중소벤처기업 컨설팅특성이 경영성과에 미치는 영향 연구: 컨설팅성과의 매개효과를 중심으로

[연구목적] 경영환경 변화에 대응하여 컨설팅특성과 컨설팅성과의 경영성과에 대한 직접효과와 컨설팅성과의 매개효과를 실증연구하고, 그 결과를 토대로 중소벤처기업의 경영컨설팅 성과 향상을 위한 학문적․실무적 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. [연구방법] 국내외 문헌을 검토한 후 연구모형과 가설을 수립하였다. 최근 3년 간 경영컨설팅을 경험한 중소벤처기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고, 자료의 신뢰도와 타당도를 검토한 후 구조방정식모형분석으로 연구가설을 검정하였다. [연구결과] 첫째, 컨설팅역량과 기업참여도 및 컨설팅활용도가 경영성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 컨설팅완성도는 컨설팅활용도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 컨설팅역량은 컨설팅성과를 통해 경영성과에 간접적으로 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 컨설팅역량과 기업참여도는 컨설팅완성도를 통해 컨설팅활용도에, 컨설팅완성도는 컨설팅활용도를 통해 경영성과에 각각 간접적으로 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. [연구의 시사점] 중소벤처기업은 경영컨설팅에서 컨설팅특성과 컨설팅성과의 경영성과에 대한 직접효과는 물론 컨설팅성과의 매개효과를 활용하여 당초 설정한 경영 목표를 효율적․효과적으로 달성할 수 있음을 실증함으로써 새로운 경영환경에서 중소벤처기업 경영컨설팅의 유효성을 재확인하였다. [Purpose] This paper empirically studied the direct effects on management performance of consulting characteristics and performance with the mediating effect of consulting performance to suggest effective ways to improve management performance of SMVBs. [Methodology] After reviewing related papers, this study established a research model and hypotheses. The questionnaire survey was conducted for SMVBs that had recently experienced management consulting. Its reliability and validity were tested by SPSS 22.0 and the research hypothesis were tested by AMOS 22.0 for SEM analysis. [Findings] First, consulting competency, company participation and consulting utilization had a positive effect on management performance. Second, consulting completion had a positive effect on consulting utilization and an indirect effect on management performance through consulting utilization. Third, consulting competency had an indirect effect on management performance through consulting performance. [Implications] SMVBs can improve the targeted management consulting performance through mediation effect of consulting performance as well as the direct effects of consulting characteristics and performance.

