        라오스인의 성별, 연령별 대사증후군 변인과 체력과의 관계

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between physical fitness and NCD related variables according to gender, age and residence of Laotians. The research problem were as following, First, is there difference of older man and woman’s health behavior, self-efficacy and loneliness as a function of stage of exercise, sex, partner in older adults? Second, is there difference of older man and woman’s self-efficacy and loneliness as a function of stage of exercise, sex, partner in older adults? The Subjects of this study were randomly selected from twenty-five villages scattered among four districts. One thousand Laotians were selected; single person per family aged between 40 and 59 in rural and as well as urban area. Eventually, this study used 979 people for the statistical analysis. The questions were devised to measure six elements including muscular strength, endurance, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, agility and power. Independent t-test, Kruskal Wallis, Scheffe(for the post hoc) was used according to sex, age, residence, and BMI level via the Windows SPSS 21.0 package for statistical analysis. Results of this study were as following. Laotians’ overall physical fitness level turned out to be between low to average. Flexibility scored the lowest for average Laotians in the male and female both. For the women, agility and power were lower than male. For the BMI, male of 40s were overweight, female of 40s and 50s were all overweight. For the waist circumference, female of 40s and 50s were all obese. For the WHR, female of 40s and 50s were all obese. For the systolic blood pressure, male and female of 40s and 50s were all pre- hypertension. For the pulse pressure, male and female of 40s and 50s were all high. Obese people had lower cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, agility, and power. Laotians need to do regular exercises to increase physical fitness. This preliminary result will be helpful in developing both physical activity guide line and intervention practice guide line.

        영양교육이 중학생들의 가공식품 섭취 및 인성특성에 미치는 영향 비교

        부산에 거주하는 중학생 30명을 대상으로 영양교육이 가공식품 섭취빈도 및 인성특성에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 영양교육 후 육가공품류, 냉동식품류, 면류, 빵류 및 과자류와 음료류의 가공식품 섭취 빈도가 유의적으로 감소하였다. 또한 인성특성에서는 영양교육 전보다 영양교육 후 안정성, 지배성, 사회성과 책임성은 높아졌고 충동성은 낮아졌다. 특히 안정성이 높은 그룹에서 우유 및 유제품류의 섭취빈도가 높게 나타났으며, 안정성이 낮은 그룹에서는 육가공품류, 면류, 빵류 및 과자류, 음료류의 섭취빈도가 높게 나타났다. 충동성이 높은 그룹에서는 육가공품류, 냉동식품류, 면류, 빵류 및 과자류의 섭취빈도가 높은 것으로 나타났고, 충동성이 낮은 그룹에서는 통조림류의 섭취빈도가 높았다. 인성특성과 혈청 무기질의 상관관계에서는 Ca, Fe, Zn, Mg과 K의 경우 안정성, 지배성, 사회성, 책임성에서 양의 상관관계를 가졌으며, 충동성에서 음의 상관관계를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 Na은 안정성, 지배성, 사회성과 책임성에서 음의 상관관계를 가진 것으로 나타났고, 충동성에서 양의 상관관계를 가진 것으로 나타났다. 또한 혈청 무기질 농도와 인성특성 간의 관계를 살펴보기 위해 영양교육 전과 후 혈청 무기질 농도의 변화를 비교해 본 결과, Na의 농도는 감소하였고 Ca, Fe, Zn, Mg과 K의 농도는 증가하였다. Fe, Zn는 안정성, 지배성, 사회성, 책임성과 양의 상관관계를 가지며, 영양교육 후 농도는 증가하였다. 반면 Na은 충동성과 양의 상관관계를 가지며, 영양교육 후 농도는 감소하였다. 본 연구로 영양교육은 중학생들의 가공식품 섭취 빈도에 영향을 줄 뿐만 아니라 인성특성에도 긍정적인 변화를 줌을 확인할 수 있었다. 이로써 지속적인 영양교육을 실시하고 올바른 식습관이 유지될 수 있는 교육 프로그램을 개발한다면 청소년들의 건전한 식습관의 형성과 인성특성까지도 긍정적으로 변화시킬 수 있을 것으로 보인다. The aim of this study was to investigate effect of nutrition education methodology on consumption of processed food and personality of middle school students aged 14 to 16 years who live in Busan. We categorized questionnaire based on students" consumption of processed food and personality characteristics. Based on the above, we determined serum mineral level to validate the correlation between personal characteristics and quantifiable serum mineral level. Following adoption of a proper nutrient education methodology, we found that consumption of processed foods such as meat and meat products, frozen food, noodles, bread and snacks, and drink was significantly reduced. In addition, there were distinct changes in personality characteristics such as stability, governmentality, sociality, and responsibility that became markedly increased, whereas impulsiveness decreased. We found that these distinct nutrition-education-based changes were statistically significant, when compared before and after providing proper nutrition education. We interpret these results as group with low stability showed a high consumption of meat and meat products, noodles, bread and snacks, and drink, whereas group with high stability showed a high consumption of milk and dairy products. Similarly, we also found that group with low impulsiveness showed a high consumption of canned foods, whereas group with high impulsiveness showed a high consumption of meat and meat products, frozen food, noodles, bread and snacks. Our results indicated that serum Na after nutrition education decreased, whereas other minerals including Ca, Fe, Zn, Mg and K increased, when compared with before nutrition education procedure. This study suggests that nutrition education methodology and establishment of proper dietary educational programs keeping in view balanced dietary habits for middle school students would not only appear to make them get along with healthy dietary habits, but also change their personality characteristics.

