        간호대학생의 자기효능감, 진로태도성숙도, 대학생활만족도간의 관계

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship among self-efficacy, career attitude maturity, and campus life satisfaction in nursing college students. Method: A total of 277 students agreed to participate in this study from 1 May 2016 to 31 May 2016. Data analysis included t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe's test, and multiple regression using the SPSS/WIN 18.0 program. Results: The results of the analysis revealed a positive correlation between campus life satisfaction and career attitude maturity (r=.316, p=.001); between campus life satisfaction and self-efficacy (r=.256, p=.001); and between self-efficacy and career attitude maturity (r=.469, p=.001). Career attitude maturity had the highest R-squared value of 10% (${\beta}=.22$) for campus life satisfaction, while peer relationships had an R-squared value of 2% (${\beta}=-.18$), residence type of 2% (${\beta}=.14$), and self-efficacy of 1% (${\beta}=.14$), for a total R-squared value of 15%. Discussion: Given these results, individual counseling is recommended to improve campus life satisfaction by helping college students to acquire the skills to foster good interpersonal relationships, self-efficacy, and a positive view of their future vocation. Furthermore, it is essential for an educational environment to support students to ensure that after graduation they become fully-fledged members of society with a sense of pride in their profession.

        Objectives : The aim of this study was to investigate the classification methods of the cause of Allergic Rhinitis for Children. Methods : We surveyed the oriental & western medical book concerning the Allergic Rhinitis for Children. Results : 1. The Oriental medicine, Allergic Rhinitis is belong to the BiGu, BunChe and the symptoms are watery rhinorrhea, sneezing and nasal obstruction. 2. The cause of disease is the weak of lung, spleen and kidney, and invasion in to nasal cavity of Poong Han etc a wrong air. 3. In children, the cause of disease is the weak of lung and spleen. and the aim of the treatment is helping the vital energy and expelling the vice.

        초등영어 말하기 교육의 실태 분석과 발전 방안

        The purpose of this research is to analyze the current state of teaching speaking in primary ELT, and to suggest some strategies for improving the current practice. For this purpose, teacher perception of teaching of the speaking was surveyed by questionnaire and interview, and also a classroom observation was made. The observation results were closely analyzed in a variety of aspects including students' participation in learning and their output during and after the class. As a result, a discrepancy was found between teacher perception and their actual teaching in the classroom. On the basis of the survey and observation results, a practical suggestion was made for improving the teaching of speaking in primary English, and finally some pedagogical implications were sought.

        Antimutagenic Compounds Identified from Perilla Leaf

        들깻잎의 메탄올 추출물이 S. typhimurium TA98과 100에서 aflatoxin B₁(AFB₁)의 돌연변이 유발성을 억제시키는 효과가 있었다. 메탄올 추출물을 silica gel column을 사용하여 더욱 분획하여 항돌연변이 효과를 시험하였으며, 그중 효과가 가장 컸던 fraction중의 화합물을 분리, 동정한 결과 2-ethoxy acetate, 1,2,3,4-tetramethyl-cis-cyclobutene, 두 개의 methyl 11,14,17-eicosatrienoate 이성체, 12-acetyl-9-octadecanoic acid, 그리고 phytol이 있음이 잠정적으로 밝혀졌다. Phytol과 methyl 11,14,17-eicosatrienoate의 표준품을 사용하여 AFB₁ 및 Trp-P-2에 대한 항돌연변이 효과를 시험한 결과 그 효과가 컸음이 밝혀졌다. The methanol extract of perilla leaves contained compounds to reduce the mutagenicity of aflatoxin B₁ (AFB₁) in Salmonella typhimurium TA98 and 100. They were separated by solvent extractions and identified by GC and GC-MS as 2-ethoxy acetate, 1,2,3,4-tetramethyl-cis-cyclobutene, two isomers of methyl 11,14,17-eicosatrienoate, 12-acetyl-9-octadecanoic acid, and phytol. The antimutagenicities of phytol and methyl 11,14,17-eicosatrienoate were dependent on the mutagens tested. Phytol reduced the mutagenicity of Trp-p-2 but not of AFB₁ and methyl 11,14,17-eicosatrienoate reduced the activities both of the mutagens.

