The state of drought was evaluated by the operation rule curve. From the present percentage of reservoir storage and the operation rule curve, it could be determined to ristrict the irrigation water supply to a certain level and eventually to overcome the shortage of water in the irrigation reservoir.

DAWAST 모형의 개선

This model is the daily streamflow model of the Korean watersheds has been developed to simulate the daily streamflow with the data of daily rainfall and pan evaporation. Parameters of this model are the water balance parameters composed Umax, Lmax, FC, CP, and CE and the routing parameters composed U_i, K₁ and K₂. Among these parameters, CE value is applied one fixed value during the year and coefficient of initial ion K is empirically determined by 0.2. The object of this research is to improve the DAWAST model by application of the monthly value of CE for evapotranspiration and the revised K value for the initial abstraction.

동화댐 급수 및 수문조작 프로그램 개발

동화댐은 농업용수, 생활용수, 공업용수 등의 공급을 위한 대표적 다목적 농업용댐인데, 몽리면적에 비해 유역비율이 2.54정도에 불과하여 저수용량이 예당지와 성주댐 등 다른 곳에 비하여 대단히 낮게 설계되었다. 이와 같은 이유로 효율적인 이수관리를 위하여, 평상시에는 생활·공업·수력발전·환경 용수를 적정하게 배분 공급하여 가장 효율적으로 활용할 수 있는 계획을, 가뭄시에는 제한된 저수량을 저수위와 예상강수량을 고려하고 제한급수와 병행하여 윤환관개를 실시해야 하고 치수관리를 위해서는 홍수유입량, 저수지수위 및 방류량에 의한 하류하천의 수위 등을 예측할 수 있는 프로그램을 개발하였으며, 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 관개면적에 비해 유역면적 적은 동화댐의 현실을 감안하여 가뭄시에 용수를 효율적으로 공급할 수 있도록 절수관개와 윤환관개의 개념을 도입한 프로그램의 개발을 개발하였으며, 홍수조절기능을 강화하기 위하여 홍수시 이를 예측하고 예 · 경보를 내릴 수 있는 프로그램을 개발하였다. 2. 이수관리곡선 작성에 있어서 동화댐 운영자료가 부족하여 예당저수지의 이수관리곡선을 사용하여 저수율에 대한 저수지 가뭄특보(준비, 주의보, 경보, 위험, 특별위험)를 제시하였다. 3. 동화댐의 관개구역을 2블럭과 3블릭으로 나누고, 가뭄단계에 따른 제한급수율을 적용하여 각 블록에 대하여 제한급수량, 윤환관개구역 및 일정을 제시하였다. 4. 동화댐의 흥수조절 능력을 알아보기 위하여 Storage Indication Method (SIM), Mass Curve Method(MCM), Frog Method(FM) 방법을 사용하였고, HEC-HMS를 이용하여 하류부 홍수 영향을 검토하였다. 5. 하류유역을 보호하기 위한 하류하천 수위와 상류유역을 보호하기 위한 저수지수위를 고려하여 예비방류 시나리오를 작성하였으며, 홍수시 피크홍수량을 고려하여 수문조작 지침을 제시하였다. The Donghwa dam is multipurpose agricultural dam for irrigation, living and industria water. But dam must be managed effectivily since the ratio of watershed to irrigation area is 2.54. Reservoir operators have to run rotational irrigation parallel with restricted release by considering storage level and expected rainfall during drought season and have to control floodgate by forecasting the flood inflow, storage level and outflow during flood season.

변형 Beken식에 의한 일별 유역 증방산량 추정

It is important to calculate runoff, percolation and evapotranspiration in process hydrological cycle. Especially, a evaportranspiration in watershed has a very important effect on hydrological cycle. In the study, the watershed evapotranspiration was calculated by the water balance and a daily evaportanspiration coefficient(CE) was calculated by the modified Beken's formula.

