        자연놀이 경험을 통한 동요개사하기 활동이 유아의 창의성, 자연친화적 태도, 음악적 표현능력에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 자연놀이 경험을 통한 동요개사하기 활동이 유아의 창의성, 자연친화적 태도, 음악적 표현능력에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구의 대상은 서울시 금천구에 소재한 S유치원에 다니는 만5세반 유아 30명이었으며, 실험집단에는 자연놀이 경험을 통한 동요개사하기 활동을 실시하였고, 비교집단에는 같은 기간 동안 자연놀이 경험을 통한 연관 활동을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 자연놀이 경험을 통한 동요개사하기 활동은 유아의 창의성의 하위요인인 유창성, 융통성, 독창성, 상상력에서 긍정적인 효과가 있었다. 둘째, 자연친화적 태도의 하위 요인인 동물과 식물에 대한 관심과 애호, 생명에 대한 존중 의식, 인공적인 환경보다 자연 환경 선호에 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 음악적 표현능력의 하위 요인인 노래 부르기, 악기연주하기, 신체 표현하기, 음악 만들기 증진에 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of the activity of rewriting children’s song through nature play experience on children’s creativity, nature friendly attitude, and musical expressive capability. The research participants were 30 children, aged five and a half years, attending S Kindergarten located in Geumcheon District, Seoul. The experimental group engaged in an activity of rewriting a children’s song through nature play experience. The comparison group participated in a related activity through nature play experience during the same period. The results revealed that, first, the activity of rewriting a children’s song through nature play experience had positive effects on the participants’ fluency, flexibility, originality, and imagination, the sub-factors of children’s creativity. Second, it had positive effects on having an interest in or liking animals and plants, respect for life, and preference for the natural environment over artificial environments, the sub-factors of nature friendly attitude. Third, it had positive effects on singing, playing instruments, expression with the body, and improvement in music making, the sub-factors of musical expressive capability.

        Recently, with the emphasis on the role of publicness, various studies on publicness have been conducted in various areas of society. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify trends in ’publicness of public space’ related studies conducted over the last two decades. To understand the contents of the study, we analyzed the frequency of the study by year, keywords in the paper, and subjects of the study. The analysis contents are as follows. First, public-related research has increased rapidly in the mid-2000s and continues steadily. Second, the publicness research perspective is expanding from an urban perspective to a user-centered perspective. Third, the subjects and subjects of the study are being materialized and diversified.

        Publicness is a social value that requires empathy and consensus from members of society. Therefore, this study investigated the public awareness of urban public space targeting young people and the elderly with different socio-cultural backgrounds in growth. First, both groups consider strengthening publicness important in improving the quality of life of individuals, the elderly consider more. Second, both groups recognized most effectively the improvement of publicness by improving the physical environment. Third, youth emphasized publicness in space for various activities, and the elderly are important in the residential environment. Fourth, as "health" and "sustainability" have emerged as social values, both groups have recognized "sustainability" as an important factor in publicness.

        PDLs22 재조합 단백질의 합성과 평가

        Periodontal ligament (PDL) is the connective tissue located between the tooth root and alveolar bone. In a previous study, PDLs22 was isolated as a PDL-specific gene by using subtractive hybrid-ization between cultured PDL fibroblasts and gingival fibroblasts. It was also suggested that PDLs22 plays important roles in the development, differentiation and maintenance of periodontal tissues. However, little is known about functional study of PDLs22 using recombinant protein in PDL fibroblast differentiation and periodontium formation. In this study, in order to produce the PDLs22 recombinat protein, PDLs22 expression vector were constructed and expressed its protein in various host cell and temperature conditions. The results were as follows: 1. PDLs22 protein was not strongly expressed In the induction system using pRSET-PDLs22 construct. 2. When the BL21(DE3) pLysS was used as a expression host, PDLS22 protein was strongly ex-pressed in the induction system using pHCEIIBNd-PDLs22 construct. 3. The PDLs22 protein was recognized at a molecular weight of 28 kDa in western blots. 4. Almost of the expressed PDLs22 protein was not soluble and observed like as inclusion body. 5. The protein solubility was not improved after modification of induction time and temperature during PDLs22 protein production. In this study, the system for the PDLs22 protein production was connstructed. However, the re-results suggest that further studies will be needed to produce the considerable amount of PDLs22 re-combinat protein, which can use for the periodontal regeneration.

