        Purpose. The purpose of the project is to provide basic data to help middle aged women manage their health by identifying their relationships with Climacteric and depression patients and studying ways to properly overcome the changes in the Climacteric Methods. After distributing the questionnaire to women who were approved for middle-aged women in one region from April 14, 2017 to May 1, 2017 a total of 138 sections were collected and 130 copies were used as research and analysis data, excluding eight inappropriate ones Results. The average score for Climacteric was 1.53 out of 2 points on average for Climateric symptoms, and depression was 10.74 out of 60 points. There were three analysis of Climacteric symptoms: physical symptoms, mental symptoms, and sexuality, and a large number of symptoms were reported as physical symptoms with 1.56 points Conclusions. A program of measures to reduce depression in middle-aged women requires active social attention and support to alleviate menopausal symptoms, and further research is needed to determine the relationship between these concerns and support for depression.

        차륜형 전투차량 전복 시승무원 안전성 확보를 위한 시뮬레이션 연구

        차륜형전투차량은 보병부대의 전투력 강화와 기동성 향상을 목적으로 운용하는 군용차량이다. 전투차량은 운용 특성상 험난한 지형의 주행이 불가피하고 높은 무게 중심으로 인해 전복 사고의 위험성이 크다. 이러한 이유로 전투차량의 내부는 전복 사고에 따른 승무원의 안전성을 고려하여 설계해야 할 필요가 있다. 하지만 실제 차량을 이용한 시험은 현실적으로 많은 어려움이 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 차륜형전투차량의 전복 시험을 모사하여 승무원의 안전성을 측정하기 위한 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션 및 모델링 방법에 관한 연구를 수행한다. 본 논문의 연구 범위는 전투차량 전복 시험 조건, 전투차량 유한요소 모델링, 유한요소 인체 더미의 적용 방법, 전복 시험 시뮬레이션, 시뮬레이션 적용 시 발생 가능한 문제와 해결 방안 제시, 인체 상해치 계산 및 평가를 포함한다. A wheeled armored vehicle is a military vehicle that has been developed to enhance combat capabilities and mobility for the army. The wheeled armored vehicle has a high center of gravity, and it operates on unpaved and sloped roads. Therefore, this vehicle has a high risk of rollover crashes. To design the interior of the military vehicle, the crew’s safety during rollover crashes is an important factor. However, actual vehicle tests for design are extremely expensive. In this paper, nonlinear dynamic analysis is performed to simulate the rollover crashes and the passenger injury is assessed for a wheeled armored vehicle. The scope of this research is the rollover condition, FE modeling of the wheeled armored vehicle and the dummy, arrangement of dummies, assessment of passenger injuries, and simulation model for rollover crashes.

        전력선 통신기술을 이용한 조명제어 스위치의 개발

        본 논문에서는 전력선 통신과 조광 기술을 기반으로 에너지 절약과 적정 조도의 제어가 가능한 조명제어 스위치의 개발에 대하여 기술하였다. 개발된 스위치는 범용의 마이크로프로세서와 주변 전자기술을 이용하며, 하나의 마이크로프로세서로 전력선 통신과 조광기능을 구현함으로서 저가격 상용화가 가능하였다. 캐리어 주파수는 전송 데이터 길이와 신호감쇄를 고려하여 250kHz로 설정하였다. 저압선로에서 시제작품에 대한 시험결과, 본 스위치는 전력선의 길이와 부하용량의 변동에 대해 강인하게 동작하는 것을 확인하였다. Lighting control switches based on the power line communication technology are developed and extended to incorporate dimming control to provide energy saving and appropriate illumination. The developed switch uses a general purpose microprocessor and associated electronics. Both the power line communication and the dimming function are implemented in one microprocessor, and it enables the low price commercialization. The frequency of the carrier was set at 250kHz considering the transmission data length and signal attenuation in power lines. Tests on prototypes in an low-voltage power lines have shown that the switches have a robust operation characteristics with the length of power lines and the variation of load capacities.

        상부 위장관 출혈을 동반한 위결핵 1예

        Gastric tuberculosis is quite rare and usually combined with pulmonary tuberculosis. Its diagnosis is so difficult as it is often unsuspected, We report a patient with gastric tuberculosis who presented with hematemesis in Korea, Upper endoscopy showed large, deep penetrating ulcer containing an exposed vessel and adherent clot in the body. Gastric biopsies revealed only chronic inflammation and no evidence of granuloma or malignancy. Diffuse mural thickening was noted on abdominal CT. The diagnosis was made postoperatively following gastrectomy for bleeding gastric ulcer. Microscopic examination of resected stomach showed peptic detritus and noncaseating granulomas. However, multiple caseating granulomas with Lagerhan's giant cells were found on the examination of lymph nodes. The patient was treated with antituberculous therapy for 12 months without any complications.

        내과 중환자실에서 위장관 출혈의 원인

        Backgound/Aims: Gastrointestinal (GI) bleeding remains a common medical problem, with morbidity and mortality rates of GI bleeding in intensive care unit (ICU) believed to have remained unchanged. There has been no report about the etiology and clinical manifestation of GI bleeding in ICU in Korea. Therefore, we performed this study to determine the frequency, etiology, risk factors, and outcome of clinically significant GI bleeding that occurred after admission to ICU. Methods: We reviewed medical records of 1829 patients admitted to medical ICU in Samsung Medical Center from October 1994 to May 1999, Cases were enrolled the patients who developed GI bleeding more than 24 hours after admission to the medical ICU. The cases were compared with control populations: a set of ICU patients without GI bleeding matched with cases for age, gender, and length of ICU stay to evaluate the risk factors of GI bleeding. Results: Clinically significant GI bleeding, confirmed by endoscopy, occurred in 71 patients of 1,829 patients (3.9%) after a mean ICU stay of 14±2.6 days. Gastric ulcer bleeding was the most common source of GI bleeding, accounting for 29.6% of cases overall. There were no statistical differences in underlying disease, mechanical ventilator use, heparin or steroid use, prothrombin time, prophylactic drug use such as H₂. blocker and antacid use between cases and controls. However, thrombocytopenia (<50,000/mm³) was more common in cases who had GI bleeding than controls (P<0.05). Conclusions: Gastric ulcer was the most common cause of GI bleeding in ICU and careful attention was necessary to patients with thrombocytopenia (<50,000/mm³) in ICU.