高句麗 古墳壁畵 模寫圖의 현황과 일제강점기 자료의 검토

고구려 벽화고분이 20세기 초 학술적으로 발굴되면서 발굴한 벽화를 기록하는 수단의 하나로서 벽화의 선과 색채, 그리고 석실 내부의 상태를 재현하면서 화폭에 그대로 옮기는 모사도가 제작되기 시작하였다. 본 논문에서는 일제강점기부터 시작된 고구려 고분벽화 모사도의 제작의 역사와 현황을 살펴보고, 현존하는 고구려 고분벽화 모사도 관련 자료들을 비교하여 모사도 제작자와 제작시기에 대하여 재조명하였다. 다음으로 가장 이르게 모사도가 제작되기 시작하여 여러 본의 모사도가 현존하는 강서대묘와 강서중묘의 각 모사도 세트를 유리건판으로 남은 촬영사진, 모사도 초본, 흑백모사도, 소장정보 등을 검토하여 살펴보았다. 두 번째로는 모사도 제작 작가에 대한 정보를 조선총독부 문서를 살펴서 재검토하였다. 1914년 평안남도 용강군 쌍영총 외 3개 고분벽화 모사에 오바 스네키치(小場恒吉)와 오타 후쿠조(太田福藏)와 같이 잘 알려진 모사도 제작 작가 외에 후나고시 겐(船越謙)이라는 인물이 참여한 기록이 있다. 마지막으로 여러 본의 모사도가 존재하는 감신총의 모사도들의 원화사진, 현존 모사도, 모사도에 남은 서명과 필치, 소장번호 등을 비교 검토하여 고구려 벽화 모사도의 제작 과정과 방법에 대하여 고찰하였다. 1912년 오바 스네키치와 오타 후쿠조의 강서대묘와 강서중묘의 모사도 제작에서 시작된 고구려 고분벽화 모사는 현재까지 한국, 일본, 중국 등에서 지속적으로 제작되어 다양한 종류의 모사도들이 존재한다. 일제강점기 모사도 관련 자료를 통해 본 고구려 고분벽화 모사도의 제작과 보존 및 활용의 사례를 살펴본 결과 이러한 모사도들이 학술적이고 자료적 가치를 가지기 위해서는 각 모사도의 제작방법과 기술에 대해 상세한 기록작업이 이루어져야 한다. 이미 제작된 모사도들에 대해서는 일제강점기의 관련 자료 등을 면밀하게 검토하여 각 모사도의 제작 시기, 제작 방법, 열화 표현 정도, 바탕 처리 정도 등을 비교 연구할 필요가 있다. 모사 방법을 달리하는 여러 본의 모사도가 존재하는 강서대묘와 강서중묘, 감신총, 쌍영총 등도 각 모사도의 계통과 작가에 대하여 보다 고찰이 필요하다. 현존 모사도와 출간 도록에 실린 모사도, 모사도 제작 기록과 모사도를 찍은 국립중앙박물관 소장 조선총독부박물관 유리건판과 조선 총독부 문서 등을 검토하여 현재까지 남은 모사도의 제작 과정에 대한 정보를 복원하는 것이 향후의 연구과제이다. Since the Koguryo mural tombs have been excavated academically in the early 20th century, a replica painting has been produced as one of the measures to record the discovered murals as it reconstructed the linework, the colors, and the interior condition of a stone chamber. This paper looked up the history and the current state of mural replicas of Koguryo since the Japanese colonial time period and then reexamined the painters and the dates of replicas as comparng the remaining materials regarding the Koguryo mural tombs. The Koguryo mural replicas started in 1912 when Oba Tsunekichi and Ota Fukujo made copies of wall paintings inside the Great Tomb at Kangso and the Middle Tomb at Kangso. Currently, they have been continuously produced in South Korea, North Korea, Japan, and China in various methods. As the paper investigated the production and the preservation as well as the usage of those replicas, in order to study those replicas as the academical and authentic research source, the production techniques and conditions must be recorded in details. As of the already existing replicas, we need to thoroughly examine the related materials to figure out the dates, the techniques, the expression of the deterioration, the painters, etc. Several tombs with different versions of replicas such as the Great Tomb and the Middle Tomb at Kangso and the Niche Spirit Tomb, and the Twin Pillars Tomb should be more carefully studied along with the remaining replicas and the replicas on the published catalogs as well as the written records of the replica production of the Japanese colonial government and the glass dry-plates of Koguryo murals and replicas

유교적 본원 가치와 로컬리티의 왜곡 ―근대성 성취 과정의 집중 문제를 중심으로―

한국의 근대화는 우리에게 괄목할만한 성취를 안겨 주었지만, 그 이면에 중앙 편중, 이분법적 사물 접근, 획일화, 주변화, 타자화의 “결여의 공간”을 낳았다. 한편 유교는 근대화 과정에 중요 이념적 요소여서 그 성취에 정신적 지주 역할을 하였을 뿐만 아니라, 결여 현상에 일정 부분 잘못 이용되기도 하였다. 이 같은 문제의식에서, 이 논문은 두 층위의 유교, 지배 이념적 정치 유학과 본원 유교에 주목하여 그 성찰을 요청한다. 또한 “실학”으로서 유교가 결코 바람직하지 않은 현대 한국의 중심화 해소에 어떤 역할을 할 수 있을지도 모색해 본다. 그렇게 함으로써 오늘을 사는 한국적 공간에 내재하는 오도된 가치, 국가 아이덴티티, 중앙 집중으로부터 비롯된 본원 가치-문명적 가치(유교)뿐만 아니라 사물이나 장소 가치-의 왜곡된 인식에 대하여 접근한다. 아울러 이 논문은 우리 사회에 만연된 사물이나 지역이 지닌 가치 발현의 문제, 근대화 과정에 만들어진 집중, 쏠림 현상을 벗어나기 위한, “탈중심”의 대안은 없는지에 관한 검토한다. Korea has brought the remarkable modernization which is led by the government, but on the other hand it brought about many negative results such as nation-centralism, the logical dichotomy, standardization, marginalization, lack of space, and so on. In the process, Confucianism not only have played the part of the mental leader in achievement but also misused in formation of “lack of space” as a negative results partly, From these critical mind, this thesis asks for the reflection of Confucianism in the focus of two level that are Political Confucianism and Authentic Confucianism. At the same time we try to find the role of Confucianism as a practical science in solving the negative results of modernization. As a result, we describe the cause of the distortion of Authentic Confucianism inherent in Korean contemporary society. Additionally, this thesis analyzes the possibility of Authentic Confucianism as an alternative value to nation-centralism which has brought about political inequality and social polarization.

