In a housing site development projet, the price of developed land for rental housing and public facilities is determined based on the costs of housing site development project, which is the total expenditure of the project. The cost of capital, which consists of the cost of equity capital and the cost of debt, is one of the main components that affects the costs of housing site development project. However, in 2008, the government excluded the cost of equity capital when determining the total cost of capital in order to decrease the price of developed land. It resulted in a big gab when estimating the costs of land development project depending on the capital composition of developers, leading to consequent loss for the developer providing land at cost. Thus, the purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of the components of the capital cost and identify the actual level of loss for developers when they provide developed land for public purpose. The results showed that the exclusion of equity capital cost caused to reduce the costs of housing site development project by 4.0 percent. A linear multiple regression analysis indicates that the difference ratio of loss increases by 0.8%p for an additional 10%p increase of equity capital proportion, 0.9%p for an additional 1%p increase of the cost of equity, 0.03%p for an additional 1%p increase of the cost of debt, and 0.7%p for an additional 1 year extension of project period. It means the increase in the loss of developers. On the contrary, the difference ratio of loss is shown to decrease by 0.6%p for an additional 10%p increase of sales revenue rate during project period.
중소기업을 위한 정보서비스의 효과성이 정보지향성과 기업성과에 미치는 영향

이 연구에서는 중소기업의 경쟁력을 강화하기 위하여 제공된 정보화지원사업의 정보서비스 효과성을 측정하기 위하여 정보서비스 품질요인과 정보자원요인 및 조직문화요인이 정보서비스의 사용정도에 미치는 영향을 조사하고자 하였으며, 이들 변수들이 궁극적으로 정보지향성과 기업성과에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 검증하고자 하였다. 연구결과에 따르면, 정보품질(경로계수 0.33)과 서비스품질(경로계수 0.32)이 정보서비스의 사용을 크게 증가시키는 것으로 나타났으며, 조직문화(경로계수 0.24)도 정보서비스의 사용에 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 연구모델의 실증적 검증 결과에 따르면, 정보서비스의 사용이 정보지향성의 향상에 긍정적 영향(경로계수=0.69)을 미치고, 정보지향성이 다시 기업성과에 긍정적 영향(경로계수=0.55)을 미치는 것을 통계적으로 검증하였다. This study investigates the relationship between information orientation and firm performance through the usage of infor-mation services for the promotion of informatization programs in order to strengthen the competitiveness of Small and Medium-size enterprises (SMEs). We developed a research model and hypotheses using key variables drawn from previous research, such as information quality, service quality, system quality as quality factors and IT resource and organizational culture as organ-izational specific factors. Also, a firm`s information orientation and management performance are developed as the dependent variables by which the performance of information services can be evaluated. We found that the primary dimensions of influ-ence on information service usage, such as `quality of information service for SMEs` and `organizational specific factors`, exert statistically significant positive effects on the degree of usage. We also found that the degree to which an information service is utilized is statistically significant in terms of increasing firm performance, which includes information orientation and manage-ment performance. In addition, information orientation mediates the linkage between information service usage and manage-ment performance.

기후변화로 인한 수자원 전망은 배출 시나리오, 전지구적 순환모형, 상세화 기법, 수문 모형 등 여러 전망 단계를 거쳐 이루어지며, 각 단계는 수자원 전망의 총 불확실성의 원천이 된다. 근래에 들어 수자원 전망의 총 불확실성을 개별 전망 단계로, 이를 다시 전망 단계에 속하는 여러 시나리오의 불확실성으로 분해하는 방법의 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 그러나 그 필요성에 비하여 관련 연구는 전무한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 수자원 전망의 총 불확실성을 시나리오의 불확실성으로 분해나는 방법을 제안한다. 제안하는 방법은 개별 시나리오의 불확실성이 총 불확실성에 기여하는 상대적 비중을 제시함으로써 시나리오 간의 불확실성 비교를 가능하게 한다. 제안한 방법을 이용하여 실제 수자원 전망 자료를 분석한 결과를 제시한다. Water resource projections considering climate change are based on combinations of scenarios in multiple stages including the emission scenarios, global circulation models, downscaling techniques, and hydrological models. Each scenario is a source of total uncertainty of the water resource projections. Decomposing total uncertainty into components from individual scenarios has recently emerged as an important issue due to their usefulness. But there is no comprehensive research. In this study, we propose a method to decompose the total uncertainty into the individual uncertainty of scenarios. The proposed method makes it possible to compare the uncertainties of the scenarios by providing the relative contribution of each scenario to the total uncertainty. The results of analyzing the real data by the proposed method are presented.

Pd 금속을 9 Å보다 많은 양을 Si 표면에 증착한 경우에 형성되는 Pd-실리사이드는 순수한 Pd 금속이 쌓이기 전단계인 Pd 양이 많은 Pd₃Si 상이다. 또한, Si 표면에 Pd 금속을 1Å 이상을 증착 하였을 때 형성되는 Pd-실리사이드는 Pd₂Si 상이다. 그리고, Si 표면에 Pd 금속을 1Å보다 작은 양을 증착한 Pd 3d 내각준위의 분광을 보면, Pd의 증착 두께가 얇아질수록 Pd 3d 내각준위의 반높이에서 반너비(half width at half maximum: HWHM)의 크기가 넓어진다. 매우 작은 양의 Pd 금속을 Si 표면에 증착한 경우에 반너비가 넓어진 이유는 많은 연구자들이 찾아낸 Pd-실리사이드인 Pd₂Si 상외에 Si 양이 많은 새로운 Pd-실리사이드인 PdSi 상이 존재하는 것 때문이다. If the thickness of Pd deposited is larger than 9 Å, its phase is Pd₃Si. This phase is followed by pure Pd phase with further deposition of Pd. Also, when the thickness of Pd deposited on top of Si(111) is larger than 1 Å, the phase of Pd-silicide formed is found to be Pd₂Si. The full width at half maximum of Pd 3d core-levels increases with decreasing of Pd film thickness at low coverages (≤0.5 Å). This is due to the formation of additional phase of Pd silicide, i.e. PdSi, in addition to Pd₂Si.

Future climate change may affect the hydro-thermal and biogeochemical characteristics of dam reservoirs, the most important water resources in Korea. Thus, scientific projection of the impact of climate change on the reservoir environment, factoring uncertainties, is crucial for sustainable water use. The purpose of this study was to predict the future water temperature and stratification structure of the Soyanggang Reservoir in response to a total of 42 scenarios, combining two climate scenarios, seven GCM models, one surface runoff model, and three wind scenarios of hydrodynamic model, and to quantify the uncertainty of each modeling step and scenario. Although there are differences depending on the scenarios, the annual reservoir water temperature tended to rise steadily. In the RCP 4.5 and 8.5 scenarios, the upper water temperature is expected to rise by 0.029 ℃ (±0.012)/year and 0.048 ℃ (±0.014)/year, respectively. These rise rates are correspond to 88.1 % and 85.7 % of the air temperature rise rate. Meanwhile, the lower water temperature is expected to rise by 0.016 ℃ (±0.009)/year and 0.027 ℃ (±0.010)/year, respectively, which is approximately 48.6 % and 46.3 % of the air temperature rise rate. Additionally, as the water temperatures rises, the stratification strength of the reservoir is expected to be stronger, and the number of days when the temperature difference between the upper and lower layers exceeds 5 ℃ increases in the future. As a result of uncertainty quantification, the uncertainty of the GCM models showed the highest contribution with 55.8 %, followed by 30.8 % RCP scenario, and 12.8 % W2 model.
