        한국재래산양 뇌하수체의 성샘자극세포에 관한 전자현미경적 연구

        Ultrastructures of hypophyseal gonadotropes were studied in the hypophysis of the Korean native goat by electron microscopic immunohistochemistry with antisera to follicle stimulating hormone(FSH) and luteinizing hormone(LH). 1. Gonadotropes in the adenohypophysis were observed in the pars distalis and the pars tuberalis, but not in the pars intermedia. 2. FSH cells were round or oval in shape, and contained two types of round secretory granules, i.e., small and large granules. Small secretory granules were electron-dense and 180-275nm in diameter. Large secretory granules were less electron-dense than small granules and 485-555nm in diameter. 3. LH cells were round or oval in shape and also contained two types of secretory granules, the size of which were smaller than that of FSH cells. Small secretory granules were electron-dense and 160-230nm in size. The size of large secretory granules were 315-415nm with moderate electron densities.

        The localizations and morphological characteristics of immunoreactive cells for prolactin(PRL) and growth hormone(GH) antisera were studied with double immunohistochemistry in the adenohypophysis of the Korean native goat. PRL immunoreactive cells(mammotropes) and GH immunoreactive cells(somatotropes) were present in the pars distalis and pars tuberalis, but not in the pars intermedia. A few cells were stained with both PRL and GH antisera (somatomammotropes). The possessional percentages of mammotropes, somatotropes and somatomammotropes were 37.0%, 32.6%, 1.0% in females and 35.6%, 32.6%, 1.1% in males, respectively. Mammotropes were oval or round in shape, and $10{\sim}20{\mu}m{\times}17{\sim}25{\mu}m$ in size. These cells were distributed throughout the pars distalis, but were more abundant on the dorsal part adjacent to the hypophyseal cavity and along the lateral and ventral peripheral regions. Somatotropes were elliptical, triangular or polygonal in shape, and $8{\sim}17{\mu}m{\times}17{\sim}18{\mu}m$ in size. The distribution pattern of somatotropes was similar to that of mammotropes. Some somatomammotropes were intercalated between clusters of mammotropes while the others were dispersed independently among the secretory cells.

        Somatotropes, mammotropes and somatomammotropes of the Korean native goat hypophysis were studied by double immunoelectron microscopy using antisera to growth hormone(GH) and prolactin(PRL), and protein A-gold particles of different sizes. Mammotropes were round or oval in shape, and contained round and electron dense secretory granules. The size of secretory granules was variable from 460nm to 680nm in diameter. Somatotropes were elliptical or triangular in shape and the oval nucei were located eccentrically at the periphery of the cell. Secretory granules of the cell were oval in shape and clearly distinguished from round granules of mammotropes. The size of granules was 320~680nm in diameter, smaller than that of mammotropes. Somatomammotropes contained round or oval secretory granules. The granules had intermediate size between somatotropes and mammotropes. Some of granules contained both GH and PRL, while the others contained only one of them.

        There have been a number of studies of gonadotropes secreting LH and FSH in the adenohypophysis, but the pattern of hormone storage and secretion of these cells still remains a controversial matter. In this study, we examined whether gonadotropes contained both of LH and FSH, and if so, how these hormones were distributed within the secretory granules. Hypophyseal sections of Korean native goat were simultaneously immunostained for LH and FSH antisera by protein A-gold technique. It was found that most gonadotropes contained both FSH and LH, but hormone storages in the secretory granules were some different among cells. Three types of gonadotropes were identified by the shape and size of the secretory granules and their hormone storage patterns. One type(I) of gonadotropes contained oval secretory granules, which immunoreactivity for FSH and LH were very weak. The size of secretory granules ranged from 160 to 310nm in diameter. Most granules contained both FSH and LH, but some contained only one of them. In another type(II) of gonadotropes, the immunreactivity and hormone storage patterns of the secretory granules were similar to those of type I cells. However, the secretory granules were round in shape and larger in size than those of type I. The other gonadotropes(type III) were distinctly distinguished by plenty of hormones in their secretory granules which were densely packed with numerous immunolabelled gold particles. These data are some inconsistent with other results that have been obtained in other ruminants like as cattle and sheep.

        한국재래산양의 눈신경 가지에 관한 해부학적 연구

        This study was carried out to investigate the branches and distribution of Nervus ophthalmicus of the Korean native goat. The observation was made by dissection of embalmed cadavers of ten Korean native goats. The results were as follows; 1. N. ophthalmicus arised from the trigeminal nerve in a common trunk with the maxillary nerve. 2. At the exit of the foramen orbitorotundum the N. ophthalmicus gave off Ramus zygomaticotemporalis, N. frontalis, Ramus sinuum frontalium and N. nasociliaris. 3. Ramus zygomaticotemporalis, after giving off N. lacrimalis, left the orbital cavity and gave off Rami cornuales which were distributed the caudolateral part of the base of the horn. 4. After giving off N. ciliaris longus and Ramus communicans cum ganglio ciliari, N. nasociliaris divided into N. ethmoidalis and N. infratrochlearis which gave off Rami cornuales.

