DFSS기법을 활용한 Rear Axle Mounting 구조 최적화에 대한 사례 연구

Stiffness of axle mounting structure is one of basic factors affecting on ride & handling performance of the vehicle. The easiest way to increase stiffness of the structure is increasing thickness of sheet metal panels or adding reinforcement. But that means an increasement of mass and process in manufacturing. Design for six sigma (DFSS) is a practical technique for robust and optimized design in manufacturing industry. In this study we applied DFSS to optimize thickness of panels of rear axle mounting structure for increasing stiffness and decreasing mass of the structure. The design of experiments(DOE) in DFSS is based on Daguch method and finite elements method (FEM) is applied to obtain stiffness of rear axle mounting. Control factors are thickness of 8 panels of the mounting structure, output responses are stiffness and mass of the structure, and noise factor is not applicable as relation between thickness and stiffness is linear.

AUTOSAR(AUTomotive Open System ARchitecture) is established an open standard for automotive electric/electronic architecture. It will serve as a basic infrastructure for the management of functions within both future applications and standard software modules. The software based on AUTOSAR standard has flexibility, scalability and improved quality. In this paper, we analyze the specifications of AUTOSAR authoring tools and present a development method for the tools.
원공을 가진 샌드위치 복합재의 좌굴 및 후좌굴 거동에 관한 연구

General jointing methods of sandwich composite have been using the adhesive bonding, mechanical jointing and hybrid joint. In case of mechanical joint, sandwich composites have holes. This study is covering the evaluation for the properties of sandwich beam with hole that is applied to compressive load. The sandwich composites was consisted of the face made of glass fiber/epoxy resin with 1.7 ㎜ thick and urethane-foam core with 23, 37, 48 and 61 ㎜ thick. The sizes of hole were considered 25 ㎜ diameter and 38 ㎜ diameter at center of beam. At first, on comparing the results of experiment with theoretical results, it is confirmed that the boundary condition of testing fixture expressed the pin-ended condition properly. As a result, the buckling load and maximum load of sandwich beam with 25㎜ dia. hole were declined less than 10 % of baseline. And, them of sandwich beam with 38 ㎜ dia. hole were dropped less than 30 %. Major failure modes were core shearing for thin beam. But, thick beam was broken such as delamination or debonding.

이 연구는 동화의 희극성이 아동에게 어떻게 향유되며, 또 어떤 교육적 효과를 주는가를 살펴보려는 데 그 목적이 있다. 희극성은 독자의 지력과 이해력, 사회 ? 문화적 경험 등에 따라 그 소통의 정도가 크게 달라진다. 그런데 동화는 사회적 경험의 폭과 지적 이해력이 다른 아동과 성인을 내포독자로 상정 한다. 따라서 희극적 동화의 창작과 수용에서 다중적인 거리의 조절이 매우 필요하다는 문제가 있다. 이러한 문제에도 불구하고 동화의 희극성을 아동에서 소통시킴으로써 다양한 교육적 효과를 거둘 수 있다. 먼저 아동은 희극적 동화의 언어유희를 이해함으로써 언어능력을 확장시키고 창의성을 발달시킬 수 있다. 둘째, 아동은 희극적인 서사의 특성을 배움으로써 문학 감상 능력을 증진시킬 수 있다. 셋째, 동화의 희극성에서 발생하는 웃음을 통해 정서적으로 이완되고 억압된 충동을 방출시킬 수 있다. 넷째, 희극적 결함에 대해 거리를 두고 웃음으로써 비도덕적 행위를 교정하고 사회성을 발달시킬 수 있다. 이 같은 교육적 효과는 희극장르의 일반적인 특징으로부터 추론된 것으로서, 아동의 연령과 지적, 문화적 수준에 따라 그 효과가 매우 달라질 것이다. 따라서 구체적인 작품 지도 시 개별 텍스트에 대한 상세한 분석과 다양한 지도 방안이 필요하다. The aim of this study is to examine the educational effect of the comic elements within childrens stories as well as how the children enjoy them. Comedic effects differ depending on the readers intelligence, understanding, maturity as well as social and cultural experiences. The target readers for childrens stories are both children and adults who differ greatly in terms of social experiences and intelligence. Thus, comic stories for children need to have more diverse levels of humor to reach out to larger audience. Despite these problems, the comedy in childrens stories can provide many educational benefits to the children. First, by understanding play on words the children can expand their linguistic abilities and develop creativity. Second, children can learn the narrative characteristics and improve their ability to appreciate literature. Third, they can also feel relaxed and find a vent to the repressed emotions by laughing at the comic elements within the story. Fourth, by putting a distance between the story and themselves and laughing at the comedic flaws in the narrative, the children can develop ability to socially adapt and correct their wrong behaviors. Such educational effects are deduced from typical properties of the comic genre and differ widely depending on the childs age, intellectual and cultural abilities. Thus, detailed analysis as well as diverse teaching methodologies are needed regarding conveying each of the comedic text to the children.
