        신경근 전기자극과 거울치료를 함께 적용한 중재가 만성기 뇌졸중 환자의 정적 균형, 체중 분포 및 발목 움직임에 미치는 영향

        Background: The purpose of this study was investigated of effect of neuromuscular electrical stimulation combined with mirror therapy on static balance, weight support and ankle movement incline with chronic stroke patients. Design: Two-group pretest-posttest design. Methods: Thirty chronic stroke patients participated in this study. The study design is a two-group pretest-posttest design. A total of 30 people participated in the study, and 15 people were each assigned to the experimental group and control group. Experimental group received neuromuscular electrical stimulation combined with mirror therapy 30 minutes, and conventional physical therapy 30 minutes. Control group received conventional physical therapy 30 minutes. Both groups were conducted 5 times a week for 4 weeks. static balance and weight support was measured by force plate and ankle movement incline was measured by goniometer. Results: As a result of comparing the static balance, weight support and ankle movement incline change between experimental group and control group, statistically significant differences were found in all variables (p<.05). In the evaluation before and after the intervention, there was a statistically significant difference in all variables in the experimental group (p<.05), but there was no statistically significant difference in the control group (p>.05). Conclusion: Neuromuscular electrical stimulation combined with mirror therapy intervention improves static balance, increase paretic side weight support and ankle movement incline in chronic stroke patients. It could be an effective intervention for improve static balance, weight support and ankle movement for chronic stroke patients.

        사용종료매립지 정비를 위한 흙-시멘트 연직차수벽의 차수성능 평가

        This study was conducted to evaluate the performance of soil-cement walls (SCWs) to control leachate from a leaking landfill site. Tracer tests revealed that the SCW was effective to control groundwater seepage. Approximately two-months of curing period appeared to be sufficient to ensure thorough containment of landfill leachate, although a three-week period was not enough. The water quality of the monitoring wells after construction of the SCWs met the groundwater quality standard of the korean Waste Management Act, except for bacteria and coliform groups. Also an analysis of a spring water around the landfill showed that the concentrations of ammonia, inorganic nitrogen and soluble manganese which had been common contaminants in the spring water decreased dramatically after constructing the walls. Therefore, the results suggested that a SCW can be an attractive method to control leachate from a leaking landfill site.

        광학 오류 주입 공격에 강인한 몽고메리 지수승 기반 RSA 하드웨어 구현

        본 논문에서는 RSA를 몽고메리 지수승 기반의 하드웨어로 구현함에 있어 광학 오류 주입 공격을 탐지할 수 있는 기술을 제안한다. 본 기법은 몽고메리 곱셈 기반의 연산에서 메모리 입출력에 오류가 주입되었는지 확인하기 위해 무결성 검증 절차를 구현하였으며, 곱셈 연산에는 사용되는 로직에 광학 오류 주입 탐지 기법을 적용함으로써 안전한 지수승 연산을 가능하도록 하였다. 제안한 기법은 다양한 오류에 대하여 안전한 것으로 확인되었으며, 암호화 연산 수행시간에 영향을 미치지 않으며, 전체 면적 대비 3% 미만의 오버헤드로 구현 가능하다. In this paper, we propose a novel optical fault detection scheme for RSA hardware based on Montgomery exponentiation, which can effectively detect optical fault injection during the exponent calculation. To protect the RSA hardware from the optical fault injection attack, we implemented integrity check logic for memory and optical fault detection logic for Montgomery-based multiplier. The proposed scheme is considered to be safe from various type of attack and it can be implemented with no additional operation time and small area overhead which is less than 3%.

        This paper presents a new approach to the synthesis of two-dimensional arrays such as Atmel 6000 series FPGAs using internal don't cares. Basically complex terms which fits to the linear array of cells without further routing wires are generated and they are collected by OR/XOR operations. In previous methods, complex terms are collected only by XOR operations, which may not be effective for nearly unate functions. In this paper, we allow complex terms to be collected by OR operations in addition to XOR operations. First, complex terms that lies in the ON-set of the function are generated and collected by OR operations. The sub-function realized by the first stage becomes an internal don't cares and they are exploited in the second stage which generates complex terms collectable by XOR operation. Experimental results shows the efficacy of the proposed method compared to the previous methods.