        체육영재 프로그램이 체력과 발 변형에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of exercise on physical fitness and rear foot deformities. Fifty three students from an education center for gifted young athletes in Seoul served for a total of 27 weeks (266.26 hours of exercise). Statistical analysis included the paired t-test was used to evaluate the pre and post test results, the relationship between physical fitness and rear foot deformities was analyzed through Pearson`s correlation via SPSS 18.0. Basic physical fitness elements, such as abdominal muscle strength(t=-3.803, p<.01), agility(t=-10.789, p<.01), and flexibility(t=-4.918, p<.01) were significantly increased after treatment. In addition, all integrated functional physical fitness elements were significantly increased. Finally there was a correlation between abdominal muscle strength and rear foot deformity(r=-.293, p<.05) in post treatment. These results demonstrated that abdominal muscle endurance was related with rear foot deformity. Since the hip rotator cuff plays a strong role in abdominal exercises, these results demonstrated the interconnection between the hips and foot.

        다감각 운동이 여성노인의 발 바닥 압력감각, 균형에 미치는 영향

        Objective : The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of multisensory exercise on foot pressure sensitivity and balance for the elderly· Method : The subjects were 17 elderly women (11 for the experimental group and 6 for the control group) with a mean age of 83· The subjects alllived in senior residence centers in Seoul· Multisensory exercise was done twice a week for 40 minutes during a 12 week period· Exercise programswere changed every 3 weeks according to the principal of gradual progress of the exercise· In order to train the vision system subjects were asked toopen and close their eyes during exercise· When it came to training the vestibular system, subjects stood and walked on high elastic mats with theirbare feet· For the somatasensory system subjects always stood and walked with their bare feet· The sub-Metatarsal Pad Elasticity Acquisition Instrument(MPEAI) was used to measure foot pressure sensitivity· MFT Balance test (V1·7) was used to measure anterior / posterior and medial / lateral directionalbalance· For the statistical analysis the IBM SPSS 21·0 was used to perform Repeatde measured ANOVA and Wilcoxon ranked test· Results : For the multisensory exercise group Hallux (after 6 weeks, 12 weeks), heel (after 6 weeks) and 2nd Metartarsal 40° (after 6 weeks) pressuresensitivity increased statistically, but the control group didn`t change· Also, balance didn`t change for the experimental and control group statistically· Conclusion : Exercise with bare feet on a high elastic mat had a partially positive effect on foot sensitivity·

