With the development of new digital technologies, research on various learning tools is being actively conducted. These learning tools are also being developed so that they can be applied to various environments by applying the technology of artificial intelligence or using smart functions to which big data technology is applied. These smart learning tools are contributing a lot to increasing educational effectiveness and learning efficiency. Recently, various learning tools have been applied in universities, and solutions for smart learning from smart attendance are introduced to improve student learning efficiency. This study intends to propose a design for a smart learning tool that can increase the efficiency of project progress and increase the scalability of the results when conducting a company's customized project through such a university's smart learning tool. The proposed smart learning tool is expected to have the advantage of being able to easily adapt to the practical business project as the company-customized projects that can improve practical skills are smoothly used as a learning tool. The proposed project-based smart learning tool model is later built as a related LMS and applied to actual project progress to check its utility, and to revise and supplement the proposed smart learning tool model to provide a project-based smart learning function want to strengthen.

4차 산업혁명에 대한 다양한 신기술에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행이 되고 있다. 4차 산업혁명의 신기술 분야중에 정보보안 분야에서는 블록체인에 대한 관심이 상당히 높다. 이러한 블록체인에 대한 연구는 대학원 중심으로 많은 연구가 활발히 진행이 되고 있으며, 대학에서 학부생 중심으로 전용 블록체인 교육과정을 운영하는 것은 여러 가지 상황이 쉽지 않은 상황이다. 이러한 상황에서 블록체인 관련 산업의 활성화를 위하여 다양한 신규 블록체인 생태계가 생겨나고 그만큼 많은 관심과 노력으로 많은 발전을 이루고 있는 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 4차 산업혁명에서 중요한 블록체인에 대한 대학의 교육과정 모델을 제안하고자 한다. 블록체인 교육모델에 대한 것은 인력양성 과정을 통하여 산업체 중심의 교육과정을 운영했던 내용을 중심으로 관련 블록체인 교육 모델을 제안하여 다양한 블록체인의 교육이 활성화되어 블록체인 산업 발전을 이루고자 한다. In the 4<sup>th</sup> industrial revolution, research on various new technologies is being actively conducted. Among the new technologies of the 4<sup>th</sup> industrial revolution, interest in blockchain is very high. A lot of research on this kind of block chain is being actively conducted, centered on graduate schools. It is not easy for a university to operate a dedicated blockchain curriculum centered on undergraduate students. In such a situation, a variety of new blockchain ecosystems have been created to revitalize the blockchain-related industry, and many developments are being made with a lot of interest and effort. In this research, we intend to propose a university curriculum model for blockchain, which is important in the 4<sup>th</sup> industrial revolution. Regarding the blockchain education model, we propose a related blockchain education model focusing on the contents of operating an industry-oriented education course through the human resource nurturing process, and various blockchain education will be activated to achieve the blockchain industry development.
남자 국가대표 지체장애인 선수의 장애유형별 등척성 상지근력에 관한 연구

The purpose of the study was to investigate isometric muscular strength in national male disabled athletes which have subgroups based on types and degree of disability. Total 49 subjects were divided into 4 groups (ie., Spinal Cord injury (HSCI, LSCI), polio & amputated disabled) and tested for isokinetic strength of shoulder, elbow and wrist extensor and flexor in I laboratory located in Kyunggi province. As a result, polio showed the highest dominant isokinetic muscle strength in shoulder extensor, elbow flexor and extensor and wrist flexor among the 4 different groups. furthermore, non-dominant shoulder extensor, elbow extensor and wrist flexor in polio group were shown to be greater isokinetic muscle strength compared to other three groups. In terms of muscle balance, ratio of dominant to nondominant side muscle strength in HSCI group was much higher than the other groups wrist flexor and extensor.

Objective: Autophagy plays a vital role in homeostasis by combining organelles and cellular proteins with lysosome under starvation conditions. In addition, autophagy provides tumor cells with a source of energy. Continued autophagy will induce cells death. Here we aim to see if autophagic induction has an effect on conventional chemotherapeutic agents. Methods: Rapamycin, or mammalian target of rapamycin and paclitaxel, apoptosis-inducing agents were used autophagy in HeLa cervical cancer cells. Results: Growth inhibition of cells was not observed after the application of 0, 10, 20 nM of paclitaxel with or without rapamycin. Using a 5 nM concentration of paclitaxel, rapamycin administration inhibited cell growth significantly compared to no treatment. This implies the synergic antitumor effect of paclitaxel and rapamycin. Paclitaxel itself did not show any autophagic effect on cells but did show cell apoptosis by flow cytometry. Light chain 3, a microtubule-associated protein, which reflect autophagy, was increased with 5 nM of paclitaxel after pretreatment with 10 nM of rapamycin. Conclusion: These findings suggest that the autophagic inducer, rapamycin, can potentiate autophagic cell death when added as an apoptosis-inducing chemotherapeutic agent. In conclusion, the control of autophagy may be a future target for chemotherapy.
자궁경부 상피내종양과 침윤성암에서 세포진 검사의 검진 양상 고찰

목적: 이상 자궁경부 조직을 보인 우리 나라 여성에서 자궁경부 세포진 검진 양상을 보고자 하였다. 연구 방법: 241명의 자궁경부 상피내종양과 침윤성 자궁암 환자의 세포진 검사의 민감도 및 특이도를 655명의 정상 자궁경부 조직을 가진 여성과 비교하였다. 이중 138명을 대상으로 3년 이내의 검사 양상을 후향적으로 관찰하였다. 통계분석에 t-test가 사용되었다. 결과: CIN군과 침윤성암 군에서의 세포진 민감도는 각각 89.2%, 92.7%이였고, 특이도는 96.9%이었다. 138명을 대상으로 한 두 군의 최근 3년간 평균 검사 횟수는 각각 2.42회와 2.17회로 통계학적 차이를 보이지 않았고, 시기분포의 차이를 보이지 않았다. 최종 진단으로부터 이전의 마지막 검사 시기차이는 두군에서 각각 12.1개월과 13.7개월로 역시 통계학적 차이를 보이지 않았다. 결론: 우리 나라에서는 자궁경부 세포진 검사 양상이 자궁경부 상피내종양 및 침윤성암에 영향을 미치지 않으므로 세포진 검사는 검진 형태로 지속적으로 매년 시행을 하여야 할 것이다. Objectives: To investigate whether the aspects of Pap smear affect cervical abnormality in our country. Methods: We compared the sensitivity of Pap smear of 241 cases of pathologic proven CIN & invasive cancer, compared to that of 655 cases with normal cervical biopsy, and reviewed the history of the test of 138 cases, retrospectively. Results: The sensitivity of the test was 89.6%, 92.7% in CIN & invasive cancer group, respectively, with 96.9% specificity. Among 241 cases, 138 cases were examined for the frequency of test during the 3 years with the result of 2.42, 2.17/3yr in CIN and invasive cancer. And distribution of the test was not different between the two groups. The mean intervals of last two Pap smear before diagnosing final pathology in CIN and cancer were 12.1, 13.7 months, respectively, with no statistical significance (p>0.05). Conclusion: We concluded that in our country the aspects of Pap smear such as frequency and interval do not influence the result of cervical abnormality, so recommend the annual Pap test as a screening.
