In the highly competitive world, there has been a concomitant increase in the need for the research and planning methodology, which can perform an advanced assessment of technological opportunities and an early Perception of threats and possibilities of the emerging technology according to the nation's economic and social status. This research is aiming to provide indicators and visualization methods to measure the latest research trend and aspect underlying scientific and technological documents to researchers and policy planners using 'Co-word Analysis' Organic light emitting diodes(OLED) is an emerging technology in various fields of display and which has a highly prospective market value. In this paper, we presented an analysis on OLED. Co-word analysis was employed to reveal patterns and trends in the OLED fields by measuring the association strength of terms representatives of relevant publications or other texts produced in the OLED field. Data were collected from SCI and the critical keywords could De extracted from the author keywords. These extracted keywords were further standardized. In order to trace the dynamic changes in the OLED field, we presented a variety of technology mapping. The results showed that the OLED field has some established research theme and also rapidly transforms to embrace new themes.

Type-II ZnO/ZnSe 코어/쉘 이종 구조 합성 및 광촉매활성 평가

Recently, various type of nanomaterials such as nanorod, nanowire, nanotube and their core/shell nanostructures have attracted much attention in photocatalyst due to their unique properties. Among them, Type-II core/shell heterostructures have extensively studied because it has exhibited improved electrical and optical properties against their single-component nanostructure. Such structures are expected to offer high absorption efficiency and fast charge transport due to their stepwised energetic combination and large internal surface area. Thus, it has been considered as potential candidates for high efficient photocatalytic activity. In this work, we introduce a novel chemical conversion process to synthesize Type-II ZnO/ZnSe core/shell heterostructures. A plausible conversion mechanism to ZnO/ZnSe core/shell heterostructres was proposed based on SEM, XRD, TEM and XPS analysis. The ZnO/ZnSe heterostructures exhibited excellent photocatalytic activity toward the decomposition of RhB dye compared to the ZnO nanorod arrays due to enhanced light absorption and the type-II cascade band structure.

도시는 다양한 계층의 거주자가 공동의 삶을 영위하기에 요구되는 다양한 물리적, 사회-경제적 환경을 제공하는 공적 가치의 제공원임으로, 도시개발을 포함한 모든 관련행위는 공공을 위한 가치척도를 기준으로 이루어져야 한다. 또한 주목할 점은 도시개발이 추구하는 사회적 패러다임의 지속적인 변화로 개발이 궁극적으로 목적하는 결과가 변화하고 있다. 과거 경제논리에 준해 지역주민의 일방적인 희생을 기반으로 한 개발사업자에 편중된 개발수익추구에서, 보다 사회통합적인 방식의 건전한 사회적 가치를 추구하는 방식으로, 지역사회와 원주민이 개발혜택을 나눌 수 있는 방식으로 전환되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 그 전환의 선진사례인 뉴욕시 아틀란틱 야드 개발계획이 제시하는 시사점을 사회통합적 개발방식을 통한 사회적 건전성 추구를 중심으로 다음의 주요 항목별로 분석하였다. (1)강력한 앵커시설인 경기장건설을 통한 지역활성화 (2)철도시설과 오픈스페이스를 통한 환경적 치유 (3)커뮤니티 시설과 상업시설을 통한 지역활성화 (4)적절한 주택수요의 대응과 저렴주택의 제공 (5)지역사회를 위한 사회통합적 개발방식 (6)경제적 혜택의 유발로 지역경제 활성화. 이러한 과정으로, 사회적 합의에 기초한 건전한 혼합소득지역의 구성과 사회통합적 개발의 방법론을 살펴봄을 통해 향후 국내 도시재개발사업이 추구해야 하는 시사점을 도출하였다. City could be called as the resource of public values providing adequate physical, socio-economic environments for various residents to maintain their ordinary life. Therefore, all of the activities relevant to urban development should be performed based on value criteria for the purpose of public goods. One of the noteworthy phenomena recently is social paradigm introducing that urban development has been continuously evolved, so do development’s objectives pursuing. Chasing private developer’s profits established on affected community’s sacrifice in the past, instead current transition shows development tendency putting an intensive endeavors in achieving more sound society from social integrative methodologies by sharing development profits with their community. Therefore, this study analyzes Atlantic Yards Development as a precedent of previously mentioned transition by following criteria as an implication possibly reflected on domestic situations. By doing so, emphasize social integrative development methodology for social soundness with mixed income area has to be carried out to achieve social regeneration in urban redevelopment project. 최근 국내외 도시개발과정에 있어, 개발사업자에게 집중되는 개발수익의 공정한 사회적 분배를 위해 지역사회에 대한 배려가 강조되고 있다. 이는 사회적 합의의 도출을 통해 개발관련 갈등을 최소화하고, 경제적 균형을 제공하여 지역사회의 재생을 그 목적으로 한다. 이러한 경향을 보여주는 대표적 해외사례로 최근 미국의 도시개발사업에서 활용되는 지역혜택협약(Community Benefits Agreement)을 들수 있다. 이 협약은 기존의 토지이용과정을 활용한 개발협약과도 일부 유사함을 가지나, 지역사회에 보다 집중된, 직접적인 혜택을 제공하기에 그 실질적 활용성에 대한 관심이 커지고 있다. 이러한 새로운 형태의 협약의 광범위한 확산은 협약에 대한 다양한 시각과 평가를 불러일으켰고, 이로 인해 협약에 대한 보다 체계적 이해, 다양한 분석과 명확한 유형적 분류의 필요성이 대두되었다. 이에 본 연구는 미국지역혜택협약을 분석함에 있어, 도시개발전략의 특성을 분류하는 그내재적 특징인 수단적 대상과 목적하는 결과를 인적, 장소적 접근의 구분된 유형적 맥락에서 고찰하고자 한다. 이를 통해 지역혜택협약이 가진 구체적 특성과 역할의 의미를 장소기준에 대한 보완의 개념을 중심으로 국내 개발현실에서 참조할 수 있는 시사점을 도출한다. Recently, there are highlighted needs on the considerations for communities within domestic urban developments to make equitable distribution from development profits concentrated on developers. These efforts aim to minimize social conflicts by achieving social agreements and to provide economic equality to community`s regeneration. The most vivid example reflecting this tendency is community benefits agreements applied in US developments. These agreements are partially similar to agreements in ordinary land use process. However, by providing direct benefits to community, they attract large interests from related sectors and followed by rising needs of systematic understandings, analysis, typological catego rization about themselves. Therefore, this study analyzes those agreements with inherent characteristics of development strategies distinguished by aiming method and purpose based on the context of place-people based perspectives. By doing so, the study shows the meaning of characteristics and roles carried by the agreements with focussing on its supplemental roles for place based approach to find applicable values possibly reflected on domestic situations.