        독성 쇼크 증후군 증상을 나타낸 비전형적 가와사끼병 1례

        Toxic shock syndrome(TSS) is clinically similar to Kawasaki disease(KD) in that both of them are characterized by fever, desquamating rash and mucous membrane erythema. In contrast the main feature of TSS is hypotension, whereas the complication of KD is coronary vasculitis. We report an 8-year-old boy who fulfilled the crireria for TSS and KD. Initially he showed clinical features of TSS, so he was treated with intravenous antibiotics and supportive management. But the fever sustained, and the coronary aneurysm that is the main complication of Kawasaki disease was shown by echocardiogram on Day 14. He was treated with intravenous immunoglobulin twice and the fever subsided and general condition was improved. 저자들은 8세 남아에서 고열, 저혈압, 부정형 피부 발진, 의식저하, 결막염, 구토, 설사, 핍뇨, 혈소판 저하, 혈액배양 음성과 같은 독성 쇼크 증후군의 증상과 함께 관상동맥류를 포함한 가와사끼병의 임상증상을 보인, 독성 쇼크 증후군 증상으로 나타난 비전형적 가와 사끼병 1례를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하며, 독성 쇼크 증후군의 치료 중 발열이 지속될 때 가와사끼병의 비전형적인 증상 발현일 수 있음을 염두해야 할 것으로 사료된다.

        Duchenne/Becker 근이영양증에서의 Dystrophin 유전자 분석

        목적 : 국내 Duchenne/Becker 근이영증에서의 dystrophin 유전자 결실은 빈도 및 그 분포를 알아보고 유전형과 임상형의 관계를 분석하여, 국내 유전 역학 자료를 마련하고 좀 더 효과적인 유전 상담 및 예방 방법을 모색해보고자 하였다. 방법 : 1999년 1월부터 2003년 7월까지 서을대학교병원에서 상기 질환으로 진단 후 추적 관찰중인 89명의 환자를 대상으로 하였다. 임상 진단 후 근생검을 시행, dystrophin 면역조직화학 염색을 하였으며 dystrophin 유전자 결실은 혈액에서 추출한 DNA를 이용, multiplex PCR 방법을 이용하여 진단하였다. 결과 : 국내 DMD/BMD 환자의 dystrophin 유전자 결실률은 54%였고, 결실 부위의 hot spot은 exon 44-54 부위로 전체 결실 환자의 80%를 차지하였다. 결실이 확인되지 않았던 22명의 환자에서 23개의 exon을 대상으로 직접염기서열 분석을 시행한 결과 6명의 환자에서 6종류의 점돌연변이를 발견하였다. 유전형과 임상형의 관계에 대한 분석 결과 중심형 결실이 근위형에 비해, 다중 결실이 단일 결실에 비해 증상 발생 연령이 어리고 진행이 다소 빠른 경향을 보였으나 통계적으로 유의한 관련성은 찾을 수 없었다. 결론 : 국내 DMD/BMD 환자의 결실률은 54%였으며 hot spot은 exon 44-54였다. 따라서 혈액 유전자 검사로 진단할 수 없는 약 50%의 환자의 진단을 위해서는 근생검 및 dystrophin 항체 면역 조직화학 검사를 통한 진단이 시행되어야 할 것이다. 또한 세밀한 가족력 조사를 포함하여 적절한 보인자 검사를 통해 합리적인 유전 강담을 진행하고 이에 기초한 질병 발생 예방 및 교육 등이 필요할 것으로 생각된다. Purpose : Duchenne/Becker muscular dystrophy(DMD/BMD) is an X-linked recessive disorder caused by mutations of dystrophin genes. The purpose of the present study is to determine the frequency and the patterns of dystrophin gene deletions and to investigate the correlation of genotypes and phenotypes. Methods : There were included a total of 89 children(88 boys and I girl) diagnosed as DMD/BMD by immunohistochemistry and/or genetic analysis from 1999 to 2003 at Seoul National University Children´s Hospital. We analyzed the genomic DNA by multiplex PCR using a 26 dystrophin exon primer set. Direct sequencing was performed on 23 exons(in which point mutations were detected in other previous reports) in 22 patients without deletions. Phenotype and genotype relationship analysis was performed on the basis of retrospective clinical reviews. Results : The frequency of dysmorphin gene deletions was 54%(32/59), which is lower than that of European and American data. Exon deletions were detected in 59 cases and the deletion "hot spots" were exon 44-54 constituting 80% of all deletions. In 6 cases without detectable deletions, 6 point mutations(3 nonsense mutations and 3 nucleotide variants) were detected The patients whose deletions were in the central parts or the patients with multiple exon deletions tended to show earlier symptom onsets and more rapid progressions of weakness but there were no statistical significances. Conclusion : Since deletions in dystrophin genes were detected in about 50% of the patients, studies on dystrophin protein expressions using muscle biopsy samples must be done for correct diagnosis.

