculiarity of the culture of home country is emphasized and the superiority of our culture is asserted everywhere in the writings scattered in a collection of Siksan"s works, And this confirmed that Chinese ethnic group and barbarians of the circumference are not distinguished by the race or location of a country, but by the culture of a country.<BR>  Subsequently, the researcher examined the recognition of history of our country in ancient times descending from Tangun time, by noting Siksan"s independent national consciousness that Chosen is an independent country as he deviates from the traditional viewpoint of Chinese ethnic group and barbarians of the circumference. He emphasized the existence of Tangun Chosen, extended the upper limit of our history by valuing highly the fact that Chosen was enlightened by Gija"s moving east, and noticed that thereby the pride of national culture was distinguished. But, he removed Wiman Chosen from our history, and did not considered our history discontinued by the outside power by determining the location of Hansagun to be above the Han River. Moreover, he showed dual recognition of history by establishing both the historical current of Tangun-Buyeo-Kokuryeo-Baekje and the other historical current of Tangun-Kija-Mahan.<BR>  Siksan attempted historical investigation of geography several times based upon what he saw and heard from his own travels, and went on to form his own historical viewpoint based upon the knowledge of ancient history he acquired from a variety of history books.

        백색토끼에서 수술 현미경에 노출 후 망막의 변화

        Purpose: This study was performed to investigate the potential damage to white rabbit retinas caused by an operating microscope light. Methods: A total of 18 white rabbits were exposed to the light of an operating microscope for 60 minutes. Fundus examination, fluorescein angiography (FAG), and electroretinogram (ERG) were performed before exposure and 1 hr, 1 day, 7 days and 14 days afterward to allow for serial comparisons. Light and electron microscopic examinations were performed to evaluate the changes in the rabbit retinas over time. Results: Signs of retinal damage upon fundus examination and FAG were not found before or after exposure to the light of an operating microscopy. ERG, however, showed significant reduction in the dark-adapted rod response 1 hour after light exposure, and significant decline in the amplitude of the maximal combined response a- and b-wave 1 day after light exposure in the rabbit retinas. ERG findings returned to the pre-exposure level after 2 weeks. Ultrastructural injury to the photoreceptor outer segments and the retinal pigmented epithelium, observed using transmission electron microscopy, recovered to the pre-exposure state after 2 weeks. Conclusions: The risk of retinal damage should be considered as an early result of exposure to the light of an operating microscope, even in normal retinal findings.         항녹내장 약제가 배양된 사람 결막상피세포에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: To investigate the toxicity of a short-term application of timolol maleate, dorzolamide, and benzalkonium chloride (BAC) on human conjunctival epithelial cells in vitro. Methods: Chang‘s conjunctival epithelial cell line was treated for 5 min, 15 min, 30 min, and 60 min with various concentrations of timolol, dorzloamide, or BAC, and then examined 4 hrs or 24 hrs later. Cell viabilities were assessed by MTT assay. The expressions of various cytokines by timolol maleate, dorzolamide, and BAC treatment in human conjunctival epithelial cells were evaluated using ELISPOT. Results: BAC significantly decreased survival of conjunctival epithelial cells in a dose and time dependent manner compared with timolol and dorzolamide. Inflammatory cytokines, IL-6 and IL-8, were highly expressed in conjunctival epithelial cells treated with timolol, dorzolamide, and BAC. Conclusions: The present study suggests that increased expression of inflammatory markers, IL-6 and IL-8 might explain the ocular surface disorder in patients receiving antiglaucoma medication.

        교각에 의한 하상세굴에 관한 실험적 연구

        The results of laboratory experiments on the clear-water scour of cohesionless bed sediment for three types of pier shape were presented. According to the experimental data, the local scouring around the pier was initiated at $V/V_c=0.4{\sim}0.5$ and $Fr_p{\fallingdotseq}0.2$, and the relative local scour depths linearly increased with respect to the velocity ratio and the pier Froude number. The relative scour depth had the linear relationship with ${\tau}_r$ for ${\tau}_r$ < $10^{-4}$, but it tends to become constant for ${\tau}_r$ > $10^{-4}$, irrespective of ${\tau}_r$. And also the relative scour depths showed the close relationship with both the geometric standard deviation and the pier shape. 본 연구에서는 3가지 교각형상에 대하여 국부적 정지상세굴에 대한 실험결과를 분석하였다. 실험결과에 의하면 교각의 세굴은 $V/V_c=0.4{\sim}0.5$, $Fr_p{\fallingdotseq}0.2$일 때 시작되었고 상대세굴심은 유속비와 교각푸르드수와의 관계에서 선형적으로 증가하였다. 또한 상대세굴심은 ${\tau}_r$ < $10^{-4}$일 때는 선형적으로 증가하지만 ${\tau}_r$ > $10^{-4}$이 되면 일정해지는 경향을 가지며 모래의 기하표준편차(${\sigma}_g$)와 교각형상과도 깊은 관계가 있었다.