        수평관내 이산화탄소의 증발 압력강하

        The evaporation pressure drop of $CO_2$ (R-744) in a horizontal tube was investigated experimentally. The experiments were conducted without oil in a closed refrigerant loop which was driven by a magnetic gear pump. The main components of the refrigerant loop are a receiver, a variable-speed pump. a mass flow meter, a pre-heater and evaporator (test section). The test section consists of a smooth. horizontal stainless steel tube of 7.75 mm inner diameter. The experiments were conducted at mass flux of 200 to $500\;kg/m^{2}s$, saturation temperature of $-5^{\circ}C\;to\;5^{\circ}C$. and heat flux of 10 to $40\;kW/m^2$. The test results showed the evaporation pressure drop of $CO_2$ are highly dependent on the vapor qualify, heat flux and saturation temperature. The evaporation pressure drop of $CO_2$ is very lower than that of R-22. In comparison with test results and existing correlations. the best fit of the present experimental data is obtained with the correlation of Choi et al. But existing correlations failed to predict the evaporation pressure drop of $CO_2$. Therefore, it is necessary to develop reliable and accurate predictions determining the evaporation pressure drop of $CO_2$ in a horizontal tube.

        Electricity has been generated first time ever on the face of the planet by filling a tank with 200 liters of water roughly 15 m above the floor so as to generate a natural vacuum for the so-called BIG BANG for Big Industry Grade Boiling Accelerated Naturalistic Generator. A turbine and a generator were installed in the supercooled Torricelli vacuum chamber created on top of about 10.3 m high water column. With a 20 mm polyethylene pipe, a 6 mm glass pipe nozzle and a pressure gauge ready to go, a vacuum space was produced by use of a bypass line to discharge air into the suction pipe to kick off the proof-of-principle test for the BIG BANG setup. The boiling accelerated two-phase mixture of gas and liquid phases formed in the nozzle region is considerably cooled down in the vacuum and passed down to drive the turbine whereby generating electricity. When boiling is accelerated by difference between the atmospheric and ultra low, or almost vacuum, pressures, the working fluid’s thermophysical properties vary sizably from the liquid phase to two-phase mixture of liquid and vapor/gas phases. Specifically, its temperature plummets, specific volume soars, and thus its flow velocity picks up dramatically. This first-of-a-kind engineering endeavors to seek big industry grade fluid machinery to convert this fluid’s kinetic energy into mechanical energy of the turbine rotor all the way to electrical energy resorting to ecological, naturalistic, renewable, reusable, recyclable resources for the benefit of mankind.

        내시경적으로 절제된 신경내분비종양 형태의 직장 신경다발막종

        Colorectal perineuriomas are benign mucosal-based mesenchymal tumors composed of perineurial cells and show serrated or hyperplastic crypts in epithelium on histopathological evaluation. Most perineuriomas are usually presented as sessile polyps and often as subepithelial tumors. In this case, colonoscopy revealed a rectal subepithelial tumor (measuring approximately 7 mm) with yellowish- colored normal mucosa. A rectal neuroendocrine tumor was suspected, and cap-assisted endoscopic mucosal resection was performed. Histopathological examination of the resected specimen revealed bland spindle cells showing immunopositivity for CD34. The patient was finally diagnosed with rectal perineurioma.         유포와 주석을 통해 본 조선시대 『성학십도』 이해에 관한 예비적 고찰