클로렐라 및 수산부산물 발효 비료의 들깻잎 시비효과

The effects of amino acid and/or urea liquid fertilizer application on the growth and phytochemicals of Perilla leaves were summarized as follows; The fresh weight of the perilla leaves was in the order of CF, CL, KLF, and control, and 39.7 g, 37.4 g, 36.5 g and 32.3 g were measured. The plant height increased by 71.6 cm in the CF treatment than in the control(54.6 cm). The number of nodes was 14.3 node in CF treatment and 19% more than control(12 node). The vitamin C content tends to be increased by fertilizing the amino acid solution in the perilla leaf. The components of polyvalent unsaturation of n-6 origin were measured in CF treatment, KLF treatment, and control in 10.19 mg, 10.18 mg, and 9.38 mg per 100 g, respectively. Glutamic acid, aspartic acid, leucine, arginine, alanine and lysin were contained in perilla leaf amino acid. Glutaminic acid content was found to be 455.1 mg, 495.6 mg, and 478.8 mg in the control, KLF and CF treatment per 100 g, respectively. Effective nutrition management using amino acid fertilizer optimizes crop yield and profitability, it is important to reduce the negative environmental risks of using fertilizer.

관개저수지의 한발평가 및 예측모형

The severity of drought could be evaluated by the accumulative rainfall method, soil moisture condition method, storage ratio method, and water supply restriction intensity method, etc. The pattern of drought could be forecast with the most similar pattern of accumulative rainfall out of the file of past rainfall history. The information that how much rainfall should be expected to overcome the present drought could be obtained from the reservoir storage ratio and soil moisture condition.

B 세포에서 Epstein-Barr virus microRNA들의 전사 및 성숙

우리는 바이러스로는 최초로 miRNA를 생성한다고 보고된 Epstein-Barr virus (EBV)를 대상으로 EBV miRNA biogenesis를 연구했다. 먼저 EVB에 감염된 B 세포인 B95-8로부터 보고된 5 종의 EBV miRNA들인 BHRF1-1, BHRF1-2, BHRF1-3, BART1, 및 BART2 모두가 발현됨을 확인하였다. 그 다음 성숙된 EBV miRNA 서열로부터 예측되는 pri- 와 pre-miRNA들이 B95-8에서 각각 검출되어 EBV miRNA들도 이미 알려진 동물세포 miRNA와 유사한 생성 및 성숙과정을 거칠 가능성을 확인하였다 게놈 상에 2~7개씩 밀집하여 존재하는 동물세포 miRNA들과 유사하게 EBV 게놈의 2부 위에 밀집해서 존재하는 EBV miRNA들도 polycistronic하게 발현되는지 조사한 결과 B95-8에서 BHRF1-1, BHRF1-2 및 BHRF1-3를 포함하는 1,602 뉴클레오타이드의 긴 전사체가 RT-PCR로 확인되었다. 반면 BART1과 BART2는 mono cistronic하게 전사될 가능성이 확인되었다. 본 연구를 통하여 EBV miRNA들도 동물세포 miRNA들과 유사하게 poly cistronic 하게 발현될 수 있으며 pri-와 pre-miRNA 과정을 거쳐 성숙된 miRNA로 생성될 가능성을 확인하였다. We investigated microRNA (miRNA) biogenesis of Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) which is the first virus shown to produce viral miRNAs. As expected, expression of all the reported EBV miRNAs were detected by Northen blot in an EBV-infected B cell line, B95-8; BHRF1-1, BHIU1-2, BHRF1-3, BART1, and BART2. The putative EBV pri-miRWAs and pre-miRNAs predicted from the known mature EBV miRNA sequences were detected by RT-PCR in B95-8 cells. Many animal miRNA genes exist as clusters of 2-7 genes and they are expressed polycistronically. As the EBV miRNAs are clustered in two regions of the EBV genome, we examined whether these clustered EBV miRNA genes are also expressed polycistronically. A long polycistronic transcript with the expected size (1602 bp) corresponding to the BHRF1-1~BHRF1-2~BHRF1-3 was amplified. However, any polycistronic transcript containing both BART1 and BART2 was detectable in B95-8. These results suggest that EBV miRNAs may be processed in a similar way with animal miRNAs and that some of the clustered EBV miRNAs can be transcribed polycistronically.