        우리나라 노인기 체력측정 방법 및 평가기준 개발

        본 연구는 노인기 체력이 성공적인 노후생활 및 삶의 질에 중요하다는 인식과「국민체력100 사업」속에 노인기의 프로그램이 추가됨에 따라 노인 체력수준을 측정할 수 있는 검사 방법을 개발하고, 측정을 통해 얻어진 자료를 토대로 성별ㆍ연령별 체력평가 기준을 개발하고자 수행되었다. 우리나라 노인기 체력검사 배터리는 신체상태에 대한 사전 질문지와 혈압 측정, 신장, 체중, 신체질량지수(BMI)의 체격 측정, 악력, 의자에앉았다일어서기, 의자에앉아3m표적돌아오기, 앉아윗몸앞으로굽히기, 8자보행, 6분걷기(또는 2분제자리걷기)의 체력측정으로 구성되었다. 서울, 경기지역 남녀노인 600명을 대상으로 1주일 간격으로 2회 반복 측정하여 검사항목의 신뢰성을 확인하였다. 본 검사에서는 전국의 남녀 노인 4,000명의 동의를 얻어 측정하였으며, 각 항목의 평균, 표준편차 및 Cajori 5단계 평가기준을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to develop the test battery on physical fitness of Korean elderly person, and the criteria of evaluation of it according to sex and age group. The test battery is consisted with 3 parts. The first part includes PAR-Q(Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) and blood pressure. The second part includes 3 physique items-height, weight and BMI(Body Mass Index). And the last part includes 6 physical fitness items - grip test, 30 seconds sit-stand test, 3m sit-walk, and return test, sit and reach test, 2 minutes stationary march(or 6 minutes walk), figure 8 walks. The battery is convinced to be suitable for testing Korean elderly person by preliminary measuring the 600 elderly individuals and analyzing the reliability of the data which are obtained separately with one week interval. After main test and statistical analysis for 4,000 elderly person, mean, S.D and criteria for each item are obtained as the results of battery.

        Low Density Lipoprotein 의 실 측치 와 계 산치 에 관한 조사

        Assayed value of LDL cholesterol was compared with calculated value of LDL cholesterol by Friedewald and DeLong etc, determine its clinical usefulness. When the lipid profiles are in the normal ranges, the calculated value correlated well enough to the assayed value to be clinically useful. However, when the lipid profiles are abnormally high, the values of two methods did not correlate well to be useful. Therefore it is considered that the Cardiac Risk Factor should be determined by actually assaying the LDL cholesterol.

        퇴행성관절염 여성노인의 수중운동이 통증 감소와 우울에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of 8weeks' water exercise on female elderly degenerative arthritis's pain and depression The subjects of this study were 40 female degenerative arthritis whose age are over 60. All subjects participated in water exercise program 2times a week, and for 60 minutes each. The water exercise program consists of walking, jogging and jumping in shallow and deep water. Before and after 8 weeks' water exercise program, pain(Visual Analogue Scale) and depression(Geriatric Depression Scale) w m measured. The statistical methods employed in this study were Friedman's ANOVA by ranks. The results of this study were as follows. 1. Before and after 8 weeks water exercise program, there is significant differences in pain (p<.01) 2. Between pre test of first water exercise program and pre test of last water exercise program, there is significant differences in pain.(p<.05) 3. Between post test of first water exercise program and post test of last water exercise program, there is no significant differences in pain. 4. Before and after 8 weeks' water exercise program, there is no significant differences in depression. In conclusion, the following points were drawn. Because water exercise is low or no impact exercise, water exercise reduce the pain of articulation loaded by exercise on the ground. Therefore water exercise can be regarded as an efficient and safe exercise for the elderly and degenerative arthritis.

        The purpose of effective education method in creating dance Is to develop infinite capacity of imagination as a general category. Therefore the course of creative work is based on more comprehensive understanding, though it has many complexities. Various art dances created now play roles as linking chain and provide productive form newly made and created with a basis of beauty. It is the most important prerequisite in creating dance for the form of work to confirm itself. This confirmation work and effective methodological presentation must be done by educators. Though it gives learners self-confusion, it must present a method to solve the problem and to unbind the linking chain. Also, the technique must be so simple that learners can utilize their bodies as tools of self-expression and especially, it must be proved exciting and valuable to students who choose dance as their own profession. In conclusion, the form and matter is flexible enough to give Individuals who has different degrees a chance to express. Educators and learners do their best to develop the transition period of experimental work into present and future oriented educational form through the effective educational method, which regards body language performed under the name of creative work as a tool of development.
