FCST의 음양균형장치를 활용한 요추 척추관 협착증의 증례보고

본 증례에서는 MRI상 극심한 요추 척추관 협착증 소견을 받고 요통과 하지 방사통으로 일상생활이 어려워 수술적 치료를 예정 받은 환자에게서 음양균형장치를 포함한 PBT, 침치료 등 구조적 치료를 통해서도 유의한 치료변화가 나타남을 관찰하였고 자각적 통증 및 보행 시간의 호전이 있어 이를 보고하는 바이다. Therapeutic effect of Yinyang Balancing Appliance of functional cerebrospinal therapy (FCST) for meridian and neurologic yinyang balance was observed in a lumbar spinal stenosis case. One lumbar spinal stenosis case was managed with the Yinyang Balancing Appliance on temporomandibular joint (TMJ), combined with acupuncture. Clinical outcome measurement was based on subjective measures and clinical observations. The patient showed positive changes even after the initial treatment and this effect maintained over the follow-up period. further clinical and biological research on FCST is expected.

We developed a general algorithm and program to determine nominal value of new optimum geometric parameters of MOSFET when yield satisfying specification of drain current and noise spectral density is maximum. In this paper, the total number of considered devices is 500, and each parameters of geometric parameter was generated randomly within the limits of ${pm}3%$ of nominal value, and the distribution of 500 geometric parameters is gaussian distribution.

This case is witten for presenting the effect of the TMJ balancing therapy using the TMJ balancing appliance which normalizes the yin and yang balance of the brain-nervous system including the Meridian system. The balancing appliance was used in patient with cervical dystonia, and clinical outcome measurements were performed through clinical observations in specific movement and actions. The patient displayed positive changes after the treatment and the effect was well-maintained during the treatment period. For the more precise evaluation, clinical and biological studies of temporomandibular balancing therapy (TBT) are needed.

We report herein a case of transient acantholytic dermatosis. The patient was a 24-year-old pregnant woman in the last trimester, who had pruritic, discrete, erythematous or brownish papules on the lateral aspect of the neck. Histopathologic findings of the skin lesion showed changes resembling Darier's disease showing well circumseribed, small foci of acantholysis with acantholytic and dyskeratotic cells over the suprahasal clefts. The patient showed good response to isotretinoin(Roaccutane) therapy, 20mg/day, for 30 days.

An experiment was performed to local heat transfer coefficient and Nusselt number in the circular duct of 180.deg. bend for Re=6*10$^{4}$, 8*10$^{4}$ and 1*10$^{5}$ at swirling flow and non-swirling flow conditions. The test tube with circular section was made by stainless which has curvature ratio 9.4. The wall of test tube was heated directly by electrical power to 3.51 kw and swirling motion of air was produced by a tangential inlet to the pipe axis at the 180 degree. Measurements of local wall temperatures and bulk mean temperature of air are made at four circumferential positions in the 16 stations. The wall temperatures show particularly reduced distribution curve at bend for non-swirling flow but this effect does not appear for swirling flow. Nusselt number distributions for swirling flow which was calculated from the measured wall and bulk temperatures were higher than that of non-swirling flow. Average Nusselt number of swirling flow increased about 90 ~ 100% than that of non-swirling flow whole through the test tube. The Nu/N $u_{DB}$ values at the station of 90.deg. for non-swirling flow and swirling flow are respectively about 2.5 and 4.8 at Re=6*10$^{4}$. Also that is good agreement with Said's result for non-swirling flow. flow.
