        A Study on the Factors of Shared Accommodation Services

        본 연구의 목적은 중국의 공유경제 시장에서 소비자들의 지각된 기대요인 지각된 유용성, 지각된 용이성, 지각된 즐거움, 그리고 지각된 위험과 공유숙박 서비스를 제공하는 기업들에 대한 소비자 신뢰, 그리고 공유숙박 서비스의 이용의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치고 있는지를 실증적으로 분석하고자 하는 목적이 있었다. 실증분석에 필요한 데이터는 앙케트 조사를 통해 얻으며, 신뢰성분석, 타당성분석, 상관분석, 구조방정식 분석 등 방법을 통해 실시하였다. 분석결과를 보면 지각된 유용성, 지각된 즐거움이 신뢰에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 신뢰는 이용의도에 긍적적인 영향을 미쳤다. 신뢰는 유용한 매개변수로 나타났다. 그러나 지각된 위험이 신뢰에 미치지 않은 영향을 검정하였다. 이러한 결론은 공유숙박 플랫폼 운영회사의 운영방식을 개선하고 공유숙박 산업의 발전에 조언을 제공할 것이다. This study explore the perceived differences of factors influencing the shared accommodation in China, and the influencing paths of consumers’ use of shared accommodation. This paper collects the questionnaire survey of the Chinese shared accommodation user and applies method of Amos V23.0. The results showed that perceived usefulness and perceived pleasure had positive effects on trust, and they also have indirect positive effects on perceived intention through trust, while perceived risk and perceived ease of use had no significant effects on trust. The conclusion is helpful to promote the long-term development of sharing accommodation companies by satisfying the needs of consumers from the point of view of consumers.

      • A Robust Direction-selectable Edge-based Panel Cutting-Line Detection Algorithm

        This paper proposes three robust detection algorithms for locating the cutting line in an image captured by a panel-cutting system. All of the proposed methods contain two stages: edge detection and line fitting. A designed step-edge operator is applied to detect edges in the search direction of interest depending on the intensity concentration. Meanwhile, the proposed line-fitting algorithm is able to precisely fit a line by minimizing the summation of L1 distance from each detected edge point to the fitted line. As the result, all of the proposed methods achieve accuracy of more than 85%. Going one step further, full-scale edge detection (FSED) obtains the best performance at 99.05%, which is evaluated by using a variety of real-world images.

        Regular Endurance Exercise Decreases Blood Pressure via Enhancement of Angiogenesis and VEGF Expression in Spontaneously Hypertensive Rats

        이 연구는 자연발생고혈압쥐(SHR)의 혈압, 골격근에서의 혈관생성 및 혈관내피세포성장인자 발현(VEGF)에 미치는 지구성운동의 효과를 조사하였다. 5주령 SHR와 WKY는 무작위로 정상혈압군(WKY, Wistar-Kyoto rat, n=9), 고혈압통제군(SHR-C, SHR Control, n=9) 및 고혈압운동군(SHR-E, SHR Exercise, n=9)으로 각각 분류하였고, 지구성운동은 트레드밀을 이용하였다(12-20 m/min, 0% grade, 60 min/day, 5 days/wk, 16 wk). 수축기혈압은 지구성운동에 의해 효과적으로 감소되었다(SHR-E vs. SHR-C, p<0.05). 골격근의 모세혈관밀도와 VEGF 단백발현은 고혈압통제군(SHR-C)이 정상혈압군(WKY)보다 모두 감소되었으나, 지구성운동(SHR-E)이 고혈압통제군(SHR-C)에 비해 모두 증가되었다. 이러한 결과들은 지구력운동 트레이닝이 SHR 골격근의 VEGF 단백발현의 증가를 통해 모세혈관밀도를 향상시키고, 이러한 모세혈관밀도의 향상이 SHR의 혈압상승을 억제할 수 있다는 것을 의미한다. This study investigated the effect of endurance exercises on blood pressure, angiogenesis, and the vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) expression in the skeletal muscle of spontaneously hypertensiverats (SHR). Five week old SHRs and Wistar-Kyoto rats (WKY) were randomly divided into 3 groups: Wistar-Kyoto rats (WKY, n=9), SHR control (SHR-C, n=9), and SHR endurance exercise training (SHR-E, n=9). Endurance exercise training was performed on a treadmill (12-20 m/min, 0% grade, 60 min/day, 5 days/week, 16 weeks). Systolic blood pressure was monitored with the tail-cuff method. The expression of VEGF protein and capillary density were identified using western blotting and H&E staining in the soleus muscle, respectively. Systolic blood pressure was reduced by endurance exercise in SHR (p<0.05). The capillary density of skeletal muscles in SHR-C was lower than in WKY (p<0.05), but it was recovered by endurance exercise training (SHR-E) compared to SHR-C (p<0.05), and VEGF protein was also increased by endurance exercise training compared to SHR-C (p<0.05). These data suggest that the enhancement of capillary density via an increase of VEGF expression in skeletal muscles by endurance exercise training could be an important factor to inhibit blood pressure elevation in SHR.

        PAD법으로 제작된 산화코발트-산화주석 복합체의 가스 감응 특성

        A cobalt oxide - tin oxide nanocomposite based gas sensor on an $SiO_2$ substrate was fabricated. Granular thin film of tin oxide was formed by a rheotaxial growth and thermal oxidation method using dc magnetron sputtering of Sn. Nano particles of cobalt oxide were spin-coated on the tin oxide. The cobalt oxide nanoparticles were synthesized by polymer-assisted deposition method, which is a simple cost-effective versatile synthesis method for various metal oxides. The thickness of the film can be controlled over a wide range of thicknesses. The composite structures thus formed were characterized in terms of morphology and gas sensing properties for reduction gas of $H_2$. The composites showed a highest response of 240% at $250^{\circ}C$ upon exposure to 4% $H_2$. This response is higher than those observed in pure $SnO_2$ (90%) and $Co_3O_4$ (70%) thin films. The improved response with the composite structure may be related to the additional formation of electrically active defects at the interfaces. The composite sensor shows a very fast response and good reproducibility.