        한국재래산양 십이지장의 장관신경계통에 분포하는 Substance P, CGRP 및 칼슘결합단백질 반응세포에 대한 면역조직화학적 연구

        The localization of substance P(SP), calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP) and three calcium binding proteins, calbindin D-28k(CB), calretinin(CR) and parvalbumin(PA) was immunohistochemically examined in the myenteric and submucous plexuses of Korean native goat duodenum. In the neurons of myenteric and submucous plexuses of duodenum, immunoreactivities of SP, CGRP and CB were confirmed in both nerve cell bodies and fibers. In contrast, CR immunoreactivity was found only in nerve fibers of myenteric plexuses, while PA immunoreactivity was found only in nerve cell bodies of submucous plexuses. In the inner circular muscle layer, dense SP-like immunoreactive fibers were prominent but only a few CGRP-like immunoreactivities were observed. Most of SP- and CGRP-like immunoreactive neurons of both plexuses colocalized with CB. This result showed that SP and CGRP may have a important role for the movement of small intestine. The colocalizations of CB with SP or CGRP in myenteric and submucous plexuses suggest that CB may serve neuromodulatory role for SP- and CGRP-immunoreacted neurons on the movement of intestinal wall.

        한국재래산양 중뇌 중심회색질의 neurotensin 분포에 관한 면역조직화학적 연구

        The midbrain periaqueductal gray is a midline structure that encircles the mesencephalic aqueduct of midbrain and plays an important role in anaglgesia and modulation of nociceptive input to the central nervous system. It has been demonstrated that the periaqueductal gray contains several neuropeptides including neurotensin, which has been postulated antinociceptive effect to the periaqueductal gray. The present study was performed to provide immunohistochemical localization of neurotensin of midbrain periaqueductal gray in the Korean native goat by using immunohistochemical method. Neurotensin-like immunireactive neurons were localized throughout the midbrain periaqueductal gray, although more immunoreactive neurons were present in the middle and caudal parts of periaquductal gray than the rostral part. Dense neurotensin-like immunoreactive neurons were much more numerous in the ventral lateral division of the mid- and caudal periaqueductal grays. Neurotensin-like immunoreactive neurons were much larger and more prominent near the external margin of the gray than in the juxta-aqueductal region. Neurotensin-like immunoreactive fibers were observed as short processes extending from immunoreactive cells and some small immunoreactive puncta and varicose-like fibers were also seen.

Data were surveyed in the spring of 1995 for 199 Taejon residents and 78 Furniture store managers.<br/> Variable in market segmentation of home furniture was used as response to the furniture, demographic characteristics, source of information, satisfaction to the furniture.<br/> The respondents were divided into 5 segment groups; the name of each marketing segment group through this study as follows: 1)a group depending on price, 2)a group depending on blend, 3)a group depending on utility, 4)a group displaying consumption, 5)a group depending on necessity.<br/>

        아스팔트 노반층이 적용된 자갈궤도에서의 도상두께 최적화를 위한 해석적 연구

        본 논문에서는 아스팔트 노반층 두께에 따른 자갈도상 두께의 영향을 분석하는데 주안을 두었다. 이를 위해 아스팔트 노반층 유무에 따른 실대형 정동적 재하실험 결과를 근거로 ABAQUS프로그램에 의한 해석 적정성을 검증하였다. 궤광변위, 노반압력 등의 실험결과와 KENTRACK등에 의한 수치해석 결과를 비교하여 충분한 상관성이 있음을 확인하였고, 이를 근거로 다양한 자갈도상 두께와 아스팔트 노반층의 두께를 변수로 다양한 분석을 시도하였다. 분석 결과, “아스팔트노반층(50mm)을 사용한 보조도상”에서 자갈도상 두께를 축소할 경우 기존의 표준자갈도상 단면 대비 약 7~18%의 노반압력 저감 효과가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 궤도 강성은 표준자갈도상 대비 101.2~102.4%이내로 동등한 성능을 가지며, 설계기준에 제시된 허용접촉압력 대비 약 30%낮은 결과를 바탕으로 아스팔트 노반층의 적용으로 자갈도상 두께 저감이 가능할 것으로 판단된다. This paper focuses on analyzing the thickness correlation between the asphalt subballast layer and the ballast layer. For this purpose, based on the results of full-scale static and dynamic load tests with and without an asphalt subballast layer, FEM analysis was performed using the ABAQUS program. A sufficient correlation was confirmed by comparing the full-scale experimental results, such as track displacement and subgrade pressure, with the FEM analysis results of KENTRACK, etc.; based on this, various analyses were attempted using various ballast layer thicknesses and asphalt subballast layer thicknesses as variables. As a result, when the ballast layer thickness was reduced in a sub-ballast layer using an asphalt subballast layer(50 mm), the roadbed pressure was reduced by about 7 to 18% compared to the case of applying the existing standard ballast layer thickness. In the case of track stiffness, the performance was equivalent to that of the standard ballast layer, within 101.2~102.4%; and in the case of the ballast layer allowable contact pressure, it was about 30% lower than the allowable contact pressure. Therefore, as a conclusion of this study, when installing an asphalt subballast layer under a ballast layer, the ballast layer thickness can be reduced.
