Precast Concrete Block 및 Suction pile을 적용한 Jacket 구조물의 진동저감 효과 평가

Recently, construction sites of offshore wind power tend to move from shallow water to deep water. From this tendency, the research on the support structure of offshore wind power in deep water will be a key issue. In this study, precast concrete block and suction pile are applied to existing jacket structure. In order to reduce the vibration of this structure, the tuned liquid damper is also applied in the precast concrete block. The applicability of the suggested jacket structure is evaluated by finite element analysis. And the vibration tends to decrease about 5%, when the tuned liquid damper is applied. 해상풍력발전의 건설이 여러 가지 환경 및 가설공법 등의 설치환경 등의 원인에 의하여 건설지점이 천해에서 심해로 이동하는 경향을 나타내고 있다. 이러한 경향 속에 해상풍력발전 지지구조물의 심해화에 따른 지지구조물에 대한 연구는 중요성이 더욱 증대될 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 Jacket 구조물에 대하여 Precast Concrete Block 및 Suction pile을 적용한 Jacket 구조물을 제안하고 이에 대하여 구조해석 및 안전성 평가를 실시하였다. 또한 제안된 구조물에 동조액체감쇠기를 적용하여 구조물 진동성능 향상을 도모하고자 하였다. 연구결과, 제안된 신형식 Jacket 구조물은 충분한 안전성을 가지고 있는 것으로 평가되었으며, 동조액체감쇠기를 적용하였을 경우, 약 5%의 진동저감 효과가 있는 것으로 검토되었다.

This paper had mentioned about CCP light source application for increasing the efficiency of Xe lamp the mercury-free lamp. In order to increase the efficiency of Xe EEFL, we designed and manufactured the lamp used by mixture gas of Xe, Ne and He. Also, we have analyzed the electrical and optical properties with the firing voltage, sustain voltage, paschen's curve, wall charge, and capacitance. As a result, the firing voltage decreased by increasing the ration of mixture gas. and, It is owing to include the gas with high ionization energy. The firing voltage decreased in condition happening the penning effect, Because the ion of metastable state created from penning effect, Which can encourage the ionization phenomena. Also, the wavelength of 467.12 is increase. because of the energy transition in the wavelength of 147 nm. therefore, we can know about the affection of phosphor with UV emission properties. Through an experiment, Xe 100 % and Xe 75 % confirmed same spectrum properties by each mixture gas ratio. In the case of Xe 50 %, spectrum properties appeared Xe discharge and Ne-He discharge. That analyzed an electrical and optical properties. Therefore, confirmed that is excellent because properties of firing voltage, wall charge, capacitance in Xe 50 %, Ne : He = 9 : 1. We offered parameter in inverter manufacture and lamp manufacture by electrical and optical properties.
아로마 오일을 이용한 발 반사 마사지가 암 환자의 수면과 통증에 미치는 효과

암은 진단 시부터 불치병으로 인식되는 질환으로써 죽음에 대한 두려움을 갖게하며 신체적, 심리적, 사회적, 경제적, 영적, 안녕 상태를 저하시켜 삶 전체에 지대한 영향을 미치는 대표적인 질환으로 암으로 인한 사망률(인구 10만명당)은 144.4명으로 한국인 사망순위 1위를 차지하며 계속 증가추세에 있다(보건통계청, 2010) 본 연구의 목적은 아로마 오일을 이용한 발반사 마사지가 다양한 암환자의 수면과 통증에 미치는 효과를 규명하기 위해 대체의학의 한 분야인 아로마요법과 발 반사 마사지를 요양중이거나 요양을 필요로 하는 암환자의 삶의 질 향상을 위한 케어에 접목하기 위한 것임을 밝힌다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of foot reflexology massage using aroma therapy, a part of alternative medicine. It aims to determine whether the use of aroma oils improve the sleep and pain condition among patients who are either currently receiving a foot reflexology massage or in need of one.
단어 반복 특징을 이용한 스팸 문서 분류 방법에 관한 연구