최근 국내 다양한 형태의 도시재개발사업이 주거공급 확대와 도시환경정비를 표방하며 진행되고 있으나 그 과정과 결과의 사회적 건전성과 사회통합적 가치에 대한 논란을 야기하고 있다. 이러한 문제점은 과거 시민의 거대한 분노를 야기한 철거형 재개발과 개발이익과 공공성추구의 대립 등, 미국도시개발의 진화과정에서 관찰할 수 있는 사회적 문제에 대한 대립과 그 치유의 역사에서 그 유사점을 발견할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 미국도시개발역사에 대한 통시적 고찰을 기반으로 한, 소급적 연구방법을 통해 현재 국내도시개발의 문제적 상황을 돌아보고, 그 해결 가능성을 지닌 현대 미국도시개발방법론에서 강조되는 사회-경제적 약자에 대한 배려, 사회적 합의도출, 건전한 혼합소득지역형성을 통한 사회통합적 개발 가치형성과 민간개발사업자에게 적절한 개발환경을 제공하는 균형적 개발에 대한 도출과정을 미국도시개발이 경험한 역사 속에서 살펴보고 그 참조 가능한 시사점을 도출하고자 한다. Recently, various types of urban redevelopments are on going domestically with claiming to support housing supply and urban environmental improvement. However, their level of achievements in the perspective of social soundness and social integrative values causes significant controversies in public. These problematic phenomena seem to resemble US urban development`s healing history for tremendous social problems generated by Urban Renewal as well as conflicts between developer`s chasing economic profits only and civic activists` pursuing publicness. Within this context, this study provides retroactive research methodologies on the process of evolution based on diachronic perspectives on US urban development history since its contemporary development methodology has developed well balanced ways that satisfy not only private developer by proving economically advantageous conditions but also community by providing social agreements and considerations for disadvantaged people that achieving social integrative values. Therefore, the study looks into the generating procedures of those balanced development methodologies from US urban development history of evolutionary experience to find applicable values possibly reflected on domestic situations.

