        비스무스 나노분말 표지 전극의 카드뮴/납 검출특성에 관한 연구

        Trace analysis of Cd and Pb at surface modified thick film graphite electrode with Bi nanopowder has been carried out using square-wave anodic stripping voltammetry (SWASV) technique. Bi nanopowder synthesized by gas condensation (GC) method showed the size of $50{\sim}100$ nm with BET surface area, $A_{BET}=6.8m^{2}g^{-l}$. For a strong adhesion of the Bi nanopowder onto the screen printed carbon paste electrode, nafion solution was added into Bi-containing suspension. From the SWASV, it was found that the Bi nanopowder electrode exhibited a well-defined responses relating to the oxidations of Cd and Pb. The current peak intensity increased with increasing concentration of Cd and Pb. From the linear relationship between Cd/Pb concentrations and peak current, the sensitivity of the Bi nanopowder electrode was quantitatively estimated. The detection limit of the electrode was estimated to be $0.15{\mu}g/l$ and $0.07{\mu}g/l$ for Cd and Pb, respectively, on the basis of the signal-to-noise characteristics (S/N=3) of the response for the $1.0{\mu}g/l$ solution under a 10 min accumulation.

        11세 소아에서 아급성 괴사성 림프절염에 합병된 간염 1례

        아급성 괴사성 림프절염은 주로 젊은 여성에서 흔한 양성 질환으로 알려져 있다. 그러나 소아에서도 드물지 않게 보고가 있어 소아 불명열의 원인으로서 생각되어져야 한다. 아울러 전형적인 증상들 외에 간염이 동반될 수도 있는데 이 경우 예후는 양호하며 특이한 간조직 소견을 보이지는 않는다. 저자들은 아급성 괴사성 림프절염의 진단이 내려진 환아에서 합병된 간염을 경험하고 간조직검사를 시행하였기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Subacute necrotizing lymphadenitis was first reported by Kikuchi and Fujimoto in 1972. Young females no more than 30 years of age are mainly affected. It usually manifests as fever and cervical lymphadenopathy. We experienced one case of subacute necrotizing lymphadenitis with hepatic complication in an 11-year-old boy. Symptoms presented were URI signs, diarrhea, headache, and weight loss along with fever and cervical lymphadenopathy. Elevated serum AST/ALT levels were also noted up to 682/1560 (IU/L) and were normalized within one month. We performed aspiration biopsy of the liver twice (at admission and 5 months thereafter). The hepatic histopathologic findings were nonspecific.

        정보통신 기술의 급격한 발전과 경영 환경의 변화는 기업업무의 근본적인 변화와 함께 컴퓨팅 환경도 사용자 중심의 정보시스템으로의 이행이 심화되고 있다. 특히, 클라이언트/서버 환경의 분산 컴퓨팅과 인터넷을 기반으로 한 정보시스템 구축은 기업경쟁력 강화와 새로운 부가가치 측면에서도 발상의 전환을 요구하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 단위별로 처리해야 할 다양하고 방대한 정보들을 통계처리하고 그래프를 이용해서 효율적으로 정보를 표현한다. 이를 위해 해마다 발간되는 창원시의 통계정보를 웹 상에서 자바와 오라클 데이터베이스를 이용해서 시스템을 구현하였다. 사용자는 보편적인 인터페이스인 웹을 통해 지역의 통계정보를 제공받을 수 있다. In this paper we implement statistical information system on the database interface using java on the WWW. Users on get statistical information on the web.

        An Experimental Study on the Effects of X-ray Irradiation and Hyperthermia on the Rat Testis

        온열요법이 X-선조사에 미치는 영향을 연구하기 위하여 저자는 100 watt, 2450 MHz의 마이크로파 온열기구를 제작하여 백서 60마리를 대상으로 고환에 온열요법 ($43^{\circ}C$, 15분), X-선 조사($2\;Gy\~8\;Gy$ 단독 혹은 병행하여 조직학적 변화를 관찰하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 2450 MHz 마이크로파 온열요법 단독 시행하여 조직학적 변화는 관찰되지 않았다. 2. X-선 조사후 초기변화는 정조세포의 변성을 2 Gy에서 나타나기 시작하였으며 괴사는 6 Gy 후 심하게 보였고 8 Gy 후 완전소실되었다. 3. X-선 조사와 온열요법 병행하여 2 Gy후 정조세포의 괴사와 소실이 나타나기 시작하였으며 6 Gy 후 완전소실되어 열증강율은 1.3 이었다. 4. X-선조사, 온열요법 단독 및 병행후 추적기간 15일군과 30일군의 차이는 관찰할 수 없었다. The effects of both hyperthermia alone and X-ray irradiation combined with hyperthermia on rat testis have been investigated. The histological changes were observed on 15 and 30 days after treatment. There was no histological change of rat testis by hyperthermia alone. The earliest change by X-ray irradiation was the degeneration of the spermatogonia of the seminiferous tubule, which was appeared in 2 Gy group. Necrosis of the spermatogonia was severe in 6 Gy group and complete atrophy was developed in 8 Gy group. With increased dose of radiation, the degree of changes of tubules was increased. In combined group of X-ray irradiation and hyperthermia, the histological change of the seminiferous tubule was more severe than X-ray alone group. Necrosis and atrophy of the spermatogonia were appeared in 2 Gy and complete atrophy of spermatogonia was seen in 6 Gy group. Thermal enhancement ratio (calculated at the complete atrophy of the spermatogonia) was 1.3 in this experiment. There was no difference in observation time inverval between 15 and 30 days after each treatment in all groups.

