노이즈에 강인한 정면 얼굴 검출을 위한 특성벡터 추출법

본 논문에서는 정면 얼굴 검출에 이용되는 특성 벡터의 새로운 추출법을 제안한다. 새로운 특성벡터의 추출은 일차원 Harr 웨이블릿, 평균행렬, 분산행렬 및 진폭 투시법을 이용하여 각 각의 특성벡터를 구하였으며 얼굴 및 비 얼굴의 모델링은 확률적 특성을 이용한 조건부 확률 분포 함수로 모델링 한다. 또한 계산된 확률 분포 함수를 이용한 확률 값을 계산하여 입력 영상에서의 얼굴 검출을 수행한다. 제안한 방법으로 구성된 특성 벡터를 이용한 얼굴 검출에서는, 영상 내에서의 다수의 얼굴 검출이 가능하며 약간의 각도를 가지는 얼굴 검출도 가능하며 저해상도의 영상에서의 얼굴 검출에 매우 효과적이며 모의실험 결과 SET3의 테스트 영상에서의 얼굴 검출율은 $98.3\%$가 됨을 확인하였다. The robust feature vector selection method for the multiple frontal face detection is proposed in this paper. The proposed feature vector for the training and classification are integrated by means, amplitude projections, and its 1D Harr wavelet of the input image. And the statistical modeling is performed both for face and nonface classes. Finally, the estimated probability density functions (PDFs) are applied for the detection of multiple frontal faces in the still image. The proposed method can handle multiple faces, partially occluded faces, and slightly posed-angle faces. And also the proposed method is very effective for low quality face images. Experimental results show that detection rate of the propose method is $98.3\%$ with three false detections on the testing data, SET3 which have 227 faces in 80 images.

A case of restrictive dermopathy

Restrictive dermopathy is a rare autosomal recessive disorder in which rigidity or tautness of the skin from the second trimester causes a fetal akinesia deformation sequence (FADS) and early death. Characteristic features include taut skin with prominent subcutaneous vessels, widely open fontanelles and cranial sutures, distinctive facies, flexion contractures, pulmonary hypoplasia, sparse eyelashes and and eyebrows, thin dysplastic clavicles. The histologic abnormalities of the skin are located in a thin dermis, consisting of compactly arranged collagen fibers, scanty elastic fiber. The dermoepidermal junction is flat, and epidermal appendages are absent, miniaturized or immature. The presence of adipose tissue may be increased. We report on the first Korean case of restrictive dermopathy with typical clinical features and histological findings. 제한성 피부병증(Restrictive dermopathy)은 상염색체 열성으로 유전되는, 매우 드문 유전성 피부질환으로, 1986년 처음 기술되었다. 임상증상으로는 피부가 강직성, 긴장성병변을 보이며, 이로인해 운동의 제한, 관절의 구축 등이 생긴다. 매우 작고 둥근 입 모양, 양안격리, 소하악증 등을 동반한 특징적인 얼굴기형과 폐저형성증, 커다란 대천문, 쇄골의 이형성 등을 동반하기도 한다. 정확한 병인은 알려져 있지 않으며, 지금까지 50례 정도 보고되고 있으나, 국내에는 아직 보고가 없다. 저자들은 이 환아와 똑같은 외형의 사산아를 출산한 경력이 있는 산모에서, 제태연령 31주에, 출생체중 1.1 kg로 태아곤란증 때문에 제왕절개로 출생한 미숙아가 출생 직후부터 호흡곤란과 청색증을 보였고, 작은 입 모양에 소하악증과 얇고 경직된 피부와 사지 관절의 구축성 변형 등을 보였으며, 체간과 사지의 일부에 피부가 벗겨져 나간 소견을 나타내어, 피부조직검사 결과 상피조직의 비후성 미란, 얇은 진피층, 피부부속기관의 미발달소견, 탄성섬유의 현저한 감소가 관찰되는 전형적인 제한성 피부병증 1례를 경험하였기에 보고하는 바이다.

This study analyzed effects of service scape including coffee shop employee`s images on customer`s emotional reaction and customer behavior intention among Gwangju and Jeonnam residents, and sought to provide a useful information for running a coffee shop. To examine research hypothesis of this study and achieve its purpose, the study conducted a survey using a self-administered method from May 19 to June 3, 2014 and analyzed total 231 collected questionnaires using SPSS 18.0 statistical program. As a result of the examination, the study found as below. First, in relation between service scape including employee`s images and customer`s emotional reaction, cleanness and accessibility had a significant effect on dominance. Second, in relation between service scape including employee`s images and customer behavior intention, cleanness, accessibility, aesthetic sense and employee`s images had a significant effect on intention to recommend. Third, customer`s emotional reaction had a significant effect on intention to recommend and intention to revisit - customer behavior intention.