        NCS 기반 토양환경분야 국가기술자격 실기시험 평가방법에 관한 연구

        Human Resources Development of Korea has been practicing performance evaluation for occupational qualification licences in environmental sectors that include water, air, and wastes management, but not soil. The purpose of the study was to improve overall quality of the national qualification test in the soil sector to better train applicants based on National Competency Standards (NCS), which is designed to emphasize site-specific conditions and knowledge. This study systematically analysed the current licence test in the soil sector with respect to qualification units, performance criteria, knowledge, techniques, and attitude as described in NCS. Furthermore, test evaluation was conducted to examine the validity of the revised licence test. The test results indicated the revised test method would bring positive outcomes to the related industry. Upon the reviews and amendments by the field experts, the result of this study could serve as a framework to the development of more robust and reliable licence test.

        이 논문에서 미스 반 데 로에의 바르셀로나 파빌리온의 건축적 특성을 분석하였다. 건축이 설계된 배경과 배치, 공간, 형태, 구조와 미학적 요소를 분석하였고, 같은 시기의 두 작품과 비교하였으며, 기존의 평가와 해석을 연구하였다. 그 결과 바르셀로나 파빌리온은 모든 근대건축 요소들이, 창작을 피워내는 상상력의 도가니 속에 함께 녹아들어 있음을 알게되었다. The pupose of thesis is to analyze the architectural characteristics of Mies's Barcelona Pavilion. I analyzed the site, space, form, structure, aesthetic elements, compared it with two other buildings by him, and studied the evaluation and interpretation about the building. I cocluded that all of the modern architectural elements were fused in the crucible of Mies's imagination to produce an original work of art.

        우리나라 영재교육 40년, 영재교육 패러다임의 도전과 전환

        우리나라에서 영재교육이란 용어가 정부 공식문건에 처음 나타난 지 40년, 그리고 2000년에 “영재교육진흥법”이 제정된 지 20년의 변화를 정부교육계획과 언론매체를 통해 영재교육 현상을 고찰하였다. 이러한 현상 고찰에 기초하여 교육적 시사점을 도출하고, 영재교육 연구자들의 역할에 대해 제언하는 것을 연구목적으로 하였다. 2020년을 맞아, 기존의 영재교육 패러다임은 여러 도전에 직면하였고, 전환이 요구된다. 이에 영재교육 연구자들은 무엇을 고민하고, 연구하면서 행동해야 할 것인가? 먼저, 연구자는 끊임없는 연구를 통해 영재교육 연구력을 높여 나가야 한다. 영재교육 이론연구뿐 아니라, 영재교육 현장밀착형의 연구와 연구 결과를 학회에 발표하고, 이를 근거로 정책행정가들에게 정책을 제언해야 한다. 다음으로, 연구 논문과 보고서, 나아가 방송언론매체로의 홍보를 통해 국민들의 지지와 관심을 높일 수 있도록 공감대를 형성하면서 영재교육의 지평을 넓혀나가야 한다. 우리는 미래사회를 선도적으로 혁신시켜 나갈 주체로서 영재들과 영재교육이 더욱 중요해지는 사회라고 믿는다. 그럴수록 영재교육 연구에 집중하는 소극적 활동과 동시에, 영재교육 붐 조성을 위한 국민적 공감대형성을 위해 국회, 언론, 정부를 대상으로 적극적이고 포괄적인 노력도 함께 기울여야 한다. In Korea, the term “the gifted education” first appeared in official government documents for 40 years, and 20 years after the “the gifted education promotion law” was enacted in 2000, the government education plan and media examined the status of gifted education. Based on these considerations, the purpose of the research was to draw up educational implications and to suggest the role of gifted education researchers. Toward 2020, the existing paradigm of gifted education has faced many challenges and requires a transition. In what researchers currently concerned about education, research for gifted children, to act? First, researchers should improve their ability to study gifted children through endless research. In addition to research on theory of gifted education, research and research results of field-close approach of gifted education should be published to the academic society, and on this basis, policies should be proposed to policy administrators. Next, we should expand the scope of gifted education by forming a consensus to increase public support and interest through research papers, reports, and further promotion as a broadcasting media. We believe that gifted children and gifted children are becoming more important as those who will lead to innovation in the future. As such, the government should also make active and comprehensive efforts to create a national consensus for creating a boom in gifted education at the same time as passive activities focusing on the study of gifted education.

      • 무기체계 사이버 보안 정책 동향

        무기체계를 대상으로 한 다양한 형태의 사이버 위협에 직면하고 있다. 실제 상대국을 대상으로 한 공격행위도 언론을 통해 발표되고 있다. 무기체계를 대상으로 한 사이버 공격은 실물 공격보다도 더 큰 위력을 발휘하기 때문에 이를 대비하기 위한 보안 검증 강화는 그 무엇보다도 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 본 고에서는 이러한 사이버 위협, 미국과 우리의 보안정책을 알아보고 문제점을 진단하여 현실적 개선방향을 제시하고자 한다.