뉴욕시 NYCHA 인필개발에 대한 분석적 고찰

국내 주요 대도시는 도심지 내 고비용의 지가와 개발가능부지의 부족으로 기존 대규모 택지공급방식에 대한 대안의 필요성에 직면하고 있다. 또한 높은 주택수요와 부족한 공급량에 대한 대응으로 적정가격의 주택을 공급하고 관련 주택기관의 재정적 안정성을 동시에 고민하고 있다. 특히 공공부문은 최근 획일적 공공임대주택의 공급에서 탈피하여 소득 및 수요계층에 부합하는 다양한 형태의 임대주택 공급을 시도하고 있다. 본 연구가 주목하는 NYCHA(New York City Housing Authority) 인필개발(Infill Development)은 뉴욕시의 거시적인 주거정책인 “Next Generation NYCHA”에 포함된 세부 실행사업이며 이러한 국내 상황과 동일한 맥락적 상황에 대한 대응이다. 이는 공공부문의 주도적 역할을 통해 기존 문제적 공공주택단지의 유휴부지 개발을 통하여 주택공급량을 확대함으로 서민을 위한 주거저렴성 확보와 동시에 만성적 적자에 허덕이는 뉴욕시 주택공사의 재정상태 강화를 목적으로 한다. 나아가 이 사업을 통해 주변지역으로 부터 고립되어 다양한 사회-경제적 문제점이 노출되는 공공주택단지에 대한 해결방안을 함께 모색한다. 이에 본 연구는 현재 뉴욕시에서 추진 중인 관련 개발사례에 대한 진행과정, 다양한 비평, 세부적 내용을 분석함을 통해 국내에 참조가능한 시사점을 도출하고, 나아가 국내 공공주택 공급확대를 위한 다양한 사업방식의 개발에 일조하고자 한다. The purpose of this study is to analyze 3 pilot developments, collectively known as the NYCHA Infill Development, in the Bronx, Brooklyn and NYC, as a case study focusing on the characteristics of the business structure to enhance the public good by ensuring the provision of more affordable housing within the developments. As part of the "Next Generation NYCHA" macroscopic housing policy in NYC, this case is considered to respond to the crisis of affordable housing that reflects the domestic situation. The results of this study may have implications for domestic housing problems. Moreover, it may help to provide diverse methodologies applicable to public housing development.

계량서지분석을 통한 국가간 협력도 분석에 관한 연구: LED분야를 중심으로

This study is intended for international cooperation in the field of LED were analyzed. The results, LED wide coverage areas, and a promising future is expected to grow fast enough to occupancy for a major national technology is a competitive situation. Chip Scale Package, including our country, such as LED manufacturing technology that might be competitive in parts, but new technologies such as renal substrate R&D and technology development still active preemption is not the situation. Renal substrate, particularly, large-diameter sapphire, large size/large LED manufacturers, such as a promising area for future research and development support will be needed. To do this, previous research in this area and the U.S., Japan cooperation in such studies also will need to expand. Bibliometrics way through this study, analytical techniques and analytical tools used in the integrated analysis of the usefulness and necessity of the system development were found.

뉴욕시 컴파스 레지던스 개발에 대한 분석적 고찰

본 연구는 현재 뉴욕시 블롱스에서 진행 중인 컴파스 레지던스(Compass Residences)개발에 대한 사례연구로 저렴주택개발을 위한 사업구조 및 재원조달방식을 중심으로 분석한다. 웨스트 팜(West Farms)개발로도 알려진 개발사례는 낙후된 공업지역 내에 임대형 저렴주택 공급을 목표하며 총 $350M의 사업규모를 가지는 뉴욕시의 대표적인 저렴주택 개발 사업이다. 특히 주안점으로 도심지내 버려진 공업용 부지의 활용한 단계적 개발진행과 함께 저렴주택개발을 위한 다양한 공공부문의 지원을 활용한 다층적 재원조달방식에 주목할 수 있다. 이는 면세채권과 연동된 LIHTC을 중심으로 다양한 지원프로그램 으로 구성된다. 이러한 저렴주택의 개발사례의 분석은 국내 서울시가 추진하는 시유지 활용 및 사회적 기업유치 등을 통한 임대주택 개발의 노력에 참조할 만한 시사점을 제공하고 나아가 국내 공공임대주택 개발의 다양한 사업방식 개발에 일조할 것으로 기대한다. The purpose of this study is to analyze Compass Residences Development, also known as West Farms Development, in Bronx. NYC as a case study focusing on the characteristics of business structure and financing methodologies for affordable housing development. The case, costing total of $350M, is considered as the most notable long-term phased development of affordable housings in NYC by utilizing abandoned post-industrial site and multi-layered financing from various governmental subsidies, which is mainly LIHTC in conjunction with Tax-Exempt Bond with various other financing programs. The study may provide suggestive implications possibly related to the new Public Rental Housing Provision Plan that Seoul Metropolitan City announced recently. Moreover, will contribute to diversifying methodologies applied at domestic public rental housing development.