상용 LCD 패널을 이용한 광 마스크 제작

Photo-lithography lies in the middle of the wafer fabrication process. It is often considered as the most critical step in the IC process. We use a mask in exposure steps of the photo-lithography. Typically, 20 to 25 different levels of masks are required to complete an IC device. That means, if a photo process can be developed with the use of only one photo mask, we can reduce more process cost. To satisfy this, we plan to develop an alternative photo mask. For this reason, we chose to use a LCD. We expect to develop a LCD panel that can be changed by electrical control. This is the main idea about the adjustive photo mask. The Photo mask made of LCD panel will replace the former one.

XML 기반 강건 타입형 유전자 프로그램의 이식 · 독립적 표현

선택과 재생산을 특징으로 하는 계통적 학습에서 유전자 프로그램이 가지는 긴 설계시간/높은 계산노력/낮은 계산효율을 극복하고자, 이 논문은 XML에 기반을 둔 유전적 표현 방법을 제안한다. 이 방법에서 유전자 프로그램과 유전자 연산은 기성 DOM 파서의 API 호출에 의하여 관리되기 때문에, 유전자프로그램을 설계하는데 소비되는 시간이 상당히 단축되는 특징이 있다. 또 표준 XML 스키마를 기반으로 의미적으로 올바른 유전자 프로그램만을 다루기 때문에 탐색공간과 계산노력이 감소된다. 그리고 이형 분산 컴퓨팅 환경에서 유전자 프로그램의 이주에 적합한 시스템 및 형식인 XML을 사용하기 때문에 유전자 프로그램이 병렬적으로 수행될 수 있고, 이에 따라 계산효율이 향상된다. 제안된 방법의 검증을 위하여 포식자-피식자 문제에서 다중 에이전트의 사회적 행동의 진화에 적용한 결과, 유전자 프로그램에 대한 계산 시간이 단축됨을 보인다. To overcome the long design time/high computational effort/low computational performance of phylogenetic learning featuring selection and reproduction, this paper proposes a genetic representation based on XML. Since genetic programs (GP) and genetic operations of this representation are maintained by the invocation of the built-in off-the-shelf XML parser's API, the proposed approach features significant reduced time consumption of GP design process. Handling only semantically correct GPs with standard XML schema can reduce search space and computational effort. Furthermore, computational performance can be improved by the parallelism of GP caused by the utilization of XML, which is a feasible system and wire format for migration of genetic programs in heterogeneous distributed computer environments. To verify the proposed approach, it is applied to the evolution of social behaviors of multiple agents modeling the predator-prey pursuit problem. The results show that the approach can be applied for fast development and time efficiency of GPs.

복잡한 FLIR 영상에서의 소형 표적 탐지 기법

본 논문에서는 복잡한 배경을 가지는 전방 관측 열상(FUR; forward looking infrared) 영상에서의 소형 표적 탐지 기법을 제안하였다. 제안한 기법에서는 먼저 이전 프레임과 현재 프레임의 차를 구하여 표적의 움직임 정보를 획득할 뿐만 아니라 시간적으로 발생하는 배경 잡음을 제거한다. 이때 먼 거리에서 다가오는 표적이나 속도가 느린 표적의 경우 차 영상 내에서의 표적의 움직임 정보는 매우 작은 명암도 값을 가진다. 이런 작은 명암도 값을 두드러지게 하여 표적 탐지를 용이하게 하기위하여 프레임 차 영상에 국부 감마 교정을 행한다. 이렇게 표적이 개선된 영상에서 국부적인 통계적인 특성을 이용하여 탐지 지표를 계산한 후 가장 낮은 탐지 지표값을 탐지하고자하는 표적으로 선정한다. 실험을 통하여 제안한 기법이 표적의 탐지 성능이 기존의 탐지기법보다 우수하였음을 확인하였다. In this paper, we propose a small target detection algorithm for FUR image with complex background. First, we compute the motion information of target from the difference between the current frame and the created background image. However, the slow speed of target cause that it has the very low gray level value in the difference image. To improve the gray level value, we perform the local gamma correction for difference image. So, the detection index is computed by using statistical characteristics in the improved image and then we chose the lowest detection index a true target. Experimental results show that the proposed method has significantly the good detection performance.