        간호대학생의 전공만족도, 생명의료윤리인식이 간호전문직관에 미치는 영향

        Purpose : This study is a descriptive survey research that examines the effect of nursing students’ satisfaction in major and consciousness of biomedical ethics on nursing professionalism. Methods : The research subjects consisted of junior and senior nursing students enrolled in four colleges located in City B, South Korea Structured questionnaires were distributed to the subject and a total of 262 copies of survey responses were analyzed. The collected data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation, t-test, and analysis of variance (ANOVA) using SPSS/WIN 22.0 program. The correlation relationship was investigated based on the Pearson correlation coefficient. Multiple regression was used to capture the effect on the nursing professionalism. Results : A positive correlation was observed between the nursing students satisfaction in major and consciousness of biomedical ethics (r=.280, p<.001), between satisfaction in major and nursing professionalism (r=.581, p<.001), and between consciousness of biomedical ethics and nursing professionalism (r=.290, p<.001). General satisfaction (β=.227, p=.001), and relationship satisfaction (β=.248, p=.000) among major satisfaction had the strongest prediction power for the nursing professionalism of nursing students, followed by right to life of fetus (β=.190, p=.000) among consciousness of biomedical ethics and motivation for admission (β =.137, p=.006). These predictors explained 36.9 % of the variable of nursing professionalism. Conclusion : Based on this study result, repeated studies are required that can confirm diverse influential factors on the nursing professionalism of nursing students. Operation of curriculums and development of programs that increase the nursing students’ satisfaction in major and foster their nursing professionalism are required in the future.

        간호대학생의 대학생 생활 스트레스, 셀프리더십, 사회성에 관한 연구

        Purpose : This descriptive study examined the correlation between college life stress, self-leadership, sociality, and the three variables of nursing students. Methods : This study surveyed 225 college students majoring in nursing at City B from May to June 2021. The collected data were analyzed for frequency, percentage ratio, mean, and standard deviation using SPSS/WIN 22.0. For the analysis, t-test, analysis of variance, Scheffé’s test, and Pearson’s correlation coefficient were used. Results : The college life stress of nursing students was 2.12±0.67, self-leadership was 3.41±0.59, and sociality was 3.19±0.42. College life stress as measured by grade (F=3.49, p=.016), major satisfaction(F=3.83, p=.005), happiness index(F=6.38, p=.000), and health status(F=4.61, p<.001) showed significant differences. Self-leadership showed a significant difference in satisfaction with college majors(F=7.02, p=.000). Sociality showed significant differences in college satisfaction(F=3.88, p=.005), happiness index(F=2.72, p=.031), and health status (F=2.92, p=.022). Self-leadership and sociality were positively correlated(r=.147, p=.028). Conclusion : Based on the results of this study, repeated research on college life stress, self-leadership, and sociality of nursing students is required, and attention and effort are needed to develop programs that can reduce college life stress and foster self-direction.