        이 논문은 퇴계 이황(1501~1570)의 저술인 『성학십도(聖學十圖)』(1568)가 조선시대 왕들에 의해 어떤 양상으로 ‘유포’되었으며, 유학자들에 의해 어떤 양상으로 ‘주석’ 되었는가를 고찰함으로써 조선시대 19세기의 ‘『성학십도』 이해’의 일면과 그 의미를 밝히는 것을 목적으로 한다. 『성학십도』는 퇴계의 사상이 집약되어 있는 저술로서 10개의 도상(圖象)에 성학(聖學)의 핵심을 축약한 저술이다. ‘성학(聖學)’은 ‘성왕(聖王)의 학문’이라는 의미와 ‘성인(聖人)의 학문’이라는 의미를 동시에 갖는다. 그러므로 『성학십도』는 군왕에게는 ‘제왕학의 문헌’으로서 , 일반 유학자들에게는 ‘성리학의 문헌’으로 계승되었다. 이 고찰에서는 『성학십도』 유포ㆍ주석의 전체적인 맥락을 이해하기 위해 19세기 이전의 『성학십도』 유포ㆍ주석의 양상을 살펴본 후, 19세기 『성학십도』의 ‘유포’와 ‘주석’을 살펴보았다. 이러한 논의를 통해서 19세기 『성학십도』 주석 양상 중 가장 특징적인 것이 ‘경(敬) 중심의 주석 양상’과 ‘심성론 중심의 주석 양상’임을 구체적으로 살필 수 있었다. 이러한 두 양상은 근원적으로는 『성학십도』의 문제가 심화ㆍ확대된 과정이라고 할 수 있다. 퇴계가 『성학십도』에서 10개의 도상이 모두 경을 바탕으로 하고 있다고 언급한 것처럼 『성학십도』를 관통하는 원리는 ‘경(敬)’이다. 또한 17세기의 『성학십도』 주석에서 『심통성정도』를 중심으로 퇴계와 율곡의 심성론을 다룬 주석이 많은 것은 퇴계의 주리적(主理的) 심성론이 관점에 따라 많은 이론(異論)의 여지를 제공할 수 있다는 것을 보여준다. 『성학십도』는 퇴계의 학문적 성취를 종합ㆍ요약한 저술이라고 할 수 있는데, 그러한 『성학십도』에 대한 주석이 ‘경 중심의 주석 양상’과 ‘심성론 중심의 주석 양상’을 보여준다는 것은 곧 퇴계학의 후대에 미친 영향이 ‘경(敬)’과 ‘심성론’을 중심으로 전개되었다고 할 수 있을 것이다. 19세기 『성학십도』의 주석들은 여러 세기의 『성학십도』 주석 양상 중 가장 활발하고 사상적으로 종합적인 위치에 있다. 그러한 19세기 『성학십도』의 주석 양상이 보여주는 ‘경 중심의 주석 양상’과 ‘심성론 중심의 주석 양상’의 사상적인 의미는 다음과 같다. 경(敬)에 관한 논의가 유교 도덕원리의 실천을 위한 마음의 존재방식에 관한 논의였다면, 『심통성정도』와 『심학도』를 중심 주제로 한 19세기 심성론 관련 주석의 ‘심(心)’ 논의는 인간 내면의 존재방식을 보다 명료하게 논증하는 것, 다시 말하면 경(敬)의 실천원리를 인간론적으로 논증하는 것이었다고 할 수 있다. 『성학십도』 주석 양상의 대표적인 위치에 있는 19세기의 주석과 이전 세기 주석의 맥락을 종합해볼 때, 조선시대에 『성학십도』의 유포ㆍ주석을 통한 『성학십도』의 이해는 주로 인간의 존재양식을 설명하는 ‘심성론(『심통성정도』, 『심학도』 중심)’과 그 존재양식의 실천 원리인 ‘경(敬)’을 중심으로 전개되었다고 볼 수 있다. The purpose of this thesis is to study the development of the interpretations on Ten Diagrams on Sage Learning by Yi T’oegye in the 19th century of the Joseon Dynasty. As a Confucian scholar who early learned the importance of self-cultivation and reform of mind, Yi is one of the main Joseon scholars who emphasized practical learning on mind. And his the theory of mind have a strong effect upon after 16th century of the Joseon Dynasty. We can understand, through this discussion, that are characterized the two respects. The first case is a aspect that get more deeply involved in Gyong(敬. reverential and pietistic mind) with the interpretations on Ten Diagrams on Sage Learning. The second case is a aspect that focus a discussion on human mind and Simhak(心學. mind philosophy) with that. After long discussion by the many Neo-confucian scholars in the 19th century, with Yi T’oegye’s 『Simtongsungjungdo(心統性情圖. The diagram on controlling human’s emotions and reason)』 and 『Simhakdo(心學圖. The diagram on human’s emotions and mind)』, they reached a conclusion that human are able to a self-imposed control on his mind and body by self-cultivation.

        상관관계분석, 설비투입액 비교 및 효율성 지표를 통한 신재생에너지보급사업의 정량적 성과분석 고찰

        The objective of this study is to present a basis for the evaluation on the renewable energy dissemination program in Korea applying the outcome evaluation, one of the five types of evaluation methods of EERE, DOE, and the effectiveness indicator, which is suggested by IEA, OECD. The outcome evaluation quantifies achievements of program outputs and outcomes against planned time frame. We analyze the correlation coefficients between cumulative expenditure on the renewable energy dissemination program and each renewable energy deployment and the unit installation cost of several dissemination programs for the outcome evaluation. Meanwhile, the effectiveness indicator is calculated by dividing the additional renewable energy deployment achieved in a given year by the remaining mid-term realizable potential to 2020 in each source of renewable energy. The results show that correlation coefficients between cumulative expenditure and each renewable energy deployment are significantly positive during the implementation period of each deployment program. And photovoltaic energy, bio energy, and wind power energy show high effectiveness indicator.