통합적 EDI 문서생성 시스템의 개발

국내외적으로 정보통신망의 구축이 활발히 진행됨에 따라 이를 이용하여 개인이나 기업이 업무의 효율성을 높이기 위하여 전자적으로 문서를 교환하여야 할 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 이를 위한 표준으로 UN에서는 전자문서표준을 제정, 보급함으로써 신속하고 정확한 업무의 처리를 돕고 있다. 이 논문에서는 UN에서 제정한 전자문서표준에 따르는 EDI 문서를 통합적으로 처리하는 시스템을 설계하고 구현한다. 이 시스템은 세 개의 부 시스템으로 구성되어 있는데, 각각은 EDI 문서가 문법적으로 올바른지를 검사하기 위한 EDI 파서, EDI 문서를 작성하기 위한 EDI 문서 편집기, 그리고 EDI 문법 규정을 참조하기 위한 EDI 디렉토리 뷰어이다. 이러한 도구들을 통합적으로 사용하면 오류 없는 EDI 문서를 원활히 작성할 수 있을 것이다. There are increasing needs for an individual or enterprise to interchange documents electronically through communication network to enhance the efficiency of business, according to the rapid progress in the construction of communication network. UN has established and distributed the standards for electronic documents to facilitate rapid and accurate processing of business. In this paper, we present the design and implementation of an integrated system for processing documents that conform to the electronic document standards. This system consists of three subsystems, which are an EDI parser for checking syntax, an EDI document editor, and an EDI directory viewer for referencing syntax of an EDI document. Integrated usage of these tools can afford the composition of correct EDI documents more rapidly and conveniently.

향토음식 관광상품에 대한 인지도 및 시장활성화 방안에 관한 연구 -광주·전남지역 중심으로-

This study aimed to provide basic material in reviving backward local economy as well as succeeding and developing as a place of new local food culture by empirically analyzing the impact that affects awareness and customer`s satisfaction on local food tourism products using specialties of Gwangju and Jeonnam Region and suggesting development of local food tourism products and market vitalization methods. For empirical survey and analysis, a total of 276 copies (92%) collected for around 15 days from August 22 to September 6, 2011 with the target of residents of Gwangju and Jeonnam Region was analyzed by using awareness test on questions items, t-test and ANOVA as well as the SPSS 12.0 statistic program, and then a difference between groups was analyzed. In addition, the regression analysis was carried out for hypothesis testing by analysis of an effect relationship between variables. As a result of its analysis, the awareness of rice boiled inside bamboo, Mudeung mountain`s boiled barley, Chueotang and Naju beef-bone soup, etc, appeared highly in an aspect of awareness on local food, In an awareness on market vitalization methods of local dish tourism products, it appeared that the cooking process of local food is recognizing traditional cook methods importantly, and the factor of local dish tourism products has a significant influence on customer`s satisfaction.

SBC 기반 차세대 이동형 단말기 개발

본 논문에서는 SBC(Server Based Computing) 지향 차세대 이동형 단말기 시스템을 제안한다. SBC는 최근 각광받고 있는 시스템이며, 하나의 서버를 통한 다수 개개인의 단말기와 모니터, 키보드만으로 컴퓨터를 이용하는 시스템이며 서버만의 업그레이드로 모든 사용자가 그에 대한 편의성의 극대화 및 가격측면에서 많은 장점을 가진다. 그러나 멀티미디어 스트리밍구현 및 외부기기와의 연결을 통한 디바이스 제어시스템의 실제 시스템 구현에는 설계 및 소프트웨어구현에 많은 어려움이 있다. 본 논문에서는 SBC의 장점을 가지면서 가격면에서의 경쟁력을 가지는, SBC기반 차세대 이동형 단말기를 개발하였다. 또한 다양한 성능시험 결과, 타 제품에 비해 가격은 저렴하면서 우수한 멀티미디어 및 보안성에 대한 성능을 검증하였다. In this paper, we develop the next generation mobile system based on SBC(Server Based Computing). SBC is one of the popular topic and only one server system is used as multiple personal systems with a terminal, a monitor and a keyboard. The advantages of this system are easy-upgrade, low costs and convenience for each user. But it is difficult to design and manufacture the multimedia streaming system and devices control system for external devices. In this paper, we represent and develope the Mobile system based on SBC and the test performances shows that our system has good performances of multimedia system and security for internet.