        영어 음운 인식 지도의 효과에 대한 메타 연구

        이 연구의 목적은 지금까지 이루어져온 국내의 영어 음운 인식 지도 효과와 관련된 연구 동향을 종합적으로 살펴보고, 메타분석을 통해 그 평균 효과 크기가 변인별로 어떻게 나타나는지 파악해 보는 것에 있다. 자료선정 기준에 부합하는 논문 12편에서 90개의 개별 효과크기를 추출하여 메타분석을 실시하였다. 이 연구의 주요 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 국내 음운 인식 지도법 연구들의 평균효과크기(g)는 0.76 (p <.05) 으로써 한국 영어 학습자를 대상으로 한음운 인식 지도법은 유의미한 효과가 있음을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 종속변인별 효과크기를 비교하였을 때 읽기(g = 0.96, p <.05), 말하기(g = 0.78, p <.05), 음운 인식(g = 0.77, p <.05) 순으로 효과크기로 나타났다. 셋째, 음운 인식 지도와 음철법의 혼용 지도 여부에 따른 효과크기 비교에서는 유의미한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 넷째, 복합지도방법(두음-각운, 음소인식, 단어인식, 음절인식)을 적용하여 지도하였을 때의 효과크기(g = 0.87, p <.05)가 각운 패턴지도 방법만 썼을 때의 효과크기(g = 0.55, p <.05)보다 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 비정규 과정군(만5세~초등2학년) 학생들에게 음운 인식 지도를 했을 때(g = 0.93, p <.05)가 정규 과정군(초등3학년~6학년) 학생들에게 지도했을 때(g = 0.57, p <.05) 보다 효과가 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 본연구의 결과로써, 향후 영어 음운 인식 지도의 효과적인 적용을 위한 논의가 제시되었다. A meta-analysis evaluating the effects of English phonological awareness in Korean EFL learning was conducted. Twelve experimental studies were selected based on the specific inclusion and exclusion criteria, and 90 mean-difference effect sizes were calculated. Results showed that the overall effect size (g) of the phonological awareness instruction was 0.76 (p < .05). In particular, the phonological awareness instruction was statistically significant to increase Korean EFL learners` reading (g= 0.96, p < .05), speaking (g=0.78, p < .05), and phonological awareness (g=0.77, p < .05). Several moderators were mediated the overall effects of the phonological awareness instruction: the way of implementing the instruction, the specific instructional contents, the participants` grade levels, and the total instructional time. On the basis of the result, some pedagogical implications and research recommendations were discussed.

        영어를 어렵게 느끼는 초등 4학년 학습자의 영어 학습 경험에 대한 현상학적 연구

        본 연구는 스스로 영어 학습에 어려움을 느끼는 초등 4학년 학생들이 경험한 ‘영어 학습’ 의 본질을 현상학적 분석 방법을 이용하여 탐구하였다. 서울 남부 지역 소재 초등학교 4학년84명을 대상으로 자가 진단, 영어 전담 교사 및 담임교사 면담을 통해 영어에 어려움을 느끼는 학생 21명을 선별한 후, 연구 참여에 동의한 학생 10명을 연구 참여자로 선정하고 개별 면담 및 집단 면담을 실시하였다. Moustakas(1994)의 현상학적 연구 분석 절차에 따라 학생들이 가지고 있는 경험의 본질을 왜곡하지 않고 있는 그대로 규명하고자 하였다. 연구의 다 각화를 위해 김영천, 김진희(2008), 정상원, 김영천(2014)의 연구 방법도 함께 사용되었다. 이 에 따라, 학생들이 경험한 영어 학습의 본질적인 의미를 분석한 결과, ‘그냥’, ‘단어’, ‘암기’, ‘시험’, ‘친구와 관계 맺음을 통한 학습’ 등과 같은 공통된 경험을 발견할 수 있었다. 본 연구 의 결과로써, 영어 학습 ‘주체’들의 이러한 본질적 경험을 고려한 초등 영어 교수·학습·평가 방법 개발 및 추후 연구의 필요성에 대한 논의가 제시되었다. The purpose of this phenomenological study is to describe the essence of experiences that struggling EFL learners have. A purposive sample of ten struggling Korean EFL learners in grade four (six boys and four girls) were selected based on the students`` self-checklists and teacher interviews. The semi-structured interview data was transcribed and qualitatively analyzed. At this stage in the present study, struggling EFL learners are generally defined as the students who experience difficulties in learning basic English language that can be addressed in the regular classrooms at primary schools. Using Moustakas (1994) phenomenological method, rigor was established through data triangulation, member checking, and debriefing. As a result, from 203 significant statements, five themes were established to describe the essence of the participants`` common experiences in learning English: mandatory English subject, overwhelming vocabulary learning, English for assessment, endless memorizing, peer pressure. On the basis of the result, some pedagogical implications and research recommendations were discussed.