인터넷 환경에서 스팸의 범람은 개인 정보의 유출, 피싱에 의한 금전적 손해, 무분별한 유해 콘텐츠의 유통 등 심각한 사회 문제를 야기하고 있다. 또한 사회적 통제를 필요로 하는 유해 정보를 무차별적으로 유통시키는 스팸의 형태와 기술이 갈수록 다양해지고 있다. Bag-of-Words 모델을 이용한 학습 기반 스팸 분류 방법은 현재까지의 연구 중에서 가장 일반적으로 사용되는 방법이다. 그러나 이 방법은 분류 모델 학습 과정에서 사용된 키워드의 출현 정보만으로 스팸 문서를 분류하기 때문에 최근 흔히 발견할 수 있는 스팸 차단 회피 방법에 대한 대처 능력이 부족하다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 문서에서 등장하는 반복 단어의 특징을 이용한 스팸 문서 탐지 방법을 제안한다. 최근 대부분의 스팸 문서에서는 노출하고자 하는 스팸 문구를 반복하는 경향이 있으며, 이는 스팸 문서를 판별하는 기준으로 사용될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 단어 반복의 특징을 표현할 수 있는 6개의 변수를 정의하고 이를 분류 모델 생성을 위한 속성으로 사용한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 스팸 탐지 방법의 성능 평가를 위해 블로그 포스트 데이터와 이메일 데이터를 이용하여 기존 방법들과의 비교 실험을 진행하였고, 결과 분석을 통해 제안 방법이 우수함을 확인하였다. In Web environment, a flood of spam causes serious social problems such as personal information leak, monetary loss from fishing and distribution of harmful contents. Moreover, types and techniques of spam distribution which must be controlled are varying as days go by. The learning based spam classification method using Bag-of-Words model is the most widely used method until now. However, this method is vulnerable to anti-spam avoidance techniques, which recent spams commonly have, because it classifies spam documents utilizing only keyword occurrence information from classification model training process. In this paper, we propose a spam document detection method using a characteristic of repeating words occurring in spam documents as a solution of anti-spam avoidance techniques. Recently, most spam documents have a trend of repeating key phrases that are designed to spread, and this trend can be used as a measure in classifying spam documents. In this paper, we define six variables, which represent a characteristic of word repetition, and use those variables as a feature set for constructing a classification model. The effectiveness of proposed method is evaluated by an experiment with blog posts and E-mail data. The result of experiment shows that the proposed method outperforms other approaches.
Bone Morphogenetic Protein(BMP)이 인체 치주인대 세포의 활성에 미치는 효과

Periodontitis is characterized by gingival inflammation and results in periodontal pocket formation with loss of the supporting alveolar bone and connective tissue around the teeth. Therapeutic modalities should therefore aim not only at eliminating the gingival inflammatory process and preventing the progression of periodontal disease but also at reestablishing and regenerating the periodontal tissue previously lost to the disease. To achieve periodontal regeneration, progenitor cells must migrate to the denuded root surface, attach to it, proliferate and mature into an organized and functional fibrous attachment apparatus. Likewise, progenitor bone cells must also migrate, proliferate, and mature in conjunction with the regenerating periodontal ligament. Significant advances have been made during the last decade in understanding the factors controlling the migration, attachment and proliferation of cells. A group of naturally occuring molecules known as polypeptide growth factors in conjunction with certain matrix proteins are key regulators of these biological events. Of these, the fibroblast growth factor(FGF), platelet-derived growth factor(PDGF) , insulin like growth factor(CIGFs), transforming growth factor(TGFs), epidermal growth factor(EGF) and bone morphogenetic growth factor(BMPs) apper to have an important role in periodontal wound healing. The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of BMP on periodontal ligament cells. Human periodontal ligament cells were cultured from extracted tooth for non-periodontal reason. Cultured periodontal ligament cells were treated with BMP. Cellular activities were determined by MTT(3-(4, 5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2, 5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide) assay and ALP(alkaline phosphatase) activity. The results were as follows ; Regardless of cultured time, cellular activities were stimulated by BMP. Also, BMP greatly increased alkaline phosphatase(ALP) in periodontal ligament cells. These results suggest that BMP not only have no cytotoxic effect on periodontal ligament cells, but also have osteogenic stimulatory effect on periodontal ligament cells.
홍화인 추출물이 골 형성에 미치는 영향에 관한 실험실적 연구

The ultimate goal of periodontal therapy is the regeneration of periodontal tissue and the repair of function. For more than a decade there have been many efforts to develop materials and methods of treatment to promote periodontal tissue regeneration. Recently many efforts are concentrated on the regeneration potential of material used in traditional medicine. Safflower(Carthamus tinctorius L.) seed extract(SSE) have long clinically used in Korea to promote bone formation and prevent osteoporosis. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of SSE on bone formation in human osteoblastic cell line. Human fetal osteoblastic cell line(hFOB 1.19) was cultured with DMEM and SSE($1{\mu}g/ml$, $10{\mu}g/ml$, $100{\mu}g/ml$, $1mg/ml$) at $34^{\cdot}C$ with 5% $CO_2$ in 100% humidity. The proliferation, differentiation of the cell was evaluated by several experiments. Cell proliferation was significantly increased at $10{\mu}g/ml$, $100{\mu}g/ml$, 1mg/ml of SSE after 3 and 7 days incubation(p<0.05). Cell spreading assay was significantly increased at $100{\mu}g/ml$ of SSE after 3 days and $1{\mu}g/ml$, $10{\mu}g/ml$, $100{\mu}g/ml$, 1mg/ml of SSE after 7 days(p<0.05). Alkaline Phosphatase(ALP) level was significantly increased in $10{\mu}g/ml$, $100{\mu}g/ml$, 1mg/ml of SSE(p<0.05). Collagen synthesis was significantly increased at $10{\mu}g/ml$, $100{\mu}g/ml$, 1mg/ml of SSE(p<0.05). A quantified calcium accumulation was significantly increased at $10{\mu}g/ml$, $100{\mu}g/ml$ of SSE(p<0.05). ALP and osteocalcin mRNA was expressed in $100{\mu}g/ml$ of SSE by RT-PCR. These results indicate that SSE are capable of increasing osteoblasts mineralization and may play an important role in bone formation.
