국민건강영양조사 대상자들의 민간의료보험 가입 요인 및 가입여부에 따른 건강행태·의료이용 비교

본 연구는 우리나라의 민간의료보험 가입자의 인구·사회·경제학적 특성과 가입자와 미가입자간의 질병 유형, 예방 및 건강행태, 의료이용 양상 등을 비교하였다. 그리고 민간보험 가입의 영향을 파악하여 향후 국민건강보험 및 민간의료보험 관련제도의 바람직한 발전방향을 제시하기 위한 기초자료 활용에 그 목적이 있다. 연구의 결과는 민간의료보험 가입 요인은 인구?사회?경제적 요인이 유의하게 나타났으며, 국민건강 영양조사에서 이루어진 인플루엔자 예방접종율과 건강보험 건강검진은 민간의료보험 가입자에게서 더 낮았고, 지난 2년간 본인부담 건강검진비율과 지난 2년간 암검진비율은 민간의료보험 가입자의 검진율이 더 높았다. 그리고 건강행위 평균을 민간의료보험 가입여부별로 보면, 격렬한 신체활동을 실천하는 비율은 민간의료보험 가입자가 더 높았고, 평균 수면시간, 1주일간 격렬한 신체활동을 하는 일수, 1주일간 중등도 신체활동을 하는 일수, 1주일간 유연성 운동일수 및 1주일간 근력운동일수에서도 민간의료보험 가입자가 미가입자 보다 많았다. 걷기를 실천하는 비율과 1주일간 걷기일수는 민간의료보험 가입자가 미가입자보다 적었다. 의료이용에 민간의료보험이 어떤 영향을 미치고 있는가를 살펴본 결과에서는 외래이용이 있는 경우와 입원이용횟수에서 민간의료보험가입자가 미가입자보다 외래를 이용할 확률이 높았고, 더 많은 횟수의 입원이 관련 요인으로 나타났다. This study firstly examined the socioeconomic and health factors associated with infiltration of private health insurance. Secondly, we compared health behavior, outpatient and inpatient use of private health insured with uninsured. The method of this study is that secondary analysis of the 2008 Korea National Health and Nutrition Survey was conducted for 7178 respondents aged 19 over. We use the logistic regression and t-test for data analysis. The first dependent variable was dichotomy which is divided to private health insured or uninsured and the second dependent variable was the presence and frequency of outpatient and inpatient use. The descriptive variables was gender, age, marital status, income, education, occupation, type of national health insurance, residential area, self confidence of health, prevalence rate of common disease, activity limitation, drinking and smoking status. The result of the major findings are as follows. First, 59 under aged person, married person, people in the higher brackets of income, national employee insured were more likely to infiltrate private health insurance. The poor self confidence of health, activity limitation, person with hypertension or allergic rhinitis and smoker were negatively related in infiltrating private health insurance. Second, private health insured did more preventive behavior such as self-paid health examination, cancer screening, regular exercise than uninsured. Third, private health insured was positively related with the presence of outpatient use and frequency of inpatient use.

N/A Background/Aims: To evaluate the effects of extracorporeal shock-wave lithotripsy(ESWL) on diverse composition-types of gallstones, we conducted an analysis of the characteristics of scanning electron microscopic features of gallstones fragmented by extracorporeal shock waves. Methods: Fifteen gallstones from 1S cholecystectomized patients were fragmented by extracorporeal shock waves in vitro. The fragmented gallstones were studied by gross examination, simple X-ray, microscopic examination, and the scanning electron microscope(SEM). The composition of gallstones was classified by infrared spectrophotometric analysis as cholesterol stone, calcium carbonate stone, and pigment stone. Results; Fifteen gallstones were classified into five groups: three pure cholesterol stones, seven cholesterol stones, two calcium carbonate stones, two hlack pigment stones, and one brown stone. Scanning electron microscopic examination showed that radially oriented clusters of cholesterol crystals and the plane of fracture are parallel to the long axis of the crystals in pure cholesterol stones, intermeshed cholesterol crystals with rounded-border in mixed stones, broken egg-shell-like thin structures in calcium carbonate stones, and irregular bordered and amorphous structures in pigment stones, either black or brown ones. Conclusions: The surface of the gallstone fragments by ESWL showed different SEM patterns according to the type of gallstones, depending on their unique structure and composition. 최근 녹색정보기술(G-IT), 녹색유비쿼터스기술(G-UT) 산업분야의 전문화에 따른 보안 방범 유지를 위한 국가 주요기관 시설물 또는 주요 산업 시설물 등의 보안 중요성이 강조되면서, 정부관공서 기업 및 군부대내에 최첨단 기술을 접목한 보안시스템(Security System) 구축이 절실히 요구되는 실정이다. 본 논문은 경비구역내의 경보발생장치로부터 신호를 다양한 형태의 통신기술로 수신하여, TCP/IP 망을 통하여 로컬 관제 센터와 원격관제 서버로 전송하는 녹색 유비쿼터스 지능형 무인경비 다중화장비에 관한 연구이다. 본 연구를 통하여, 무인경비 시스템의 통합 솔루션(Total Solution)을 확보하여 상호 시너지 효과 (Synergy Effect)가 가능하며, 국내외 시장 확대에 크게 기여할 것이다. 녹색 유비쿼터스 환경 구축 사업(Gu-Home, Gu-City, Gu-Health 등)중에서 방범/경비 분야에 적용할 수 있으며, 녹색 유비쿼터스 비전(Gu-Vision)을 제시할 수 있는 국가경쟁력을 갖춘 기업확장에 기여할 것으로 사료된다. Recently emphasizing the importance of security such as national major institutions' facilities or major industrial facilities for the maintenance of security/crime prevention due to specialization of the Green Information Technology(G-IT) and Green Ubiquitous Technology(G-UT) industry fields, The Security System Building linked high technology within the government-related organization, enterprise and army the military is urgently required. This paper is about the green USN intelligent an unmanned guard MUX system that receive the signals, from alarm device within surveillance area, with various ways of communication techniques and then transmit to local control center and remote control server trough TCP/IP network. This study enables the mutual senergy effect by realizing a total solution of an unmanned guard system and also significantly contributes to the global/domestic market expansion. That can be applied to the crime prevention/security fields in the Green Ubiquitous Environment Implemented Business(survalance-Home, Gu-City, Gu-Health, etc.), and will contribute to expand companies with international competitiveness that can provide the Green Ubiquitous Vision(Gu-Vision).

In this paper, discussed about implementation of the gateway that provides multiple connectivity. This gateway has been developed based on open hardwares( Raspberry Pi, Orange Pi) and perform communication functions among Bluetooth, WIFI, Z-Wave, and FM 447MHz sensors. To Communicate with the server (control system), use ethernet and WCDMA.