        The purpose of this study is to establish an evaluation index that can evaluate "publicity", an important value that determines the level of publicness of public spaces. To this end, the main evaluation index was prepared through a series of processes of literature search, analysis of existing evaluation factors, selection and definition of evaluation factors, and analysis of evaluation factors for each factor. By deriving publicity evaluation factors of public spaces and preparing evaluation indicators, we intend to provide basic data for improving the publicness of architectural and urban spaces.

        과학실험에 관한 신문제작활동이 유아의 과학적 탐구능력 및 언어표현력에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 과학 실험에 관한 신문 제작 활동이 유아의 과학적 탐구능력과 언어표현력에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구의 대상은 경기도 시흥시에 소재한 Y 유치원에 다니는 만5세반 유아 46명이었으며, 실험집단에는 10주 동안 총10회에 걸쳐 과학실험에 관한 신문제작 활동을 실시하였고, 비교 집단에는 같은 기간 동안 신문제작 활동 없이 10회의 과학 실험만 실시하였다. 측정도구는 이경민이 번안한 Martin의 과학적 탐구능력 검사와 장영애의 언어표현능력 검사를 사용하였고, 실험집단과 비교집단의 변화를 알아보기 위해 독립표본 t검증을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 과학실험에 관한 신문제작 활동은 유아의 과학적탐구능력의 하위 요인인 예측하기, 관찰하기, 분류하기, 토의하기에서 긍정적인 효과가 있었으며, 측정하기는 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 둘째, 과학실험에 관한 신문제작 활동은 언어표현력의 하위 요인인 일치하는 이야기 꾸미기, 연계성 있는 이야기 꾸미기증진에 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of science experiment-related newspaper making activities on the scientific process skills and language expressive abilities of children. The participants of the research were 46 children of age 5 who attend Y kindergarten in Shiheung, Gyeonggido. The experimental group engaged in science experiment-related newspaper making activities for 10 times over a period of 10 weeks. At the same time, the comparison group engaged in 10 science experiments without doing newspaper making activities. For measurement, Matins’s scientific process skill test and Jang, YeongAe’s language expressive ability test was used, and t-vertification of the independent sample was done to observe changes in the experiement group and comparison group. The result from newspaper making activity for scientific experiment that makes good effects to child’s scientific process skill and promotion about language expressive ability.

        유기인제에 의한 뇌 손상에 있어서 흥분성 아미노산의 역할

        This study investigated the role of excitatory amino acid systems in the initiation of organophosphate-induced seizures and brain damages in rats through quantitative in viva microdialysis. Microdialysates were collected from the hippocampus of rat brain, treated with diisopropylfluorophosphate (DFP; 2.67 ㎎/㎏, s.c.) alone, and/or atropine sulfate (15 ㎎/㎏, i.m.) and procyclidine (30 ㎎/㎏, i.m.). The protective effects of atropine, a muscarinic blacker, and/or procyclidine, a N-methyl-D-aspartate and cholinergic antagonist, against DFP were examined. DFP treatment increased the levels of aspartate (Asp) and glutamate (Glu) significantly in the hippocampal persuate with the induction of seizures. Treatment of procyclidine could effectively block the increase of Asp and Glu levels. Atropine treatment showed no significant anticonvulsive effects against DFP-induced seizures. The increases of Asp and Glu levels by DFP were also completely blocked through the combined treatment of atropine and procyclidine. Histopathological findings on the hippocampus confirmed the above results. More effective protection was observed through the treatments of procyclidine alone or of both procyclidine and atropine than atropine alone against DFP-induced brain damage. Procyclidine was shown to be effective in DFP-induced seizures.