After the collapse of Cold-War system, especially, with Gulf War as a momentum, being raised the need for japan's military contribution to P K O, a heated dispute centering around this topic has been going on. Conservative ruling groups are insisting that the oversea dispatch of Japanese Self-Defence Forces(JSDF) is arrowed under the present Peace-Constitution. Going one step forward, they are stating that constitution revision is needed for removing a futile dispute of this topic. On the contrary, a pacifist groups are arguing that the oversea dispatch of JSDF is obvious violation of the constitution, peace-constitution must be observed, and seek the way of Japan's contribution fitting in with peace-constitution. Accordingly, this thesis analyze some issues surrounding this topic, being related the way of Japan's contribution with the existence of peace-constitution, as follows; ① What is the background and hidden meaning of ,so called, 'Global Contribution Theory' which became powerful in Japan. ② What is the logic of Global Contribution Theory which infiltrate into Japanese people widely. ③ what is the interrelationship military contribution with peace-constitution. ④ What is the best way of contribution fitting in Japan's peace-constitution.

  From what time man began to making up his face? Though having been being greatly worried about this question, we could hardly answer to it. The aspect of cosmetic history, however, has been changed by periods. The Korean aesthetic consciousness, worded as "A beautiful mind dwells in a beautiful body," has been impressed on our life from old times - that is, it emphasizes a gentlemanly attitude in the inside, while it makes much of cleanness in the outside. Seen from cosmetics made of natural materials, which have been used in bathing, such aesthetic consciousness could be found enough. The cosmetic materials and manufacturing technology have been introduced into Korea through the exchange with the adjacent nations of China and Japan, and which have been gradually developed by ages. Throughout the Joseon Dynasty of 519 years, from King Taejo who founded the dynasty in 1392 to King Sunjong, the last king of the dynasty(1907-1910), 27 kings succeeded the throne one after another, while on the other hand simplicity had been most emphasized from socioeconomic aspects in Korean history and cosmetics had been developed briskly under the transient situation of modernization. This study, thus, focused on the Joseon Dynasty, was attempted to generally understand cosmetic culture of the Joseon Dynasty and to examine diverse natural materials used in cosmetics of the times to be a help for cosmetics development, in connection with the recent circumstances of active cosmetics development using natural materials with less ill effects on the skin and better efficacy than chemical ones. For this, literatures, pictures, separate volumes and books of history concerning cosmetic culture were examined in this study.

The Japanese Emperor, who had a governing power under Meiji Constitution has been reduced to subordinate position being utilized by ruling Conservatist after the defeat of asia-pacific war. namely, the Japanese Emperor continued to exist as a Symbolic Emperor, have nothing real political power. Even if, the Emperor have nothing of real political power, ruling Conservatist, well knowing it's usefulness, has made attempt to using of Emperor for governing. According to this standpoint, this thesis made an analysis of the change of using Emperor method in the historical process of japanese conservative politics. The change of using Emperor method by ruling conservatist show political situation and dynamics of power politics at that time. Concretely, we, first of all, analyze the background and meaning of forming of Symbolic Emperor System. then we divided post-war era into four periods on the ground of big changes of using Emperor policy. that are ①Post-war nation forming period(1952-60) ② Post-war politics period(1960-80) ③ Driving a great power policy period ④ Rising Neo-nationalism period. we examined the characteristic mark of each period. especially focused on the relations 1990's Neo-nationalist with Symbolic Emperor.