        관예복식고 -사영과 라장을 중심으로-

        This thesis studied the costumes of Gwan-Rye(관예). the lowest ranking officials of Yi-Dynasty. It researched the written materials and compared it with relics of Gwan-Rye costumes. The gists of the result are; 1) The Koryo tradition of Gwan-Rye costumes continued until the early days of Yi-Dynasty. 2) The Gwan-Rye costumes can be classified into two styles. One is Sa-Ryung(사영) style, which consisted of Dan-Ryung(단령) robe and Jo-Geon(조시) as head gear. Na-Jang(라장) style. the another, consisted of Dan-Ryung. Ban-Bi-Ui(반비의) and Jo-Geon. 3) These styles changed around the days of Yeon-San(연산), the 10th King of the Dynasty. The Na-Jang of later days wore Cheop-Ri(첩리) robe instead of Dan-Ryung. And the Sa-Ryung costume was devided into three different styles. They are (1) Gat(립)- Cheop-Ri (2) Bung-Geo-Ji(단립)-Chang-Ui(창의) (3) Gat- Kwoe-Ja(쾌자) styles.

        가스응축장치 캐리어가스 공급속도 및 압력변화를 통한 비스무스 나노분말 입도제어

        In the present work, bismuth nanopowders with various particle size distributions were synthesized by controlling argon (Ar) gas flow rate and chamber pressure of a gas condensation (GC) apparatus. From the analyses of transmission electron microscopy (TEM) images and nitrogen gas adsorption results, it was found that as Ar gas flow rate increased, the specific surface area of bismuth increased and the average particles size decreased. On the other hand, as the chamber pressure increased, the specific surface area of bismuth decreased and the average particles size increased. The optimum gas flow rate and chamber pressure for the maximized electrochemical active surface area were determined to be 8 L/min and 50 torr, respectively. The bismuth nanopowders synthesized at the above condition exhibit 13.47 $m^2g^{-1}$ of specific surface area and 45.6 nm of average particles diameter.

        Ni 나노입자의 전기영동 코팅에 의한 전열관 자가보수 기술 개발

        The electrophoretic deposition process of Ni nano-particles in organic suspension was employed for self-repairing of heat exchanger tubes. For this purpose, Ni nano-particles prepared by levitational gas condensation method were dispersed into the solution of ethanol with the addition of dispersant Hypermer KD2. For electrophoretic deposition of Ni nano-particles on the Ni alloy specimen, constant electric fields of 20 and 100 V $cm^{-1}$ were applied to the specimen in Ni-dispersed solution. It was found that as electrophoretic deposition proceeds, the size of the pit or crack remarkably decreased due to the agglomeration of Ni nano-particles at the pit or crack. This strongly suggests that the electrophoretic mobility of the charged particles is larger for the damaged part with a higher current value rather than outer surfaces with a lower current value.

        Byul-Gam is a low-ranking official who takes charge of sundry services in Yi-Dynasty court, and escorts his king when he make a honored going. Uniforms of Byul-Gam are noted for their gaiety. This study aims at inquiring into uniforms of Byul-Gam through historical records. The resultant findings are as follows: 1) Uniforms of Byul-Gam are divided into full dress and ordinary clothes. 2) The full dress has two kinds of style. One is Dan-Ryung, a kind of robe, clad together with Gun as a headdress. This robe is blue, Gun for king's Byul-Gam violet, and Gun for the Crown Prince's Byul-Gam blue. The other is a combination of yellow Cho-Rip and red Chup-Ri. This is a military uniform. 3) Ordinary dresses for Byul-Gam are orange Cho-Rip and red Jik-Ryung. Underwear in this case is Hyup-Joo-Um and Chup-Ri. Hyup-Joo-Um is a kind of robe. Inside it Korean style of jacket and slacks are usually clad. 4) As time passed, the uniform of Byul-Gam had been changed from Cheong-Dan-Ryung to Hong-Dan-Ryung, and Jik-Ryung had been shifted to a full dress. 5) Only five remains of Jik-Ryung for Byul-Gam have been handed down to us. The analysis of those indicate that they gradually became similar to Duru-Magi, a kind of Korean robe. This fact is common in the other transfiguring process of dresses of robe kind.

        유기멀칭재료 처리에 따른 대추 유목의 생육과 잡초억제에 미치는 영향

        유기멀칭자재가 제초작업에 소요되는 노동력을 절감하고 대추 유목의 생장에 미치는 영향을 구명하고자 2012년부터 2013년까지 4종류의 유기 멀칭자재를 이용하여 시험을 수행하였다. 시험에 이용된 멀칭재료(볏짚, 왕겨, 톱밥 및 우드칩)는 2012년에 대추 유목이 심겨진 토양위에 처리되었다. 2012년 모든 멀칭재료별 잡초 발생 억제율은 96~98% 범위에 있었다. 2013년에 잡초 발생 억제율은 볏짚멀칭 처리구에서 7%, 왕겨멀칭 처리구에서 60%, 톱밥멀칭 처리구에서 27% 그리고 우드칩멀칭 처리구에서 79%이었다. 2013년 잡초 발생 억제율은 2012년에 비하여 감소하였다. 대추 유목의 생육은 우드칩멀칭에서 가장 양호하게 나타났으며, 왕겨멀칭에서 가장 저조하게 나타났다. This study was carried out to elucidate the effects of organic mulching materials on the weed inhibition and the growth of young jujube (Zizyphus jujuba Miller) trees from 2012 to 2013. Four organic mulching materials (rice straw, rice hull, sawdust and wood chip) were treated on jujube tree field in 2012. The range of weed control values was 96~98% in 2012. In 2013, the weed control values of rice straw, rice hull, sawdust and wood chip mulching were 7%, 60%, 27%, and 79%, respectively. The growth of young jujube trees was highest in wood chip mulching, whereas that in rice hull mulching was lowest. These results suggest that wood chip can be useful as a mulching material for weed control in jujube orchards.
