This study on intellectual capital which is in spotlight as an important factor has meaning that it provides information on intellectual capital to interested parties(stockholders, employers, employees, customers, etc.), suggests intellectual capital measurement indices for strategic management of human resources, and presents intellectual capital management process which is useful in companies practically by designing and verifying intellectual capital measurement models for effective management of intellectual capital.

본 연구의 목적은 우리의 영토인 간도를 일본이 청국에 넘겨준 청ž일 간도협약의 체결과정ž내용과 그부당성을 분석하여 간도협약의 문제점을 살펴보고, 북ž중 백두산 국경획정과 그 법적효력을 알아봄으로써 미래 통일 한국에서의 간도 영유권문제의 해결 방안을 모색해 보는 것에 있다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 효율적으로 달성하기 위하여 연구대상을 간도협약과 북ž중 국경획정을 중심으로 한 간도영유권문제로 한정하고, 시대적 한계는 일본의 간도문제 개입에서 북ž중 백두산 국경 획정 전후로, 내용적 범위는간도협약과 북ž중 백두산 국경획정에 따른 법적효력을 분석하여 미래 통일한국에서의 간도영유권문제의 해결방안을 모색하는 것으로 한정하였으며, 연구방법은 주로 역사적 문헌조사법을, 분석방법은 기술적 분석법을 사용 하였다.연구결과, 간도협약은 원천무효론에서부터 다양한 의미에서 그 부당성이 제기되었고, 그 연장선상에서 간도협약을 근거로 간도를 지배하고 있는 중국의 불법성을 지적할 수 있었다. 또한 북ž중간 국경조약이 간도영유권에 미치는 영향에 대해서는 국제법적으로 확립된 이론이 없으나, 일반적으로 비밀조약은 제3국인 한국에 효력을 미치지 못하며, 통일한국 차원에서 이 조약은 주변국과 협상을 통해 재논의되어야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the process, contents and iniquity of Gando Agreement,under which Japan handed over Korean territory, Gando to Chung Dynasty. The study is also for seeking solutions for the problem of sovereignty over Gando in Korea by understanding the border demarcation between North Korea and China and its legal force. For such purposes of the study, the target was limited to the problem of Korean sovereignty over Gando centering around the border demarcation between North Korea and China. The time frame was set from before Japan's intervention in the Gando problem and to after the border demarcation of Mt. Baekdu between North Korea and China. The scope of the contents was analyzing the legal force of Gando Agreement and border demarcation of Mt. Baekdu between North Korea and China and seeking solutions for the problem of sovereignty over Gando in Korea. For the study, historical literature research methods and technical analysis methods were used. As a result of the study, it was found that Gando Agreement was iniquitous and completely void. In line with that, the study also pointed out the illegality of China's domination over Gando under Gando Agreement. Furthermore, there was no fully established theory in international law for the effects of the border demarcation between North Korea and China on Gando sovereignty. However, confidential agreements usually do not have legal effect on the third country such as Korea. And for Korea that is to be unified one day, this agreement must be discussed again through consultations with neighboring countries.
분광타원법을 이용한 스퍼터된 Ta<sub>2</sub>O<sub>5</sub> 박막의 광학적 특성

본 연구에서는 RF 파워, 기판의 종류, 산소분압비의 다양한 제작조건으로 RF 마그네트론 스퍼터링법을 이용하여 $Ta_{2}O_{5}$ 박막을 제작하였다. 제작된 $Ta_{2}O_{5}$ 박막의 분석을 위해 위상변조방식의 분광타원계를 이용하여 타원상수를 $1.0{\sim}4.0eV$ 영역에 걸쳐 측정하였고, Tauc-Lorentz 분산관계식을 이용하여 박막의 두께와 광학상수를 분석한 결과 제작조건에 따른 광학상수의 크기와 분간형태의 변화가 나타났다. 또한 분산관계식에 의해 분석된 박막의 두께와 광학상수를 이용하여 얻은 투과율 스펙트럼을 UV-Vis 분광광도계에 의해 측정된 값과 비교하여 타원상수 분석을 통해 얻은 두께와 광학상수의 신뢰성을 확인하였다. $Ta_{2}O_{5}$ thin films were deposited by RF magnetron sputtering method under various RF power, substrates and oxygen partial pressure. Elliptic constants were measured by using a phase modulated spectroscopic ellipsometer and analyzed with the Tauc-Lorentz dispersion formula and best fit method in the range of 310$\sim$1239 nm. Also, transmittance spectra of the films were measured by UV -Vis spectrophotometer in the range of 300$\sim$1000 nm. From these data, thickness of $Ta_{2}O_{5}$ and surface layer were analyzed and changes of magnitude and shape of dispersion of optical constants according to fabricated conditions were measured. Also, to evaluate thickness and optical constants data analyzed by Tauc-Lorentz dispersion formula, the measured and analyzed transmittance spectra were compared. In result of the comparison, two spectra were in good agreement each other. Accordingly, it indicates that our ellipsometric analysis is valid.

It is very important to control the chunk graphite, dross inclusions and pinholes in pressure tight DCI castings. In this study, it is attempted to obtain sound DCI castings without defects by process control and small anount of special additives. Obtained conclusions are as follow. Chunk graphite can be overcome by small additions of Ce as mishmetal…about 0.01∼0.03% and ruducing the nodule count in ductile iron. One of the best detterrents to pinhole porosity is to treat and pour at sufficiently high temperature so any hydrogen absorbed by iron has a chance to get out before casting solidifies. Te additions of 0.01% of iron are helpful in reducing or elimination the pinholes. A moderately pressurized gyting system having a spure, runner, ingate ratio of approximately 4:8:3 or 2:4:1 has consistently produced quality castings in all size rages.
