SPOT은 일반적으로 국내 기업교육에서 학습자들의 주의집중을 유도하기 위해 사용되는 게임과 활동들로 이해된다. 그러나 명확한 개념화 작업을 거치지 않아 현장에서 혼선을 빚고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 국내 기업교육 현장에서 많이 활용되는 SPOT의 구체적인 개념을 확립하는 것이다. 이를 위해 국내 기업교육 현장의 교수자 35명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 SPOT활용의 실태를 조사하였다. 이어서 설문 데이터를 바탕으로 교수-학습과 관련한 박사학위 소지자로 SPOT 활용 경험이 많은 전문가 5인을 섭외하여 전문가 FGI(Focus Group Interview)를 2차에 걸쳐 진행하였다. 1차 전문가 FGI에서는 선행연구와 설문데이터를 바탕으로 SPOT의 개념, 유형, 목적, 운영시간 등에 대해 논의하였다. 2차 전문가 FGI에서는‘SPOT 스펙트럼 모형’을 도출하고 SPOT을 최종적으로 개념화하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 국내 기업교육 현장에서 SPOT과 관련하여 기업의 교육담당자, 컨설팅사, 기업교육 교수자간의 원활한 소통을 가능하게 할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. SPOT is generally understood as games and activities used in domestic corporate education to induce learners' attention and concentration. However, the lack of clear conceptualization has sometimes caused confusion in the field. The purpose of this study is to suggest a more specific conceptualization of SPOT. To achieve this, a survey on SPOT utilization was conducted with thirty-five instructors in the field of domestic corporate education. Subsequently, five experts who owns doctoral degrees and have extensive experience in utilizing SPOT in teaching and learning were recruited to conduct expert focus group interviews (FGI) in two stages. The first stage of the expert FGI, based on previous studies and survey data, discusses the concept, types, purposes, and operational hours of SPOT. The second stage presents the 'SPOT Spectrum Model' and ultimately conceptualizes SPOT. This study is expected to facilitate effective communication among corporate education managers, consulting firms, and corporate education instructors in the field of domestic corporate education regarding SPOT-related matters.

This paper presents a step-by-step design of noncircular gears. From the diagram of angular velocity ratio of a noncircular gear pair, the pitch curves of the two mating gears are determined, and the perimeter of the pitch curve has been divided into equal-length segments by the number of teeth. A master tooth profile, which is a composite curve of circular arcs that represents involute, has been introduced. A noncircular gear pair has been designed by imposing the master tooth on the divided points of the pitch curve, and a full fillet has been achieved between neighbour teeth. Thus, the whole profile of the noncircular gear is a composite curve of arcs only, and consequently NC codes for wire EDM can be easily generated.
온간금형 압축시 구리 분말의 치밀화에 대한 알루미늄 몰드의 영향

Densification behavior of copper powder was investigated to study the effect of an aluminum mold under warm pressing. The low flow stress of an aluminum mold is appropriate to apply hydrostatic stress to powder compacts during compaction under high temperature. The suggested powder metallurgy process is very useful under high temperature since copper powder compacts have higher relative density over axial stress of 100 MPa and show more homogeneity as compared with conventional warm pressing. Elastoplastic constitutive equation proposed by Shima and Oyane was implemented into a finite element program (ABAQUS) for densification behavior under warn pressing by using a metal mold. Finite element results agreed well with experimental data for densification and deformation of copper powder compacts in the mold.

Oval gears are typical kinds of non-circular gears and are widely used in flow meters. This paper presents a tooth profile design of an oval gear according to the curvature of the pitch curve. The length of the pitch oval is divided by the number of teeth and the curvature of the divided points is obtained. The tooth profile is designed on the circle of the curvature as if it is the pitch circle of a gear. The teeth of the oval gear have the same module and pressure angle, but the pitch circle of each tooth differs in size. Thus, the teeth on the divided points of the pitch oval are different in shape. This type of oval gear will improve the meshing properties.

The purpose of this study was to examine whether functional fitness predicts subsequent cognitive decline in community dwelling older adults. The subjects were 1094 (556 men and 538 women) adults aged 60 years or older who completed the baseline (2000-2002) and ten years later (2010-2012) examinations of the National Institute for Longevity Science-Longitudinal Study of Aging (NILS-LSA) in Japan. We examined associations at baseline and over a 10-year follow-up period between seven functional fitness measures: gait speed, step length, one leg standing, reaction time, leg extension power, grip strength and knee extension strength and mini-mental state examination (MMSE). Multivariate logistic regression was used to examine the relationships between functional fitness and cognitive function decline every two years. There was a significant association between the reaction time and risk of becoming decrease to 23 points of MMSE in both model Ⅰ and model Ⅱ of all waves in men and women for 10 years. Gait speed was related to decrease in the cognitive function from after six years (5th wave) in both men (OR, 0.72; CI, 0.53-0.95) and women (OR, 0.79; CI, 0.54-0.97). Leg extension power and grip strength of the physical function were associated with cognitive function decline from after six years it was found in men only. In the women case, it was showed after 10 years. Functional fitness was identified as factors that can predict the decrease in cognitive function. But it turned out that the functional fitness related to cognitive function decreases depending on the time and gender are different.

반도체 설계기술의 발달로 구현 회로가 복잡해지고, 동작속도가 크게 증가함에 따라, 반도체 이후 (post-silicon) 설계 단계에서 repair를 위한 기간 및 비용이 크게 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 예비 셀을 이용한 repair 방법을 통해 설계 오류로 인한 repair시 혹은 설계 변경 시에 전체 재설계를 최소화하는 방법을 제안하였다. 또한 예비 셀을 이용한 설계 변경 과정에서 repair layer에 설계 변경을 국한하여 mask 비용과 time-to-market을 줄이는 방법을 개발하였다. 또한 회로 분할을 통해 repair 과정에서 사용하는 예비회로의 비용을 줄일 수 있도록 한다. As the complexity and the clock speed of semiconductor integrated circuits increase, silicon validation becomes important. In this research, we developed new post-silicon repair & revision techniques to reduce cost and time-to-market. Spare cells are fabricated with the original design and are used for repair when necessary. The interconnections are modified by repair layer revision. The repair cost can be reduced by logic partitioning. Experimental results show that these techniques are effective for low-cost and fast turnaround repair.