        漢語蘇州方言和合肥方言入聲字的比較研究

        中國地域廣袤,方言種類繁多,但是,信息科技飛速發展的今天,方言正在悄然流逝,人們 對地方方言和傳統文化漸漸漠視和遺忘,方言的喪失必將導致傳統文化的失根,所以對方言的重視 和保護很重要。作為一名語言文化研究愛好者,希望通過研究比較更多的方言來讓人們更了解自己 的語言。方言作為母語,在我們學習第二語言的時候會直接影響到第二語言的習得,不僅存在積極 的促進作用,也存在消極的阻礙作用,這就需要我們對兩種語言進行深刻的了解和多方面的比較研究。蘇州和合肥分別歸屬於吳語區和江淮官話區,雖然是兩種方言,但是從地理位置上看,相互接連,可見兩種方言之間一定存在一些共同特點和差別。筆者就蘇州和合肥的語言上進行比較研究,選擇展現入聲字的中古音在兩地的今讀,分別從方言的聲母和韻母的對比進行分析和解說,以此來 找出兩種方言之間的差異。 However, with the rapid development of information technology, dialects are slipping away. People are gradually ignoring and forgetting local dialects and traditional culture. The loss of dialects will surely lead to the loss of traditional culture. As a language and culture research enthusiast, I hope to make people know more about their own language by studying and comparing more dialects. As the mother tongue, dialect will directly affect the acquisition of the second language when we learn the second language, which not only has a positive role in promoting, but also has a negative role in hindering, which requires us to have a deep understanding of the two languages and a comprehensive comparative study. Suzhou and Hefei belong to the wu-speaking area and the jianghuai guanhua area respectively. Although they are two dialects, they are connected with each other from the geographical position. It can be seen that there must be some common characteristics and differences between the two dialects. Based on a comparative study of the languages of Suzhou and Hefei, the author chooses to present the modern pronunciation of the Chinese ancient pronunciation of rusheng characters in the two places, and analyzes and explains the differences between the initial and final vowels of the dialects respectively, so as to find out the differences between the two dialects.

        첨예정점의 측지거리 평균군집화를 이용한 메쉬 분할

        본 논문에서는 주어진 3차원 메쉬의 분할에 k-평균군집화 기법을 적용한다. 국부적인 최적의 수렴을 피하고 계산시간을 빠르게 하기 위하여 먼저 주어진 메쉬에 대한 첨예정점들을 인지과학적 측면에서 각각 국부적 전역적 기하 특성을 반영하는 곡률과 볼록성을 분석하여 추출한다. 다음에 추출된 첨예정점들은 그들간의 유클리디언 거리대신 측지거리에 기반한 k-평균군집화 기법의 반복 수렴으로 k 개의 군집으로 분할된다. k-평균군집화의 효과성에 매우 중요한 요인은 적절한 k의 초기값을 부여하는 것이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 k의 초기값으로 합리적인 군집 개수를 자동으로 계산한다. 최종적으로 첨예정점들에 속하지 않는 메쉬의 나머지 정점들은 측지거리로 가장 가까이 존재하는 k개의 군집에 병합함으로써 메쉬분할이 완성된다. In this paper, we adapt the k-means clustering technique to segmenting a given 3D mesh. In order to avoid the locally minimal convergence and speed up the computing time, first we extract sharp vertices from the mesh by analysing its curvature and convexity that respectively reflect the local and global geometric characteristics from the viewpoint of cognitive science. Next the sharp vertices are partitioned into k clusters by iterated converging with the k-means clustering method based on the geodesic distance instead of the Euclidean distance between each pair of the sharp vertices. For obtaining the effective result of k-means clustering method, it is crucial to assign an initial value to k appropriately. Hence, we automatically compute a reasonable number of clusters as an initial value of k. Finally the mesh segmentation is completed by merging other vertices except the sharp vertices into the nearest cluster by geodesic distance.

        지구성운동이 난소절제 모델의 대동맥에서 에스트로겐 수용체, Endothelin-1 및 eNOS에 미치는 효과

        PURPOSE: This study was to investigate effect of endurance exercise on estrogen receptors, endothelin-1, eNOS and ERK expression in aorta of ovariectomized rats. METHODS: Female (Fischer 344, n=40) rat of 6 weeks ages were divided into 3 groups; Sham-control (SO, n=10), OVX-control (SC, n=10), OVX-low intensity exercise (OL, n=10), OVX-moderate intensity exercise (OM, n=10). The two exercise training groups ran on treadmill for 60 min/day, 5 times/week at 18 and 26 m/min for 16 weeks. Western blotting was used to analysis rat aortas and target proteins. The statistical evaluation was performed using one way ANOVA and post-hoc test. p<.05 was considered statistical significant. RESULTS: In comparison with OV group, OM group showed significantly lower body weight gain and TG. Expression of estrogen receptor α (ERα) and ET-1, not estrogen receptor β (ERβ), in OV was significantly higher than SC, but they were significantly recovered in both of OL and OM compared with OV. Both of OL and OM significantly increased phosphorylation of eNOS and ERK compared with OV. CONCLUSIONS: These results suggest that endurance exercise training may improve the vascular function through suppression of ET-1 and activation of eNOS, ERK and ERα in aorta of ovariectomized rats.
